I got a coupon for 20% or 5.00 off and the cashier didn't know what the 20% of my ticket was. Two days later I called in to order chicken noodle soup and told the lady to make sure that she gives me plenty lemon and I didn't get a single slice, of course I didn't notice till I got home. Never shopping at Denny's again.

First the cockroach in the salad, the plates brought to the table had crusted chocolate on the two that were stuck together. Brought this to the managers attention and he said sorry. Since this is more serious than just a sorry all ten of us have contacted the health dept.

I was looking forward to taking my disabled mother to the Denny's in Santee CA when they reopened from remolding 11/14/2015 the food was great help was wonderful. When we arrived they had part of parking lot blocked not a problem parked across at Walmart like everyone else.

Except when we left they had blocked off the whole parking lot and was resurfacing, with only one way out, that wasn't very good for a wheelchair there were a lot of uneven surfaces, but we prevailed. I had asked Bill the Operating Manager who made this decision Denny's or Property owner so I could complain about it, the dangerous access he told me it was a ramp.

I waited twenty minutes for a double cheeseburger at the Denny's located on 20015 I-45 north Spring, Texas 77388. The wait was not an issue at all; however the issue came when I received a double veggie burger instead of a double cheeseburger.

I understand mistakes happen, and that is acceptable; however, the manager by the name of Belinda, actually escalated the problem by having a very nasty attitude with me. I told her after waiting 20 minutes on a burger you should not even charge me if you are going to make another.

At that time she became even more irate, and stated, "Well you need to let me be the manager, and not you". The issue became even more escalated at that point, and we began going back and forth with each other.

There is a Denny's restaurant at HWY-80 and Rocklin Road in Roseville, Ca. that I frequent. Today I went there with a friend and I ordered a breakfast with a cup of coffee and my friend ordered a breakfast that included a cup of coffee in the price.

Since my friend didn't want the coffee that was included in the cost of his breakfast I asked the waiter to cancel my coffee order and give my the coffee that my friend paid for and give it to me. The waiter would not allow me to have my friends coffee instead of the one I ordered and would not lower my friends bill by the cost of that coffee even though my friend was not served the coffee that he paid for.

Since when a server can tell a customer what they can do with the food or drink they order and pay for in a Denny's restaurant?

I found myself at a Denny's located off of Broadway & I-30 in Garland, TX and was disturbed by their service! The restaurant was damn near empty when my family and I was seated right away. It was really eerie seeing 2 families sitting alone eating quietly whereas a influx of tables had dirty dishes waiting to be picked up.

The televisions had breaking news regarding Paris, France. The General Manager was seating anybody who walked through. I believe they had a shortage of staff working on November 13, 2015. The general manager gave us our drinks right away, took our order, and brought us our food within 20 minutes.

He even made us laugh! What caught me off guard and disturbed me was how he wouldn't ask my wife if anything was the matter or if she needed anything. My wife noticed her…

I am a regional manager for a large company which houses affiliates in that area. the woman serving us was amazing! the female manager helped a little bit but the next time i looked around she was sitting at a little table in front EATING!!!

when ever he was even out front. sheer confidence,very polite and seemed like she was okay with what was happening even though she was clearly overworked. she said and i quote "well they are busy with other things right now"!

there was dirty tables everywhere dirty dishes in the middle station! i know i was watching... she was so busy she was pre bussing and putting all the dishes in the middle section and yet THE MANAGERS STOOD UP UP FRONT!!!!

I had a very bad experience at your Kingsway location in Burnaby BC with manager Nikhil Kumar.

I am a regular customer at this location and suffer from noise sensitivity, so whenever I go I ask the manager to turn the music down for the hour or so that my friends and I are there, so that we can enjoy our meal. There has been no problem with any other manager with this request. When I asked Mr Kumar this morning he totally refused, even after I told him that all the other managers do this for me. Veterans Day why don't you schedule more employees to work? I went to the Auburn Maine Denny's on Veterans Day about 7:50 am, and as usual had to wait due to a lack of waitresses. I got lukewarm tea because of the heater for the water was not working, and I did have to pay for my tea even though I did get one that was too my liking.

Don't you think the Manager could have waived the $$ I paid for the tea? The grits were also lukewarm and I did point this out to again the Manager. Next time I will order eggs that are not scrambled since they were warm.

How long they stayed waiting to be brought to my table in the back who knows. This is not satisfactory due to the service I gave to my country. Lucky for you it was not Lukewarm. I can say the waitress Erin S who I did compliment was pleasant…

Dangerous parking lot with serious accessibility violations. There is one accessible parking place--that's what they call it, anyway. The striped access aisle for unloading the wheel chair is on a ridiculous slope because the parking lot is in such awful shape!

This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. My husband's power chair nearly went off when he had to load back after supper at such a slant he almost spun off backwards/sideways into another parked car. Rest rooms are totally inaccessible!

This is an insult to the civil rights of millions of people who have worked so hard to eliminate such nonsense. Sure it will be expensive to remedy, but the law insists it be done. Food and service were great.

We stopped at Denny's in Shelbyville, Indiana at 3:45 in the afternoon. There were only 3 tables of customers when we went in. We were seated and the server that seated us said our server Julie would be with us soon. The manager, stood talking to a couple lady patrons an isle over for awhile in a personal conversation. We were given our coffee but waited 15 minutes then a lady that was running the cashier area, came over and said that our server would be with us. We waited another 10 min. and the server, Julie never came and the cashier took our order. Our food arrived 15 min. later. I got the biscuits and gravy and hashbrowns and my husband got the lumberjack. It was lukewarm. We got a refill of coffee after another 10 min.

You lost a weekly customer at the I 75/ midway in north Dallas, Texas location this morning. I gave, in writing, my complaint to the manager coming on this morning. I was not charged for the meal. That is not the point.

I came in for the pumpkin pancakes. I got regular. " And the cook said yes. I showed the waiter they were not. I took a picture of the pancakes. They were good REGULAR pancakes. Not what I ordered. I had already asked for hot coffee.

It was 5am this morning and had told me it was not old. Your services certainly would not meet many people's expectations. I can not recommend this restaurant to my friends again.

We visited your restaurant on 10/30/15 at 6:50 pm. We were seated in a booth that was broken; the seat sunk down to low to sit at table. We requested and was moved to another booth. We advised the Hostess we wanted coffee.

A few minutes later our waitress bought out coffee and we ordered our food. We were unable to drink the coffee because of it being so cold. I tried to flag her down as she walked near us and was ignored.

My friend and I went to Denny's in Janesville Wi, 10/31/15, Were told there cooks walked out and that there was a 2 hour wait. We decided to stay figuring there was only 2 of us and it shouldn't take that long.

We placed an order for an Appetizer, needless to say we got our food about an hour later and no appetizer. Upon sitting there, there was a group of people whom worked there but had been at the bar prior to complaining and being really loud and saying they were not going to pay.

I normally visit your store three times a week and in every visit there, I witness the horrible leadership and management of one the managers there, Mrs.Fatima. Fatima is very disrespectful and rude to her employees and sometimes guest. On one of my last visits she made a server Mrs.Rosie cry, she yelled at her in front of the house while she was serving her guest with trays in her hands and all because Mrs.Fatima called for her in a harsh ton to come over, Rosie replied to give a second that she was attending her guest.

They did not want to take a valid coupon since Halloween was a holiday! We said it was not a holiday.

Finally they accepted the coupon but then delayed our orders so they came cold. My salmon was overcooked and dry. My wife's chicken cheesesteak was good. We have eaten at Denny's many times since it is close by and always open.

It has left us disgusted so we will drive a couple miles further and go to the Cracker Barrel on Daniels east of US 75.

We had dinner tonight at the Seal Beach location. When we were leaving two young males entered the restaurant with a large dog & were taken to a booth in the back where the dog was allowed to sit up on the booth seat.

My husband commented to the Manager on duty who was at the cash register as to whether dogs were always allowed even if they did not have a "Companion" vest. She went back to check it out but the dog was allowed to stay & sit up on the booth seat facing the table like the 2 adults.

I wish I had gone back and taken a picture but I didn't want to cause a scene. We frequent this Denny's which is across the street from Leisure World retirement community where we live. It seems that lately every time we go eat dinner time the food is not good and the service is questionable.…

Me and my family went to the location on Broadway St Kansas City, MO and had a terrible experience. We order and wait for one hour and we never get our food. My four years old son was starving I told the waitress if she can bring his food or something for him and she just bring an apple after this we still kind of patient but no service was offer.

They served other customers that arrived after us and I feel so bad because when we stand up my son realise that we were leaving and he start craying saying mom I am hungry ... When I arrived at Denny's on yesterday morning Oct. 21, 2015. I ordered 2 pancakes, 2 sausage links, and two eggs. I specifically ask that my eggs be prepared scrambled hard. When I received them, they were fried, prompting the waiter to go back and have them prepared the way that I asked for them first!

When I received them, there were eggshells in them and they had to be returned again. And by the time they came back- my pancakes were cold! I went ahead and paid for the order, but I was very dissatisfied.

I entered into Denny's on Cockrell Hill Rd(4:15pm) and their was only one waitress/hostess (which was taking orders); needless to say, the wait was longer than 15 minutes. A portion of the restaurant was closed, so I could not choose my seating,except to sit next too A LOT OF KIDS!

Now, I look over at the "CLOSED" section and I see a gentleman & a little girl eating at the bar. The waitress/hostess says, IT'S THE MANAGER'S HUSBAND AND LITTLE GIRL! I dine in at Denny's all the time and I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS RESTAURANT!!

Denny's in niagara falls ny on niagara falls blvd store 8018 They have issues: 1. Poorly trained Managers almost have the staff knows how to use the GM key id numbers to access almost anything on computer. 2. booths tables not clean by staff correctly sugar food all in between cracks of the booths 3.

Snippy Servers yelling in dining room area at other staff in front guest chewing gum headphones in ear. it is business with the snickering and the bickering is not good in the public eye and ear I just don't want to be working environment like that anymore A Regional Manager or Director must fix this issue.

I phoned in an order over the phone on 1015 paid and forgot to give my coupon. I called back to see if I could get the $5 adjusted they said no. Then called me back twice after that to see if I still wanted the order at this point I had already cancelled the order because I didn't like the way I was being talked to , and had been hung up twice on by Nora the night mgr.

On the last call I was assured that my credit card would be refunded since I cancelled the order. I phoned the Gm Christine who was in a meeting around 3pm a message was taken. When I called back at 4pm I was told by tiffany a server there that she had gone.

I just want my refund at this point and will not be visiting any of your stores for the poor treatment I have received.

We have been going to Denny's for 25 years and today 9/19/2015 for the first time when we went in we found the place to be dirty and noticed when we had sat down that the bus boy was simply walking around and not cleaning four tables and there were people waiting to sit down.

The waitress who waited on us did not have a coffee pot in her hand when she come over and asked us if we would like to have some coffee. This has never happen to us before. I had eggs over medium and the whites done, but they were not when she brought them.

If I had not been so hungry I would have not ate them, but I did. My husband did not order any bacon with his order, but there was some on his plate. We have decided not to go there any more.

It is a shame that they have let the place go like they have.

I have today been to your restuarant 7100 North 1-35 Austin TX 78752. When we arrived we were greeted and seated, our drinks were bought to us. We were then left for a considerable time waiting to order. We had to call over the waitress who was apologetic and helpful.

During the time we waited a member of the public came in and was complaining to the manager about one of his staff. He was concerned about the way he had been treated. The manager was not interested in his concerns taking the side of his staff rather than the complaint seriously.

A few weeks ago I had a problem with my driver discount at Denny`s Resturant at Catlettsburg KY second shift. I got in contact with some people in corperate. They had assured me oh I told them about the driver discount situation,they are fully awhere they know what to do.

On our way home we stopped in Sullivan Missouri for gas and decided to stop at the adjoining Denny's for a quick lunch. There was a hostess in an orange shirt and 4 wait staff individuals sauntering around a VERY dirty restaurant.

It took 90 minutes for a cheeseburger and omelet to be brought to our table. While we ate there were never more than 8 tables occupied and there were over 10 tables with dirty dishes on them. Not once did anyone remove a single dirty dish from anywhere.

In my hey day I could have serviced every single table and kept the tables clean without breaking a sweat. There were straw papers on the floor and silverware dropped and never picked up. 09. Supposedly there was also a manager on duty; whom I never saw.

I entered the Denny's location located near the Jeffersonville Outlet Mall 71 North in Ohio. Exit #69. Gave my order to the waitress. Received my one and only cup of Lukewarm coffee, no regular sugar in the sugar bowl. I cannot have Artifical sweeteners as I am allergic.

Never did get the sugar. When my meal arrived, it was placed in front of me, and I NEVER SAW THE WAITRESS AGAIN!!! The mashed potatoes were cold, the Mac and Cheese was more soup than Mac/cheese. Asked someone else for a refill, and they acted very put out. 70 dollars back!!!

I called the Dennys at 1390 South 1st Street in San Jose CA To ask about the free birthday meal policy. The lady I spoke to told me I didn't have to purchase anything to get the free grand slam.

I am unemployed and on a low budget so I was looking forward to taking advantage of such a great offer. When I got there I was told that I would have to buy a beverage to get the free offer.

He was uncooperative and rude so I walked out totally disappointed and disgusted. Needless to say it wasn't a birthday I want to remember.

I'm an over the road truck driver. I've always looked forward to stopping at Flying J truck stops because Denny's resturaunts always had the best spaghetti and meat balls. The sauce was excel ant. Yesterday I looked forward to the end of the day so o could stop and havey favorite spaghetti and meat balls any Joplin MO Flying J.

When the waitres brought my order I had the biggest disappointment ever. It was chillie sauce and not spagettie sauce. I complained and the manager said it was corporate office that changed the sauce. Why would corporate office change something that was excellent.

I'm very disappointed and will be looking else where for a good spaghetti and meat balls.

Well I went to Denny's I sat down and my sister ordered a full meal for seven dollars and I got one waffle it was five something dollars now I'm mad . They need to allow weather waffle prices or I will go to the president and have him remove every single Denny's from the world because I'm rich and I can do that
