I was apocht by the manger of the store location in margate Florida in regards to an incident that on 9/19/16 she stated that I was not supposed to come in to this store location due to me assaulting some one at that location by thoring supe on another custermer an then she replied that I am not nice I don't interact with her verbally an i deal with only certain Servers I think she dose not have her facts in order or she needs a crash course in custermer care today's date is 9/24/2016 time is 10,20 pm I am very upset an also embarrass approaching memin the way she did store number is # 568114

We used to go to the Denny's on N. Argonne. The breakfasts are good except the bacon. Yes the BACON. It used to be thick and very good until you switched to the thin, see through. It is a very poor excuse for bacon.

We ( and most of our friends now go to Sheri's. Although Dennys is pretty close to our house, Sheri's, I Hop and all of the other places we go to has the good stuff. Will you bring back the thick bacon or do we have to completely eliminate Denny's?

Went to dennys today waitress came over took our order waited 20 minutes for drinks another 20 for food coffe cup had lipstick on it from previous user.! Muffins arrived not even toasted no butter sent them back nevevr received them again till our breakfast was over.....

My wife and I eat at your restaurant very often. When we depart we leave a tip if the service warrants and then pay with a credit card. When we present our credit card the person behind the counter always asks “ARE YOU GOING TO LEAVE A TIP TODAY”.

Sometimes it’s the waitress, and sometimes it’s some type of a manager wearing a different color work uniform. Whoever or whatever they are position they have can you please make it stop? I can’t complain to management when management is a part of the problem.

By the way the waitress you made your overall manager hides most all day in the back; she is no manager. She’s just a monthly liability, like the gas bill, fuel bill, light bill. That’s her. Anyway please have your cashiers stop asking for a tip; the cannot see the table and the big 5 buck…

Our dinner experience was the worst I ever had at any resteraunt it started out waiting for someone to seat us the one waitress asked the other if she could seat us she said no I'm busy then when we ordered I asked for queso chesse and she says I don't think we have that and I said well I ordered it before she said well we're out of like everything steak, spaghetti ect she never bothered asking.

I then sat there and could hear the waitress talking to the cook and the cook complaining about request from customers with there food. Had supper Monday night ordered the chicken avacodo salad I got a bowel of lettuce a few bits of bacon ,one egg and a small piece of chicken No Avacodo . Ask the waitress for some got a small bowel with 4 slices very thin and small. Not good ,very pricy for this kind of salad , I will not be back for anything else. The Denny's is on Macleod Trail in Calgary. I have had this same meal in Spokane and Arizona always very good.

Today i finally had it with seeing one of the "cooks" in the Palmdale CA, Denny's Restaurant located by the Antelope Valley Mall completely disrespect and verbally abuse his own Denny's co-workers, specifically the women. Its extremely unacceptable to have that type of treatment and actions going on in the store and to not have any sort of support from the manager and no stoppage to this act is very sad. This isn't the first time I've seen this. I come into this Denny's location about two times a week and i see this act almost "every single" time i go in.

And I'm not the only person that has complained about this poor act. People have notified the managers there of this guys sick actions and treatment, but it seems that management just swipes our opinions and concerns off their shoulders…

We have been going to this Denny's for many years, because of convenience not because it's so great. This evening I tried calling for over an hour to order food. With no answer I went into the restaurant to order in person.

while there I continued to hear the phone ringing off the hook! The 2 employees were very apologetic and accommodating, but very stressed because of the working conditions!! When I finally got my order to go, I had to send it back (as usual) because it was wrong.

When I got home my husband BEGAN TO EAT HIS WAFFLE AND BIT INTO A SCREW, WHICH CRACKED HIS CROWN!!! This is it for us! We will never step foot in a Denny's again and will be retaining an attorney because of the damage to his tooth.

We will also be writing some very bad reviews on Yelp about the Denny's…

Had lunch today at Denny's on Beach Blvd, Huntington Beach CA. Served a diet coke in a very damaged glass that had ragged edges and a large broken off piece of glass on lip area. Served a second glass of diet coke in another damaged glass where edges were ragged.

Glass may be old but I think dishwasher and stacking of glasses lip down may be the problem. Regardless waiter should have noticed condition of glasses and not served them. Brought to manager's attention who only said "sorry" and walked away.

He did not offer to remove cost of soda from bill or put me at ease to compensate me in any other way. When paying bill, my waiter removed charge for soda only after I told him manager did nothing to compensate me.

I was in Denny's of Greenville NC... I've been going there for years... I will never go there again... The servers an the atmosphere was great.. But their manager was very rude an arrogant.. As I watched he was hollowing at the cooks and throwing food back in the window..

He got rude with the customer.. Everytime I visit Denny's he's disrespectful.. I ask a server well What is his name.. It's Hugh... It's so sad they can't come to work with regret... I'm going to higher authority if nothing is done...

, Willoughby, Oh this morning and was disgusted and very dissappointed. The restaurant was filthy, the poor waitress was the hostess, waitress and cashier. My husband received no fork with his rolled silverware, his coffee cup was dirty and needed to be replaced, our toast which was to unbuttered was buttered. 35 we ever spent.

Majority of the ppl who work there are the General Managers close family members, children. Even some of the staff members kids work there. By them being family they talk Crazy to the other employees. Keep in mind all these ppl are Hispanic and they are very prejudice.

The communication between cook and server is very difficult. If you talk back to any of these ppl. The General manager Norma will only give you three day on the schedule until u just quit. The Key manager Mariana is very rude to the non Hispanic ppl.

She doesn't know how to run that store. They all will lie on you. They are lazy and something needs to be done about it asap

i went to dennys late tonight to have dinner with my husband, ordered a skillet breakfast asked for NO PEPPERS because im very allergic. i received my food and started to eat it when i noticed that there were red peppers on the plate and looking further there were also green peppers on the plate.

( i have ordered this without peppers before with no issues), i explained to the waitress ahead of time that i was very allergic and there could be no peppers on the plate, and it was full of peppers. so i just asked for a new order.

I showed up at 1145 in the evening sat down and asked for a cup of coffee I was given one cup of coffee at around 2am I waved down a manager Martha and asked if I could get another cup of coffee I had been here for hours.. she brought me a cold cup of coffee..

I've been eating at Denny's since I was a kid and my favorite meals were Patty Melt on Rye bread and the pancakes. When you discontinued the Patty Melt I was extremely upset and was thinking about quitting Denny's, but I didn't, I still had the best pancakes in the world.

I had an issue with my Ameriprise investment account. The rep was incredibly helpful when I called the phone number, but said the corporate wouldn't allow him to let me withdraw my funds without signing forms to close down my account.

Funny, it was so easy to sign up, but when I want to cancel they make me jump through hoops! Maybe I should write a complaint letter to the CEO at 2923 Ameriprise Financial Center. Has anyone else had success doing so?

This store is a horrible unprofessional store it was in union point Ga zip code 30669. Me and my husband was eating and there was two African American lady's about to fight here in front of the customer. The other lady look like she was an employee at Flying J the other lady work for Dennys right in the middle of a customer the young lady who work at Dennys yell something out at the lady working at the store.

I read her name tag as I check out after we finished eating her name tag said Ciara. She stop waiting on the customer and the other young lady didnt have on a tag but she was arguing back with her to the point where they was about to fight and

No stars at all.. server was sick. Snot dripping out of her nose. Food was awful portions used to be great now petty for the price you pay. Tried to do survey but number out of survice. Can't do it online won't take my survey code.

I had to wash my own table and seat. Requested a rag so I would stop sticking to table and Bench.

the waiter's name Keith, I filled a complaint with a Marie a manager there the next. I go in and have dinner all the time the waiter comes out and tells me I'm not aloud on property I said I want to speak to manager it took her 20 minutes and the hole time this Keith is insulting me.

When I finally got to see manager and I ask why she said I filed a complaint on "her" employee. Now I'm getting my lawyer involved that is elegal and I want something done before I take this to the next level.

I visited your Dennys in Poinciana fl at 12 midnight because kids and I were craving nachos. The Denny's at 621 Queen street in Southington, Connecticut is in need of repair and upgrading. The exterior facia boards are dry rotted and need to be removed. The roof is peeling and in need of painting. The interior bathrooms need updating.

I am a fleet owner for a trucking company, on 7/20/16 I stopped at the Denny's at exit 85 pilot truck stop Jackson tn. There were about 6 employees working about 5pm I waited 30 mins to be waited on, there were people waiting in line at the door waiting to be seated and a line at the counter waiting to pay there bill. several of the employees were out back all smoking. One man got tired of waiting and left without paying his bill.

I also stopped at another Denny's at exit 369 Knoxville tn on 7/28/16 about 10:30pm I sat at the table for 25 mins not being waited on again So I left. We have been stopping at Denny's for years Now we will stop at cracker barrel.

My family and I was at the dennys on 6th street in vincennes indiana. Hostess was rude waitress was rude and slow we sat there for 20 mins waiting for a refill. The steak knife I got to cut my country fried steak with had old caked on food on it.

My daughter in law took 2 bites of her club sandwich said it tasted funny after she had my son try it and he spit it out in the plate and had to go to the bathroom and rinse his mouth out said he wouldn't feed his dog that. it took us 20 minutes to be seated , we were not asked if we need any drinks, We had to ask another waitress for drink waitress looked like we bothered her when I told her the drinks taste like water she said "WHAT DO YOU WANT THEN" when we asked how long our food would take because by then we were there 35 min or so , they said about 20 minutes because they were busy .

This Denny's SUCKS Went there today 7-25-2016 for breakfast. (been going there for years) but ever since new owners took over this denny's has going downhill FAST. The place wasn't very busy only seen 3 servers on duty and 2 cooks one of them was the manager.

We waited about 10 minutes just to get seated and another 15 minutes before a server took our order. we got our coffee & juice and then we waited & waited & waited never did any coffee refills. The server must have forgotten us?

The people in the booth behind us said they were tired of waiting and got up and left they were a party of 4. I spoke with Carol the manager? and she said they were behind on getting the orders out.

My wife and I travel often we were in Wytheville VA July 22nd for an overnight stay. We went into Denny's and had A very nice young man wait on us. Very pleasant you could tell he liked people and enjoyed his job. I enclosed an image of the receipt. So the next morning around 10:00 A.M. we returned for breakfast. We were greeted with the hostess telling us they were short handed could be up to 45 minute wait. I worked for a franchise branch of Denny's store #8551 in phoenix and am currently undergoing a civil suit against them for discrimination and breach of policy. I was singled out because my general manager Gloria Phillips was mistreating a group of black guests and I wouldn't do the same.

the service was lousy, The manager did everything but what he should do, not his job, that's for sure. if he worked for me, he would be looking for a new job. it took us 25 minutes to get our food, and not all of it right away. A table.

with 8 people came in after us, ordered after us and all got their food before us by 10 minutes. After this very bad experience, we will never go to your restaurant again.

I forgot to ask for the military discount before paying for the 40.00 bill. I spoke to the manager who insisted he could not void out receipt and reissue to give me the discount. I feel that is very rude, bad customer service especially to an 80 year ago ld vet.

I've been ordering same dinner dish for weeks now and one nite I'm in there for that same dinner, a new cook was training and was nothing like I've had before!

Also I was in for breakfast this morning and only girl there said no one has showed up to take over her shift so she could go home! I asked her wheres a member of management or if not can you call a member of management to help you out!

She said no ones hear from management and she doesn't know who to call in a case like this! It will be my last time for this Denny's!

Only strawberry milkshakes. No pot roast. Burgers were little and greasy. I had the bacon guacamole burger. My husband had bacon cheeseburger. Chicken strips for grandson. He said they were too wet(greasy) he didn't eat. The fry serving size was surprisingly small.

We were truly disappointed with the overall quality.

My husband myself and our Granddaughter visited Denny's at 11755 Pacific Highway Southwest Tacoma WA on Saturday and was very disappointed with the service. The lady that seated us was very pleasant and asked what we wanted to drink we had water and 2 hot teas then our server Laura C came for our order well our granddaughter ordered build your own grand slam of bacon eggs hash browns and

Very poor service, it took 2 hours to receive our food and the stack of pancakes was missing. Never did get those pancakes and had to get 2 table settings myself and even my own coffee also. Location was Wauwatosa Wisconsin on North Avenue.

People that came in after us got served first including a group of 25 people, I just did not get this. Should have got some free meals for this but the manager offered us nothing. My address 3035 Smith Lake Road, West Bend Wisconsin 53090.

The manager Tina is very rude to one, and I mean only one employee.. I was at Dennis twice today July 9 2016 and the july 8 2016.. Tina has lashed out on this lady several times. This employee is a trainee, who has just started.

No one even looked like they trained her very well. So if she has made an accident, she's not to blame. I blame the manager. She runs a very poor and poorly restaurant.. I will not be returning to Denny's Trinidad to dine after the treatment my friends and I received (Sunday 26th June) .

Firstly, the security was very rude and of no assistance in parking suggestions when all the spots were occupied. Then entering the building we were not even greeted by the front desk personnel. Her head remained down, consumed in whatever she was doing and there was no acknowledgement.

We eat at our local Denny's at least 4+ times a week (Haines City, FL Store #8731). On June 23, we were eating breakfast with my brother & sister-in-law. I picked up the sugar packet caddy to pass to my brother, and we all noticed immediately how dirty and yucky it was! My sister-in-law works as a server at Eat n' Park restaurant in the Pittsburgh area, and she said they have to wash ALL of their sugar, jelly & salt/pepper caddies every week! Denny's might want to adopt a similar cleaning practice. We all know that children play with items on the table while dining out and can leave some sticky surfaces behind!

Two locations 1st 6th and I-225. I ordered tilape cooked in oil no butter 1st time no problem. A few days later no, cook cooked in no butter but no spices and took for ever. My husband had the roast beef it was prepared put on counter and got cold.

My daughter and I had went to Denny's at 900 West Alameda at 7:20 on 6/26/16. There were only 2 tables with people 1 waitress and 1 manager we stood at the front waiting to be seated for a good 5 minutes we both ordered Santa Fe skillet are eggs were completely overcooked they were like hard boiled eggs was never asked how we would like are eggs we both had water our glasses are empty for a good 10 minutes before the manager asked if we would like more water and

we had told her yes instead of getting the water for us she made the only one waitress get the water for us . Was really not satisfied in fact the manager did absolutely nothing to help the waitress out.
