Etowah, TN store. Customers can't park in the two parking spots available in front due to the delivery drivers parking in them. I have had to park behind the store where there is no lighting and poor conditions of the area.

I want to start our saying I love ur food but this weekend has been so frustrating dealing with the store in nicholasville ky I ordered from night no problems food was delivered hot it was great ordered sat night had to call find out where my food was they tell me we don't deliver that far out I love less then three miles so I tell the u delivered to me just last night the lady says oh yeah it will be there in a few minutes delivered cold two nights right at 90 dollars tonight I had a 58 dollar order waited and

Hello, Just went to a shopping center where a Dominos take out is at (Sheridan and 26 St. ). Your driver pulled into a Handicap spot, when I confronted him he asked why I parked next to him , well your in my spot..

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. 1 ham. 1 sausage. Received 1 ham & sausage pizza. Spoke to manager. Was told next time I ordered would get free med pizza. Two weeks later called for delivery. Was told free pizza only available for online order.

Asked to speak to manager. Manager unwilling to come to phone to resolve matter. Ordered 2 sandwiches and med ham & mushroom pizza for delivery. Received 2 sandwiches and a cheese pizza. Called back. Was told I would receive free pizza for compensation.

Manager still unwilling to come to phone. I was assured this pizza would be available for call in order. Unhappy with service. What can be done to resolve this issue? Perhaps more training on how to take an order? Manager should resolve issues with customers and not staff.

I put this review in Facebook, Yelp and the store location. I am not thru with Domino's.

I am basically floored at the level of bad customer service that Domino's has displayed. I am one of those people that were affected by your glitch in your system on Nov 9, 2022 which double charged my debit card for an online order. From store level your managers think that this is not their concern; absolutely have no resolution; have no indication as to when you will be credited and just don't care. Then I was given a phone number of the General Mgr, which I left a voice mail, and she never had the decency to even return my phone call. I recently filed a comp Yesterday with domino’s and the situation escalated. The next day my delivery driver Dominic used my personal information to threaten me. He messaged me outside of work hours saying he has my address and will push up.

This domino’s is very ghetto and need well trained employees. And as I explained to him. If he us my address for any reason and threaten my kids I will retaliate. Please reevaluate your employee last smh

Ledgewood nj dominoes has the worse customer service and product I've ever encountered. I live 10 minutes away, tops. All 3 times I have given them a chance I end up with a delivery well over an hour and a half, and pizza that is cold, under topped, and over cooked.

This last time I called to check on the status of my order after an hour and I was told 45 minutes. The employee on the phone said that my food was ready but hadn't left the store. I requested they remake the pizza before sending it out to ensure freshness, and was told, "if we do that, it'll take another hour.

Maybe if you can convince my boss to hire more drivers it could work that way. " How is this place still in business?? 45hrs later, it was garbage. There will not another chance given. Total waste of my money

I placed my order at 1:20pm , my order was delivered to the wrong address. I didn’t find out to 3:00pm and the drivers name was Dominic. I called and spoke with the manager Brian thinking he sent my order out again but when I called he said Dominic was on the way he will be there in 30 mins.

30 mins passed and I called back again and he said Dominic is walking out, and I should receive my order in 15 mins. So this is an additional 45mins I’m still waiting on my pizza. I’m already upset because I have 3 hungry kids and 1 of my kids are sick so I am unable to get the pizza that why I order dominos because I’m thinking it’s convenient.

I ordered a ham and bacon pizza. I received a ham and pineapple. I immediately called the store and was hung up on as soon as they picked up. I called right back and was on hold for 42 minutes before I gave up.

I still don’t have any thing to eat. It is the Brooksville store 352-796-8888. I still don’t have my pizza or a refund. Or any sort of customer service.

Last week I made an order at dominos on Bridgetown road at shady lane. Nobody was there all day. Today I made another order and I could not set a later time online. I finally made an order to pick up and nobody answered the door.

After 10 minutes a girl answered the door and said they don’t open till 3. It was 3:15. She said she was way behind and it would be quite a while till the order was ready. I cancelled that order and went to 6015 glenway a e.

The pasta bowl I ordered was terr. There was no marinara sauce and the beef was raw. The pasta bowl was burnt and the pasta stuck to the pan. We threw it away. This is terrible service 2weeks in a row.

Tried to order on line a 50% off. 5 hours and kept getting a message saying would go thru just call the store and place the order. Thing is if you call the store they tell you you must order online to get the 50% off.

Ordering a simple pizza should not be so hard or take so long.

Ordered a pizza and wings and once it started to take a while, i decided to call. I received an email that my order had been cancelled while I was on hold. And when I did try to call the store, I was on hold 15 minutes and hung up because I needed to order food from somewhere else. I’m STARVING right now.

I heard the “Now hiring” ad while on hold and I’m guessing that is the issue. But if you can’t staff enough, then you should somehow warn people before they order that they may or may not get their food. SUPER DISAPPOINTED

I ordered and should have been given the 50% discount. When I called the manager of the store refused. I didn't know there was a coupon and I want my discount. That's the reason I ordered more than a pizza in the first place.

She actually hung up on me. Not cool. You should make it clearer. I want my $10 back . The discount should automatically be given. This is so unprofessional. com to resolve this matter. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has this issue.

Ordered food on line as usual. I always pick up at the window. My store is located at 1400 W. Thomas St. Hammond La, 70401. When I arrived at the window for pick up, the young lady shared that we were #8.

I asked what that meant and she said it should not be long. She asked that we go around the building and park for a few minutes. We did that. After about 10 minutes, we came back to the window.

She came to the window and said that our food was being packaged. Another young lady came to the window and took our payment. She said can you pull around, and I shared that our order was being packaged. I then shared since it was being packaged, I would just wait.

Out of no where Kaitlin the manager came to the window in a rage, using a lot or profanity and told us to leave her F----g window now.…

We ordered a Veggie Pizza from Domino's Pizza here in Greenville Texas on Wesley Street this Friday night November 18th, 2022 6PM. 50 minutes later we received the wrong Pizza. I ask for a replacement of our order. It is now 8:10 (Texas Time).

We have a Radio Station here in Greenville Texas. We are 501c3 Non Profit Radio Station. If we ran our Station like the service we receive from Domino's does here in Greenville Texas I dare say our Non Profit Radio Station would be outta business.

If this is an indication of what to expect from Domino's Pizza here in Greenville Texas folks you've lost this customer. My Wife is now on phone with Domino's. She is really upset. OOOPS! There goes another Have a nice.

Ordering pizza should not be something that stresses a person out. I tried to order on line for aprox. 5 hrs and was unsuccessful. It was a 50% off deal. It seams if there is ever a deal such as this it’s always hard to order.

Seems like that is the thing to make it very hard for the customer to have a hard time we will try something else. I’m very disappointed in the ordering system that y’all have. Should be able to click a couple buttons and be finished, but not with Domino’s.

1931 E. Oltorf st. 53 "NO REFUND/HORRIBLE TREATMENT FROM MANAGER" I am a loooooonnnnnggg time customer and order from Dominos at least twice a month. This time around however, I waited over 3 1/2 hours to be able to get correct information on my order.

I was told the manager was delivering the order because they didn't have enough delivery drivers. I can understand that but once hour 3 came I called asking to speak to the manager to see what exactly was the problem.

Can't call your montgomery city, mo store to place an order. Plus you don't delivery 12 miles from the store. Always issues with the orders, burnt,wrong thing , or cold. Why even have a store opened if you can't get your act together.

We are a rural area and just off of the interstate 70. This is so inconvenient for me since I had surgery and I am no weight barr. This is a disgrace and a bunch of crap.

NO STAR!!!! I normally do not leave reviews but after my sister and I experienced the discourtesy of the general manger Miranda or whatever her name is... as the Domino's in walmart at the galleria. I had a hard time trying to reaach someone in the corporate office... Damn automated systems... anyway my sister and I went to walmart and there was no motorized chairs available so I went to look for one for my sister as I always do!

My sister was standing where the glass is in the foyer of Wal-Mart. Due to the underline conditions listed below which limits her mobility. She is unable to walk or stand for a long period of time so, she walks with a cane for support. Dear Sir,

Unfortunately, I will not being ordering anything at all from Dominos again. I must admit that the food is good but am tired of this particular branch not supporting our local high school (Lakeside). All began last year, You buy a booster band card and on the card clearly stated "Free cheesy Bread with order of large Pizza". Sounds petty but, I drop anywhere between 35 to 45 dollars everytime I order. Now they don't honor it nor did they last year. In short, if they cannot support our local high school kids, I'm done with Dominos and will gladly inform all my friends and family about how Dominos regards our local high school. Furthermore, it was disappointing that Domino's was on the card but would not honor it.

22 I went online to order a carry out from 612 Eastern blvd Essex Md. Instructions were not followed while preparing my order so when I arrived I checked it and proceeded to ask the associate to redo the order because they did not follow instructions.

After waiting for 15 minutes I went back to the location for my order and the same associate did not follow the directions again and did the order incorrectly again. I had to ask for a refund due to fact that I was already running late for work and had no time for them to do the order for a 3rd time.

It is very frustrating as a customer to have to continually wait for a order after I did the order online to eliminate the long wait.

99 pizzas. They were over cooked, hardly any of the 2 toppings on each pizza. Probably the 2 worst pizzas my husband and I had either ever had. We usually get really fine pizzas and other food at our location on Sumner Ave.

in Springfield, MA 011118, but this time was awful! It was ordered for a 11/10/22 pick up for 6:30 PM which we arrived in time for. I am now very leery of ever ordering from them again. I usually never complain about situations but just had to about this.

I ordered food from my local Dominos Pizza located in Brownsville, TN. I've never had such poor service from them in the 7 years I've been ordering from them. I place the order yesterday 11/09/22 @ 11:45 am. I called and ask for them to fix it fresh and I'd come get it.

Well I picked it up got it home and it was stone cold. It has to be my original order from that morning as my patient who is on hospice couldn't even eat it. I understand things happen and I'm a very patient person but all I wanted was hot decent food.

I ended up going to the grocery store to purchase food for myself and hospice patient to eat. I will never eat there again. I generally eat there 3 days a week at least, and I'm sure losing my business is no sweat to them, however, if they keep doing business like that they…

I ordered a free pizza with my rewards points When the delivery dude got here $6 was not enough to pay the delivery fee even though my circumstances are very limited right now I'm hungry my stomach is growling literally and unfortunately cannot walk right now due to a leg injury so I'm hungry and in pain rn and $6 was not enough and they don't know how to return the points to my account.

I feel like they are being very rude and inconsiderate. If that's how they want to represent themself then I don't even want to spend money in the future with this business.
