I was in there on Tuesday nite and the manager was in booth with a man hugging and kissing . Hell u could have robed store and she wouldn't have known it . she got so mad and to top it off I gave her the money for my to go order and she put it in her pocket as a coupon .

She left it in plain sight for me to pick up .

A few weeks ago I had a problem with my driver discount at Denny`s Resturant at Catlettsburg KY second shift. I got in contact with some people in corperate. They had assured me oh I told them about the driver discount situation,they are fully awhere they know what to do.

Weber but these employees are making you out to be a lyer so you know I'm having a hard time with that I dnt think you lye. A suggestion push them harder. I went back like I said I would for about three weeks now and they still DO NOT TAKE driver discounts. my #8596403176

On our way home we stopped in Sullivan Missouri for gas and decided to stop at the adjoining Denny's for a quick lunch. There was a hostess in an orange shirt and 4 wait staff individuals sauntering around a VERY dirty restaurant.

It took 90 minutes for a cheeseburger and omelet to be brought to our table. While we ate there were never more than 8 tables occupied and there were over 10 tables with dirty dishes on them. Not once did anyone remove a single dirty dish from anywhere.

In my hey day I could have serviced every single table and kept the tables clean without breaking a sweat. There were straw papers on the floor and silverware dropped and never picked up. 09. Supposedly there was also a manager on duty; whom I never saw.

This is an inexcusable way to run a restaurant. No one…

I entered the Denny's location located near the Jeffersonville Outlet Mall 71 North in Ohio. Exit #69. Gave my order to the waitress. Received my one and only cup of Lukewarm coffee, no regular sugar in the sugar bowl. I cannot have Artifical sweeteners as I am allergic.

Never did get the sugar. When my meal arrived, it was placed in front of me, and I NEVER SAW THE WAITRESS AGAIN!!! The mashed potatoes were cold, the Mac and Cheese was more soup than Mac/cheese. Asked someone else for a refill, and they acted very put out. 70 dollars back!!!

She argued with me, and said I only gave her a $20 dollar bill!!! someone made a profit of $35!!! I work hard for MY MONEY, but will no longer patronize a store that employees THIEVES!!! I am requesting g the balance of my money be RETURNED!!!…

I have been coming to Denny's outside Lackland AFB since 2002 and everything has been great until this restaurant had a renovation/closing a couple months ago. BUT now time to get food, get refills, or resolve problems terrible. we drive 22 miles. to eat at dennys in warrenton va. over the years [ the last couple of years its been not good to say the least . we eat the grand slam slugger a lot .. half the food is cold . every time . and hard pancakes .

My guest and I were served cold breakfast on my birthday. Our schedule demanded us to leave ASAP there for we had to eat cold breakfast that includes the coffee as well the restiarant location was roscoe and Sepulveda Blvd. in San Fernando Valley.

Ordered to go. Asked to hold while customer was cashed out. Continually heard customers cashing out and seated. Wanted to see how long it would take for someone to realize I was still online. After 20 minutes when asked for order, declined.

Ordered from The Corner Bakery instead. Received prompt service.

I called the Dennys at 1390 South 1st Street in San Jose CA To ask about the free birthday meal policy. The lady I spoke to told me I didn't have to purchase anything to get the free grand slam.

I am unemployed and on a low budget so I was looking forward to taking advantage of such a great offer. When I got there I was told that I would have to buy a beverage to get the free offer.

He was uncooperative and rude so I walked out totally disappointed and disgusted. Needless to say it wasn't a birthday I want to remember.

I'm an over the road truck driver. I've always looked forward to stopping at Flying J truck stops because Denny's resturaunts always had the best spaghetti and meat balls. The sauce was excel ant. Yesterday I looked forward to the end of the day so o could stop and havey favorite spaghetti and meat balls any Joplin MO Flying J.

When the waitres brought my order I had the biggest disappointment ever. It was chillie sauce and not spagettie sauce. I complained and the manager said it was corporate office that changed the sauce. Why would corporate office change something that was excellent.

I'm very disappointed and will be looking else where for a good spaghetti and meat balls.

Walked in and stood at the counter for 4 minutes while the manager talked to an employee in front of us. Wasn't acknowledged, greeted or even told that we would be attended to. Upon looking around, noticed many tables were full of dirty dishes and the local was in total disaray.

Left and there were three employees smoking in the front entrance smoking

We went to Dennys on belmout ave. yo, oh. 1. It took 10 min to get waited on. We ordered two bowls of chicken noodle soup. waited another 10 min. 4. what soup?? about a 1/2 cup in each bowl. Luke warm. 5.

I did a Denny's Listens survey for a BAD visit and decided to give them another chance. My next visit, I was told that my survey was SHOWED to ALL staff............ I was told by a server that she would have to go home and write 10 GOOD surveys to VOID my 1 BAD survey? Not fix the problem? Just fix the "RATINGS"? Very interesting!

The general attitude towards me has CHANGED and NOT for the good? I am not served as before my BAD survey, in fact I am served LESS. So if you REALLY think your "SURVEY" will make a difference, it WILL, if it is a BAD SURVEY!

Denny's needs to be SERIOUS and keep "surveys" PRIVATE, if they really want them for genuine reasons! Otherwise it is a WASTE of time and your next visit to Denny's will reflex your POOR comments in proportion to poor service.

we went into Denny's in Augusta that we usually go to took this happened more than once took us over 45 min to get our food waitresses where great but kitchen management sucks hard both times it took us more than 45 mins for our food even when it wasn't busy .

I am 83 years young and have dined at many places, Many times at Denny's. 99 for toast. I do not know of any place in the country that would not give toast for that kind of breakfast. How cheap can this restaurant be?

We went to a Denny's in West Memphis last night and the coffee cups had horrible black/brown stains all over them and my brother-in=law got a and breakfast plate and was very sick all night. I know you are one of the best as my husband is a CDL driver OTR and eats at Denny's always.

I have frequented Dennys resturans numerous times through the years and today has been the worse experience I have had time wise. I have no complaint about the food. As usual the food was good. My time is limited for eating to accomplish all else I am to accomplish in the day.

We were seated promply, and drink order taken. After some time our order was taken. ;........

finally the food arrived and we ate. I had to get up and tell the waitress I needed a ticket so I could pay. In a short while I recieved the ticket, paid same and left. The resturant was #8583.

If there had been a crowd we would not be having this discussion. I do not know if this is an isolated case or not, as I hope it was. The time was11:50 on 08/01/2015. Order #492242. Thank you Chris Lockard

On the day of 07-30-2015 When I went to pay for my meal, I asked for the driver discount. I was told that the G M discontinued it, that they no longer do this. What are you willing to do to keep my business, that was a good thing.

My cousins and I stopped by on our way home from a convention in Sacramento. The 3 adult women wore dresses, 14 yr old young man was in suit and tie and the 3yr old was in nice clothes too.

Our waitress acted as though we were interrupting her when we came in. Very abrupt actions and tone of voice. A lot of eye rolling and heavy sighs throughout the meal. The only time I saw her smile was when the people at the next table were seated and she chatted with them.

All three of us women have worked as waitresses, we know what is needed and we were all very disappointed in our waitress this day. We all felt that Debbie needs to find a job that doesn't deal with the public.

I have frequented the Denny's location in The Dalles, Oregon for several years with a high degree of satisfaction.

However my experience dining at Denny's in The Dalles, Oregon on Sunday evening 19 July 2015 was less than satisfactory. The other member in my party was equally dissatisfied too. We both ordered the Cali Club sandwich with french fries.

The sandwich had a very strange almost grass like taste to it. There was only a very small amount of avocado spread on each sandwich ( we both expected avocado slices not a spread)- additionally the sandwiches were dry with almost no mayo on the breads.

00 tip, and the only part of the meal worth consuming were the soda…

C. I could not believe, they did not have a coffee pot ready to bring to my table. They told me, that they needed to fix a pot of coffee. I waited a good few minutes for the coffee; finally the waitress returned, and told me they do not fix coffee unless a customer ordered it. Well, that perturbed me!!!

I asked for the manager. The manager was polite, and said, "You would not want to come in and get a cup of coffee that had been sitting there, would you? Well, that was so uncalled for to ask such a ridiculous question!!!!

I continued to speak with the manager on a personal basis about her baby and family. The manager did not even try to speak to me, as we were leaving. Most of the time the employees would say something to me upon my leaving.

Was discriminated against at Denny's store # 8553 in Tempe, Arizona on July 9, 2015 at 11:29 A.M. Cashier and manager both refused to give AARP discount to my wife and I for a bill of $22.60 because my daughter got a "birthday breakfast" while she was with us. Claimed they could not give discount to us because my daughter already had been given a free breakfast. Clear case of age discrimination against my wife (age 63 and myself age 66) since the Denny's in Kingman, AZ gave my wife the AARP discount after I got a birthday breakfast on my birthday the next day (july10.)

In addition, the Dennys in Tempe is very dirty and very discriminating to older people and treats "gang" type language (f this f that) in its resturant as common place.

My husband and I stopped by Denny's at 8810 E 350 Hwy in Raytown with our 4 grandchildren for lunch. The restaurant was not busy at all there was 6 other customers besides us. When we walked into the restaurant the place smelled bad to begin with should of just left then.

The waitress sat us down and got our drink order my oldest granddaughter ( 8 yrs. old) ask to go to the bathroom and normally I let her go by herself but this time I went with her and as we approached the bathroom a male employee walked out of the men's restroom straight into the women's without even knocking on the door I told my granddaughter to hold on and

I have slowly seen the decline of my local Denny's restaurant to the point where I have given up eating there. Your constant menu changes have driven away more customers than I can count . You have done away with coleslaw, the hickory barbecue sauce , and began CHARGING for bread with your overly priced salads .

I feel bad for the waitstaff who have to constantly endure complains . Thumbs down Denny's

We visited the Newark Delaware Denny's, have been Denny customers for many years. The service was extremely slow and breakfast took approx. 45mins from placing order to receiving what was cold/lukewarm food. We had to ask for a second cup of coffee it saddens me to do this but unless someone makes a genuine attempt at upping service and food quality control at Denny's we will be looking at another diminishing chain that has become complacent by its own long existence.

I remember when first coming to America some 30 years ago Denny's was a very popular place to head for service was always prompt and food was hot and good every time these recent years have shown that lax sloppy attitudes seem to be the name of the game by management and of course this reflects in the employees.

Going to pay the bill and asked cashier (also our waitress) to allow me to write the tip on the bill. That has never been the case before but I did not make a fuss - left the tip on the bill signed it and left.

Ridiculous behavior on her part and I hope this is not the way seniors are treated in all Denny Restaurants. This Dennys is located on West Genesee Street in the Town of Camillus.
