I called on 11/ 4/22 as I has error code 775. I was given a service date and asked if I wanted to upgrade my protection plan. 99 per month charge. I received an email that had the more expensive plan on my account.

99 price which they said they did. I was switched to the loyalty department as my month bill is around 200. I was looking for a discount but I keep getting we show no offers for your account. The first person I spoke to today 11/5 /22 was the most unprofessional person that I have talked to in my 21 years of being a loyal customer.

We have been with Direct Tv for over 20 years we were experiencing very bad reception on all channels in the football package after being on the phone for over 40 minutes she said she could send someone out for a 99 dollar fee who the hell are you to charge me 99 dollars to fix your issue, So after 20 years of paying the crazy fee you charge for the NFL package we cant even watch our games.

44 for period 8/25 -9/24. I canceled my direct on 9/4 when I connected with a different provider. I called direct TV cancelation team I was told I would get refund of 22 days I paid for but did not receive.

Called direct Tv billing dept. 25 and escalation request sent. Now I am told no refund because I cancelled in middle of billing period. receive?

I saw a message on my TV screen to call if I didn't want to lose CBS from my package. I called immediately and was told I would not lose the chance because it was Not in negotiation. Three days later it was gone and I haven't had my CBS fir over a week.

I do not appreciate the person lying to me because it was in negotiation and $10 credit didn't begin to make up for the loss of my favorite channel.

I was moving to Ft Myers Florida on September 28,2022. Call to have my service cancelled for the move. Hurricane Ian struck that day,has destroyed my home. Called day after the hurricane to stop the cancellation knowing I don't have a place to move to.

Thought everything was good with the stop cancellation. On October 17th my service was turned off to my surprise. Many phone calls later, total of 3 1/2 hours on the phone with representative, had to sign up for a different service.

00 for the cancelled service. I feel I'm not responsible for your error in my request to stop the cancellation of my service. 00. Communication with the service reps on the phone was difficult, placed on hold for long periods of time.

I believe it's poor business to cut mission broadcast out of contract they broadcast so many of the programs that many of my friends and family watch you need to reach an agreement I mean programs like world series, football games,and many more I have sent a letter to mission broadcast in response to how me and my friends feel and got a reply so what your answer

Hello - I had an appointment to add a genie box (we have 8 TV's) as well as add a receiver to a new TV. I was told this had to be 2 separate technicians but both appointments were scheduled for Thursday 10/27 between 12:00 - 4:00.

I rearranged my schedule to be sure I was at home. I confirmed at 2:00 via phone that my appointment was scheduled I also received emails stating "hang tight your tech is coming between 12:00-4:00. I called at 4:05 stating that nobody showed up and I was told (after a ver long time) that the appointment was canceled because the tech ran over at an appointment.

I then (after being on the phone for quite some time) was able to get an appointment for Sat 10/29 between 12:00-4:00. To make a long story short, once again after receiving multiple confirmation emails…

Two problems with DirecTV. One big, one small. Small first. We had DirecTV disconnected August 21st 2022. 01 balance. We were told an AT&T refund vendor would be sending a Debit card with in 4 weeks. 67 balance. 67. Calling the 800-351-5000 was a waste of time.

The big problem is when I went up on the roof to remove the DirecTV dish I noticed roof damage. Apparently the installer changed the mounting bracket from one location to another location, a few inches away. He missed the roof rafters on the first try and just caulked the first try screws.

Over time these screws leaked and rain water got to the sheathing under the shingles. Otherwise we had fairly good service with DirecTV over the years, but now we are streaming TV over light fiber. More than happy to provide pictures if it will…

Seemed everytime we turned around Direct TV's monthly rates went up again and kept losing more channels. He cancelled and asked them to send him a box to return their equipment. He did not pay them because he knew it wouldnt be the final amount,since he still had their equipment.

He was very ill and disabled during this time. 00!! 00. She wouldnt listen when i told her im being forced to wait til Social Security decides ive starved long enough. Id be happy to first of all send their equipment back and then pay off what he owed. ALMIGHTY DOLLAR.

I cannot manfacture money out of thin air. Its not helping to harrass me daily.

Recently tried to change the account from which we make our auto payment to you and all we got was passed around to 4 people ha we couldnt even understand and finally ended up having to go to a paper bill being mailed to us every month ... After being with DTV for YEARSSSSS this is the most insulting treatment we have encountered to this day ...

You people havent a clue to what service is and all you do is rip people off and steal their money for crap customer service.... We went from 4 TVs down to one and a simple correction to how we pay our bill turns into a night mare ...

We cancelled directv a few years ago due to cost increases. When I called directv to get the antenna picked up , I was told if I didn’t have directv pick it up I would be fined, I said ok, “come pick it up.

“ I waited for almost an hour on the phone only to be given a recycling service phone number that I had to call to find out where I could drop it off to be junked!! There was no service in the service department !

We had to go through this several years ago with Direct TV not negotiating with WAWVabc and taking it away from us. I did not appreciate it then and I do not appreciate and even more so now. Please bring back this station or I WILL CANCEL OUR CONTRACT WITH DIRECT TV.

We are always getting offers from DISH , Hughes, and other local companies at a lower price. Direct takes programming away, yet the price is the same. Shame on you!

I have lived at my residence for over two years. The residents who owned the property eight years ago had your services, however; I have never been a DirectTV customer. Yet, while I was away dealing with a death in the family, a DirectTV technician installed a satellite on my roof without my permission.

I spoke with five different CSRs, and only one offered good customer service. Again, I have never been a DirectTV customer. I also did not receive any type of communication or correspondence from your company concerning services. No one at Direct TV is assuming responsibility for trespassing on and damaging my property.

This company is highly expensive for its service. I have had to lower my plan and it is still very expensive. Called to check on a bill only to find out I am now paying more on my bill for the lower plan than I originally was paying.

i tryed calling every phone number listed for direct tv 1-800-351-5000 plus all others listed. I want to add to my account Disney plus, and get rid of channels 404 -474 (all spanish channels). Not having luck with there web site either.

Opened my bill before I paid it to see why it was almost $50 more, then found I apparently was on auto renewal for NFL Sunday ticket! Well I have been out of work this year and really can’t afford this, but got no where with the people I spoke to today!

No one was interested in helping a customer even though I explained the situation asking for help. It’s not like I waited half way through the season or after several installments, it’s literally the first installment and prior to my due date for payment.

I am shocked that I received several “sorry we can’t help you”! We love our Direct TV, but I’m considering canceling due to this lack of consideration for a customer!!

Our service Have been shut down on 9/22. Since 8/27 , we have been Speaking to billing, collection department and supervisors, everyone agreed we were incorrectly billed but no one can rectify it. A supervisor submitted a complaint on our behalf but no date to resolve the issue.

Pleyrrsove issues, rectify in erroneous credit reports and beginning August give 6 months free service.

I have received the absolute worst service I have ever seen. When you call about the TV not working or their satellite dish not working they want you to do all the work they talk you through fix this unplug that do that for 20 minutes and I finally tried to get a technician here they’re telling me they can’t get a technician here for two weeks that is ridiculously terrible service

Why does the satellite at this complex in Cordova, Tennessee always fail to provide the appropriate signal strength for customers who reside here. Can we please get some professionals, who understand the mechanics of this operation so we want lose signal strength every other month. I really believe Direc TV is better than this.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Probably paid it $20,000 over the years, been having problems with the signal. Called and made a appointment for repair, 4 hour window 12 to 4, waited 12 to 8 pm no one showed up.

They set up another appointment the next Monday 8 am to 12, said he was running late. 99 a month for repair service, very incompetent people or systems? Set up another appointment this Friday the 26 of September 4to8 , if it doesn’t work out , dish tv might look better!

What a nightmare of an experience. Wife and I tried to have service installed for our son as a gift since he loves football. We even included the NFL package. The installer was incompetent and when tried to work with the customer service representative this morning it took almost 2 hours to reach an end which was to stop our deal. Such POOR customer relations.

I was actually considering getting Direct TV installed myself. NOT ANYMORE. Wish I could rate our experience lower than a 1. A 0 would be a better rating.

I am a subscriber, and I pay for NFL Sunday ticket *****! But, DirecTV says subscribers to the Sunday ticket can watch EVERY game! That is false advertising based on the fact that I can't watch the Thu night game, unless I get Amazon prime!

The reason I have kept DirecTV is because, I DON'T WANT TO STREAM! DIRECTV should fix the disinformation to their subscribers! If this is going to be the norm, I'm going to drop DirecTV!

I had call to have a new DirecTv service on 09/05/22 to be installed to be today 09/13/22 from the hours of 12pm to 4pm. During those 7 day waiting period I have received numerous text messages from DirecTv instructing me to confirm my upcoming appointment, which I had done more than once!

Today at 1pm I I received an update on my technician arrival time to be btw 3:30 and 4pm. At 3:55pm I received a notification by text that my appointment was canceled and that I will be notified within 7 days to be rescheduled!

What a impersonal and unprofessional of the installer and from DirecTv to treat it’s customers! Both the company and installer had my contact information, but it was I that had to reach out to this corporation that has obviously lost all concept of “Customer Service” to the people…

I moved to a new address in July. (1292 Worhtington Street Memphis,TN 38114) The original installer came to my home installed the main cable box. When he figured out he had to run the wiring to all of my rooms he suggested that I get wireless to avoid all of the wiring(Making it easy on him).

I felt he made a valid point so I called in to upgrade. It was in Mid July when I called in the upgrade, the earliest they could come out to install my service was 9/10/2022. This left me with 1 cable box for a month and a half.

While I am paying for 5 genie boxes. When 9/10 came I was at home waiting from 8AM till 12. I got an email saying the install had been rescheduled for 9/12. No explanation or anything. This tied me to the house the whole morning. I work nights....

To come to my house to reprogram my remote, I had lost my sound bar from the remote and I could not get the remote to reprogram so I called directv to help me the tech could not reprogram so made an appointment to have a tech come to my house to program my sound bar back in to the remote.

I have been a loyal, always paying on time with automatic payment, customer to Direct Tv since 2010. I have called in monthly asking for promotions to keep competitive pricing and this last time, I mentioned 2 separate offers that I received in the mail from Spectrum and spoke with first John, who then transferred me to Montralette in the Loyalty Department.

I felt completely disrespected and taken advantage of by Montralette. I had to ask her to refer to my notes from previous calls, that was not something that she automatically did, and I do not feel that is very professional.

My satellite was poorly aligned in June. As a result, we get no picture or lo-res only on most channels. I have been calling for weeks, but they have no technicians available and can’t say when they will have one. ATT should be ashamed!

I have been trying to set up direct tv for a couple of weeks now at my cabin that is a airb and b. Its been a nightmare never seen a company work like this and not get back to people.

Just recently had them to set it up for account 35356659. I own a company and have many rental properties. It was all in the works for 27aug to be set up anywhere from 8a-12 and order #307927432, was all set and confirmed 2 days and even 24 hrs prior to get it going.

I have to hire people to come to cabin to be there to let them in. I hired on that day and no one came and no one called that they could not make it. I am losing business for renters also because every day this prolonged that's every day i'm losing business.

Called to activate my new DIRECTV receiver on Friday, August 26, 2022 18:37 MST; after a wait of over 5 minutes, explained to rep Kaylee based in Montana (unsure of spelling refused to give last name) that I needed to have my new receiver activated, did not have passcode but had other identifying info but she became very rude and proceeded to talk over me in a rude tone.

I explained that I have been able to get service and I understand she has to follow rules but then I asked her if I would have to wait until Monday before I could speak with someone about the account and she refused to answer any of my questions. She just kept up with her rude tone and I did not want to get into a shouting match so I hung up.

She is not a good representative for your company.

I was on the phone over 2 hours trying to get an install on the day I needed it because I had an install on Tuesday and they canceled they told me I would have to wait a week and a half and I told him that's too late I'm not going without TV I told them they messed up they canceled my install because of the rain and the way I was getting transferred to everybody it seems like nobody cares and

NFL Ticket Stand Alone - - I am unable to use a satellite dish on my house so contacted your NFL Ticket stand alone team. 9 phones and 8 promises to be sent a link so that I can purchase the ticket and override my address proved to be a failure.

3 people said within 24 hourse I woul get it, 1 said a week, 3 said "technical issues". "Ed" the supervisor said he would call back, which he did 3 times at dinner time so I could not make it to the phone, assured me I would get the NFL ticket which I still did not.

Last message stated to call customer service again so I did today and they stated same as all the others - 24 hours which I know will not happen. Very disappointed in Directv and ATT as it's parent company.
