I mailed check for payment, checked cleared my bank to direct tv stream, and i have no tv service!!!! I did online chat yesterday evening and got the run around!!!!!!!

first stated with direct tv personal named Ian and then he passed me onto his supervisor, that stated after an hour type and chatting online that she could not help me and to call billing!!!!!!!!!!!! I am furious, i wasted an hour online chatting with two different people that wasted my time, my money was taken and cashed but no tv service still with still no help from personal at direct tv stream!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered Direct TV and had to wait 3 weeks for it to be installed. Everything was good the first night. When I turned my tv on the next day,I had no service. I called customer service and spoke to a few agents.

We tried resolving the problem over the phone but it didn't work. I had to schedule for another technician to come back out and was told they had nothing available until the 31st of this month. That means waiting another 2 and a half weeks.

I personally find that beyond unexceptionable! I should be a top priority since this is no fault of my own. I see why people are turning to fire stick. I am consider that myself.

I have been to att and called directv and talk to several people. Att won't let me drop a line because I have a joint bill. Who came up with that idea I pay my bills but have no control. This is crazy. Please divide my bills.

Took 2 1/2 hours yesterday and 5 phone calls to get installation set up for DTV. Installation was scheduled for today from 12-4. We received text message that they were on their way shortly. We sat for 6 hrs today and no installer.

I had DTV a few years ago and cancelled it for exactly the same reason of horrible customer service. You missed out on thousands of dollars from me.

I called tonight to get some sort of refund or break for my 6 1/2 hours of misery. It took 45 min on a call. I was never transferred to a supervisor like I asked. I was transferred to sales to only be disconnected again. Unacceptable. This starts from using a call center of shore where people don’t care about the customer or your business.

I am terribly disappointed with Direct TV I had submitted a move request for my Direct Tv set up and made arrangements to be available at the apt time when last minute Diredt TV canceled my appointment and could not give me another for several weeks. I am upset as I had to make arrangements to be available with my job and now I have to be inconvenienced once again to be available for the next appt several weeks later. I have been a customer of Direct TV for years. My main receiver has not worked for at least the past two months. I have made several calls to Direct TV spending several hours on the phone attempting to resolve the issue.

I have spoken to Venusa, Jay, Andrea, Say, and several others including managers, who have made promises to resolve the issue but have failed. There were several complaints submitted including M42932043, M2178004705, and m42979873.

Additionally, I had three appointments scheduled for which no tech person showed up. I received no call or text to reschedule which have caused me to waste several vacation days. I paid for extra protection from your company to ensure a lower cost to have tech people come to my home and resolve issues.

I lost directv on Saturday, July 9 and called Directv and went through a troubleshooting exercise. Resolve was I needed a technician. Was scheduled on Tuesday, July 12 from 12-4pm. I took off work to be available, no one showed up nor did they call me.

Finally at 7pm I called Directv and spoke to a customer rep. She said she would check on it and call back. I received a call at 9pm and was told that technician could not be reached and I needed to reschedule.

I made another schedule for Today, July 13th between 4-8 pm. I swapped shifts at work to be availabe today between 4-8. When I woke up this morning I seen an automated text that schedule was changed to Friday, July 15th.

I have made arrangements twice on my job to be available and the tech nor Directv had the courtesy to call on…

You make an appointment, never hear from a person. Only get messages they will be there. No one shows up in the mean time you call and call , and still the same message. Then at 8:00 at nite when you call they tell you the tech isn't coming and reschedule you 2 weeks later.

I have been with direct TV for over 5 years. I have Never been able to order a movie from my main box. I have Always had to call and speak to someone to order movie. Now they are charging $5 for that assistance. If I could order from my box I would not their assistance. Not to mention the time they keep you on the phone just to order. Customer service is horrible to say the least. I am so tired of going through this everytime I want to order a movie. Think of how much money you lose when customers like myself get fed up and say forget the movie. I have cancelled so many movies just not to have to go through this horror fest

Bought AT&T service bundled with Direct TV. AT&T was great! Direct TV totally did not show up or their customer service would not answer! Next day I received a text asking if I needed any help and was my service installed! What a joke! Looking for another provider!

Good Day, I scheduled a repair service appointment with direct TV I as was having work done on my house and the dish was removed and all cords were removed including the internet. 99 for putting the satellite dish up.

I have been without Directv for about 2 weeks. I tried several months ago to have my equipment upgraded but no technician showed up and I was not informed that they would not be arriving until I contacted Customer service myself.

Now the receiver has went out and i have been without Tv for about 2 weeks trying to get someone out here to upgrade my equipment. The first time a technician showed up the wrong equipment was ordered and I was not paying for that equipment to be put in since I only wanted to upgrade my ststem.

Account number 315163805, Installed in August 2021. Have had problems since the installation. Tv worked periodically. There have been numerous way to many service calls and phone calls lasting hours to try to repair this issue. I have paid the bill since August 2021 and the tv service has been horrible.

This is a part time home for us. So everytime I go there I have to spend hours on the phone with direct tv to try and get the tv to work. This takes out of time from my family, kids, and grandkids.

I was asked by one direct tv rep why I didnt call all of the month of January or February. Well sometime I dont want to ruin my time with my family and get upset so I just don't bother with it.

I received a code on my television of 775, which my satellite is not connected. This occurred at 8am on June 17, 2022. I called DirectTV customer service (located in the Philippines) and was told it would take 7-days before a technician can come out.

I live in the USA and it would take 7-days before I can obtain service. Since the merge, AT&T service has been poor… Are they now lying technicians in from the Philippines to service accounts

I called to get a quote on Directv as I had had it a few years ago. After keeping me on the phone for 15 minutes, rep says I am working from home and cannot provess your order, but I will transfer you.

He transfers me to the cell phone division. I Hang UP. I wait 2 weeks to calm down and call back. On the phone 45 minutes to get 2 tvs and the computer connected and I am off on Tuesday we select 12-4.

About 11:40 the tech calls and I say sure. He only is authorized to install one box, but calls his manager and they say No. He said another guy is coming later for the computer. NO ONE COMES The day after I palced my order someone called to confirm.

A salesman came to my door and spent 5 hours telling me I could save alot of money if I switched from Charter for my internet, tv and landline and if I switched from Sprint (I had been with them for 25 years) to AT&T. We switched everything over that day and he left me with 3 cable boxes.

When an installer came out 10 days later he informed me that the fiberoptic cable wasn't available on my property yet. So we waited until it was run under the road and then they sent someone another week later to run it to my house.

Been without channel 719 since beginning of year. Mid April. Now it’s June. Talked to over 75 people. Reached the office of president and they have people calling me and harassing me with no knowledge of my account. I try to get a hold of this so called department and I’m told no one can contact and I have to deal with the harassing calls.

Some how I’m the bad guy out of this. 3 months no one knows what’s going on and now I can only talk to the office of president. Crazy I’m complaining to the very same people I have a issue with.

When I signed up for AT&T stream they falsely advertise no contract and cancel anytime, but after trying the service your looked into a 2 year contract ,not what was advertised. Than when directv stream took over this should of been non void.

I’ve was told for the last 2 months I had to stay in my contract for 18 months. Than I could be moved into a monthly, no contract and avoid any early cancellation fees. This too became a lie/ misinformation.

I can’t be moved into this because there isn’t one available. I can cancel but I’m going to be charged for the remainder of the contract I never knew existed, until I tried canceling the last two months. I’m canceling because I can no longer before the service and I cannot afford the early cancellation fee that’s why I stayed until this month.…

Last night i was in bed, lights out and my cell rang at 11:02 pm and woke me. They left a voice mail. Since i saw a message left and i am sometimes on call by a 3rd party service that handles our system alerts i checked the voice mail.

It was an ad for DirectTV!

I am in EST. Why are you calling phone numbers with ads at night. Telemarket rules say no calls after 9pm.

customer service is horrible and they dont know what even they are offering. they lie to get you in and when you find out is to late. they say that i have 30 day to cancel and tell me that my bill is 70$ and when i call the agent tell me that is 15 day and i have to pay the 2 years in full that is ridiculous plus i ask him about my bill and

he said was $130 that i never agree and then asking to talk to a manager and he decline and get me a supervisor and the supervisor tell something diferent too, that is 2 days only to cancelled and bill was $105 and to cancel it have to pay 500 that still ridiculous cuz i dont have it not even one month.

Since when has it EVER been acceptable to receive a robocall at 12:20 AM soliciting for services not wanted?!?!?!?! I will NEVER get ATT/DirecTV because of this harassment! FCC, FTC and attorney have been notified. Yes, I am on the national Do Not Call list as of April 2005.

I had my bill on vacation mode and the representative I spoke with prior to doing that, assured me I would be informed when vacation mode had ran out and the service was reinstated. It is on one of your recorded phone calls I am sure. I got a bill for service. I discontinued service and do not feel I should pay the bill as it was not the prior agreement.

Impossible to get anyone from the USA customer support team to explain my dilemma. I returned equipment still getting billed for it I’ve called a foreign customer service and they are zero help I’ve spent over four hours on the phone with this issue and

still have gotten absolutely nowhere now I’m going to collections notices on my email when in fact I don’t have the equipment it’s been returned. At this point apparently I just need to write a letter and trying to find the address to whom to write that to it’s gonna be another hour or so so so far I’ve spent over four hours on the phone and I’ve gotten absolutely nothing done.

Thank God I canceled AT&T I will never be back

I am in a contract with DirectTV and I am not able to view OAN programs.
