Your cashier took my order exchanged money instead of washing her hands made my pizza . Which is very unsanitary touching money and the screen. TO PUT HER HANDS INTO THE CHEESE AND OTHER TOPS IS NOT VERY SAFE OR SANITARY I REFUSE MY ORDER AND SHE ACT IF I WAS WRONG YOU NEED TO RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYER.

I would to comment about your order center.
First you can’t understand what the person is saying and then you have to repeat your address several times for them to say the address is not valid. And then you have to repeat everything more than twice and the order is incorrect.
This is not just once but every time but quite often. This household orders dominos at 3 to 4 times a week.
Also they will than tell me they don’t deliver in this area?????
When you call your put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time like 45 min or better. It's not just one time it's always. Hang up and call back it says your call is being sent to a manager, but the person who answers says as fast as they can thank you for calling domino's pizza please hold.
And the Waite begins again. You can not order on line cause I want extra sauce for my chicken Alfredo because it comes so dry. You ask for wings to be well done and they come under cooked. The staff at the Bradenton branch needs to be trained again or fired.
There is no way anyone should be on hold this long my 3rd attempt and it's already been 20 min I have been trying to order since 514 pm it's now 6 pm and I'm still waiting.
I ordered online for delivery last night at 934 PM and never got my order and it's already 850 PM the next evening.
Also The last 3 time's, (including this delivery order)... I ordered online for delivery I didn't get my order and had to call and call, the last time I didn't get my order until the next day and now this time I still haven't gotten it and

Delivery drivers added money to my bill overcharging me on My last few orders I made on my app. I called Domino's in houlton Maine and spoke with the manager and she took note of it and encouraged me to get a hold of corporate so I can get the overcharged money reimbursed to me.

On Wednesday November 2,2022, I ordered a Large 3 topping pizza (Pepperoni, mushrooms, olives with extra cheese, 2 liter coke and brownies for delivery. When I received my order from the driver he tried to hand me a 2 liter of Sunkist orange soda.
He explained the coke was sold out. I told the driver I was not interested in the orange soda and requested a refund for the soda. I tipped the driver and he left. We sat down to eat our pizza and when we opened the pizza box it smelled a little different.

Having to cancel my order twice in the last four times I have ordered due to long wait time. Twice recently including 10/29. I go online and order for pickup. Almost an hour later, the pizza hasn't even been stated.
I love Dominos Pizza but the service at the MTCS location has become unacceptable. I'm sure like every other company, they a struggling to keep help but hey shouldn't accept orders if they can't fill them in an acceptable time frame.
I hate to complain but there has to be a way to identify the wait time due to orders in que and notify the person placing the order so they can order from another location instead. That would be win-win.

I am very dissatisfied with the time it promise to deliver on the website. I made an online order at 5:00. The expected complete and pick up time would be 5:30 to 5:45. In order to speed up the process.
I arrived to the location at 5:40 and I still received a notice from an employee that it will takes 15 to 20 min. Please do not put a time frames if the company cannot deliver the food as time promised.

I called my order in at 1115am and was told it would be at my job in 35 min which would have been 1150am. 50pm. An hour and 35 mins later. When i called back the lady said she was waiting on her driver to get back.
