The dollar general store in trafford al on hwy 79 is the worst store possible! Only one register works!!! I just left there and was there 45 minutes with only 5 items!!!! Do you idiots not realize how much someone's blood pressure can rise waiting 45 minutes for 5 items??

The second register has been down for over two months!!! You fuckers have done got greedy with your success and it shows!! I will never set foot in dg again at that location. People have almost got into fights in there waiting so long and if I ever get hurt in there due to that I promise I will SUE the pants off you.

My complaint is regarding the location of DG in Cross Hill South Carolina. Many of the customers who shop there, such as myself, work late hours and we really have to press to get there before closing. The most recent event I'm speaking of (earlier this evening) is one such event.

I left work early to be able to make it there at least 15 minutes before closing. And I did make it there, only to be met with a locked door with the store having closed for the evening. I have been in your modoc sc store many times. I have come to know the team that works there. For s long time I thought Ralph was the manager. The story manager never works a night, she leaves on Friday and satay noon.

They had inventory a few months ago she still took her time off and never worked a Sunday. They had a reset she never once gave a helping hand took her time off and didn’t show for the reset. Now they have 24 hours to clean up the store per Troy her Dm and list prevention.

Roll totes all over store and blocking products and unable to get carts down some aisles and hazard of falling totes when i move to get at product came into get i go in a few times a week and has been like this for close if not a month unsafe and makes me not want to continue to go in more of a hassle and safety concern when i have children with me

The shelves are empty. They hardly ever restock. There is trollies with boxes blocking the isles for days. It's not all of them just at the store in Black creek, GA, 8701 hwy 280. Horrible store just skip it and go to the next one because they won't have anything your looking for in stock.

At Dollar General Market in Brantford, FL there are signs posted on doors and throughout the store that company police requires masks be worn.

However, in the store the majority of shoppers as well as employees are NOT wearing masks. When asked about the policy on 2 desperate occasions and 2 different clerks they are adament that it is a personal choice and the policy does not have to be followed. KEEP YOUR SHOPPERS SAFE! ENFORCE YOUR POLICY!

This location never has anything on the shelves. There is always one cashier busy or not. As far as I'm concerned, y'all need better trained staff. I had to go all the way to detroit lakes just for tooth floss and passed envelopes.

I shopped the Dollar General on Royal St. In Jackson TN this past Saturday August 8th at around 9:00 that morning. I got my few items and headed to the checkout. At the checkout counter I noticed they had all the speakers and headphones on the wall behind the third register.

I have been in store # 6521 several times they are always out of everything. If you ask them to go in the back to see if they have it, they say nope we don't have it with out looking. The store is dirty the cashiers are very rude and all they want to do us go out and smoke. The front of the store is dirty trash all over. Shopped at store 06661, Wilkesboro NC on July 27. 00 items. 00. 00 & change. We told her that couldn't be right. She got manager to come. She told us that that was correct. We tried to explain that we thought we had it counted correctly.

I am concerned about one of the employees at the Richwoods Missouri locations, Rachel White she has made numerous complaints about my husband who goes in there that he is obnoxious and talks to other customers about it .

Also she has been seen on the parking lot selling marijuana and smoking it there are also other drugs involved, I have had to ask her come into the store several time for help and she gets real attitude her actions do not represent the community or Richwoods. While checking out at dollar general the cashier pointed at a sign at the register and told me I really dont get the virus because if I did I would be wearing a mask. I was at a Dollar General Store today. The store number is #6054. The cashier had to call Manager to register because I had all pennies in my basket to check out. They were ringing up a penny. Cashier told me he could not sell me the penny items. Manager said same thing.

Visited Store #15635 on 5/16/20. Customers mandated to wear face covering in store. No employees were wearing face coverings and mandate was not enforced as I was the only person with face covering in entire store. So your employees are exempt from public health mandates??

The dollar general on Copeland Lane & 1314 in Porter Texas never has there shelves stocked. I always have too go too the other Dollar General On 1314 they always have there shelves stocked. It’s ridiculous because the one on Copeland Lane is right next too my neighbor hood.
