I was an employee of the Denny's located in Herkimer, New York 13350. I believe I was unjustly terminated for "using a managers login numbers without authorization" while I was off duty March, 14th 2016 in an attempt to simply help a coworker who was having difficulties with my check.
I used my employee discount on for my bill but as I was cashing out, my coworker asked me how to get her employee discount while there was no manager present. I told her to put in the managers numbers which was the only way I knew how at the time for that specific reason.

We went to the Dennys located at Transmountain and we ordered our drinks and then the food at which we ordered the Salmon Skillet and when it arrived it was burnt and the Fill in manager took it back and said they would make another well the second one was also burnt and so we couldn't eat it and ordered the puppies that came out burnt also and

My family and I visited one of your restaurants recently and before we even got our meal one of the waitresses was coming out of the back swearing and causing a big scene and walked out the door it was very inappropriate we have been loyal customers for years and never seen nothing like this and will not ever returned. My five yr old had to witness this.

m. When the server brought our food, mine was breakfast, hers was lunch, mine was cold,not even luke warm. Hers was what looked like a tortilla with chicken inside but there were burnt crusty pieces from someone elses meal where the cook failed to clean the griddle, we are assuming??
When the server asked how our meal was, we indeed told her that we had issues, she said that she could return the meals to the cook as a reheat order and replacement for the tortilla-chicken plate. Went to Denny's in Roswell New Mexico on North Main Street, finally got order taken, took over 40 minutes to get our COLD FOOD and burnt toast, wait staff had manager come to table, she replaced our meal with one that somewhat better. Following additional instructions in order to ,as the publication says " build your own Grand Slam",I returned to the same store,3/3/16 and attempted to create said "Slam". The pamphlet says quote "Receive a free Build your own Gran Slam WITHIN 24 hours AFTER registering.

We were a party of 9, 4 Adults and 5 children. The waitress seemed inexperienced, we had to wait over 10 minutes just to get our drinks serve. Once we gave our order it took them over 30 minutes probably 40 to have it orders served to us.

My friend and I went to Dennys in Tiffin Ohio after working a long day just looking to have some good food before going home. It was February 26th at 1am. It took 20 - 30 minutes just to get our order taken.

Denny's on Lone Tree in Antioch, CA. 94531. We arrived at 1:20pm. No one was behind us..we stood at the entrance for 10 minutes before we were acknowledged, then another 5 minutes to be seated. We have been eating at Denny's for over 25 yrs, as a church group from 4-12 folks almost every Sunday. 2-14 -2016 we arrived with 4 and there were only a few tables occupied. The Waitress by the name of Sam who took our order and brought us drinks.

Our hospital Emergency Dept crew tends to buy frequently from your restaurant and on 02-13-2016 we came across a very rude supervisor for the Denny's in Rio Grande City, TX, 78582. Supervisor by the name of Frank, he did not want to provide a last name.
We have had multiple encounters with him and nothing has been done about his rude demeanor and comments. We arrived at around 12:30 and had 3 people look in our direction but no one came to seat us for almost another 10 minutes. Once we were shown our table, the server got out drinks but it was another 15 minutes before we were able to order our appetizers.
