You have ruined your Ashland VA store with the self checkouts. I will not be buying anything else from that store or any other that utilizes them. I am not alone in this, there are countless others who feel the same.

It was absolutely the dumbest move you could have made.

At checkout, there was no where to return baskets, besides walking all the way to entrance of the store and I didn’t want to make other customers behind me wait, so I placed basket on top of the shopping carts by the register. The person at the register was rude and loudly said for me to return basket to where I got it.

Since when are customers obligated to return carts or baskets back? It’s not the customers fault if store is under staffed. Actually, if she would have asked nicely, it would not have bothered me to do so. Seems to me that she just didn’t want to have to do extra work and no precautions are being taken to sanitize baskets after each use.

Makes me think to take my business elsewhere, where customers are welcomed and treated nicely. I tried to upload receipt but it didn’t…

Your store #8018 in Kyle Texas is hot again this summer. The air conditioning is always on the blink, making for a miserable work environment for your employees and a much shorter shopping experience for your customers. Why don’t y’all fix this problem?

I was just in the store in Atoka, Oklahoma. I love shopping any Dollar tree, however todays experience was unpleasant. The air conditioning system is either not working, or not big enough. It was so hot in there. I felt for the employees.

Our City has waited a really long time for growth and we are happy we have a store in Atoka. It just needs something done with the hear.

I bought a box of glass cutting boards and received plain glass, that's not what I wanted. I ordered in store. They won't let me return the entire package but said I could return them 5 at a time. I want the bubble surface glass what I was supposed to be getting.

Today, June 14th approx 4:30pm I have been a customer since the store has opened at Derby Kansas store off rock road at Bristol. I CHOOSE to shop here. As I was shopping for glasses towards front, a roach was running across the floor and was 4:30pm and a bright day.

I told a gal I stepped on it to kill it and she was very appreciative and I kept it in the down low as well.. and it Has happened along with rats in this store. I Chalked it up to it can happen and was thinking I hope they can get ahold of the pblm.

Then went to pay out and as I was in line I was watching the cashier Adriane work and was thinking and appreciating how fast he was working. Then as I watched closer he was literally tossing merchandise in bags with little care.

Worst batteries ever!

Don't buy the e circuit brand or the packaging(garbage) is worth more than the product! What a waste of resources to even manufacture such an inferior product. Whoever is the owner "international " should be sued until they are flat ass broke. Way to hide the company from the public by the way.... I bought a set of aaa batteries from dollar tree and have never been so insulted with the power supply. Literally the batteries worked for less than 5 seconds and then died. Joke and huge drain of toxic chemicals and resources, just so some rich snake oil salesman can help themselves to another vacation or addiction.... I mean just endless things wrong with the way you go about ripping off impoverished people worldwide. I am disgusted and disappointed in the whole sick…

Someone really needs to watch the cameras at this location and investigatethe the problem, dollar tree is paying someone salary and two weeks vacation that barely works

The employee that was working Tuesday night at the dollar tree in azle. When I first walked in I said hello. She was on her phone she said nothing. No big deal. When I checked out I asked do you sell bread. She said yes.

I said I looked but didn’t see any. She said I don’t know where it’s at in the store. After checking out I asked is there anyone else I can ask. She said my manager but she’s busy. I said to ask a question to? No comment.

Sorry after that I said to her well aren’t you just the worse employee anyone could have and I walked out.

The Dollar Tree on 301 and Gall Blvd has the filthiest and the most disorganized store. They also have rude Cashiers checking out today the Cashier didn't say a word I smiled at her I got nothing but a dirty look not a word just gave me my change and not a word nothing but dirty looks. Do better hiring your Cashiers

I went to your store#2073 on 6/1/23-at 9:31a.m. You have an employee by the name of: Angela- she is NOT capable of assisting customers or running a cash register- You need to get her replaced or baby sit her. An associate at the Antioch TN location name Flo is extremely rude!!! She complains about her job every time I go in, she blows when a question is asked. She makes customers wait longer than five minutes for her to finish stocking.

She never greets customers or thanks them. She was rude to a customer today when a customer was actually trying to help HER!!!! She starred at her hard and rolled her eyes at the customer and told the customer she basically didn’t need her help.

Her behavior has gone on too long without it being addressed. She does not need to work with customers. She’s a short elderly African American female, she wears glasses.

The dollar tree in Atascocita, tx has only 1 cashier for the whole store at times you have a line almost to the back of store. I asked for a backup and a customer told me she is slow and she is doing the best she can and she was one of the manager.

As a manager that is not good he should have at least two cashier's. It is a very busy store.

I went in the other day and Dave told me I can't come in the store anymore. That is not right. I was trying to get customer service.

I went to check out there was no cashier and he turned his light. I said I am checking out to see if anyone would come to front and the cashier hurried up from back of store.

The Atascocita store is very poorly run. They need more help!!!!

Dirty, unorganized, the floor is disgustingly dirty. Items are everywhere. No help! No people working in the aisles. The back room looks better than the store. I wouldn't eat anything out of there. Clean it up or close it down.

Dollar Tree at 3051 Ring Road in Elizzabehtown, KY has a garbage can on the outside of the store that is ALWAYS running over. When I mentioned it to an employee inside the store, they told me that they have a contract with someone to empty it. I am sorry but if that is true, then whoever has the contract either needs to come more often or maybe they need to be replaced.

I think it is a horrible first impression for any business to have litter filled parking lots and garbage cans. I also think about folks that come in from out of town and get off I-65 and the impression that that would leave with them.

This is an easy problem to fix and I hope that you agree.

On Saturday 27 @6:23 pm. I stopped after work to buy for 6 Gallons of water, I struggle to load the water to my car. I saw employee name "Dunnett" in front of store, walked around. I asked her for help or give me the hand to lift water to load in my car. She ignored my request and walked away. Then I confront the Young Punk, long hair, Manager, he is so rude and said that it is not of our job description to help you and laugh of it. The big store like "Dollars Tree" How you hired the people with no customer skill, bad attitude to serve us??? You should FIRED THEM. ?? You need to improve the service or train employees!!!!!

The store mgr (Jessica) is telling employees personal business to customers and other employees I stood in line at my local (store #02822) Dollar Tree and listened to the store mgr tell another customer and an employee that another mgr was fired for whatever reason and then went on to say that she also had just hired a pedophile but couldn’t not let him go because it was discrimination.

Dollar Tree is one of my favorite places to shop. I've shopped at many stores all over the east coast. I have been a customer of yours for many years, and never have I been so embarrassed as I was this morning shopping at your 2145 Lejeune Blvd. Jacksonville NC store.

Anyone that knows me knows if I'm out shopping don't expect to see me anytime soon. I look down every isle, read labels, and compare products. This morning I was followed around and watched like a hawk. To the extreme that another shopper made a comment to me about it. Talk about mortifying!!

I went to a dollar tree in Quincy to get a birthday balloon. Waited in line and when I reached the front, I was told I could get one but, I would need to get back in line after I already waited in line.

I am disgusted with this store. I went to a different location and purchased it without an issue.

While looking for boxes in and around the dumpster I was approached by the store manager this morning and was called a crackhead w**** and told to stay the f*** away from her dumpster I've never been treated this way before while looking for boxes we're moving and we're in desperate need of boxes for packing this does not make me a crackhead w**** and I don't appreciate her calling me that

The Indian head Maryland store has been without air conditioning for a long time. I was in the store on a day that was not super hot but the store was! I could hardly handle being in the store for a few minutes, I can't imagine being there all day.

You have a Karen working in your Newberry South Carolina store. In case you don’t know what a Karen is I will tell you. Karen is a racist white woman that targets black men with hate. Today my son was told by Karen to empty his pockets.

He was about to when his sister intervened and said NO, he will not be doing that. Karen then said she would call the police and my daughter was ok with that. You see her brother is on an autism spectrum and is very mild in nature.

His rights were being violated by this Karen who would not give her name.. I will hire him a Lawyer and sue if I don’t get the appropriate response. This could have ended badly today if my daughter wasn’t with him.

A woman employee with brown hair and older yelled at my niece when she asked to have balloons filled up. She then asked about buying balloons and the employee yelled and said "no, we're not fucking doing that". Another customer attempted to ask about balloons to help us and they were also cussed at. m.

I purchase 3 candles from Dollar Tree on Green Mount in Shiloh IL. When I lit them they cracked on me and cut my finger. The glass should not be that fragile for candles to break. You need to take then off your shelves before something worse happens

I shopped in my local Dollar Tree on Wednesday May 10th purchasing several items. Two items were pink,paper drinking cups. The store is a distance from my home and arriving home I discovered I was missing one sleeve of cups.

I was tired and didn’t want to make a trip back nor did I think to call. My receipt showed I was charged for two. Today I returned to store with my receipt and was told by manager because I didn’t come back or call I couldn’t prove I didn’t actually get my two sleeves.

Trust me I would not make that trip back if I had not gotten them. Now I’m sure the young manager was doing her job but she insinuated I was a thief and a liar. I’m far from those two things.

The cashier at the store in Cairo Georgia was rude and in such a hurry kept on talking about how she had to go her husband was outside she couldn’t blow up the balloon my son wanted she didn’t have time. That’s after she threaten to go off on another customer for ringing a bell in the store and having to hear “crap” from her boss!

Rosetta was on her name tag! I’m a daily shopper there and I won’t be returning if that’s the service I will be getting! The date is 05/09/2023 at 536 pm!

We Love Dollar Tree! But the last few months our local store #6598 has been in shambles. The shelves are Empty. The Uboats are full of products and blocking all the aisles and over all the store is just dirty and un kept.

I shopped at Dollar tree in Bonita. CA location. a quick question, she just walked away and said that she's on her break. I went to the cashier and I asked for a Manager the lady that walked away and saying she's on break is just standing by the register talking to the cashier.

I am a Daily Dollar Tree Shopper and I find the associates to be delightful however this changed tonight the manager who is always been someone standoffish towards me and I never knew why rushed me out of the store rushed me while I was trying to pay and rushed me in general I am newly handicapped I'm trying to adjust to things and she does not make it easy I feel as if she would just rather the healthy people shop there who can be quick about paying and

I approached the counter to pay for merchandise, signaled to cashier who was talking to a coworker. Ms. XXXXXXXX, the cashier came to counter but continued her conversation. she then began combining my order with my friend's order, when I stopped her because it was a distance between the items, she said, "Why can't you pay for the whole order and get the money from her, because it's too much trouble having my supervisor come over here and fix this." She was adamant about removing the item so I paid for the items already rung up and left the others. This young lady needs a lot of training before being the front line employee she was hired to be.

Our store here in Warrenton Missouri is closed until further notice. Why?? I know they have a bad roof leak & every time we have a heavy rain it leaks inside the store & customers can’t get to certain items bc the aisles are blocked with buckets catching the dripping.

Why can’t they repair the roof so customers aren’t inconvenienced & denied purchasing the items? We love our store here & it gets a lot of business, We want to keep our store & maybe have it expanded, but I just wanted to make corporate aware so perhaps they could help us repair our store. I have a dollar tree a block from my house very convenient. It's in North Ft Myers Florida on the corner of Orange Grove and pondella Rd. Unfortunately I don't know the store number I wanna say it is the dirtiest and unorganized store I have ever seen.

Boxes and boxes are in the isles you can't even take your cart down the isle. Shelves are bare. Ever time I go there it gets worse and worse. Manager seems to be in the office or blowing up balloons.

It is a absolute mess.

I am a formal employee since just 2 days ago, I quit my part-time job at Dollar Tree store 02126 because of one of the asst.managers smokes THC from a vape stick in the wearhouse when on his shift and is very unreliable once told about to be careful about what he is doing his response was "its OK Sarah knows" Sarah being the store manager, and once the issue of this asst. Manager being very unreliable the manager did absolutely nothing about it..

I was in the dollar tree in Amherst ohio on Kreske dr on Thursday April 13 at approximately 8:15pm and as I was checking out the cashier and another employee couldn’t even stop complaining about another employee long enough to take care of the only customer in the store. I couldn’t even get a hello, thank you, nothing!!

I hardly ever go into that store because it’s always so dirty and this evening I was actually impressed that it was clean and organized, then I go to the register and try and check out and these two women can’t even stop running their mouths in Spanish to take care of one customer.

It’s a shame that’s there is no hope for that store. It’s in a perfect location. Good luck finding decent employees

An employee Jessica who is supposed to management is very unprofessional. She has an ugly attitude toward her customers and even worse attitude to the employees. She speaks very rudely to everyone. Criticizes her employees in front of customers to embarrassment.

Talks about the customers in their families while they are still shopping. She has no business in that position. I will no longer be going into that store as long as she is there.

I was in an accident in January of last year and I still haven't been contacted nor have I been able to contact anyone about this incident and I am very upset about it due to my injuries and lost wages. This will be the last time I try reaching out before involving a lawyer. com. Thank you.

The Pines Road store in Shreveport, LA looks like a bomb went off in the store. I am attaching photos. It is NOT sage for customers to walk around store as the aisles are jammed with merchandise, and the store is nasty. See pictures attached.

Next contact will be to the Shreveport Fire Marshall for an inspection.

Bought about 10 of the solar light and one didn't work so took it back to get replaced and to buy more.manager tells me they can't I have no receit.really.??? Dollar tree company ignored the complaints from customers. I called and I left the voicemail message and so far nobody call me back. In W Broadway Ave. in Paterson NJ in this store the manager named Holli is lack professional and rude person.

Today being Easter Sunday I went with my family to get some things at Dollar tree 7723 in Chandler Az. When we arrived we were greeted by a young lady saying "welcome in". She was very helpful and friendly despite she was alone trying to find a cashier.

I wish I could of helped her she looked stressed. But still managed to get through. She didn't even lose her cool after being disrespected by other customers. That store needs help

, I rushed over to the nearest dollar tree store located at 1991 Daniel Stuart Sqaure in Woodbridge, Virginia. Upon arrival, I witnessed the on-site store clerk let a customer out and lock the entrance doors. There were ten (10) minutes remaining before the store was scheduled to close and I needed to grab an item for work the next day.

I approached the door and reminded the store clerk, as she watched and smirked through the window, that there were ten (10) minutes left before the store was supposed to close. She stood there and continued cashing out the registers, ignoring me.
