Store always dirty. Product carts along with merchandise blocking aisles. Store manager/assistance managers not showing up to work. Some employees work without neither there by themselves. At least a key holder is there. On a good note there are some faithful employees who show up when called to come in early or to open store.

I was trying to return several items as it is time sensitive and could not find my receipt last night when I went in the manager and key holder didn't even know how to do a return so she told me to come back today. So I went back today and the manager on duty which is the big store manager did the return but he griped about it the whole time like I'm the only one who loses a receipt ever and

I stopped at 3483 store in Calhoun to buy cigarettes. The manager refused to sell me the number of packs I requested stating she could not sale all of that brand she had in the case. I've bought at every store between Rome and Calhoun and never has a manager refuse to sell their product.

The brand wad 305 light 100s which isn't one of the main brands. I will not return to that store and will make all my friends and customers aware of her refusal to sell her merchandise.

Dollar General has a 5 dollar off coupon every Saturday with 25 dollar purchase on every receipt. This has happened to me several times at the Dollar General at t 415 W Trinity Ln, Nashville, TN 37207. You can only redeem the coupon on Saturday but store on trinity lane on Sat the 29TH 2023 had no one working in the store that knew how to redeem my 5 dollar coupon again.

The behind the counter was very nice and apologetic for not knowing how to redeem the coupon. She the told me I could come back at 7 and the manager could redeem my coupon. I came back at 7:15 but the manager was not there.

At the DG in Syracuse Ne, evidently it’s not required to have merchandise on shelves. If customers need something, we have to look into the carts that are lined up in every isle blocking the shelves. You can’t pay with cash when you actually buy something because the employees are either outside smoking or standing with the manager at the register on their phones.

I literally have to drive 20 miles to the next town to get something. This DG is a disgrace. I’ve only have seen one person there ever stock, her name is Brittany. If she’s not there, all 5 or 6 other employees don’t stock.

The store managers name is Tracy farmer. Her husband (Danny Farmer) is always there with her while she works. He is being charged with molesting his own daughter. So I don’t feel comfortable going in the store when he is there and he is ALWAYS there.

This is a brief explanation of the discriminatory incident that I experienced with an unnamed employee. I will also be filing a formal complaint, with an official letter to be delivered to the Dollar General in Merlin, Oregon.

Ever since upper management fired the store manager at store 16152 that store looks awful. The employees are all quitting, bathrooms never working, product and trash all over the place. I'm writing this because I have experienced this problem on several occasions whole shopping at the Aransas Pass Texas store. Being a disabled senior on a budget, coupon shopping is very important. me save some money. Each time I shop and use the coupons the discounted price is not applied.

I live in shop at the Dollar general on Queen Street in Edenton, North Carolina and we move to this area back in 2021 and for some reason of all the Dollar generals this one particular one right down the road from our house is in horrible shape. The floors are so bad that you can barely walk down most of the aisles and this is a retirement senior community and I'm always worried that somebody is going to fall and get hurt and I have written and called and complained and nothing gets done yet.

Wren, Ms dg #17718 has new assistant manager and new manager. They both take things when it pennies out on Tuesdays and keeps it n the back room for themselves. The manager told me n another dg she did that and that they both cover for each other but I didn't let on like I lived n wren.
