On December 16th I ordered contactless delivery for 2 8 pcs buffalo wings. I never received my order. I called the store 5 times . The first time I told the young lady my issue and she said it’s not my problem after we deliver it and stated I couldn’t get a refund or get my order remade.

The other 4 times I called every person that picked up the phone including a man with an Indian accent, all hung up on me. I asked for the manger the last 2 phones calls and was placed on hold and hung up on.

I am truly dissatisfied with the customer service and the way I am being treated. I looked at my camera the entire time and I did not see anyone come to my door! I am PISSED that I am being treated like this by a very big company and by your staff! This is awful. I want a refund!

I had filled out an application for a job that was open in Shelby County and I did a background check and filled out paperwork and they scheduled me an interview for today 12/13/22 and when I went to the interview this afternoon at 2pm they told me that they were no longer hiring for that position and I asked what happened and they said that they had already hired two people last week for that position so

I didn't understand why I had an interview today when they were not even hiring for that position.? I feel like I was discriminated against like I feel like that somebody in there saw me and didn't like me and then they decided not to do my interview.?

On Sunday, December 11, 2022, I ordered two 16 inch Veggie Brooklyn pizzas and one Chicken Alfredo. The pizzas tasted differently, subpar, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth. The Chicken Alfredo was not cooked properly. My wife to be had to add a bottle of water and bring it to a boil because the pasta was hard and not cooked fully. Goodbye, Domino's.

I placed two orders online and paid for both of them online, my son went to get them as we live 20 miles one way from the store and when he got there they only gave him one order and then charged him for that order. I come back and had them to remake it , the ma ager did and I told him I had ordered pan on them both after making them he bring them to me and the one that was supposed to be a large was a medium .

By this point I'm extremely extremely upset. He said that pan crusts only come in medium , the online app must have kicked . I ordered a steak pizza online for delivery the store called and said they did not have the ingredients and would I like a substitute, I agreed. When the pizza arrived it was made incorrectly. I called the store and informed them, they agreed to delivery the correct pizza.

I waited three hours later to receive the correction that arrived cold and hard! I couldn't believe they suggested for me to return the pizza that was made incorrectly! I called the store over and over checking the status and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes.

I have always loved Domino’s, I’ve worked for the company before but since I moved to Lynn it became a nightmare. I don’t understand how a store can be so bad and desorganizes I live literally 8 minutes away from the store every single time I order the order takes over 90 minutes to get delivered and

the customer service at the store is the worst I’ve ever experienced the are rude they never pick up the phone when your order are late they rather cancel an order that eat over 130 minutes late than give you anything! I don’t understand how this store still open

phone which was canceled by the store without even informing me and I never got that money back and immediately I ordered again for a carryout and got a pathetic pizza and incomplete order then what I placed.

I wrote an email and complaint about it on the website and got a call from one of the managers in Urbana and he promised me that he will refund the money within a couple of days but I am following up with him since then and he has not helped me at all. Everytime he tells me that he will get it done but does not do anything about it.

Please help me out as it's been almost a month and I am sick of doing follow up with him.

I ordered 3 small pizzas and cinnamon twist bread and all 3 pizzas were burnt. One of the pizzas was thin crust and the outer crust was black. When you pay $49 you expect better. Even the cinnamon twist were over cooked.

It should not take 15 times on the phone listening to the same recording over and over after promoting to speak with a team member are they so busy that Noone can answer the phone on a Wednesday and then still get your order wrong plus you soend 35 dollars for 2 small pizzas and a cheese bread

I have had pizza delivered from Dominoes in Willard, MO several times. The last time I called I ordered over the phone and paid, and they gave me a delivered ETA of 28 min. Probably 10-15 min later I get a call saying that my house is “outside the delivery area”.

I insist I have had it delivered several times and was never told this. I end up asking to speak with the manager. ” I asked if, since I’ve already paid and am just now being made aware of this, if they could deliver it this time and I won’t order delivery again.

The manager very rudely said no. This makes no sense. It was a very easy, natural middle ground decision that a manager should have made for a good customer, but instead she was rude and has lost a customer altogether.

I ordered a pizza (might’ve been more than one) from you guys one night back in May. Now I know that’s some time ago, so why didn’t I say something back then. Well I did. Twice. And I have yet to hear anything back from an associate employed by your company.

The only reason I’m able to retain this is because it was the last time I had gotten Dominos delivered before my wife passed away in June. Anyways, I called the order in at approximately 9:00ish and the driver arrived around 11:30/11:45 give or take.

Naturally the food was no longer hot and despite that, I still tipped the girl. In some way or manner I would think that the local store here in my hometown would reach out and extend their apologies by offering us a complimentary meal on our next call in.

Perhaps someone has attempted…

m. I called and order the 8 piece chicken wings, 2 philly cheese sandwiches, and a small pizza, I gave the guy on the phone my address I even spelled it for him he told me it would be delivered in 20 to 35 minutes.

At 12:30 I called to check on my order the message told me it was close but to hold and don't hang up , I did no one answered. Needless to say I never got my order so I called back today ask to talk to the manager his name was Ethan all he could say was I tried to call my phone never rang I will never order from there again and I was ordering once a week

I ordered 40$ worth of pizza and bread today and all three pizzas were awful. The bread was decent but the pizzas tasted like they had been sitting there all day. We only live 8 minutes from the store. Should not have been like that.

Ordered from Domino's Friday night... 39 came out of my account 12/3 for my order. Today 12/5 it shows Galesburg Domino's is pending for $19 & some change. WTF! Call the local store number & get a recording that says your call cannot be completed at this time please try again later!

Called to order pizza and took 10 minutes due to the number of questions I had to answer. Some were asked twice. Wanted to pay with my debit card and was sent to an automated system, then back to the person taking the order who asked me the same question she had asked before.

Was not happy with this experience and won't be calling again.

Customer service at this location has always been great but my complaint is about the drive in window being out of service. Being handicaped, it creates a lot of problems ordering online for window pickup then finding out that the window is out of order and I have to get out to go inside.

Getting out of the vehicle is not an easy task. Please do something to fix this. A new Papa John's has opened down the street but we prefer Domino's so haven't checked them out yet.

94. I did not get any confirmation at all from them. We called them to verify the order. It was up next. We waited over an hour for the food and it never came. I had porch light on and I sit by the window so I can watch out.

I also gave two dogs that bark at any car doors or people they hear. Domino's said they tried to deliver but no one answered. He also said he called, but I did not receive a call. They said they would reduce.

They sent the original order that was ice cold. The cheese was so cold you had to cut it. I deserve a refund for the very poor service. Thanks

I just don't understand why the franchise in Dunkirk Md. has not been taken from the current own. This location seems to always have issues with taking 1 to 2 hours to deliver. We figured we would try once again but 1:15 minutes later we were told once again we are short handed, up to 2 hours for deliveries or 15 if we pick it up.

It honestly can not be rocket science to make this type of food and you know what when you are short handed the owner or owners should be there. I can wait until another big pizza company comes around.

Yes my family and I ordered pizza and chicken and something Just wasn't right about it but we just assumed that we got it kind of late and maybe they were rushing to get out of there or something. No big deal until the three of us that ate it got sick and was puking all night long and the two people in the house that did not eat it are perfectly fine.

Managers are rude and don’t know how to use their on line services. Had codes for free pizza I got for the same problem as b4. I don’t want anything for free, no coupons, nothing! This is the 3 rd time I’ve had to deal with POOR customer service!! I’m done.

To whom it may concern, I am very disappointed. I made an order 11-29-22 at 10:45 pm. I was expecting the food. Waiting for it and never receive it. By 12:23 am I got a text telling me my order was cancel.

I had an order of 2 medium pizzas mi total was 15.00 and they charge me 22 , I know is not much of a difference but it’s 7 dollars for another medium pizza and I called and they said that they don’t have a charge for that amount . Very dissapointed because we love Dominos but definitely we don’t go back .you need to hire most decent personal .because it looks very bad on Dominos pizza .I hope don’t do it to more people .

I placed an order totalling more than 80$ at Dominos on Pearce Blvd in Wentzville, Mo. The app said my order was started by Storie at 4:46 Pm on Sunday 11/27/22. At 6 PM I called to check on our order, no one answered.

I held on for nearly 7 minutes. I called back, after a couple minutes a boy named Matt answered, he said they had not started my order. That they were short staffed, and short drivers. ). He did not have a number for him.

m. I was told that this would be approximately 37 minutes. It is now 2:15 and I was just notified that my order was canceled, without any explanation. I called Dominos three times about this order. I was finally told that the order was cancelled because the driver drove up and called three times and got no response.

I am home and have been sitting on my front porch for over two hours waiting for Dominos. I checked my phone logs and there were no phone calls today. I was told that I could not reorder for delivery.

The person who spoke to me was very rude. The last time I ordered from Dominos I had to call twice about my order that was over one hour since ordering and was told it was just going in next.

It went from bad to worse from the time I phoned an order in till I went over next door to Dominos to place and pick up my order.

First I called the telephone number on the brochure and talked to a person who could barely understand English and had a hard time placing my order. Took about 20-25 minutes then she said I will put you thru to the store, WELL I got a person who said I will put you on hold and listened to music for about 10 minutes then finally gave up and hung up the phone.

We decided to go next door to plaza and place order and wait for it. When order placed, chicken, mushroom & bacon on regular crust - (1) very little chicken, I bet I have more fingers than the pieces on the pizza, very little ingredients for everything.

I understand that Domino’s is adding hundreds of electric vehicles to deliver pizzas. You say that it’s better for the environment. 92% of the charging of electric vehicles is powered by natural gas. The batteries and most of the components are made in China.

They use cobalt from the Congo which employees 80% children under the age of 12. That’s good for the environment?

The Dominos location at 1970 Village Center Cir, Las Vegas, NV 89134 is the absolute worst location ever! They delivered my pizza to a different address When I called them they insisted they had delivered it to address And sent me a picture of some random house .

Ordered a Memphis BBQ chicken thin crust pizza and received some sort of Brooklyn BBQ with crust about 1 1/2” thick will a couple of spoonfuls of sauce. What a ripoff here in Gulf Shores Alabama. No more Dominoes for this family.

Middletown Delaware service doesn't even deserve a 1 star!!! the delivery is always late !! last time it was over 1 1/2 hour late and burnt, I called back and complained to manager and they handled it by telling me that they would put credit for last order and tie it to my phone #.

This was a LIE because I just tried to order and they had no Ideal what I was talking about!!! the person that I was just talking to said they would talk to the person in charge tonight and call me right back, but this is also a LIE !
