I was at the 2323 Dayton German Pike location in Germantown OH, I had a larger order due to it being an Instacart order and it was a lot of last minute Easter things where they had multiples of each. I went to Jennifer, as she was scanning every item she kept sighing.

I asked her not to bag the hair products with the candy, she then said ugh and proceeded to take the bag while I was trying to take the hair products out. I’ve never ever been to a location that I’ve had any one act this way towards me, they’ve always been super friendly and helpful.

Is this how customers are treated now?

The dollar tree in lake Kathryn, Gig Harbor Washington.. I hate to do this but it’s not fair for the rest of us. This store allows a customer to go thru cases of hotwheels and the manager goes thru them, cherry picks the cases and leaves the rest for the rest of us.

There are “chases” that are places in cases, randomly, and can be very valuable on the secondary market. By allowing one person to pick and choose what cars they want, and the manager also picking and choosing what they want, doesn’t allow the rest of us the opportunity to find these rare and valuable chase cars. I shopped at the store in Huntington Beach, CA on 4/6 at around 930 am. I had a horrible experience with the Merchandise Manager just trying to get balloons blown up for my son's bday. She was refusing to blow up the balloons I picked and instead wanted me to leave the line and walk around the store finding balloons that were already blown up.

She was holding up the line and other customers refusing to blow up my balloons. She then went over to the balloons and keep telling at me across the store that she was refusing to blow up any more for me.

Store #1176, in Arlington, Texas I went in to shop for balloons, and the young lady that was at the front cashier never ask if I needed assistance. She had free time to help me, but chose to ignore that I was doing her job.

I shop at the dollar tree at 1431 Sandlake Rd Orlando,Fl I love this store always clean and always have the shelves stocked. I buy just about everything there but lately the shelves are not what they were. Take the bread and rolls I buy them there cause they are always fresh.

I shop at Dollar Tree in Smithfield NC weekly and have never stolen or tried to steal from there. The first incident was in Jan 2023. The manager of that store is always rude to me for some reason. I was exchanging 2 items last week, and she said they had spots on the back so she couldn’t exchange them. First of all, that’s the way they were when I bought them, secondly it didn’t affect the front of the 2 items, and thirdly it was only a $2.50 exchange.
