bought a giftcard at the dollar general and put $200 on it and doesnt have it on the card the ebay department wont do anything because i did not buy the card through them and the dollar general dont want to give me a refund even though i bought it there with credit card and have the receipt.

they need to investigate this issue or take the cards off the stand. are they trying to wait till time runs out? very angry at this point thinking of contacting the press and starting a court process because if an item is faulty or broken at time of purchase you should beable to get a refund in a reasonable time not talked to like a child and

I was just at the dollar general store in Ponchatoula right off the interstate on Highway 22, store number 00770. While in the checkout line I observed a gentleman claiming to be the manager yet wearing regular street clothes, no nametags or Dollar General apparel of any kind being extremely rude to the customer in front of me.

He even asked her what her defect was or something to that effect which I thought was just extremely uncalled for. And when she went to pay for her items I even believe he lied and told her that her card was declined when really I think he was pushing the button to cancel the transaction.

I was just in yr store #00770 in Ponchatoula, la the cashier was very very rude to me. I was putting my products on the the conveyor belt N he told me. To stop so he could put it in some sort of order. It was my stuff.

I keep my groceries separate from other stuff I don’t mix them. Then. He proceeded to tell me I couldn’t put my trash can that he scanned in the basket because he would be confused I’m sorry but I’m the customer I did nothing wrong he yelled at me in front of other people and

138 Alabama Ave E W, Thomasville, AL 36784 is the store address. The employees at this store is so rude and they do not like black people at all. One employee name Beverly is so rude and she never greet her customers.

They will not accept our coupons nor digital coupons. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I will never step foot back in that Dollar general store.

Why are the stores so dirty and employees so rude to paying customers. Never freight on the shelves on the floors or the carts. Cashiers flirting with male customers. I know several complaints have been filed on this store yet nothing happens .

Do you not care about customer service ? Is it okay for the store to be dirty and cluttered as long as you don't have to see it. Imagine what you could do if the store was clean and well stocked and a friendly place to shop.

You know we go elsewhere to shop. Your not the only place in the town

Today 1/26/2020 I was once again escorted off the premises of the Dollar General located at 913 Commerce Dr S Ligonier Indiana by police officers and was told that if I returned I would be arrested for trespassing. Once again I asked what the reasoning was and I have yet to be told one. You can contact officer Josh Snyder who was the officer I spoke with today.

I have not given the lady manager any reason what so ever to embarrass me like this except for the fact that she is the sister of my boyfriend's landlord Jill Riggs. Went into The Dollar General on Maryland Avenue in Wilmington, DE 19804, at 1pm on Saturday 1/25 and what an awful experience. Rap music was BLARING and it was a totally inappropriate song with cussing and " I only get on my knees when I'm doing it doggie style" but even worse was the cashier!

She was literally YELLING at a customer, he remained pretty calm considering her behavior in front of 2 people in line & us in the store, which included a little girl whose mother was basically hiding her at the end of an aisle till YOUR employee quit hollering AT a customer who then demanded a refund.

Your "brand" should be very ashamed of this store!! I won't be back and I was just a bystander I am certain the man at the counter will also not return.

I called the DG at 486 Us Highway 221a, Forest City, NC 28043 this morning to ask about my application I had put in the lady Jennifer answered the phone and was being really rude. I even asked for Bonnie and all I got was a rude response . I went in to buy a few things i paid with a 50 dollar bill i didn't realize that the cashier put it in the register as me giving her a 20 dollars so she gave me the change as if i had gave her 20 so when i get home i realized what happened and i called up there and they said yes that they remembered me paying with a 50 so

i wanted to come back to get my money and he said i could come get it in the morning cause they were getting ready to close and so when i go up there today he said he seen my 50 in the register last night when he did the count but said the register wasn't showing it as being off so he said there's nothing he could do so im just out 30 dollars i have the receipt to prove it and

the girl even admitted to the mess up so i wanted to know how to get my money back.

I was shopping at the Dollar General at 263 East Paulding Drive Dallas Ga 30157. When I first walked in the young lady at the register had several other people in line and she was going as fast as she could.

She also apologized for the wait. When I walked past an aisle there was another employee with her earbuds in talking on the phone. I went to the next aisle I could hear her conversation and she kept dropping the “f” bomb.

” I think it was very inappropriate for her to be talking on the phone while working and where customers can hear her and cussing like she was. Not to mention people were waiting in line and her coworker was working hard all because she didn’t want to do anything and wanted to talk on the phone.

I am a frequent and long time shopper of this store and have never had…

My husband purchased a expandable warranty hose in lithia. Springs ga . The store on Sweetwater rd when he hooked it up at home it had a whole in it , we took it back the very next evening after work and the manager on duty was very rude and told him she could only take it back this one time.

I was so happy that a dollar general was opened at 655 w Illinois ave in Dallas tx and at the beginning the store was nice and neat you could go in and find what you needed fast not for about 3 months you can’t even find anything the whole store is a mess and if you say anything to anyone oh ok ma’am I understand but the problem isn’t going away I just went in and you can’t even push a cart around in there I won’t be back to that store !!!!

One register Laurie.. line of customers. Manager Darlene taking a "break" I suppose . Laurie had a customer that was taking awhile.. I heard someone in the back.. I went and asked if there was someone to help. She said no. Found out later she was manager. . Laurie needed help with customer she had at counter. Darlene came to aid but left her by herself. There were 7 in line waiting. 2 people walked out.

I think this is poor customer service .. shouldn't a manager assist at least until the line is finished since Laurie had to take extra time with another customer. I don't think it was to Laurie or the customers. If I wasn't next. I would've walked. My purchase was $40.

The girl working was talking bad about other employees on the phone. No one offered to help me. I had other customer come up asking if I could help them. I had to tell them I didnt work there. Still while hearing the girl talk crap about the employees from the night bf.

On January 23rd approximately 9:20 to 9:35pm. was so fucked up he could not even comprehend the fact that anyone was there to purchase anything. 3 12 packs for $10. which by the way there was 2 other customers in front of me.

i was so close to calling the cops!! I am a very regular customer there and if i run into the same situation again i will call law enforcement! The stores location is on the corner of County Line rd and Hwy 31 in Scottsburg Indiana 47170.

I expect immediate response to this situation!! sorry be this way but i had to go across town to just get crackers.

Your manager, Terri, at 79 Lunsgord Rd, Sebring, FL 33870, Has a horrible attitude. I am a regular shopper at Dollar General and spend lots of money at your establishment. I've witnessed her being less-than nice to customers, and yelling at workers. On one occasion, while standing in line to check-out, with a newly hired male cashier, Terri says, oh, he'll never learn, the more I tell him, the more wrong he does.

I have been shopping be at the Middlesex Dollar General be since it opened. I am a retired Police officer and well known in the community. I am known by most of the b Dollar General employees. I am in the store almost every be day.

My complaint is an employee waiting on me requested my identification when I asked to purchase cigarettes. I am sixty-three years old and look plenty old enough to purchase cigarettes. The main things is the employee knows me personally. I was told that is policy.

I don't usually carry identification on my person which would require me to return to be my vehicle to retrieve it. I don't get around as good as I use to. I have rumatoid arthritis and a degenerative slip disk.

Are all of your stores crammed full of merchandise? All the aisles are one way traffic with displays all over the place. When a person needs help they have to walk a 100 miles to find help! Not enough employees to help!

If it wasn't for a few items that I purchase there I wouldn't even shop there!! A person has to enter at their own risk. Maybe you need a bigger store so you wouldn't have to cram things in the store!!

I am new to Columbia SC and I go to the dollar general on Longtown Rd in Columbia SC. Every time I go I there the employees are rude and never want to help. They always have boxes blocking isles and items NEVER in stock or if they are in stock they are never on the shelf.

I went there today for the end of season sale and they kept telling me nothing was on sale. I don’t get it. I never had these issues with the dollar general in NJ which I shopped at all the time. Very very disappointing.

The current employees at our local store on 107 cutoff are extremely rude. After overhearing the way another customer was spoken to today, I put back the items I intended to buy and left the store. This is not the first time I have seen and heard such.

After speaking with others in the community, it was clear this is a recurring problem. I will no longer do business with dollar general.

i bought a ebay gift card and put $150 on it after leaving noticed it had already been scratched the redemtion code was showing i began to contact ebay to find out some info as of the balance etc. they could not tell me anything but i needed to take it back to where i purchased it and this is where i become a human ping pong ,i have reached out to both and

all i want is my money back for the piece of plastic ,what ever scam is going on they got me and im angry and curious enough to take this to court soon i cant believe dollar general took my money and put it in the register and i have the bogus card and journal slip and still they tell me all they do is sell the cards .. and what?

Like I said before the D.G. store in Arthur, IL is not a place you want to shop, the shelves are always empty, carts full of products setting in the isles you cant walk down them, there is no one at register, when getting ready to check, or the employees are on cigarette break. they need a surprise visit from head quarters.

The store is very filty and nasty it has big holes in the ceiling and tar stains on the floor..The floors are very nasty and no one cleans the floors at all. I was contacted by a district manager about a problem I had in one of his Boonville Indiana stores over a week ago. He told me me contacted the store manager to resolve the problem but she has yet to contact me.

I visited the store located in Mackinaw. It's a small town, so I go there a lot and work as a cashier at the Caseys store across the street. I know about customer service. The cashier at DG did not greet me at all, just started scanning.

I questioned a price that did not reduce, and in an unfriendly tone, she told me it wouldn't come off until the end, which was fine, but I thought she could have been nice. After I got my receipt, I told her the price didn't come down on a 2 for $5 cereal sale.

She told me I got the wrong size, and when I went back and looked at the sign, I thought she was mistaken. She explained, so I got the right size and asked for the adjustment. 27, so I questioned that and thought she had done it wrong.

Experience of 5 stars for your one store my answer is zero. The way I was treated at the store closest to my home was absurd. There worker there called me swear words and told me to never come to the store again or cops would be called I will be calling a lawyer for unfair treatment, defamation of character.

This man should never work in customer service it's all on your video tape . As it was at the register I have always said hello to this man and been nice and this is uncalled for. Terrible customer service on his part to say the least.

Couldn’t walk thru the store. Boxes everywhere. When I asked where to find something I was told if you don’t see it we ain’t got it. When checking out was told by the cashier I could hunt down the other associate because cigarettes were the only food they could afford and they were hungry.

I went in your Seguin store on Tor Drive earlier and there was a big sign in front of the soda that said 3 for 3 I got 12 down from the very top shelf (of course) I am 4'11" tall I went to the register to pay and the lady said oh those don't go on sale until tomorrow but people don't read the sign. Really.......

I thought if a sign was in front of an item that was the price I did not know I had to read the fine print. I told her I did not want them if they would not honor the price and she informed me that she would hold my other items at the register while I put them back on the shelf.

I spent over $25 and used my digital coupons. Well the $5 off $25 didn't come off and the $2 off tide didn't come off. The others digital coupons did. I have my receipt and screen shot of the two that didn't come off. $7 didn't come off.

I shop here regularly and use digital coupons and this is getting old when they don't come off. This needs to be made right. I am owed $7 that should have come off when I used my phone number on my digital account.

Somebody from corporate headquarters needs to come to the Arthur Illinois store and straighten it out they have boxes and carts sitting in the aisle where you cannot get up and down to find what you want boxes sitting on the shelves this is not how to run a store you need to get your butt down here and straighten them out

At the cash register when I purchase several items that came to a total of $9.02 so instead of giving me my change back of $10.98 I was only giving $9.02 back which was the total cell when confronting the cashier about it he's going to make it sound as though I was reading the receipt wrong when in reality the receipt states that I should have gotten $10.98 back he never admitted he was wrong threaten me with throwing me out of the store and called in the police.
