Does Dish Network even have a heart. How do you tell somebody they are not in any contract anymore so they move on and you then charge them a 200 cancelation fee. They call it a bad experience but its not their 200 dollars .

I have been a great customer and have always paid my bill but they are sneaky and dishonest and will put you in a contract without your knowledge or permission. Shame on them through this pandemic and lost incomes that they would do that.

I would never recommend them to anybody.

We signed up for Dish last year. When we signed up there was a promotion for a $300 prepaid Mastercard. The woman who signed us up said we would receive card in the mail as did the installer. I've called at least twice to Dish customer service STILL to no avail.

I feel our family has been deceived by Dish. Do not have promotions if you're not going to back it up. Really disappointed. See photo.

I opened a new account with dish network and had the service about 3 months, during the three months on a daily basis the service froze up and i had no signal, they sent out a technician twice and the service worked x 1 week then out again, I finally was fed up and cancelled the service they wanted to then send out a supervisor to check the service, at this point I had paid for services I hardly used.

31 for cancelling a service that I had trouble with from the start.

We inquired about Dish for our second home. 00 per day. 00 each time for the pause. He also failed to let us know if you paused it all the discounts would would be stopped. Very deceiving sales person. Now in a contract for two years.

Called and complained, supervisor was supposed to have reviewed this, we never heard back. Very poor customer service.

I recently added your Baseball package for $132 for the season On channel 476-15 I see Texas Rangers listed But there are no games. You list off air times as if the games do play. I understand blackouts and rebroadcast rights This is a scam and as a Dish Customer for over 25 years this is the biggest rip off I have ever seen and I can’t even get a refund I am thinking of canceling my service with you

I had installation scheduled for today and they rescheduled me another week out because there were no techs in the area. If someone schedules new service, it’s your job to make sure there is a tech. Now I have to wait another week for service.

If there’s a tech in the area. Not a good first impression.

I made a service call to correct the signal on my dish. He replaced all my equipment and unknowingly signed me up for another 24 month contract. I never wanted another contract just a signal, now you want 360$ Shady business practices!!!!! More like angry lion...

I have been trying everyday several times a day for a week to get a hold of dish technical support and I keep getting a hang up by them when I reach technical support. I pay almost $10 a month for maintenance and I cannot get anybody to help me with my problem.

I don't know what else to do besides lodge a complaint. There's no use in trying to attach in a picture because the problem is not one I can take a picture of The remote and or the receiver are not working.

They were suppose to install my moms dish box and the technician never came called customer service several times since Friday and everyone just gave the run a round. Thats unacceptable and rude. Now what are we suppose to do with.

Dish Network really stinks to the point that I want to switch to another provider. The service is to intrusive with system updates to the point that it makes you reset the receiver just so they can install the updates.

Volume goes off only on the channel im watching at the current time its a big pain in the ass. If I could I would have given a minus 10 for a rating I wouldn't recommend anyone to chose dish.

No other cable company does this at all.

Have had dish one week and already No signal. Installed one day after the order but I’ll have to wait five days for service. Spoke with actual Americans when I set up service but now I can barely understand these people I’m speaking with. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!

I called to transfer my service when I moved. It was never done. Then I called to cancel and they told me to drop it down to the base package. But they still never transferred service to the new address.

So I paused the account. But the lack of service I wanted to cancel service completely. They told me I had to pay a fee. they still have not transferred service to the new home and now I owe $100 some odd dollars for what.

Dish is in the process of sending it to collections. I had dish for a long time. I have never been late and I have never complained about service before. But for me to pay for something that I never received is kinda crazy.

Good afternoon, I am Pamela Randle. I am a long time customer and I pay my bill on time. In March I move to a new address and upgraded to new programming and new equipment on a promotional offer. I thought that I was only receiving more channels and the DVR w the Joey hopper at a discount for 2 yrs.

65 for a silver protection plan that I didn't request. On 6/29/20 & 6/30/20. I called to have this plan removed and credited back to my account. I called back on 7/29/20 to find out why I didn't get the full amount credited to my account. The Cust.

that my bill would be lowered for the 2 years and I wouldn't lose any of the channels I was now getting.... and one of the channels I was getting was not included in the contract. And I could not get out of the contract even though I was apparently lied to to get me in a contract.

00 but that doesn't help me for the following months of the contract. 00 off for the entire 24 months making it affordable for me to stay with Dish for now anyway ..... We will see.

I moved in your technician came to transfer my service everything was fine the dish she installed was good she walked into my back door she hit my mini blind my wood mini blind and she broke it she took it threw it on the floor and said oh I broke your mini blinds did not say she was sorry did not offer to pay for it now the apartment complex it’s charging me $81 and I think dish network should reimburse me for that

Lets start by saying I have never seen such a poor compony run in my life , I have called up 4 times in 4 weeks made 4 different appointments only to be lied too , to canceled with out my authorization ! My wife called to terminate our dish network for financial reasons. When she did not accept the representatives offer to keep it he became a total Ass to her. This interaction is on a recorded line so i hope that management will listen to the way their company treats people.

We have had dish network for over 16 years. I cannot believe you treat customers this way after being charged overpriced services for this long.

I discontinued my services with Dish on 14 Mar 20. 00 from my account without my approval or knowledge.. 00. My direct pay for two life insurance policies resulted in me have to pay 6 months premium payments each policy to have them reinstated.

I have several complaints. 1, I just now had the ch I was watching, interrupted because on screen came this. It doesnt appear that someone is watching tv. What?!!! How could u know?!! playing. after a few minutes the ch I'm watching is off and there in its place is an add.

For a movie or something else. Complaint 3, in the place of my show even if I'm watching is a n annoying 5 too 10 minute shutdown of tv to do some kind of check for what I dont know.

Despite that and the almost everyday bad reception. I having to be in a wheelchair. Find it almost impossible to chase after the remote every time one of these idiotic interruptions stops my programming and I have to try and get remote to respond.

This past week, those of us using Dish haven't received local channels in San Antonio. All we get is a message is they are working to fix the issue and it should be resolved in a short time. They need to give us a credit for all the days of no local channels.

Called today to find out why my dish bill for July will be so much higher knowing my 2 yr. agreement is up in July. After speaking with man still not understanding why they prorated my bill & having same monthly due date I asked him what it would just cost me monthly if I got a new 2 yr. agreement.

89 for 2 more yrs. Then I asked how much extra would it be if I got a hopper w/o voice controlled remote. He told me $65 & some change. I told him I wanted time to decide whether to get hopper or not and asked if he would put in his notes those amounts. He said he did.

Called 1-800-333-3474 to cancel an order. The tech who answered said he was from Tulsa. He had an attitude from the start of the call, which I tried to ignore. Toward the end of the call I asked him a question and didn't catch his answer, so I asked him again, and his response was rude. He said, "I already told you the answer to that, but if I have to, I will tell you again." He acted like he was talking to a slow child. Not appreciated! I had been told that dealing with Dish reps would be a pleasant experience because Dish wants to keep their good J D Power rating. If this guy is an example of how customers are treated, I don't see how Dish ever received a high rating.

Dealing with the door-to-door salesman on the 23rd and the installer from Sioux City on the 24th were both positive…

My complaint is that I had a service/reinstallation appointment scheduled for today 6/19/2020 8am-12pm. Notified this morning that the appointment is rescheduled for 2-3:15 pm. This is not fair. My whole day is ruined because I had things planned for this afternoon.

I am not happy at all. if there was an alternate comparable provider I would switch. This is not how customers who pay $150 a month for services should be treated or any customer for that matter. I asked for a supervisor none available.

All that could be done was a $12 credit for next month's bill. That's the best DISH can do for this inconvenience? I can be reached at 973-573-6878 for further details or questions.

Was offered $100 gift card to change to Dish. Took offer. Switched both tv and internet. Called and requested gift card. Still have not received. Switched 9/15/2019. Called Infinity. Requested card. Told I would receive in mail. Have not received. Called today to inquire.

Told I do not qualify. Have ad stating requirements. I became a new customer and expected to receive what I read I would. I called the 800 number this morning to find out what happened to the card. , I have been having problem with my channels freezing up! ,or start a new service... Here's whats the problem the Customer Service Rep had suggested Monday 18th for tech to come out and do the swap out of old equipment.

Sure the rep said be happy to make that change... Well guess what folks here it is SATURDAY and No Teck WHAT Happened you ask the schedule didn't get changed! I get it! its not the end the world!.. the fact that as a consumer and a long tem,Loyal one at that!

DISH • 9601 S. Meridian Blvd. • Englewood, CO 80112 We have been loyal customers for 10+yrs. On 13 May 2020 I made several calls to Dish (877-225-6381) for assistance to get my DVR receiver satellite working in my bonus room over my garage.

I was on the phone with one of your technicians that could not troubleshoot the issue after I repeatedly explained the problem. I explained to her that I had been on the dish site and have tried the steps to fix the issue, but she had me do them again.

I also explained that the DVR box didn’t have power and the fan motor was running. After about 30 min, and being on hold a lot, she transferred me to another person. Again I had to explain the ordeal again to another person to attempt to assist me with the DVR issue.

Sometimes my dish will work and other times it will not. you will be watching tv doesn't matter if it live or recording it will freeze up for a few seconds. You ask it to skip a head on a recording and sometimes it will freeze up for a few seconds (and NO it is not the weather) This happened with our first box and

they sent me a new box and now the new box is doing the same thing. The battery in the remote only last for about a week and then we have to replace them. Sometime it won't turn on the tv at all have to keep playing with it or you will have a voice but no picture we have even had trouble getting it to turn off at night..

I sure do miss my direct tv because we never had any trouble with it. I call in to complain and I know it will be an all day job them trying to walk me through…

had technician come to hook up dish service. they called yesterday to say if anyone in home ill or coughing to reschedule. great that they care about their employees. NOT GREAT that they don't care about customer. technician showed up - no gloves, no mask AND COUGHING constantly - this technician should be fired at the very least - although i consider what he did CRIMINAL!!!

I called up a couple of weeks ago to change my auto pay and was pushed on the free channels there were available at this time. I called today to cancel and come to find out this Person changed my whole package.

I was so mad and furies I told the lady I am ready to change over to Direct v,I was happy so far with Dish but dont like it if I am lied too. My contract is almost over with Dish and now I am thinking to leave and go back to Direc tv.

Rep never stated that Dish TV does not have CBS local or national programming in SWFL. Channel guide lists that they have CBS. If I knew, I never would have signed up. Way too many Standard definition programming. Direct TV has more High Def programming and so fa,r I feel a better picture as well.

There are stations that are in HD on Direct TV that are only in SD in Dish. Customer service won't work with me even though I notified them on the first day of my unhappiness. Yes, I can get out of the contract but will have to pay a penalty of $20 per month (in my case $480) of what is left of the contract.

I am actually contemplating this. Should have streamed instead of going to Dish. There is a reason I read industry articles stating that DISH TV won't survive. Good! The sooner they…

This service is very disappointed. Already the service barely works when it is not 100% sunny outside. Now, on a normal day, with fine weather, there is no cable. It is beyond unacceptable that this service is being paid for and it doesn’t work.

I’m not sure what service is being paid for if the cable isn’t working. I hate this service and it is so upsetting that hard earned money is being poured into a company that doesn’t work and is so negligent that it’s customers aren’t cared for.
