Dollar General

A manger at the store assued that I stole from the store. She didn't catch my stealing, and she banned me from the store. The manger called the store and told another employee not to let me in the store because she seen me taking iteams out my purse but the iteam she seen where from 7eleven not her store that I bought before going to the dollar general.

This store is a disaster. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to get checked out do to one person working. of trash and boxes at all times. U can never make it down the isles. Nothing is ever stocked and they are always out of everything.

The medicines are out of date and expired along with many other items. Even food has to be checked for dates at all times. It's sad because it use to well managed when kathie powell ran it. Always clean and organized.

Love having this store here just wish it was organized and stocked.

Dollar general 16663 is a joke!!!!! Extremely rude staff.

For instance, manager likes to yell in front for customers, insults his staff, snoozes in the office and doesn't ever and I mean ever do absolutely anything at all the store is never stocked!!!!! Something needs to be done!!! Hes pushing employees to quit because of his bullying! Not cool!!!!

I went to the Dollar General in Briggs Chaney, Silver Spring, MD yesterday to get some sugar. There are roaches in the store which is an indication that they need to clean it, so I immediately left without the sugar.

Please have the store inspected because folks do not deserve this kind of filthy environment when trying to purchase food or other items.

I arrived at the Dollar General In Jamestown, Tn at approximately 7:55pm on Thursday the 16th day of January and when I approached the door the gentleman working there started shewing me away like I was some insect or animal he was trying to get rid of. I just think that the employee should know that I am a paying customer and he should know that the insect he shewed away helps make his payroll and he could use some lessons in people skills. Our store has rows of empty shelves. They have nothing you need stocked. They are allowing shelves to remain empty for weeks. Parking lot filthy. Lines so so long. I have had to start driving to another city because the store in warrior has nothing. Why? Thankyou Elizabeth mathews

The new advertisement comes out on every Sunday. In those advertisements there are deals that I am not able to do. Due to the fact that my store never gets the product. Sunday January 12th my store had one 6 pack of Scott paper towels, the sale is two 6 packs for $8.

Truck delivery was January 15th, I just left the store and there is still only that one 6 pack. Cashier told me I could try another store, I could if I had a vehicle and the next closest store wasn't a 12 minute drive.

This happens every week with a sales item. Store is clean, manager and cashiers are all very nice. Just need to be better stocked. Thank you for your time.

The Dollar General store in Horatio, AR was great and could be again if whoever is ordering would do his or her job and order what it takes to keep the store going. For example: It has been over a month since they've had Digorno pan pizza, most of the freezer units are empty. Especially, frozen vegetables. What's going on?? On the date of January 15th, 2020 on a Wednesday and employee met me at the door of the dollar general located on 2815A Ridge Ave Philadelphia, PA 19121 and stated that they were closed as they were locking the door. This store has repeatedly closed their store before well before 8pm and is listed as being open until 9pm online.

Why can't you get products back in stock when you run out and they are good sellers? Rexall brown shampoo and tiger balm salve which by the way is supposed to be on sale both come to mind. Very frustrating and inconvenient for the customer.

Store is always filthy, floors need cleaned/scrubbed. Merchandise is stacked so high to ceiling you need ladder to reach it. Normal products like Rexall brown shampoo and Tiger Balm which is supposed to be on sale are completely out of stock.

Dollar General in Perry Oklahoma should be shut down. The employees are not friendly or speak to you when you enter the store. Nothing is stocked and boxes are everywhere. The floors are cluttered with trash and stock to be put away.

It seems like all you want working for you are people who don't want to work. This is the only store Perry has since Walmart closed and you can't even buy the things you need because it's not stocked or is out of stock.

I will never shop at store #9512 in Wilmington Ohio again. Twice now I have walked out and left my purchaces at the register because the manager was sitting in the office, saying she would be right there. No customer should have to wait 5 minutes to be attended to.

Me and my 14 year old daughter are regular customers at the dollar general on peach rd in byron ga. Everytime I go in there the manager (chris) is always following me and my daughter around just staring at my daughter and smiling it makes us very uncomfortable.

I was in the store with my daughter on peach rd in byron Ga and the manager kept following me staring at my teenage daughter. This is not the first time this has happened and it makes both of us very uncomfortable. His name is chris and he is constantly following girls around the store making us very uncomfortable.

this store needs a corperate manager to stop by and check it out. they haven't stocked items in 3 weeks, items are mislabled or not at all, (no price tags on most items). The Veguita New Mexico Dollar General is never stocked. There are more empty shelves than full. The manager is has picked her nose while cashiering. She has also told her employees in front of customers that she is the judge, jury, and executioner of her store.

I always bought the Clover Valley mixed vegetables which only had water carrots potatoes peas corn green beans celery lima beans and salt. Now they changed it to add some chemicals in it they added calcium chloride and onion flavoring and ruin the vegetables.

I looked up store hours for my new local store in Clinton Tennessee. I arrived and waited over 15 min past the time for the store to open and no one was there. I finally called another store a few miles away and asked why no one was there to open store.

Today I was in the store at 1906a, University Ave. Oxford,MS. in line for checkout with a cart full of merchandise, when I heard the clerk tell the person in front of me the system was down and payment was cash only.

I did not have enough cash to pay for my items so I left. This happened a while back, but the clerk knew me and accepted a personal check. Why do they not put a sign on the door to let customers know it is cash only?

The make manager at the $,General in Ontonagon, michigan is the rudest person I've ever met. He stares at the rear of all the teenage girls that go in the store. He also parks in front of the store, which makes it hard for us handicapped to park close.

If I see his truck at store I leave and go to family$. Hes just creepy and makes women feel very uncomforatable. He also just drop your merchandise in the bag, which breaks orchids things, then we have to return them.

This happened at the DG store#11167. The night time cashier was rude, got mad because I overlooked a small sign on the front door stating they had no internet. Called the manager? This person assumed I didn't undertand English, making sings with her hands saying "no spanol" making fun, and mocking Hispanics.

I looked at her and said, I am an American citizen and I understood English, perfect. I didn't receive an apology.

I was getting in line to pay for my laundry soap, when one of the employees was rude to my boyfriend and said to empty his pockets and give him what he put in his pockets. My boyfriend pulled out his cigarettes which were in his pockets and our car keys that was all he had in his pockets.

The guy continued to be very rude and made us feel like criminal when we go to dollar general all the time and we are paying customers!!
