Hi, I would like to complain about the dollar general on south broad, in Monroe Ga. There are never enough employees and it looks like maybe only one or two people control the whole store. When myself or my family go we hardly can get down the isle.

Went into your store 10479 1200 Hwy 80 Eden ga tonight and of all nights it was Valentine's and I need to get somethings for dinner and when I got to the counter I was told that I couldn't purchase my products because they could not except any cash. I can understand no debit cards but not cash.

This is a very inconvenience for me and I am not a happy customer. This store always has problems with there registers or credit card machines and I get tired of it. I've decided to take my business some where else and will not be returning yo any of your stores.

My complaint is about the manager of Dollar General in Edna, Texas. This has been going on for a few months. Now. She's very rude very uncouth. Very disrespectful. Looks at people ugly. Smartshop 2 people make people feel weird.

I've worked at Dollar General years ago, and I know how this policy works, but she is the most rude and uncouth person to the employees and customers that I have ever met an object with it for four months now that's enough for me. The employees don't want to say anything because they're afraid of what she will smart off to them and say she's very very ugly person If needed I can get a petition and there will be signatures on that petition.

Was in your East Peoria Illinois store 2/8/2020 shopping your 50% off sale. I took my merchandise to the register and an associate names Jai began to check my order out. I noticed that not only was some of my merchandise not ringing the promised 50% off retail but some things like my dog food for instance was marked 63 cents ringing 85 cents with no 50% discount.

When I brought this to the associates attention he/she refused to give the deduction or even ring the yellow sticker price on the item. I asked to see the receipt so I could look at the other items I purchased and the associate acted as if they were unaware of what a receipt even was.

Store #03706 Treated me horribly. I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had bought shampoo and conditioner the previous day and it was supposed to be 50% off and it didn’t come up. So I brought it back today and cashier was clearly agitated with me even though this was a store error.

I have a vanilla prepaid Visa I put money on to pay my bills. For the last few months I've been told at my local dollar store, in Canmer, they can not load money to my card because they lost their ring of cards that have the bar code on them to do reloads.

I drive 20 minutes out of my way because of this to add money to the card. I spend at least $60 everyday in my local store. I was just wondering what the deal is. Why can't they get a new set of barcode cards for the prepaid cards you still add money to them?

The manager in the Sneads, Florida store is very rude. She was checking me out at the cash register and was to busy worrying about everything else that was going on with the sales items. She was unprofessional towards all of her employees and all the customers in the store.

The store had been opened for severals hours. She very loudly said, I am going to take down the sale signs because everything is mark wrong. She was ripping the signs down right in front of me and other customers.

Then she loudly told her employees, "I am going to lock all the doors and start marking prices right". Her two employees that were working I felt so bad for them. She acts so flipped most of the time. The employees are treated like animals and not human beings.

I live in Parachute Colorado and the dollar general store here is stating a policy that seems no other merchant in Colorado follows the policy that dollar general is obviously misstating. The policy addresses the sale of cigarettes and other tobacco products requiring an id for purchase.

I am 69 years old and I wish I looked underage. I looked up the Federal regulation. pdf. Please read the policy. I always ask why I have to show my ID and the only answer I get is "its policy".

Store in Pleasant Valley, NY is dirty and has no working customer bathroom for at least for months. When asked for the key employee staed it didn't work. At this point I. am ready to call the Dutchess County Health Department since it appears nothing is being done to fix the problem.

I was into dollar general store on 52nd and eastern in kentwood much and I couldn't believe you could not get down isles because of stuff on floor and I dont mean boxes of stock . I was stepping on stuff down every isle and worse casher was leaning on counter and had her young son standing next to her. I just bought some Clover Valley Teriyaki Beef Jerky at the Dollar General on Phoenix Avenue in Fort Smith Arkansas and when I got home and opened it I found it was full of mold. I dropped a piece on the floor when I pulled it out of the bag and my puppy ate it.

This store is the closest one between the hospital I work at and home so I often stop there even though it is very very dirty and there is always stock carts in the aisles. I thought packaged items would be safe to buy there but I just learned that the items on the carts sit there much longer than they should and get moldy which can make someone very I'll.

I love shopping at Dollar General , but the one in my home town- is not very easy to shop in and its been this way for a while now, theres always big stock carts all over the store making it hard to get around the store, shelves always seem empty. I take care of a handicapped woman and when I take her to Dollar General in Manchester she can not get around those stock carts are always in the way, ALL THRU THE STORE..

I want to make a complaint about two of your stores in Kansas City MO. One located on Truman Road. both stores have a bad habit of shutting down 30 min prior to the actual closing time. The one on Truman starts running you out the door 15 min prior to their 30 min early shut down.

They won't even let you finish getting what your in there to get. I'm tired of trying to get what I need and being ushered out and told to leave or their doors being closed early. so I've been having to travel to a walmart which is a huge inconvience. Please do something

Just went to the dollar store, bought several items, including a pack of Marlboro's. The clerk asked to see my ID, which is normal. She refused to accept my drivers license because they were expired.. REALLY?

I have been trying to purchase a Verizon cell phone from the Clanton, AL store located on Hwy 28 for about two weeks now and each time the phone is scanned it has some information about unauthorized purchase or something of that. Anyway I have been told to try Wall Mart or another Dollar General store in the area.

I live in Walnut Cove NC and I shop mostly at the DG @ 1035 NC Hwy 65 W. The staff is nice and courteous, but for months the store is worse than ever, product not put away and shelves messy. Aisles are blocked.

Today 1/26/2020 I was once again escorted off the premises of the Dollar General located at 913 Commerce Dr S Ligonier Indiana by police officers and was told that if I returned I would be arrested for trespassing. I shopped at Dollar General on early Saturday afternoon of January 25, 2020. I purchased my 23 items with a personal check. The cashier that rang up my items accidently pushed a wrong register key. ( I believe she said she cashed out vs. hitting the check button).

She proceeded to tell the cashier next to her and they discussed that my items would have to be punched in as deleted/returned and then rerung up again. The other employee took me to a separate register since there were a number of customers behind me in the one open line.

My items had already been bagged and I had loaded them into a shopping cart. I asked if she could correct this with the receipt but I was told that she would actually have to pull each item from the bags in the cart and scan back into inventory and then…

Last time I visited this store, the entire store was in such disarray, with music blasting from the back room. I found it impossible to enjoy even 2 minutes in the store. The total feel of the store was lost due to these conditions.

Your stores are a great addition to our area, but with these issues in the store, your customer base will eventually shop other places for their needs. I thank you for taking my comments.
