Had breakfast on 09/16/2017 in Wickenberg Az at 9:11. Decent breakfast until a bug crawled out of my plate and ran, I managed to kill it took it up to cashier to ask for manager and his quote was mam he is cooking. I showed him the bug and said I was not happy and could not eat my food. He said that happens it is monsoon season in Az. ( which Monsoon season has been over for a couple of weeks) and rang up the register and charged me for the food to a total of $15.49.

Not happy with Denny's at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to Denny's on 7822 w capital, 12:45 pm 9/9/2017,The manager and employee stepped outside for a smoke break as we pulled up my husband and I went inside my husband went to restrowhite wash his hands while I waited to be seated. Waitress walked off as we came through the doir towards table of young men's talking casually, then she walked towards the other side in back of room.

meantime I'm looking at one employee sitting near kitchen looking at me standing waiting, another came out to speak with her and still no one ame to sit me at a table 10 minutes passed now. Then waitress came to register and said I will be with you.

We went to Denny's at 4024 e Harry in Wichita ks on 9/1/17 around 12 noon they weren't that busy . it was a small black girl don't know name had us stand to clear table about 10 min. Then told us were to go didn't even take us to table waited another 10 min.

To get menues didn't ask about drinks . because she was to busy chatting talking whatever u want to call it with 2 other tables. After about another 5 min. Which by the way they're was 6 of us we all got up and left so she took money out of your pocket for talking and it wasn't anything to do with her work .

the only reason I know this is because we were sitting between both tables.

I go in store #7480 twice a week. Monday's and usually Thursday's. Every Mon. seems like they never have enough staff, but the girls working they do Awesome. Except a supervisor, Brenda, she's lazy loud and rude. A group of workers at around 1:00 pm stop working and all gather in the far room.

Last week 2 servers once again were left to do it all. How is that right? Every now and then the GM they call Sengua , joins right in. Not with the ones working but with the ones who are enjoying themselves while others work harder then seems fair.

I just thought maybe it's time you see who deserves a pat on the back. The 2 Mon servers young girl and a server named Kittie thank you ladies for doing what you do.

On 8/17/2017 my husband and myself at dinner at Denny's. The server sat us took our order, place the order and preceded to sit in the booth with another lady, which I was told is the manager there. Both were on their phones.

When our food was reading for pick up another server had to get her attention that it was ready. After she served our food she went back to the booth, on her phone again. Then pizza was delivered from another restaurant.

She made sure the booth she was sitting all got drinks and forks. Still she never asked our table if we needed refills. Then I looked over at their table and she was eating with everyone at that table. My husband's glass had been empty for awhile.

I told him, "do not motion her over here, I want to see how long it will take her to notice". We were…

My visit to Denny's was very long and aggravating to say the least. We walked in around 8:30pm for a late dinner. Once we sat down we waited about 5 minutes till the waiter came over to take our order.

While waiting for our dinner, we kept overhearing quite a few customers complaining about their orders being wrong. It took a half hour before we got our food and yes it was wrong. We spoke to the waiter and he apologized and tried to straighten out our order.

My moms order was never put in so she had to wait another 10 minutes before her food was served. They forgot the hash browns with my order and my toast was really burnt and really hard. So I waited 10 minutes before my hashbrowns and new toast was served.

I ordered a to go plate. When I came to pick it up there was a bug crawling on my plate before I even left the counter. I showed the clerk who seemed like she didn't believe me until she saw it herself.

They remade my food but I just want you to know I will never return to Denny's again after that!

Absolutely filthy! The carpet looks like it is never vacuumed, the blinds are so dusty I could write my name, front entrance filthy, waitresses messy and not friendly. If the health department visited the restaurant, I doubt if they would pass inspection.

Will not go there again. I've been in other Denny's and nothing like this dirty restaurant! I don't think that you would like this image associated to your name!

Today the 18/12/16 I opened a 227g of Denny sausages and was highly shocked and concerned as the sausages were covered in very suspious looking yellow blisters and a strange bad smell I am highly concerned that meat product is leaving your factory this way and due to the fact my two young children could have ate these sausages , I am a loyal Denny customer and buy a range of Denny products which is why I am writing to you first to give you the opportunity to firstly address this serious problem,and compensate me adequately, I have frozen the suspect product after opening and

Went in for late birthday dinner. Order 2 cups of coffee Chicken Quesada & smothers chili fries. Waiter (William) brings coffee and leaves. I ask him to comeback and politely ask when was the last time they washed the cups.

Waiter response just now with an attitude. When I showed him both cups how dirty they were he gives an attitude and takes it back. brings new washed cups with cold cups of coffee and puts it on the table.

He does not apologies or talk back to the customer. or even respond. I thought he might have had spit in the coffee with the way he was treating us. Worst experience ever This occurred on Dec 10, 2016 @ 12:32AM 7600 Reseda Blvd.

Visiting the Denny's restaurant at Primm Nevada at 4:45 am. I was first inline and noted there were very few patrons. Seated we a party of 7 African American patrons seated prior to my entering the facility. A white couple come up and she seats them before me and a let this pass.

20 minutes later I am not given no beverage service or my order taken. The white couple is given beverages as well as served I I have no water or coffee as well as the other African American people only have water and no food.

I did let the server and night manager know of this injustice. This is not acceptable! The manager was Ivan and the hostess was Crystal.

On Sunday a friend and I went into the restaurant were seated and ordered our food. The food came to our table cold. We then asked to see a manager and a gentleman came over to us. Never introduced himself to us.

He asked us what was the problem. We then explained to him that the food was cold and we were drinking our hot coffee to warm the food as it went down. He did offer to make us another meal.

We said no because we didn't want to receive another dish of cold food. He then said I can give you a dessert. We declined so he just walked away from us and said okay. I thought for sure that he would at least offer a coupon on the restaurant or even a small discount on the bill. That did not happen.

The food was brought out cold. I did not want more cold food so I declined he did not offer any other kind of help besides more food so my complaint is a gift card or a discount from the total price.

On our way out of the store we saw him again while at the register and just walked passed like nothing happened and we never had a conversation with him. I thought this was handled very poor by management and eating cold food made it worst.

i am a veteran of the us navy serving aboard the USS Saratoga during the Vietnam war, i went to the Denny's on Veterans Day to eat, in Greenwood La at the Flying J trk stop, for breakfast, the hostess seated me in the very last booth in the back when there were others available. My co-worker and myself went to Denny's #8802 to have an early lunch. We arrived at about 10:30am and left at 11:12am on Monday 11/0716. We waited over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us or wait on us. Our sever Sherry P.

gave us the impression that we are not important enough for her to wait on us. When she did come over our table we had to ask her to bring us a menu. Again, we waited another 10-15 minutes for Sherry P.

to come back and take our order. We waited and waited for our meals to be served. We waited for 20-25 minutes to be served. We gave up got up to leave and Sherry P. stated that your order is ready.

Since there was a handful of people (maybe 20-30) in the restaurant and not that busy, the time we wasted waiting on Sherry P. needless to say we will not be going back.…

My husband and I were very displeased with the service and food we received at Denny's in McAlester, OK this evening. I feel that it is imperative to let you know why we will not be returning in the future. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were met with very loud music. When the waitress came to our table, we asked politely if she would mind turning down the volume. She said that she would have to ask the manager since "she has the keys." After about 20 minutes, we asked her if she had mentioned it to the manager. She said that the manager said she turned it down a little. The music volume had not changed and the awful music continued to blare.

ON OCTOBER 30TH AT AROUND 5:30 PM, MY FAMILY AND I DECIDED TO GO TO DENNYS FOR A NICE FAMILY DINNER. OUR WAITRESS WAS VERY NICE AND THE PROBLEM DIDN'T START UNTIL THE FOOD CAME. Well I have worked at the South Lake Tahoe Denny's for almost a year for owner Linda Schmidt. We have gone through "many" managers and they recently hired "Manny", a new and also previous Manager. He has been employed there about 5 weeks (includes a 3 week vacation) and he fired me today with no notification.

I am a white female age 52 with a college degree and I have been intimidated and harassed directly by him and his new "Hispanic" 2 managers since he started. He is prejudice against "older" Caucasian personnel and writes up this particular race.

I was very disappointed when visiting this Denny's in St. Louis, MO. Store #7363 I went to visit the ladies restroom. As soon as I opened the restroom door there was feces on the floor of the restroom and there was feces on the seat and side of one of the toilets. The smell was awful. How and why was this restroom not cleaned appropriately? I have pictures if they are needed for proof of uncleanliness. I would not dine at this Denny's again. Please for future Public Health and Safety concerns address this issue with this store.

Need new management to replace the guy that manages this shift I'm a business owner an that type of behavior is not acceptable when dealing with an open door policy. On Canadian Thanksgiving I went to our neighbourhood Denny's for a turkey dinner. The female wait staff was very pleasant and efficient. She kindly explained that the senior portion was 2 slices of turkey while the regular price gave you three slices. The picture on the menu showed generous slices that were approximately a minimum of 1/4 inch thick. I would take home anything I could not finish so ordered the 3 slices.

What arrived at my table was skimpy bits and pieces of turkey approx. 1/16" that had been propped up with dressing to make it look as if you were receiving a generous serving. My daughter was working for a Denny's Restaurant in two different locations and I don't like they way they treated her. A couple of the managers were rude and their job title has gone to their heads. When the "uneducated" mangers are jealous they can make life difficult for their employees.

I placed a order at 7:39pm, however I didn't get my order until 8:15. The order had been sitting behind the cashier for 20mins or longer. I noticed the people that came in 30mins behind me had received their order.

I got up to ask the cashier she said my order was given away. The manager "Tirik" walked up he was confused about the order he said it was give away, but he check the order behind him which was my order then stated to the cashier she gave him the wrong ticket.

He said to me "I can give you the order or your money back just not both" I asked to do both he proceeded to give me my money back, after I received the money he said thank you and snatched the bag off the counter and put it back behind him again.

Is really terrible dennys in Petaluma, ca. The store has almost 60 days not open on night between 12am to 6 am. 4 days on week or sometimes on weekend Because they said not any one in the kitchen to make food.

And are only one services on weekend night shift and they are really busy to make salads, shakes, smoothies, other drinks, running services, cleaning and customer paid their food so question when they have time to take order for customer. Is poor time to the restaurant.

I consider myself a regular at Denny's as a result of Denny's menu changes to include healthier and more up to date choices (rather than its traditional greasy spoon menu offerings) AND the fact that they started offering free Wi-Fi so that I can get some work done when I am working outside the house or office and need to get some online work/tasks done. These two things alone have made me a convert who has returned to Denny's after avoiding it since my late night partying, after club hours, let's go to Dennys and eat days (in the 80's no less).

On September 25, 2016 at approximately 9:45 am. it there about. I was attempting to park in a handicapped parking spot when one of the Denny's employee's parked in the handicapped parking spot I was attempting to park in. So I rolled my window down and asked her to move, because she DID NOT have a handicapped parking permit.

We used to go to the Denny's on N. Argonne. The breakfasts are good except the bacon. Yes the BACON. It used to be thick and very good until you switched to the thin, see through. It is a very poor excuse for bacon.

We ( and most of our friends now go to Sheri's. Although Dennys is pretty close to our house, Sheri's, I Hop and all of the other places we go to has the good stuff. Will you bring back the thick bacon or do we have to completely eliminate Denny's?

My wife and I eat at your restaurant very often. When we depart we leave a tip if the service warrants and then pay with a credit card. When we present our credit card the person behind the counter always asks “ARE YOU GOING TO LEAVE A TIP TODAY”.

Sometimes it’s the waitress, and sometimes it’s some type of a manager wearing a different color work uniform. Whoever or whatever they are position they have can you please make it stop? I can’t complain to management when management is a part of the problem.

By the way the waitress you made your overall manager hides most all day in the back; she is no manager. She’s just a monthly liability, like the gas bill, fuel bill, light bill. That’s her. Anyway please have your cashiers stop asking for a tip; the cannot see the table and the big 5 buck…

Had supper Monday night ordered the chicken avacodo salad I got a bowel of lettuce a few bits of bacon ,one egg and a small piece of chicken No Avacodo . Ask the waitress for some got a small bowel with 4 slices very thin and small. Not good ,very pricy for this kind of salad , I will not be back for anything else. The Denny's is on Macleod Trail in Calgary. I have had this same meal in Spokane and Arizona always very good.

Today i finally had it with seeing one of the "cooks" in the Palmdale CA, Denny's Restaurant located by the Antelope Valley Mall completely disrespect and verbally abuse his own Denny's co-workers, specifically the women. Its extremely unacceptable to have that type of treatment and actions going on in the store and to not have any sort of support from the manager and no stoppage to this act is very sad. This isn't the first time I've seen this. I come into this Denny's location about two times a week and i see this act almost "every single" time i go in.

And I'm not the only person that has complained about this poor act. People have notified the managers there of this guys sick actions and treatment, but it seems that management just swipes our opinions and concerns off their shoulders…

We have been going to this Denny's for many years, because of convenience not because it's so great. This evening I tried calling for over an hour to order food. With no answer I went into the restaurant to order in person.

while there I continued to hear the phone ringing off the hook! The 2 employees were very apologetic and accommodating, but very stressed because of the working conditions!! When I finally got my order to go, I had to send it back (as usual) because it was wrong.

When I got home my husband BEGAN TO EAT HIS WAFFLE AND BIT INTO A SCREW, WHICH CRACKED HIS CROWN!!! This is it for us! We will never step foot in a Denny's again and will be retaining an attorney because of the damage to his tooth.

We will also be writing some very bad reviews on Yelp about the Denny's…
