Went to store 1169 Southaven, MS and I could not believe my eyes. It was the junkiest and disorganized store I have ever seen. I cannot believe an organization as big as DG is would allow this. My fiancé, who used to be a DG manager, and our current manager friends are shocked and dismayed at this crappy excuse of a store.

DG should be ashamed to have this as one of their stores. We, the customers, deserve better! I didn’t even get the “customer first survey” to complete. I have numerous pics to send but can’t please contact me. I’d be more than happy to discuss

I called a few months ago about a defective helium tank I had purchased and about sandwich baggies that just ripped at the seal . Couldn’t open them . I was supposed to be hearing from the district manager but I never heard anything from anyone again.

I’m in concord mi and the dollar general here is on main st. This store also lacks groceries. There is never anything left on the shelves by Tuesday and their truck comes Friday. This store is always a complete wipeout and empty shelves.

We have 3 dollar general in our town. The one that sits on Grandview Ave although is need of some dire attention. I do know for a fact that at closing time their is only 1 adult counting and closing the store.

There are many times I shop at this location and there is only 1 person in charge of the whole store. You can tell by looking at the store when you walk in. There are racks of items that have been delivered to the store and still in boxes.

At the dollar general store in Jackson La 70748 the manager is extremely rude. I’ve had trouble with her several times. Today at approximately 11:00 am I went in the store to make a purchase and she was extremely rude.

I just wanted to let Dollar General know that I sent in a complaint about a month ago about the Ochlocknee, Georgia store. I received a call from the General Manager of the area. She insured me that the store would be cleaned up and personnel replaced.

I returned to the store last weekend and found a significant turn around. It looks much cleaner and items were on the shelves and not sitting in boxes all over the store. I commend this General Manager for taking responsibility and following through.

I just hope that the store remains in this condition. Thank you for the quick turn around.

We go in this store multiple times a week sometimes even twice in one day. Never have had an issue with employees until yesterday this lady said something to my daughter about rolling something up and them not being able to sell it my daughter then

I was at the dollar general store in Girard. I was in line for 19 mins and only one cashier there was 4 customers in front of me. The cashier even had her cell phone on the register and looking and texting on it.

We are a community of senior citizens with Dollar General and Family Dollar to shop at. He told the lady he was off at 3 and was closing the store. They do not open at all or close at any old time all the time.

I was very excited when the Dollar General #10183 in Chouteau Oklahoma was remodeled and reopened. I thought better days were coming , as in the past it has ha its share of problems.

However this is not the case as my wife was there a bit before 4:00pm and they were closing the store, which on the website, states that it closes at 10:00pm. I don't know what is the deal but they are losing customers and I really don't care if I go back intonthe store or not.

Ok there is a Lady from your store in nassauville Fernandina beach Florida that from Panama and she overcharged me several times for dog food,food idems and list goes on and refused me getting cigars and she over taxed me several times when paying for items and profiles me and my wife and very disrespectful towards other people too 7 percentage sale tax I can do but charging extra 2 to 3 dollar tax is wrong for something that cost 7.80 she charges 4 dollars tax and I'm a disabled person fixed income

I live in Osceola , Ar, our DG IS AWFUL . Almost has been from the beginning. You can’t get down some isles and that’s always not always same ones but stock is never put out. The manager (June) is always on phone leaned on counter when I go in, which is rare anymore.

This specific store(3155) is the store I shop atb2 or3 times a week if not more. The employees were busy stocking so I ask the female employee if I could put cash in the self check out machine so they could continue with what they were doing.

My complaint is not about the employees at Islamd Road and Lindbergh Blvd in phila pa, it is the about the store itself, the store is always in disarray, there is never any products on shelves, on any given day or time of day there are at least 2 carts filled with unopen boxes waiting to be unpacked most times you cannot even get up the isle. The Dollar General store in Teaselville, TX is trashed. The isles are filled with products randomly stuffed on the shelves and boxes blocking the isles. Some products have spilled off the shelves on to the floor and have half fill many of the isle “Disorganized” doesn’t even describe it. “Trashed” does.

No one who works there seems to care. I keep going there because of the convenience of the location, but I can’t shop there anymore. Today, the two employees were just chat chatting behind the register with no concern for getting anything cleaned up.
