We are so upset we did not spend the extra money to stay with Comcast/Xfinity. Our recorded shows at times, take forever to open. Some shows only provide minutes of recorded video. Recorded show pixelate or freeze up. Dish does not maintain the channel watched previously by room so that when you next turn on your TV you resume watching the same channel.
There is no feature to forward a page at a time when channel surfing. User has to manually scroll through each channel. Many On Demand shows cost money, including children’s series. Does not inform customer until show is selected. Dislike not being able to fast forward through commercials when watching on demand.
Some shows on demand do not let you go to the next episode without closing out and back in.
