Waited about 1 hr for our food. When food came it was overcooked eggs and cold also grits were nasty. They brought me new & hot ones. Bacon was like u purchased cheapest u can find. There was 4 of us 2 ordered breakfast & 2 lunch.

To bad the chain didn't improve the food instead of remolding. We felt sorry for waitress because she seemed to be taking a lot and working very hard. The place was very busy manager said training new cooks. This place has been very bad on cooks for ever The best manager passed away.

when u have night manger smoking week in the clock , waitres Thats married hitting mangers in the balls an then thinking it funny mangers also talking about customers but won't confront them I think this restaurant needs a wake-up call nobody do there job right in my opinion as a customer they do not take their jobs seriously they think nothing can touch them that since they have their positions that nobody can take that from them I think they all need a wake-up call this place needs some serious help at least majority of the workers to.

You have some workers that are awesome and take their jobs seriously but others they don't specially on third shift a lot of them like to f*** off sorry for my French but that's exactly how it is

Denny's Restaurant #0818 on 4/13/2018 at 2:23 am Order #431764 Server: Elizabeth R Table:162 Ordered 2 Spaghetti & Meatballs with extra meatballs and extra sauce. I was not given extra sauce and the orders were half the size they should have been.

It didn't taste near as good as the last time I ate here. The waitress overly flirted with my husband. She was so busy flirting, my order was all wrong.

1. Poorly train servers. 2. sauce? Half way through the meal our server cleared some of the dishes away and took the fork I was eating with my. I had to get out of my seat and run after him to ask for my fork back.

He said he would get me a clean one. 4. I had to sit there for 10 minutes before he came back with my wife 's desert and my fork. 5. But then he had forgotten a spoon for her desert.

My brother swears that this the last time he will set through a terrible dinner at Denny's.

The waitress brought us menus, brought us water, took our orders, cleared & washed a different table, swept the floor, refilled a syrup container, and then picked up our orders and brought them over to the table all without washing her hands. I WAS WATCHING HER the entire time and hoping that she would wash her hands before handling our orders, But she did not. , KCMO.

We arrived at Dennys on March 4 th at around 3 0'clock. There also was a Caucasion cook who was hollering at an African American waitress. The race really does not matter, but I am just trying to point out who was involved.

We were in Las Vegas last week and on Saturday night we decided we would go to Denny's just off of Freemont Street. We were seated right away, the restaurant was not busy, and we waited about 20 to 25 minutes and no one came up to us to ask if we were ready to order or just to ask us if we would like something to drink.

We got up and on the way out the door, my husband told the guy at the front that next time he sat someone around the corner to maybe remember to tell the waitress. Friends of ours were also there for the race and they stopped at that Denny's for breakfast.

When she got her coffee the coffee cup had stuff on the handle and the side of the cup. She asked for a new cup that was clean. They did give that to her, but when they got their breakfast it was cold.

Denny store no. , Tucson, AZ 85710 Phone (520)747-9594 date 2/23/2018 order no 511722 time 7:53:59: I ordered chicken potato skillet on the Value menu. I thought the cheese didn't taste right but I thought it was I had been drinking a flat diet coke.

As soon as I got home I was nauseated for an hour before I threw up what I had eaten. I did not feel nauseous shortly after throwing up. I called last night and Eugene said he will check the food to avoid another customer becoming ill.

He said somebody would call me back the next day. When nobody called today, I called & told the manager about my experience the day before. He told me they are always careful about managing the freshness of the food.

Hello, I'm not the type of person who spends time complaining about bad service. I would usually just never go back to a place if I was unhappy about bad service. In this case I just wanted to let you know how bad this is.

com and headed to the restaurant to pick up my order. I showed up 20 minutes after placing but when I got there she said it would be a few minutes. It took them 20 more minutes to come out with my food order.

I went to eat my birthday breakfast on January 31, 2018. It was my 51st birthday with my cousin. We received absolutely terrible service. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress. I asked for 2 eggs over medium with hash browns.

We did not get our order for 30 minutes at least. When we got it mine was not over medium because the eggs were so runny and cold. The hash browns were hard and dry. I didn’t send it back because we waited so long for our order.

I ate the hash browns and toast. I was so sick to my stomach when I got home. I’ve never had such terrible service at 4442 US hway 19, S New Port Richey, FL 34652

m. My family and I went to Denny's located on Brookpark Road in Cleveland Ohio. We were seated asked what we would like to drink I ordered a dr. pepper, my husband ordered Coke, my mother ordered coffee and my four-year-old son ordered chocolate milk, we then proceeded with our order.

We were very unhappy are sodas were watered down, my mother's coffee was lukewarm, I was really upset when my four-year-old was served spoiled chocolate milk and the waitress was very rude took the chocolate milk to the front where another employee started laughing because my four-year-old was served spoiled chocolate milk, our food did not taste fresh, there was a hair in my French fries, the bathrooms were not cleaned and the restaurant itself smell like mildew.

On 12/16/17, we went to your restaurant located at: 2801 N Grandview Blvd, Pewaukee, WI 53072, to buy the advertised gift card for $25, and supposedly to get an additional $25 card (as per the special announced) As we were in a hurry, (my daughters had a piano concert to attend) we stayed in our car in the parking lot, and only my teen daughter came down and paid for the Denny’s gift card.

When my daughter returned to my car, I discovered that my daughter ONLY received one $25 card (instead of the $50 advertised) and few “discount coupons” (several with expiration date as 1/7/18, 1/1418, and 1/21/18) She told me that no explanation was provided for her. I stopped at Denny's in Waterloo, Illinois, for breakfast. Been going there often, since it opened. When i started towards the counter to eat alone, a busboy was coming towards me and we met at a very crowded spot. I assumed he would give way and let me continue to my seat.

He never even acknowledged me, and i know he saw me coming. After several minutes waiting, i asked if i could get by him and go to the counter. The couple was as shocked as i was by his demeanor and poor manners.

On Thanksgiving night I know you were one of few restaurants open in Corpus, but Denny's is around the corner from the house on South Padre Island Drive. I went there about 7 PM for a cup off coffee and a chicken avocado salad. The waitress took a while to bring the cup of coffee and then walked off, when she came back by with a tray of food I asked her to stop back by the table.

I want to know what kind of waitress brings you the coffee, no spoon, no napkins and no cream. I let the coffee set there for about 15 minutes, I did notice one of the managers kept looking at me and I took a pack of sugar and had it in my hand and was kind of lightly tapping it on table wasn't making any noise. I usually call in my dinner ahead of time & go pick it up to enjoy at home. Today I did the same thing & I always check to make sure everything is ok like no lettuce in my sandwich & pickles on the side.

Well when I was checking for all this I noticed how little bit of french fries I was given & I really thought the guys were playing a joke on me & I asked the Manager (he brought my food to the register) if this was serious about the amount of fries given to me & he said yes that's the amount we always give. I said NO way!!

My husband & I were traveling through Missouri coming home to Okla. City. We stopped at the Denny's on exit 8 at Joplin, Mo. We got our drinks & turned in our order for breakfast, we had to ask for a refill on our coffee waitress came over to refill our coffee & told us that she had been at cash register & almost forget to turn in our order that was 45 minutes after we had arrived at restaurant.

So we finally walked out of your Denny's Restaurant & we will never go back. Waitress was white, tall, heavy set woman, dark hair i did not get her name. The restaurant was not busy either. Time about 10 am.

#1. This morning, Sat. Nov 11, we went to Denny's at 10623 E. Apache Trail, Apache Junction, AZ for the well-advertised free breakfast on Veterans Day. The restaurant was quite busy but we were seated within 5 min. When we ordered, the waitress informed us that the free meal was yesterday (Fri).

When we asked why she said "corporate" decided to do that and that she had had several complaints from customers that morning about it. When I went to pay I noticed a very unprofessional hand-written note taped to the counter, easily obscured by anyone standing there, informing customers of the situation.

Very simply i had to wate for more the. 10 min to be seated then i had to wate another 20 min before i was givin a menu the food was discusting and the servers were more intereasted in talking amoungst them selves And the price oh my gosh .

This for Omaho nebr instate 31 there is flying Jay's as well there. I have made complaint about denneys there as noting been done about the problem with bed bugs. They are even in the bathrooms. I wrote about it nothing as been done about I haven't hard from you .

I quess you guys don't care about your customer. As much you say you do. I wrote this couple of weeks ago. I had 10 bugs on me what in the bath I was wearing pick Jack I had 6 more inside.

October 4-2017. I made complaint to manager was there that night. I was very upset. While I was eating my dinner. I had 10 bed bugs craweling over me. I have been bited by these bed bugs on both off my back of my arms.

I well not go back to the Dennys I see proof that it has been done. I am also turning over to health dept in Omaho. The bugs are at greta nebr. flying jays are there to. The place in bad shape there not enough people working there as well.

The food was good, waitress was nice the ONLY issue is I was over charged, the explanation of why it happened was a runaround. Highly Dissatisfied with being overcharged and both Josh and Natasha had a nonchalant attitude about the situation.

I sent Natasha a copy of my bank statement showing that I was overcharged and she gets back with something that had NOTHING to do with the incorrect transaction. I will NOW on just be using cash IF I go to Denny's and I won't be going to the one on West Ridge Road in Rochester NY.

Had breakfast on 09/16/2017 in Wickenberg Az at 9:11. Decent breakfast until a bug crawled out of my plate and ran, I managed to kill it took it up to cashier to ask for manager and his quote was mam he is cooking. I showed him the bug and said I was not happy and could not eat my food. He said that happens it is monsoon season in Az. ( which Monsoon season has been over for a couple of weeks) and rang up the register and charged me for the food to a total of $15.49.

Went to Denny's on 7822 w capital, 12:45 pm 9/9/2017,The manager and employee stepped outside for a smoke break as we pulled up my husband and I went inside my husband went to restrowhite wash his hands while I waited to be seated. We went to Denny's at 4024 e Harry in Wichita ks on 9/1/17 around 12 noon they weren't that busy . it was a small black girl don't know name had us stand to clear table about 10 min. Then told us were to go didn't even take us to table waited another 10 min.

To get menues didn't ask about drinks . because she was to busy chatting talking whatever u want to call it with 2 other tables. After about another 5 min. Which by the way they're was 6 of us we all got up and left so she took money out of your pocket for talking and it wasn't anything to do with her work .

I go in store #7480 twice a week. Monday's and usually Thursday's. Every Mon. seems like they never have enough staff, but the girls working they do Awesome. Except a supervisor, Brenda, she's lazy loud and rude. A group of workers at around 1:00 pm stop working and all gather in the far room.

Last week 2 servers once again were left to do it all. How is that right? Every now and then the GM they call Sengua , joins right in. Not with the ones working but with the ones who are enjoying themselves while others work harder then seems fair.

I just thought maybe it's time you see who deserves a pat on the back. The 2 Mon servers young girl and a server named Kittie thank you ladies for doing what you do.

On 8/17/2017 my husband and myself at dinner at Denny's. The server sat us took our order, place the order and preceded to sit in the booth with another lady, which I was told is the manager there. Both were on their phones.

When our food was reading for pick up another server had to get her attention that it was ready. After she served our food she went back to the booth, on her phone again. Then pizza was delivered from another restaurant.

She made sure the booth she was sitting all got drinks and forks. Still she never asked our table if we needed refills. Then I looked over at their table and she was eating with everyone at that table. My husband's glass had been empty for awhile.

My visit to Denny's was very long and aggravating to say the least. We walked in around 8:30pm for a late dinner. Once we sat down we waited about 5 minutes till the waiter came over to take our order.

While waiting for our dinner, we kept overhearing quite a few customers complaining about their orders being wrong. It took a half hour before we got our food and yes it was wrong. We spoke to the waiter and he apologized and tried to straighten out our order.

Absolutely filthy! The carpet looks like it is never vacuumed, the blinds are so dusty I could write my name, front entrance filthy, waitresses messy and not friendly. If the health department visited the restaurant, I doubt if they would pass inspection.

Will not go there again. I've been in other Denny's and nothing like this dirty restaurant! I don't think that you would like this image associated to your name!

Today the 18/12/16 I opened a 227g of Denny sausages and was highly shocked and concerned as the sausages were covered in very suspious looking yellow blisters and a strange bad smell I am highly concerned that meat product is leaving your factory this way and due to the fact my two young children could have ate these sausages , I am a loyal Denny customer and buy a range of Denny products which is why I am writing to you first to give you the opportunity to firstly address this serious problem,and compensate me adequately, I have frozen the suspect product after opening and

do not wish to bring it to food standards attention but rest assured i will if I am not satisfied the problem has been resolved and compensation has been received. Yours faithfully Simon J Kelly

Went in for late birthday dinner. Order 2 cups of coffee Chicken Quesada & smothers chili fries. Waiter (William) brings coffee and leaves. I ask him to comeback and politely ask when was the last time they washed the cups.

Waiter response just now with an attitude. When I showed him both cups how dirty they were he gives an attitude and takes it back. brings new washed cups with cold cups of coffee and puts it on the table.

He does not apologies or talk back to the customer. or even respond. I thought he might have had spit in the coffee with the way he was treating us. Worst experience ever This occurred on Dec 10, 2016 @ 12:32AM 7600 Reseda Blvd.

Visiting the Denny's restaurant at Primm Nevada at 4:45 am. I was first inline and noted there were very few patrons. Seated we a party of 7 African American patrons seated prior to my entering the facility. A white couple come up and she seats them before me and a let this pass.

20 minutes later I am not given no beverage service or my order taken. The white couple is given beverages as well as served I I have no water or coffee as well as the other African American people only have water and no food.

I did let the server and night manager know of this injustice. This is not acceptable! The manager was Ivan and the hostess was Crystal.

On Sunday a friend and I went into the restaurant were seated and ordered our food. The food came to our table cold. We then asked to see a manager and a gentleman came over to us. Never introduced himself to us.

He asked us what was the problem. We then explained to him that the food was cold and we were drinking our hot coffee to warm the food as it went down. He did offer to make us another meal.

We said no because we didn't want to receive another dish of cold food. He then said I can give you a dessert. We declined so he just walked away from us and said okay. I thought for sure that he would at least offer a coupon on the restaurant or even a small discount on the bill. That did not happen.

As we were standing in line waiting to pay our bill we noticed that there were at least 12…

The food was brought out cold. I did not want more cold food so I declined he did not offer any other kind of help besides more food so my complaint is a gift card or a discount from the total price.

On our way out of the store we saw him again while at the register and just walked passed like nothing happened and we never had a conversation with him. I thought this was handled very poor by management and eating cold food made it worst.

The Manager name is Nick in the Albany Denny's on Wolf Rd.
