Hello I frequently eat at Denny's and have loved it,my complaint is that I'm an over the road truck driver and I recently stopped at your flying j in Franklin Kentucky to find out that your restaurant was closed for a meeting,as a truck driver this is not good because of our limited time,shouldn't your meetings be a few at a time and keep the restaurant open to serve people that are coming in in aware of the 2 to 3 hour closing at the most busy time of day 5pm,thanks

We hate to see our favorite breakfast restaurant going downhill. The service at 44111 US highway 27, Davenport, FL had us waiting way too long at a nonbusy time. Saw the cook outside smoking. The food at 7631 W. Irlo Bronson, Kissimmee, FL was served cold.

Butter would not even melt on pancakes. The rest was semi warm. Don't know if we will try again or not.

I came into dennys in boiling springs sc on saturday jan. 2.. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger on plain bun. When food got to the table the server let us know that they were out of the plain and so was put a different bun..

My daughter did not like the cheddar bun and disnt want anything else.. When bill was brought the server said the manager said it xpuls be discounted. When server brought check to table i asked why was i still being charged for it so the manager then came to table with an attitude said my daughter had ate too much and had to be charged and then walked mumbling .

if it wasnt for the server coming back to speak to us i would not eat there again.. He was a really rude man. I hope you can fix this problem before you lose a lot of business.. Thank you

January 1, 2016, my husband and I went to Denny's in Kunia, WAIPAHU HI. at about 12:30pm we waited 45 minutes to be seated then another 45 to 50 minutes for our food to come after we were seated, this was almost 2 hours waiting.

Customers were complaining to the two hosts to see the manager and all they were told was that the manager was in the kitchen, no one attempted to even get the manager out front, we were told that they were short handed. We saw lots of empty tables but the two hosts were not seating customers, the lobby and outside was full and lots of customers walked out.

The two hosts were telling customers before they could seat anyone they need to ask the server if they wanted to take the customer, that shouldn't even have to be asked, just seat your customer, why do we need…

This is the 2nd time I have written you on the same matter. After the 1st it got a little better for a short time but is even worse now. We go to Denny's in Fremont Ca. on Mowry Ave.

very often but if things don't change that will stop for us and I would think many more people. The one day we went, there was not anyone taking names as people came in until my wife took things in hand and made some order with all the people that were then lining up out the door.

There was at least 8 tables, that i could see, that were empty. When we did get a table there wasn't any service at all for at lease 15 min. No sweetener on the table and I asked for some but by the time I got it my coffee was cold.

My family and have been going to Dennys located in weslaco for many years and we are very disappointed for the past 3weeks we have had very bad service starting with the management not friendly at all we don't have good customer service what's so ever we ho St least 4 times a week but since our bad experience the past couple of time we will no longer go and let y family and friends of what that place has turned out too even our server that we had for years I'd gone so

Went for breakfast today. The server Angelique brought our drinks then told us she had food to run and would be right back. 15-20 min later she takes our order. Special request for bread, had a toddler with us. Waited patiently for 30 minutes asked about our food and she states that they got a lot of tables all at once so they were working on it.

15 minutes later food arrives. Bread wrong maple syrup cold. Asked for manager they send a pregnant server to tell is they are comping the meal. Not what we wanted. Asked for a business card they don't have them. Asked manager name diedre was it.

Have eaten there many times and will try once more . Not rush hour not on a holiday . Took too long to seat us . Order took forever to get to us . Never more coffee or ask for a refill on the iced tea .

Visited Dennys in Russellville, Ar on 12/27/15 at approx. 06:15. After chatting with the only waitress in the restaurant for about 5 mins while she cashed out another customer I picked up a menu at sat at one of the small booths near the TV.

She walks up and hands me another menu, and continued to talk about random personal events until 06:45. Never asking for my drink order or food order. Around 07:00 another customer walked in and seated himself, at which time the waitress who had no name tag on, asked what I wanted.

Coffee and water, and an all american. No cheese, dry wheat. The food came within 15 mins of me finally placing my order. As I seasoned my eggs, I turned them over to find several brown hairs about 1" long.

The sixth time I've had trouble. It took 10 minutes to get service. I ordered a Cobb salad with double prime rib, thousand island dressing, iced tea and Garlic Bread. The waitress eventually bought the food to me, mumbled something about they don't serve double prime rib meat cause they were running out.

She didn't leave any garlic bread. I saw them serve blacks before wwhite customers who had been there for several minutes. I am tired of this #$####### ####@#$@#. 09 for the bread. I had wanted to order pie but had been in there for almost an hour.

They have more black servers than white and all the cooks were black. Tired of your @#$###. MF.

Well my girlfriend went to the Denny's on rockville road and they didn't have fries. So I told her to get me mash potatoes and they gave her the box to go. And then she came home, I opened the box to find my food uncovered and touching the box that is unheathy.

A lot of people touch these boxes! We spent 27 dollar son food. I like dennys but probably be last time I go. This was bad customer service from Denyy's.

I am not one to complain but I had a terrible experience with the food at the Denny's in Monroe,MI. I ordered a "Cali Club" with avacado, bacon , turkey and supposedly ham. I opened the sandwich to look at it and the ham was brown and looked like it was sitting out of refridgeration for hours much so it was like cardboard. The fries were wet.

00 for this sandwich and I would like my money back or a gift coupon for another meal there. I was totally disgusted with what I was I was given and what was supposedly to pass for edible food. This was at the Monroe,MI store on 12/25/15.

I had a waiter named Charlie on 12/18/2015. He was amazing. Interacted with our two children and made our visit very fun. We never had a drink that was low nor did we have any question in answered. We actually thought he was the manager until this guy walked up and introduced himself as Steven and asked if our waiter was taking good care of us. We told him yes.

My wife had just decided that she wanted some ranch with her meal and asked this guy to get her some. He said no problem. He brought the ranch and with an attitude said that he was sorry that Charlie didn't ask us if we wanted ranch and that he would probably not be with the company very much longer because he tends to forget a lot.

We were confused by this because Charlie had waited on us before and we have never had a problem…

The Greenville, MS location is absolutely the sorriest excuse of a Denny's Chain ever. The male manager has no business being there. He has no control over employees and no clue what he's doing. I was served numerous bad diet drinks in chipped glasses before taking wTer.

We stopped at your St. Charles, MO. location and the service was unacceptable. She brought me a cup of coffee and never checked on me again. The fresh fruit was served moldy. The other entrees were overdone to the point of inedible.

Our server paid no attention to us after serving our meal and did the same with other patrons. This was our first experience at a Denny's restaurant and will probably be our last.

I, at 70 years of age did something I have never done before. I walked out of Denney’s on Southern and Country Club in Mesa AZ; today December 16th at approximately 11:30AM. It took considerable restraint to walk out and not do something else.

I took my adult son out for lunch at one of my, formerly, favorite locations. I went to the restroom and my son, a large man, was seated in a booth that had no room for someone his size. So he moved to another table since a staff member was not to be found. Strike 1.

I went to the table and we decided on what to order. It took about 7 to 8 minutes after I seated 12 to 15 for my son before the waitress to come to our table. I thought this was a little excessive as there were no other guests needing service. Strike 2.

I had a business meeting yestrtday at the Fountain Co store. We waited over15 minutes to be greeted and then the "off duty" female manager yelled at the bus boy to clean tables. In front of everyone! Then when seeted, she was our server.

Never got tefills, or simple requests for suger, straw, napkins, etc. she was OBVIOUSLY intoxicated and even admitted she was called in after a party the night before!! Worst service ever. I will not be back! Very unprofessional.

My husband and i went to dennys on hwy ff in joplin mo. I was not satisfied with my experience. My food was gross. I orderd eggs, hashbrowns, and bicuits and gravy. My eggs was swimming in grease, hashbrowns was cold and not done, and the bicuits was hard and unedible.

The cook forgot the order and then rushed through it. I asked to speak to the manager he came out from the back, I told him what the problem was and he acted like he didnt cook it. We found out that he did cook it and was trying to put it off on sosmeone else.

About 30 years ago, there was a Denny's that opened in the York Pennsylvania area, and the food and service were very good, and the prices were reasonable. Denny's has really gone downhill over the past years. There was a Denny's that was built in the Reisterstown Maryland area where I previously lived.

The place was dirty and the service was so bad, it closed after only a few months. I was not pleased when I heard a Denny's was coming to the Hazleton area. I gave the place a chance 3 times before I decided never to return.

I had filled out a comment card about the long wait, poor service cold food and high prices, to no avail. My sister, who was with me on one of those visits was brought the wrong food twice in the same setting!

First they as usual didn't have veggie burgers. These are non-stop advertised that they have them. They very rarely do. My wife them ordered a grill cheese in which the waitress talked her into adding sauteed mushrooms and my wife added lettece, tomato.

They grill everything and it was bad as she put it. That is not why we went. If veggie burgers are so good in this meat eating west Texas town then why can't they keep them in stock. Too hard my but. The lettece was horrible.

I also did the survey and explained this Denny's complaint. I was traveling and stopped into Denny's Pico Rivera for a cup of coffee and to use the restroom. I stopped by the cashier first to order a coffee to go, then proceeded to the back restroom when I slipped in a pool of water, fell backwards and hit my head on the ceramic floor so hard, my earpiece went flying. The patrons gasped and there was an employee in the very back by the restrooms who yelled at me and pointed to a "slippery when wet" sign placed by the front entrance wall/vending machines. I ordered a 8oz sirloin steak medium. From the ads shown on the Denny's TV screen it look like it was 1 inch thick, but it was maybe a 1/4 inch thick, dried up and it was well done, not medium. The mac and cheese was too milky and no cheese was added to the macaronie.

My wife and myself have been going to the Burbank Airport Denny's for many years and have always had a very good experience (food and service) until this morning. We arrived at 11:15am on Sunday 11/29/2015 and they were busy as usual.

The hostess greeted us told us it would be about 5 minutes before they would have a table for us. It was a very nice day outside so we asked if we could be seated on the patio. She escorted us to the patio and told us the server would be with us shortly.

my family decided to go out to eat at dennys tonight nov 30,2015 as we have chosen so many times in the past . but tonight when we arrived rather than the waitress inform us of the delicious soups or specials she read us a list of items we could not order due to the store being out of these items.

This is the second time I have sent this complaint in. Sunday November 22, 2015 I went to Dennys on Boston Road in Springfield, Mass, At first we could not get a waiter to take our order.

Finally after a 15 wait, we ordered our food at 12:30 pm. We did not get this food until after 2:00 pm. Now we did not order anything fancy, just eggs and pancakes. When we got up to leave, our food finally came.

The waiter did give us the food for free.

However, that is not the point. If you want this restaurant to make a go of it, some changes have to be made. By the way three other couples and familes, got up and left as well. Back to IHOP.

I have been going Denny's for a very long time, about 20 years. I am a Vietnam veteran and also volunteer at the Lakewood Washington hospital. The past few months I have notice the food getting very bad, eggs not cooked very good.

I found out from the waitress when the cook don't show up the cook will cook and has a hard time doing it. I went in on the 21st of November for breakfast and order eggs over medium and got eggs not cooked whites.

They took them back and put them on the grill and over cooked them. The hash browns were cold and so was the toast all I eat was the bacon. I paid full price for something I didn't eat. There is a lot of military that go their.

We ordered a ham and cheese omelet and 2 eggs over easy with sausage, hash browns, biscuit and gravy.

Also ordered 2 cups of coffee. When the order came we got the 2 eggs, biscuit with no gravy, no hash browns and brought pancakes to us which were not ordered. They insisted we had ordered them, then the waitress said she placed the order wrong but never brought the hash browns or took them off the bill, then on the omelet my wife never got her toast or got any taken off the bill.

I love Dennys, but there are no restaurants near my home in Wrentham, MA. We decided to stop at the Nashua, NH Dennys when I spotted it coming home from vacation on 11-19-15. I was so happy to finally be able to get a Dennys breakfast.

The food was fine, but the facility was old, dingy, and obviously needed a complete redo. The bathroom was somewhat clean, but also needed updating. The waitress brought our check which I decided to pay with a credit card. To my dismay I was required to put the tip (gratuity) on the check before she took it up to the desk for cash out.

Hello. I had time to think about your, restaurant and what's really going on. This is the real math. I already filed a complaint, and now I think I know why your night manager, at your Lancaster location freaked out on,18,Nov. 2015 .For starters, you had only three people working the shift that night. I got a coupon for 20% or 5.00 off and the cashier didn't know what the 20% of my ticket was. We ate at 2525 w deer valley rd in phoenix az . Area on nov. 6. as our waitress was so nice merchant 1 . we felt sorry for all the tips she lost. Sad for a resturant to be run.

I was looking forward to taking my disabled mother to the Denny's in Santee CA when they reopened from remolding 11/14/2015 the food was great help was wonderful. When we arrived they had part of parking lot blocked not a problem parked across at Walmart like everyone else.

Except when we left they had blocked off the whole parking lot and was resurfacing, with only one way out, that wasn't very good for a wheelchair there were a lot of uneven surfaces, but we prevailed. I had asked Bill the Operating Manager who made this decision Denny's or Property owner so I could complain about it, the dangerous access he told me it was a ramp.

Trees had lifted areas that we would have to take that is why I came in the Handicaped area where the transition is level. Anyway he explained this was…
