We have been eating at Denny's for over 25 yrs, as a church group from 4-12 folks almost every Sunday. 2-14 -2016 we arrived with 4 and there were only a few tables occupied. The Waitress by the name of Sam who took our order and brought us drinks.

We waited for 30 minutes and nothing else happened. WE contacted her and she said our order was misplaced. She would take care of it. We waited another 30 minutes and noticed a number of other customers had arrived and completed their meal.

At that time we decided to leave and go elsewhere. We contacted the manager and he made no effort to talk to us after informing him we had been waiting over an hour. If interested we can be reached at 719-471-9372 Sam & Glorine Orr

Went to Dennys on today Valentine day and there is a customer in there with a dog. Personally i don't think a dog should be allowed in a resturant where food is being served unless its a seeing eye dog and in this case it wasn't.

And to top it off the employees are walling by petting this dog and serving food. Very nasty

Our waitress was called ,steak was taken to manager ,asked for it to take pictures he didn't know the whereabouts. Of the steak..!! Waitress waved fee and wrote on the ticket why..!!! It read steak was molded ..! have to take antibiotics for fungus in my system.

Our hospital Emergency Dept crew tends to buy frequently from your restaurant and on 02-13-2016 we came across a very rude supervisor for the Denny's in Rio Grande City, TX, 78582. Supervisor by the name of Frank, he did not want to provide a last name.

We have had multiple encounters with him and nothing has been done about his rude demeanor and comments. This most recent incident involved him making a mistake with the order and instead of correcting, scolded the person who went to pick up the orders and then demanded tip for multiple take out orders, the person picking refused solely on the fact that the person was very rude.

We arrived at around 12:30 and had 3 people look in our direction but no one came to seat us for almost another 10 minutes. Once we were shown our table, the server got out drinks but it was another 15 minutes before we were able to order our appetizers. After that my wife's tea needed a refill and she had to remind the server after waiting for almost 10 minutes. Instead of bringing extra plates for our appetizers, we had to share the plates that they came on. We had to flag the server down to order our entrees, remind him to bring napkins, and then flag him done for to go boxes.

On 01/30/2016 Restaurant # 9244 in Apopka, Florida we ate dinner. We had a flyer from the newspaper advertising your Anniversary. On the flyer it stated " Join us for an all day celebration, Saturday 30th from 9am-8pm for great food and prizes all day. 25 free everyday value slams at 9am. After Work we headed over to see if we could win a prize and enjoy a nice dinner. We ate as you can see. We asked our waitress what type of prizes they were giving out.

The one star is only because the food wasn't bad. It was cold but had good flavor. My service was so terrible at the Fallbrook location , it was actually laughable. I have been in the service industry for years and the customer service at this Denny's is in need of help - Big Time!

I have said this so many times. I only go back because it's a small town with few places to get breakfast in the evening. Now , to my experience tonight. I was seated and the waitress did not return for 15 minutes to take my order.

That is not a joke. 15 minutes. I ordered ham and poached eggs. She dropped them off, never to return. She was still there doing other things but I was never approached by her again. My eggs were broken and the yoke was out of the egg and looked scrambled rather than poached.

My husband and I have eaten at the Denny's in Hermitage, PA, for breakfast several times in the past two months. My husband likes the Santa Fe skillet. Each time, we were seated in the same booth near the window.

The window have not been washed. this past Sunday, we went to Denny's again. In addition to the above problems, my husband's silverware was dirty. The containers for the sugar packets and jellies were filthy. My food had a long black hair on it.

I have very short brown hair. It will be a long time before or if ever we will return. The manager apparently isn't going his job. I worked in restaurants for over 20 years and none of them were run like this Denny's.

We have eaten at the Denny's in Hermitage PA about three or four time in the past two months. Each visit, we were seated in the same booth. The windows have not been washed any time we have been there. The restaurant needs dusted.

The containers for the sugar packets and jellies were filthy. This past Sunday (2/07/16), we ate there again because my husband likes your Santa Fe skillet. His silverware was dirty. There was a long black hair on my food. I have short brown hair.

Previously, when we were there, my husband ordered the Santa Fe skillet. They didn't have any red skin potatoes, peppers and onions, or the chorizo sausage. We will not be back to Denny's any time soon.

went to dennys on bellflower blvd ca in sept 2015 had to repeat my order 3 times , when it arrived, it was still wrong after waiting 32 minutes & starving grandkids, & it was not busy, swore I would never return. Today I tried again @ dennys 2634 e carson Lakewood ca #6513 & sat in the patio area after telling the waitress I was going to the patio.

Waited 13 minutes before going inside & ordering. I ordered the club sand w/fruit. " guess she forgot me, after 10 more minutes I went in for silverware. She NEVER came out once!! My banana slices were brown. Again I had to go inside for a refill of Ice tea.

I treated my Wife, daughter, son-in-law and out two granddaughters to breakfast on February 6, 2106 at 0900. one granddaughter is 4 1/2 and the other is two years old. As we sat enjoying our breakfast our two year old reached over and give me a piece of gum.

I mentioned to my daughter where did she get that gum? My daughter said" I don't know". The two year old reached under the table and showed me. I was disgusted and upset! I stood up with the piece of gum on a napkin and asked a server that I wanted to speak to the manager.

I waited less then 30 seconds and the female manager asked what the problem was. I explained to her about the cleanliness and safety of the patrons. " and that was it! Those table should be checked everyday and evening before opening.

When my family and I was in eating Friday night 2-05-2016 My server was way less than average!!!! He was rude to us by not making eye contact he smelled of something other than tobacco. We did not get our soup until after our main food came we did not get drink refills which we got over charged or (reg price for kid coco) And to top it off spent a lot f time talking Spanish to the table next to us that had nothing to do with order!!!!!

The hostess was trying to do 2 jobs,setting guests and checking out customers. When we finally were seated out order was taken at a reasonable time. My order was made incorrectly, thE salmon skillet was missing tomatoes and mushrooms. By the time the waitress returned I had already decided to eat it.

I was told to let them know when I check out. Nothing was done, I thoughthink the would adjust the bill. No not even a manager saying I'm sorry. Never saw a manager! I will think twice about returning there.

On February 1, 2016, my husband and I visited Denny's restaurant in Hemet, California. We both ordered breakfast. Included in his order were pancakes. When his plate arrived, he kindly asked the waitress for syrup. At the same time, I asked if she could kindly replace my watered down iced tea with a soda.

I had two Denny's rewards: one that expires on 2/5/16 and one that expires on 2/15/16 .. when I went to pay the waitress said the points expire today 2/2/16... I did not want to use the points any points as they expire on a later date..

I have made complaints in the past about the Denny's in Fremont Ca. on Mowry Ave. and I stand by them at that time. I don't know what you did. Possibly a new manager, because that is what it needed.

I thought it would be nice if I told you how much better it is now. It still is lacking in the busing part of it but when they DO get bussed they fill the both unlike before with people standing waiting with many both's open.

And they are back to taking names again to keep things in order. I just thought I should tell you, WELL Done. Rather then a complain its nice to give credit where credit is due. I hope my past comments were of some help. Thanks for your time.

my wife and I had breakfast at hermitage, pa. location on jan. 27th 2016. the hot cakes were cold and rubbery. couldn't even eat them. the sausage looked like tiny box type links. they were mushy tasting. the waitress, Mary H.

was efficient and friendly, she called manager when I complained at check out register. 45 please. never offered an adjustment on my bill and never showed any caring at all. only gave me a receipt for my debit card payment.

no survey receipt was offered.

also portions have been reduced compared to what they used to be. sad how business employees seem to not care these days about customer satisfaction.

On Thursday, January 28, 2016 we brought our 2 grandkids for breakfast, arriving at about 9:15 AM. We were at Denny's #8599 Seal Beach, CA. Our server was Veronica and the check was #5230321. We were seatted in the back corner of the large room.

Our food took longer than it has ever taken before, arriving tepid with melted butter. The service was minimal. The juice arrived only after we went to the front to request it. When we were finished we had to go request take home boxes and our check.

When we were asked how things were we told them with no response.

On sunday 1/24/2016 at store 8106, I had the worst service ever. First the waitress took our order wrong, then told me thats what I ordered. Before I got my food she brought the check that had the wrong order on it, she didn't even correct the check. My vegetables were cold, my fish not done, my grandsons food had mushrooms, which I said no mushrooms. So I was a cook at Denny's and I was being told. That my so called "in charge" waiter was making. And stirring up accusations against me so I could lose my job. It was Cleary heard by another employee of mine that she didn't want me working there.

On the 9th of January 2016 my wife, son and I went to Denny's on highway 42 in Stockbridge, GA. After our meal we got up to go pay the bill and leave. A young man had just mopped the lobby and since I'm 66 years old and walk with a cane I was hesitant to continue.

The young man very kindly took my arm to help me pass, but when my feet hit the wet area I did the splits and I went down. He tried to stop it but that was impossible. I fell on my hip where I had replacement surgery and it was very sore for quite a few days.

Denny's 12405 Westheimer Rd Houston tx 77077 I received terrible service with a dad attitude. There was a unauthorized charge on my bill. When I asked the waitress to take it off she informed me that she could not. I asked the waitress to speak to the manager the waitress replied that there was not a manager in the Restaurant.

I was in your location on North Atherton Street in State College Pa this past week and was unfortunate enough to have a waitress by the name of Dana wait on me . She was rude and very snippy to my wife and I . She acted like we were an inconvenience to take our order as I watched her slamming and banging around the restaurant I heard her call another waitress a filthy word . Went to our regular Denny's for dinner tonight, 01/14/2016. New on the front door were signs saying holders of Concealed Handgun Licenses were not welcome in this restraunt. They also had an additional sign advising no open carry. We've been going to this restraunt ever since it opened but it looks like my wife and I are no longer welcome because we have CHL's and carry a firearm for self defense.

And no, we are not going to leave our weapons in our car, they do us no good there. Does the management of Denny's actually believe that their sign will stop any criminal? If you do, you need professional help.

The Customer Service is the worst I've ever seen. Ive been seated for almost 30 min and i haven't placed an order. Got Mozilla Sticks with no sauce. Had to wait almost another 10 min for that. 40 min and still havent placed an order.

Took long time to take my order, hamburger was cold,dry and old, lettuce and tomatoes were wilted, the French fries were cold and hard, the bathrooms were disgusting toilet paper all over the toilets were filthy nasty. There was no toilet seat covers the trash were overfilled trash all over the floors. It was totally sickening.

We got part of our drinks and had to ask for the rest. The waitress brought no refills, didn't listen wasn't attentive to us or our needs,we ordered 4 orders and we got 1 then a long wait, then 1 more came later and

Never ever again. You have lost me as a customer for LIFE! I order "to go" from the Dennys on E Hillsborough Ave in Tampa Fl by Net Park since I work right here. On Sundays our cafeteria is closed.

But EVERY time I have ordered from Dennys they always messed it up. My order is simple. I am a vegetarian so I order the veggie burger. All I want is raw spinach (because you dont ever cook lettuce when building a burger right?

I stopped at the Dennys in Austin, Tx. IH 35 on 1/8/2015 around 2:45am and ordered the new pot roast sandwich to go and said no onions or mushrooms. And when I got home it had so much onions and mushrooms that I couldn't pick them off.

I was at the Crenshaw location ,and I ordered pork sausages when they arrived they were raw inside. I didn't notice it until I had already eaten most of it.

Also it took them ten minutes to bring the syrup for pancake which made them cold! Very, very poor quality and customer service will not be returning.

We hate to see our favorite breakfast restaurant going downhill. The service at 44111 US highway 27, Davenport, FL had us waiting way too long at a nonbusy time. Saw the cook outside smoking. The food at 7631 W. Irlo Bronson, Kissimmee, FL was served cold.

Butter would not even melt on pancakes. The rest was semi warm. Don't know if we will try again or not.

I came into dennys in boiling springs sc on saturday jan. 2.. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger on plain bun. When food got to the table the server let us know that they were out of the plain and so was put a different bun..

My daughter did not like the cheddar bun and disnt want anything else.. When bill was brought the server said the manager said it xpuls be discounted. When server brought check to table i asked why was i still being charged for it so the manager then came to table with an attitude said my daughter had ate too much and had to be charged and then walked mumbling .

if it wasnt for the server coming back to speak to us i would not eat there again.. He was a really rude man. I hope you can fix this problem before you lose a lot of business.. Thank you

January 1, 2016, my husband and I went to Denny's in Kunia, WAIPAHU HI. at about 12:30pm we waited 45 minutes to be seated then another 45 to 50 minutes for our food to come after we were seated, this was almost 2 hours waiting.

Customers were complaining to the two hosts to see the manager and all they were told was that the manager was in the kitchen, no one attempted to even get the manager out front, we were told that they were short handed. We saw lots of empty tables but the two hosts were not seating customers, the lobby and outside was full and lots of customers walked out.

The two hosts were telling customers before they could seat anyone they need to ask the server if they wanted to take the customer, that shouldn't even have to be asked, just seat your customer, why do we need…

This is the 2nd time I have written you on the same matter. After the 1st it got a little better for a short time but is even worse now. We go to Denny's in Fremont Ca. on Mowry Ave.

very often but if things don't change that will stop for us and I would think many more people. The one day we went, there was not anyone taking names as people came in until my wife took things in hand and made some order with all the people that were then lining up out the door.

There was at least 8 tables, that i could see, that were empty. When we did get a table there wasn't any service at all for at lease 15 min. No sweetener on the table and I asked for some but by the time I got it my coffee was cold.

My family and have been going to Dennys located in weslaco for many years and we are very disappointed for the past 3weeks we have had very bad service starting with the management not friendly at all we don't have good customer service what's so ever we ho St least 4 times a week but since our bad experience the past couple of time we will no longer go and let y family and friends of what that place has turned out too even our server that we had for years I'd gone so

we will take our business somewhere else and at night you have a very bad waitress loud and rude have employees smoking in the front bench Denny's Is not the same family restaurant it was years back .

Went for breakfast today. The server Angelique brought our drinks then told us she had food to run and would be right back. 15-20 min later she takes our order. Special request for bread, had a toddler with us. Waited patiently for 30 minutes asked about our food and she states that they got a lot of tables all at once so they were working on it.

15 minutes later food arrives. Bread wrong maple syrup cold. Asked for manager they send a pregnant server to tell is they are comping the meal. Not what we wanted. Asked for a business card they don't have them. Asked manager name diedre was it.
