I have been with Dollar general for for 8 years my ID expired almost 2 years it will be August 12th and I am trying to get found out money to get my ID renewed but I am having a hard time coming up with the money for my renewed of my ID I will be turning 60 August since I have been with the store for 8 years I do not look like I'm 21 or 35 you better change your policy because it's racist against the elderly and it is also harassment thank you for your time

The manager you have at this store needs to learn some manors towards her employee's and the public. This talking to people the way she pleases is uncalled for!! From my understanding, your very aware of the situation and have done nothing about it!

I went to your dollar general on Taylor Blvd in Louisville Kentucky and they were rude to me I go in there every day I will not go back to that store with rude people u have working there all because I through my id up on counter because they made me go get my id the other lady told the cashier she didn't have to take me there dude and very unprofessional in there and they act like they don't want to do there job and the one that was being dude to me never does her job and if something isn't done I will go to the head person like y'all just lost a loyal customer something needs to be done.

The last 8 pickup orders I have placed gets cancelled an hour after pickup time. I am raising grand kids so I can't always go in and shop. I have shopped at this store since it opened years ago. It is about a mile from my home which makes it convenient.

Today Sunday July 30th at approximately 11:00am Dollar General store number 10381 in Waynesville NC. I was going out for dogfood and proceeded to get my items and go to checkout. There were two customers other than myself in the store at that time.

A man and his young son aprox 12yrs/13yrs who were using self checkout. I went to an actual counter to wait for service. It was within 1 minute or less when she came to help me. I recognized that the kid was looking at her kind of weird, but when I saw her face (anger) I knew she was upset that she had to stop doing what she was doing to do her job.

The Dollar general in East Smithfield Pennsylvania have the night crew stealing they take stuff to the dumpster and take it I seen them do it the manager has her own store she supplies by taking stuff from that store employees are all in on it makes prices go up and just hard on the consumer if the employees are stealing I like prices go down now thank you

I went to the dollar store in Charleston Missouri. And I bought a few things, they had mountain dew on sale for, 3 for $15. 50 for them. I asked her if I got the sale price. She told me that it came off the bottom of the receipt.

i was at a location on jfk cirlcle as i live in dubuque , i wittnessed a lady with brown hair yelling at whom i would expect were her employees and she couldnt contain herslef on the sales floor . she ws bitching at her employees for not doing what she wanted to her liking , i literallay told the casheir that i hoped that they diddnt have to deal with that crazy on a daily basis .

I was in the Dollar General in Mt. Gilead, NC, the new store in downtown Mt. Gilead. I had an ad in my hand . Lady got two water pitchers for me that was in the ad BYGF. They were on top shelve, could not reach them.

Went to the checkout and the pitchers did not ring up BYGF. I told cashier and she said That ad has expired, so I looked at my phone and said the ad says sale is good today. She says it does not ring up on the computer and I can not change it.

Cashier overcharged me. I caught it and pointed it out. She was extremely defensive and rude. Insisted she only owed me about half and kept blaming the cash register for "screwing up". She had overcharged by 10 dollars. Had the manager get involved who went to look at the cameras. She came out and said yes they owed me 10$$. Cashier started getting defensive and saying it was wrong. I complained at this point that she was wrong-and I had to go as I was paying a babysitter. I went into your location in fort edward, NY around 8am close to 9am this morning. As I came in I slipped coming through the second door hit my arm and ripped my big toe open. I let the ladies know that were working what happened they just pulled the rug over didn't clean any blood up or anything didn't even have the decency to ask if I was ok. I was shopping at dollar general one day and the manager filed a criminal trespassing warrant against me for no reason whatsoever. It is a woman that I have known almost my entire life and I believe she did it out of personal spite, because she did not have any other reason to.

I was recently approached by the manager of this particular Dollar general and I was asked when I was going to pay for a couple of items and I didn't know what she was talking about I was dumbfounded but she kept accusing me of stealing things and I'm not going to shop there anymore.

Store#21940; 774 E. , Farwell, MI. On 06/10/2023 @ 11:09 am. I'm disappointed with DG. Alot of items don't have prices on them or on the shelves. Even sale items marked aren't rang up correctly. 35. 50. 75 each, even though I bought two as stated.

This isn't the first time this has happened at this store or other DG stores. I had to self check out as the cashiers register wouldn't accept card payments. So the cashier was on her phone just moving behind the counter waiting for cash check outs.

I have been a faithful Dollar General customer for years. I was happy when my hometown of Sanford, North Carolina grew to have 6 stores within a reasonable distance from my home. As with all businesses there were Covid-related issues.
