I have come in to the Denny's the last two nights just to drink water at one of the booths and play on the internet. Now I have been a patron of the establishment for 30 years. And at one time I worked for the company. I have eaten meals here when I have come in to eat but for the last two nights. Both nights I have been drinking water. And have been ignored and when asked for more water or for ice. I even asked the manager cause the wait staff wouldn't get it. At two different times I got up to get it myself. cause no one else would. Even the manager wasn't around to get it.

Tonight I went and got my water cause no one else would. And they told the manager which is fine. But he came out and chewed me out for waiting on myself cause his staff wouldn't. And said "They only make two dollars…

My family went to Denny's in Russellville Arkansas this evening for supper; there were five of us. There were six other tables occupied besides ours. There were four waitresses, two cooks and a manager. It took 53 minutes for us to get our food.

The hamburger looked like it had been dropped on the floor and the pieces picked up and piled on the bun; and this could be the case since I watched the cook bend over twice and what looked like scoop something up. The french fries were cold and they were the spicy ones instead of the regular.

The chicken was raw on the inside and cold. And that's only the tip of the iceberg. I have been tempted to send a complaint several times in the past but have put it off.

Also tonight, the only sides they weren't out of were spicy fries and corn, the…

A friend and I went early on Saturday morning around 6:15 AM on 5/7/2016. We were ahead of our wives and a grandchild as we were visiting a family member in the ICU at Ellis hospital. I know most people only contact corporate to complain, so hopefully this is a nice breathe of fresh air. Just a while ago i visited the Dennys @ 12697 N. Gessner Dr Houston, tx. 77064. I went because i live nearby and started feeling myself getting sick.

(Soar throat, aches ect) i worked 7 days straight and didnt feel like driving to the nearest grocery store and wanted soup. I noticed when i looked at the menu soup is only served during certain times. The gentleman helping me identified himself as the manager, believe his name was Andre.

I woke up around 3 in the morning to get ready for my day and decided that I would call in breakfast at denny's location 4718 Slide Rd, Lubbock, TX 79414. I call the first time the phone rings, I figured they were busy so I call 10 minutes later.

A guy answers the phone I asked if I could place a call in order, since it takes a while for them to make it. He replied with " we don't take call in orders on the weekend". He hangs up on me I had no time to reply, I can understand if I were someone drunk since it's the weekend but you can't treat customers that way.

A month ago I placed a call in order on the weekend at the same location and I had no problems until now.

My family and I are regular customers at our local Dennys on Emily drive in Clarksburg WV. We were in the restaurant on Friday May 6th and normally we have no issues but this time we had a girl who hadn't waited on us before (receipt says Megan) but we have seen her there. My experience was terrible.

We waited at least 5 minutes while she sat other tables that she went to first before she even got our drink order. When she got our drink order she was slurring her words and she could barely keep her eyes open.

My 7 yr old daughter even ask us if this woman was ok. She just seemed to be doing a routine and not too coherent. After we finally got our food, she did check on us once but really seemed to be focused on sitting her area instead of taking care of us.

I rarely complain, this time I must.

We went to dennys 10730 Jefferson Blvd. Culver City, Ca 90230 today for breakfast, long wait, not a problem, the problem was your hostesses... With MANY booths and tables open, the 3 hostesses are chatting and laughing at the register.... waiting 10 -15 minutes with open booths the called no one! We walked out and went to another restaurant.

Check the tapes at this time, they should be reprimanded. You need to get a better management team!

I am not interested in a free meal, I may never eat their again!

I took a survey coupon to redeem at Denny's in Merced, Ca. I was told that the coupon was only good at the Denny's where the receipt was issued. (Elk Grove #6766) lousey service. I would not go back there if they gave me a free dinner.

I took a coupon from the Modesto Black Bear to the Merced Black they accepted it. Now that is what is called customer service. I am sorry that your restaurants do not back each other up.

I visit Denny's regular and am appalled at how the night crew treats people there.

First I want to start off I can't remember the exact date I was last there or the date of every negative incidence. The best I remember I was last there the 21st or 22nd of April. I use to go there 3 o 4 times a week spending nearly a hundred bucks a week there.

I would sit a study. The last time I was there Alysia, John Luc, and Danny sat near me and made derogatory remarks about me while I had my head phones on. I guess they didn't know I knew what they were saying.

I am only writing this to make somebody aware of a situation that took place at Denny's in Chubbuck, Idaho. My brother found a hair in his food. When he brought it to the waitress's attention; she accused him of putting the hair in his food because nobody working there has long black hair. He doesn't either.

She ordered him out of the establishment and reached for his dish the same time he reached for it and he accidently touched her hand. He paid for his food and came back in the morning to speak with Manager named Donna.

Donna got his name, phone number, etc.. and told him she would look into it. She filed assault and battery charges on him. This cost him over $800 and could have cost him his job if found guilty; he works for law enforcement.

He didn't get his meal that he paid for.…

Second visit to this location server polite courteous. the wait that time was 1hour or longer. Today I gave e server my card to pay the bill cashier came over to see if I wanted to put tip I informed her if no tip is on Bill I usually give cash.

I have never experienced anything like this your staff need to be retrained that is rude and impolite. The date April 30 2016 @ approximately 3_4 pm server name Jerimiah. After paying asked server for toothpick none at desk, chef stated he didn't know what that was.

But they can ask for tip. Something is wrong with that. 5

Do to bulging disc in my back,I could not stand wait to be seated. They were taking to long to seat. So I seated my self. Then they continue to pass. By like I wasn't sitting there in plain view.

Saw another server cleaning and heard her tell the manager that it was bad. the two spoke to each other back forth in there language obviously putting down the employee that was just pointing out a serious health violation! Every time I go there the ice tea smells and tastes like old socks!

I ordered take out from Denny's Sunday night 04/10/2016. The person taking my order was rude and acted like I was taking away from his time, stating wait a minute etc. when I tried to place the order. 00. My son picked up the order and when we removed the food from the bags we found the chicken fried steak meal (Senior menu) was bland, the country gravy was runny it was so thin.

It soaked into the meat, disgusting. Our sampler contained incorrect items. The "garden fresh" side salad contained brown lettuce and I could not eat it. I usually do not file complaints but this was a must. The Denny's I am talking about is: 2025 S 900 W Salt Lake City, UT 84104.

While waiting 9 customers walked out that included my boyfriend and I. my boyfriend and I were very annoyed. My boyfriend lives in Naperville and we had to go to the Denny's in I believe Batavia. My wife was a former employee of Denny's Restaurant in Augusta Maine. they have declined us several times. This is causing my family hardship because I can not get health insurance without the verification of employment dates. I am a disabled veteran.

I am very disappointed with the Denny's at this location. I've been in the hospitalilty business for 30 years so I know how to run a restaurant. I walked in around 5pm hoping to find a place to sit but only found dirty tables.

The biggest disappointment was finding the manager sitting and eating with another waitress while my waitress was struggling to keep up with what seemed like a busy restaurant. " I do not appreciate her tone of attitude and the way she snubbed at me as she walked away.

Something should be done about her unprofessionalism. I will NEVER step foot in this restaurant again and I will be sure to tell others about my experience as well.

Its about 10:00 at night the LAX denny's we walk in instantly we are greeted by a friendly face and asked us how many I said 3. So she starts to walk us over and a waitress get her attention and points at us and shakes her head while doing a hand motion as if to say she is cut and not to sit her (Melissa).

What was so shocking is the server skipped her section and sat us with a great guy by the name of Alfonso who promptly took my order. While the manger was notified she apologized I let her know how extremely racits and discriminative that was she then said that she would have a talk with her and then offered us a free drink.

This is a complaint about the salt shakers in the warm humid part of the country. It is clumped in the shaker and we were told they are not allowed to use rice or anything to keep it dry. I am not a salt user but many in our group are and this is an ongoing problem.

My family and I were at the Drnnys in 6th Age in Aurora Co. We werevseated in the back area and very surprised when a 8 orb9 year child asked if she could take out order? I was not aware a child could work in a restraunt.

She brought ourvdrinks to our table and waited on other customers also. This is very disturbinh. I will never go to another Dennys again. I am telling evrryone of our experience . And the good was horrible. I vomited for 2 days and my daughter was I'll as well.

I was having lunch with my wife n son. Our waitres christina was very quick with us. She got our drinks mixed up with the table in front of us. She took forever taking our order as she was more into talking to the person at the counter.

We waited ten min before she came back . and asked if we wanted appatizers when i placed our order. Not a very welcoming experience.

I have had to wait over 16 minutes for a waitress to approach me to take my order. Other people have been seen to in this time. It is not the first time this has happened at this location. I am very disappointed and will be telling others of this experience.

I am Visiting Florida with my family. We went to Denny's in Daytona Beach Shores on 3/28/16 around 7;30pm my Wife wanted fish and chips. the store had no fish. so she changed it to a Salmon skillet and nope couldn't get that either.

we couldn't even get a coke, REALLY it doesn't have coke? The server Jennifer recommmed she try the Talopia which was GREAT!!! she loved it. My son wanted Pizza, NO PIZZA!!!! My Daughter wanted Mac and Cheese. Didn't have that.

The server was very quick to offer us our drinks on the house and made sure at the end of our meal to bring my son and daughter Ice cream to try and make it us to us. which if not for Jennifer being so nice and trying to make our visit great we would have left.

Waitress spilled hot coffee on my leg, and ruined my dress slacks and dress shirt. Then Nancy, the district manager treated and spoke to me very rude... On top of that the waitress came over to our table with a strong chemical spray bottle, spaying it on the table and over our food, causing me to lose my breath. This was unsatisfactory..

Had slam. It was fine. The coffee was terrible. They said, yes it was making very strong all morning. We asked for a pot of hot water and added a shake of salt. We drank almost 1 cup. We always drink several cups of coffee.

When she asked if we wanted more strong coffee, we told her no it was really awful. We also told the host when we paid the bill the coffee was terrible. His answer was we were his first complaint on the coffee.

The gentlemen across the isle also complained about the coffee.

I ordered a blueberry pancakes and eggs over easy for my son, egg whites were still clear . , Rippon, CA restaurant waited over 10 minutes manager came out and said she needed to speak to her general manager Jim came out said the eggs were fine no refund because I ate the rest of my meal I eat at this particular Denny's with my family at least 3 to 5 times a month second time this week.

I visited Denny's #8007 in Jacksonville, Florida on 3/24/16 at 11:00 pm. I ordered the senior grilled cheese with soup. The waitress informed me that the soup was unavailable . I asked for hashbrowns instead. The waitress came back and informed me that the manager said I had to get a salad .

I informed the waitress that I frequent Denny's often and that I have received hashbrowns numerous times with my grilled cheese in place of the soup. I had just finish eating, and I was looking for the waiter, and I was sitting right in front of the female manager, and I raised my hand to her to get her attention, she was looking right at me, and totally ingore me, and I told my wife she's rude, and on my birthday, she sure didn't make my day!

I was an employee of the Denny's located in Herkimer, New York 13350. I believe I was unjustly terminated for "using a managers login numbers without authorization" while I was off duty March, 14th 2016 in an attempt to simply help a coworker who was having difficulties with my check.

I used my employee discount on for my bill but as I was cashing out, my coworker asked me how to get her employee discount while there was no manager present. I told her to put in the managers numbers which was the only way I knew how at the time for that specific reason.

I understand the concept of base level employees not using managers numbers for obvious reasons but in my 4-5 months serving at Denny's I had been told of by at least two different managers of their numbers so I could assist them while…

We went to the Dennys located at Transmountain and we ordered our drinks and then the food at which we ordered the Salmon Skillet and when it arrived it was burnt and the Fill in manager took it back and said they would make another well the second one was also burnt and so we couldn't eat it and ordered the puppies that came out burnt also and

couldn't eat them either at which time we ordered the Cinnamon Pancakes they arrived soggy and not close to the menu picture so we decided to go complain and the lady kept insisting that she was just a Fill in For the Mangers and that she was sorry for the situation but as we were leaving another couple overheard the conversation and decide to go to the other Dennys on Dyer .

Suggest you try to solve this situation or we wont go to your restaurant…
