Everytime I visited this store on 1600 Se 44th OKC OKC the handicap parking spot always taking my employees or customers doesn't have handicap tag or plaque I talk to manager like they don't care. Hope that you could fix this problem if not I might call to fix is problem with a ticket each time the fined is $200 - $500

I went to purchase Nyquill for my sick husband at home. I saw the self checkout so I tried it. I got the message that I needed customer service for my purchase. I called to the clerk who was about 4-5 feet away and was ignored.

After 5 min or so I got in line, where I was rebuffed by another customer who came up about that time. When I finally got to the clerk, I mentioned how long I'd been waiting for help. " There is no way she didn't hear me calling her!!!

Hello I live in Barnesville ohio and I used to love your store but when the store manager treats me very very wrong cussing at me and belittling me I don't wanna shop there me friends and family are ready to stop going there also I think if your going to work with customers and people you should treat them with respect.

I was. Just in new store, and Dennis the manager was red, and accused me if trying to get another customer information. I was just looking at the lighters. If they don't want people standing there they should have no merchandise there.

He was very rude to me and his name was Dennis and said he was a manager I wasn't trying to get anybody's card information I was only looking at the merchandise behind him. The heat is unbearable. As a shopper, I was in there 20 minutes, I came out of there sweating. The air condition is usually broken. Large fans are placed in corners to blow hot air around. I can't imagine working in those conditions.

Also, why must there be so much merchandise on the checkout counter. Space is already limited. Utilize it for checkout.

I stood in line at dollar general in Canton, Ohio at the corner of Belden ave and Tuscawaras for 40 mins along with about 15 other customers waitimg to be checked out. The. One. Girl was on break and the blonde girl would.

Card reader and registers are always broken... Can't ever use online app coupons.. it won't let anyone continue after entering phone number. So instead of saving 100's you can't! Fix your crap, please!!!!!!!

I use to shop DG about twice a week but know no more my patience is gone from this company. It seems about 1 out off 4 times shopping there I have issue either with a customer or employee. I would rather pay more that deal with this aggravation.

I visit the dollar general in my home town of Merkel Texas almost on a nightly basis. I spend on average no less than $40 to $100 during each visit. I am usually pretty consistent and arrive at the store anywhere from 30-min to hour before closing.

Was in this store at 11:30am today July 25th. There was no one at the register or near the front of the store. Me and two other customers waited patiently and no one came to the front of the store to the register so we could check out.

I asked out loud if there was anyone there? No response. Another customer located an employee stocking shelves and he said he would be right there. We waited an additional 5 minutes and still no one came. I left the store because this is unacceptable.

The store is not well managed, and the shelves has little merchandise some shelves has no product ,employees bringing their children to work ( sitting behind counter ) . Store never clean awful customer service and never stays open always has a sign on door closing at 9 or sometimes earlier. I was in the Dollar General store in Dalhart Texas, and a worker by the name of Jennifee Hernandez made a rude comment about a customer who happen to walk in the store. She told this person that they were trash and didn't belong in there.

The clarinda iowa Dollar General store is the most dirtiest store I have ever seen the floors have not been cleaned since the store was remodel just a few years ago I mean it is disgusting to walk in that store I would like to hope that someone would step up and make them clean it . The remodeling of the King George store is great but they are keeping the cases of water out in the sun all day and that is unhealthy to sell. I have liver issues and can't drink a lot of bottled water.

The DG water is the only water that I've found that doesn't cause me pain to drink. Please put the water back in the store.. it's the only DG around.

Shelves are bare. They do not stock and the store is never near. They have recently moved all employees to another store be cause of the same issues but they sent all of those employees to this one and now it is Terrible.

They stand around on their phones instead of working . We use to go about everyday and now would rather travel 15 mins away

I Went into dollar general store in La Monte Missouri, did my shopping on Sunday June 6th 2021. I Went to checkout and the cashier had to get more one's from the safe. Came back counted the one's then gave me my change.

When I asked for the receipt he told me it was in the bags. I looked in all of my bags before I left the checkout. The receipt was not in the bags. I told the cashier that my receipt was not in the bags and that he had never printed off my receipt.

Very rude customer service from assistant manager that also works in helper Utah and is presently working in Castle Dale Utah and this is not the first time this woman has been completely rude completely non-compliant as a manager to help me in any manner at all. She is also been the same rude ignorant person and the helper store.

I went to my local dollar general store at 9:30pm on Thursday, May 27,2021. When I pulled in the parking lot, there were several people standing outside the door and several others getting into their cars and leaving. I proceeded to go to the door and a woman tells me I can't go in. I asked why.

She said she didn't know, the guy working was refusing to let anyone in. There were people inside he was checking out and he would come unlock the door and let each one out. I asked him why was he locking us out because they don't close until 10.

I go the the Dollar General at least 3 times a week on my lunch break. Each day I am extremely disappointed in the customer service, as well as the appearance of the store. The store is crowded, and merchandise is dumped everywhere.

As far as customer service, no one greets you, no one is at the register, and today the person waiting on me, the manager, was talking on her cell phone. I would rather drive a bit further for someone to care about their customers.

Sign says home decor 40 % off. You get to the check out it rings up regular price. Checker says it only refers to the items in the list that is hung down the aisle with a list of Long product numbers.

The DG in Cleveland (my home town) is always understaffed. And there’s only one guy that is actually good at cust. svc. The rest of the workers act like they hate the world and NEVER get in any hurry to help customers.

Every time when we shop at the Ovid NY store the shelves are empty but the aisles have the the bins that are full store isn't very clean. Cashiers are always friendly though. I have been to several stores and never seen them like the store in Ovid.

Maybe have overnight stockers so shelves are full and you can get into the aisles. I am not the only one complaining about this store. I had a few make comments on Facebook. The Interlaken NY store is very clean and no clutter in the aisles. Thank you

Clover Valley Milk quality and taste is very inconsistent. Some times it is fine. More times than not it is a awful, undrinkable. I don't have time to waste going back to the store to return milk. I only stop at Dollar General to buy milk.

Since I am already there I will buy other things. If I have to go elsewhere to buy milk I will buy the other things where I am buying the milk and Dollar General will lose out.

Also, other stores are able to keep milk stocked. Dollar General in New Iberia, LA seems to run after three days and you're only restocking once a week.

I went to one of the Dollar General Stores in Oxford, MS today. It's located on Hwy 314. It was in the worst condition ever!! Boxes were piled up everywhere on large rolling platforms. At least 2 aisles were totally blocked off with them making it impossible to shop.

Merchandise thrown everywhere and many bare/empty shelves were found in the aisles that you could manage to walk through. Several items that I intended to purchase were not available probably due to the fact that inventory was not shelved but in all the boxes piled up around the store.
