I will not be returning to Denny's Trinidad to dine after the treatment my friends and I received (Sunday 26th June) .

Firstly, the security was very rude and of no assistance in parking suggestions when all the spots were occupied. Then entering the building we were not even greeted by the front desk personnel. Her head remained down, consumed in whatever she was doing and there was no acknowledgement.

Our waiter also took forever to come and was rushing us in taking our orders and was particularly rude to one of my friends by rolling her eyes, sighing loudly and raising her voice. " (Sorry for the language). We walked back in and insisted we see the manager.

We eat at our local Denny's at least 4+ times a week (Haines City, FL Store #8731). On June 23, we were eating breakfast with my brother & sister-in-law. I picked up the sugar packet caddy to pass to my brother, and we all noticed immediately how dirty and yucky it was! My sister-in-law works as a server at Eat n' Park restaurant in the Pittsburgh area, and she said they have to wash ALL of their sugar, jelly & salt/pepper caddies every week! Denny's might want to adopt a similar cleaning practice. We all know that children play with items on the table while dining out and can leave some sticky surfaces behind!

Two locations 1st 6th and I-225. I ordered tilape cooked in oil no butter 1st time no problem. A few days later no, cook cooked in no butter but no spices and took for ever. My husband had the roast beef it was prepared put on counter and got cold.

The fish finally came with no French fries,as ordered and no spice. I was afraid the cook had done something to it so we left. Wait to long. This was Thursday June 16 evening. 2nd problem. Airport Blvd and 1-70 I asked what I could have with no butter and the manager told the waiter nothing everything is cooked in butter.

My daughter and I had went to Denny's at 900 West Alameda at 7:20 on 6/26/16. This is definitely NOT a complaint. Our son is active duty US Air Force and my wife and I have gone to visit him and his family in both Fairfax, Virginia and at Virginia Beach as well over the last several years. We are weekly visitors at the Denny's on Harbison Drive in Columbia, SC, and always try to get Beth as our waitress. She's a really top notch waitress, knowledgeable and always smiling; happy and usually very cheerful. We have been long standing Denny's customers (40+ years), and it's people like her that keep us coming back. Happily. Please let her store manager (and John, her previous manager) know that we now not only value her as our "Special" waitress but also as a friend.

When we travel we usually stop when hungry at one of our favorite chains. Most often, it's a Denny's.…

I was at the register waiting my turn to pay when the hostess/cashier ran out of change in her register and could no longer cash out her waiting customers, the restraunt was somewhat busy but she called to her supervisor telling her she didn't have any more change and this supervisor began yelling at her employee and talking very stern to even myself when I tried defending the cashier ,all of a sudden I heard her tell this cashier to get off the floor and

get her stuff and to go home and she did this in front of quite a few other customers and employees humiliating this cashier. What kind of manager would do this? Deming NM unit # 6899. My party of two arrived around 10:50 am. Check out 11:41am. The host asked if we wanted booth or table. I said booth but don't hold us up if there was only a table we would take it.

He said give him a minute while he went to check for seating availability. He came back and asked if a half booth was ok. We thought that was all there was so we said, ok. When we went around the corner we counted 4 full size booths and a table.

I questioned him what was wrong with those and his answer was, "Oh I didn't see them". Next our waiter came and when we said we wanted coffee he said it would be a few minutes because they had to brew some.

first of all I eat at the restaurant about 3 times a week. I have complained before and the only answer I get is that's are job. here is the issue I have. when I check out they always ask me ,do you want to leave the bill the way it is or add to it.

I always leave a tip on the table and at 68 years old I don't think they should be asking that question to any one. we are adults and don"t need to be ask if we want to ad a tip.

Today was my son's birthday , so I decided to take him to breakfast at Denny's on Benning Rd in Northeast Washington DC. We sat at a window seat in the corner of the restaurant . The table beside us had not been cleaned, so the waiter came to that table and the crumbs and remaining food was pushed off the table to the rear seat.

I could not believe what I saw , so I told the other waiter about the food on the seat, so that waiter took the crumbs and remaining food and pushed them to the floor. Just to mention both were native Africans that did this.

I should have taken a picture of this incident but I didn't. Someone needs to teach the waiters , to clean tables properly, Put the remaining food in a napkin or small trash can. This was really sickening.

A few notes before I write my complaint: 1: I cannot use my real name out of fear, and 2: The establishment I speak of resides in Horseheads, NY.

I do not visit often enough due to being overpriced, but when I have come in the last two times, the waitresses have been exceedingly rude. The first time I was with my husband. I tried to order a burger, cooked in a specific way, and instead of telling me she could not cook it like that, she told me I couldn't have that, claiming it was state law. Now, NYS law states that meat cannot be cooked a certain way if and only if the quality is questionable. Why she would tell me that at all is beyond me. We payed for only our drinks and walked out.

This is over MULTIPLE trips to the Denny's located in Oakhurst, CA. Oakhurst is a small town, with very limited "late-night" options for food. We were so thrilled to get a Denny's, but the service is absolutely HORRIFIC. I would love an undercover Denny's corporate employee to visit because the examples I will be giving are just too crazy to believe.

The first issue I'd like to address is the understaffing and excruciating slothful rate of service. That reason, alone, kept us away from visiting Denny's for a very long time. But we decided to try again, and received the same apathetic, inept service, only this time we had to substitute two meals that were ordered because they did not have in the kitchen what they needed to make what we wanted.

My daughter & I stopped at Denny's located on Delaware in Buffalo NY. We wanted to have breakfast. It was 1:00PM on June 6th. 2016. It really wasn't busy at this time, we were sitted. We ordered our food. As we were sitting there, a bus boy or dish washer was in the server's station and dropped a plate or a cup or both..

but it shattered and flew all over. We had been sitting at the table that was right there next to this server's station. The glass flew across all over the floor, under our table, a few pieces on our table.

6-3-16, my husband and myself went to the Denny's in Mooresville,NC. I ordered the make your own slam, when the girl came to bring our meals she dropped mine on the floor, so I had to wait for another to be made.

On 6-5-16 my husband and I went to the same Denny's and I ordered the same thing (with chicken patty), when they brought the food they gave me sausage links. Dear Denny's, My wife and I commute every morning from Antioch, CA , to San Leandro, Ca where she is one of the best Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurses at John George. Most mornings while driving I will order her breakfast over the phone, If they pick up the phone, or just leave the phone off the receiver(for a busy signal) , preventing returning phone order customers who order over the phone to be able to place their orders.

Many times like this morning I got put on hold to be hung up on, and after calling back the line stayed busy. We have drove their like today and only 10 people in the establishment waiting on their orders.

But all of a sudden the phone is back on the receiver after they see me walking into the business. We have parked outside and watched how the phone is totally ignored…

I stopped at Denny's in Winnie Texas. I stop there at least once a week. I ordered what I usually get which was loaded bake potato soup bowl and a hamburger told waiter bring soup first with Tabasco . He brings soup out without bacon and cheese on it.

Clovis Denny's Shaw & Willow; last night, normally ate at IHOP, but got there at 10 minutes after 9 and they were closed. So, wife and I thought we'd go to Denny's. Went in and stood around for at least 10 minutes while several Denny's people walked around and by us without even an acknowledgement of us being there.

The server took forever to get our drinks and helped a table that came in after us before taking care of us. We also ordered our food which was mostly just eggs and bacon and while waiting for that two tables that came in after us received their food before ours which had things that would of took longer than ours to cook.

I got up and approached our server and asked where our food was and told her that tables that were in after us were already eating. They didn't even have any of our food ready and our check was already pulled but no food.

This was not the only time we have had trouble at this restaurant and we even have asked others and they say the same thing.

I went to Denny's in Evansville Indiana on Weston Road to get food. It wasn't real busy. When I ordered my food and it took a little while to get it. Then my cup sat empty several times for several minutes.

Then I went to pay the bill and there was no one up front to take the money. I went outsides and walked around the corner of the building near the street and it smelled like marijuana. And I asked "can someone come take my money" there were several employees out there.

There was a larger tall woman in a dark pink shirt that came in and took the money. I over heard someone say "that guy didn't even leave a tip" I don't mean to get anyone in trouble but the service was completely horrible.

I purchased 2 meals to go. Fish and French Toast. I once worked there and a co worker put Visine in my drink. I became severly I'll. She was present when I ordered this time and Made the remark that she needed some eye drops as I Was waiting for my food.

My boyfriend and I always goes to Denny on Benning Road we even have a seat we like to sit in . My boyfriend tell everyone about this Dennys everytime they say they want something good to eat. On May 10, I wife and I visited your Denny's on 27 Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We have visited this Denny's several other times between 12 and 1 in the morning. We have never had any issues with the employees or managers.

Was treated and used by the management. he has managed to fire or people quit because of his lack of leadership. Down tWo cooks and not once did he come to take that missing cooks place or server. One cook was working 55 hours a week.

And to ignore that cooks warning about it was too much. And told him she has anxiety which he still didn't take that in. Was fired and not given a reason. My guess was being worked to much and needed to take off because of her anxiety.

Not to mention if they were all given tests 80percent would fail. Even assistant manager. Marijuana seems to be the goal there.

On May 18th of this year at about 10am a retired friend and I went to breakfast at the the Denny's at 1510 West Valencia Road Tucson AZ. I don't know how the rest of the world is but when I go to breakfast I like to enjoy what I eat and have a conversation with whom I am with.

That was not the case at this location. I would not visit this Denny's again unless it adopts some sense of civility.

I am an elderly person and went into the Denny's today, after being renovated, at Lake St. Louis, MO. It had been a few years because the place had been so rundown. I went to the counter and tried to sit down on the stool, but the seat was to be so loose, I nearly fell on the floor. I just did catch myself before falling. I traded chairs with another location and in the process of doing so, the person in the next chair commented "Oh! You got the bad one! After moving the chairs, I sat down on the 2d one and found it nearly as bad? I told the Manager the chairs were dangerous (at least for old people) and moved to a booth.

I am the American Cancer Society's survivor chair person for this year's Relay for Life in Oroville, CA. I and several members of our team had 4 fundraiser nights at the Oroville, CA store from Jan, Feb, March, and April.

We were to receive 20% of the proceeds from the customers bill between the hours of 5-8 pm. At the time Richard was the manager and when we had the last fundraiser night I gave him a letter with the tax ID stating we needed to have the check before relay, May 14, 2016.

There is now a new manager because Richard moved to the Chico, CA store and I am being told that nothing has been done to get us our fundraiser money on time. Denny's has been our sponsor for the past 5 years and when Stacey was the manager we never had this problem.

This is the Denny's in Millersport, Ohio. It has been going downwards for quite a while now. The restaurant is not keep clean. The service was terrible not to mention the wait for table, your order then it was reheated food.

Then after fifteen minutes another customer finally gets up and shouts to give us our bills. You walk up front takes ten minutes for someone to take your money. I should have listened and avoided a lousy afternoon meal. Never again

#7991 store : per their website has "children eat free on Tuesdays". Ate there 5/10/16 and 2 child meals put on my bill for my 2 grandchildren. Upon paying bill told cashier about the charge and was told that she could do nothing that it was already wrung up.......

also told me that I should have told my waitress about the promotion and I questioned that as to why their waitresses didn't know about the promotion. She was very sarcastic to me and just didn't want to be bothered by it and again told me she could not do anything about the charge.

My Husband and I went to visit our son and his family in North Platte, Ne over Mother's Day weekend. On Mother's Day, we went to Denny's off I 80(#8624) in North Platte. We arrived at 9:35am, was seated at 9:40am.

I have come in to the Denny's the last two nights just to drink water at one of the booths and play on the internet. Now I have been a patron of the establishment for 30 years. And at one time I worked for the company. I have eaten meals here when I have come in to eat but for the last two nights. Both nights I have been drinking water. My family went to Denny's in Russellville Arkansas this evening for supper; there were five of us. There were six other tables occupied besides ours. There were four waitresses, two cooks and a manager. It took 53 minutes for us to get our food.

The hamburger looked like it had been dropped on the floor and the pieces picked up and piled on the bun; and this could be the case since I watched the cook bend over twice and what looked like scoop something up. The french fries were cold and they were the spicy ones instead of the regular.

The chicken was raw on the inside and cold. And that's only the tip of the iceberg. I have been tempted to send a complaint several times in the past but have put it off.

I know most people only contact corporate to complain, so hopefully this is a nice breathe of fresh air. Just a while ago i visited the Dennys @ 12697 N. Gessner Dr Houston, tx. 77064. I went because i live nearby and started feeling myself getting sick.

(Soar throat, aches ect) i worked 7 days straight and didnt feel like driving to the nearest grocery store and wanted soup. I noticed when i looked at the menu soup is only served during certain times. The gentleman helping me identified himself as the manager, believe his name was Andre.

I woke up around 3 in the morning to get ready for my day and decided that I would call in breakfast at denny's location 4718 Slide Rd, Lubbock, TX 79414. I call the first time the phone rings, I figured they were busy so I call 10 minutes later.

A guy answers the phone I asked if I could place a call in order, since it takes a while for them to make it. He replied with " we don't take call in orders on the weekend". He hangs up on me I had no time to reply, I can understand if I were someone drunk since it's the weekend but you can't treat customers that way.

A month ago I placed a call in order on the weekend at the same location and I had no problems until now.

My family and I are regular customers at our local Dennys on Emily drive in Clarksburg WV. We were in the restaurant on Friday May 6th and normally we have no issues but this time we had a girl who hadn't waited on us before (receipt says Megan) but we have seen her there. My experience was terrible.

We waited at least 5 minutes while she sat other tables that she went to first before she even got our drink order. When she got our drink order she was slurring her words and she could barely keep her eyes open.

My 7 yr old daughter even ask us if this woman was ok. She just seemed to be doing a routine and not too coherent. After we finally got our food, she did check on us once but really seemed to be focused on sitting her area instead of taking care of us.
