To Whom it may concern,
On July a phone call was placed to customer service billing to find out the total bill to pay to restore services. The agent to took the call provided the amount owe and to restore the cable tv but instead he cancel our direct tv services.
On August 31st the direct tv bill of $532.75 was paid in full and the internet and cable was not restore after payment. I called in customer service and they were able to restore the internet and to wait 2 hours before the cable is restore. After waiting for several hours. I spoke to 3 individuals from 3:45pm to midnight trying to find out why the cable was not restore. The next morning an agent called be back to let me know that the direct tv was cancelled and that we now have stream tv service. This is not a service that we…
