I called on 11/ 4/22 as I has error code 775. I was given a service date and asked if I wanted to upgrade my protection plan. 99 per month charge. I received an email that had the more expensive plan on my account.
99 price which they said they did. I was switched to the loyalty department as my month bill is around 200. I was looking for a discount but I keep getting we show no offers for your account. The first person I spoke to today 11/5 /22 was the most unprofessional person that I have talked to in my 21 years of being a loyal customer.
They then put me to a supervisor who was zero help. I am seriously thinking of cancelling my account and switching to Verizon which will be available to my area this January. It is sad that they would not work with me to lower my monthly charges a…
