On 1 January I order stuffed garlic bread in an order they sent the plain one and with that the offer was of paneer paratha pizza and they sent the Corn one . This is the fraud game that the dehradun, saharanpur road ,branch of dominos is doing and not refunding back the money.

I want the full refund in my upi . Please look into this matter . Would never order from dominos now.

It toke the store 1 hour and 40 minutes for a delivery ordered after tired from waiting for driver that supposed to be on it way ro me..I drove to the store , when I ask for the driver claudio the driver have not have left the store and they was to starting my order..witch at that time I ask for a refund and walk out the store..now you tell me..why lied to your costumer..and for that reazon wont ever orderfrom that store STORE # 12331 if that mean anything..thanks

00 off promotion and not on the quality of the product. 00 whenever you pick-up your own order, most recent as 1-6-23. Each time, I ask to speak with the manager/owner requesting this offer to be honored, only to be told it's not the stores obligation/responsibility to honor the offer, it's up to the corporate office and

they could not assist me with where/how this offer was to be claimed, leaving the customer totally dis-satisfied and feeling as if we were fleeced. They failed to offer any local/in-store solution except to pass the buck and point the finger anywhere/everywhere else and never made any attempts to try and offer any type of satisfaction for loyal customers.

Totally dis-satisfied with their customer solutions.

34 worth of pizzas, January 2, 2023 on Monday at 11:15pm from the Dominos Pizza located in Walmart on hwy 157 in Cullman, Al. 34 for my order. A little while after placing my order I get a call from the manager at that Dominos location telling me that the ovens was off and they stop taking carryout orders at 10pm and she then canceled my order and my payment.

It is now January 5, 2023 on Thursday and I still don't have access to my money. I would like to know why first off would a carry out pizza place stop taking carryout orders at 10pm and turn off the ovens if the location is open until midnight?

We purchased 6 pizzas today when my daughter picked them up and brought them back ALL 6 were burnt so she took them back they made 6 new pizzas when she came back 3 of pizza were burnt again. The worker's had a smart mouth about the situation.

We get pizza from our local Dominos and have NEVER had this happen before. The pizza restaurant is in Portsmouth Ohio 45662 on rt 23

Domino's Pizza in Wentzville, MO

Ordered a large pizza, dough knots and a 2 liter bottle of Coke. Delivered in a timely manner by a rude woman who left the food on the floor outside the door. I noticed immediately that the wrong soda had been delivered. I called to her to let her know that it was wrong. She informed me that they were out of Coke and left. I contacted the store and was informed by "Mary", the delivery person, that I talked to her like a dog. When I asked for the manager, she stated she was the manager. I asked for the owner's name, which she would not give me, who she informed me would not be of any help. I was never informed, before the delivery, that they were out of Coke and charged for something I did not want. If she is the manager, I feel sorry for the employees.

I called Domino's at 11:30 they say they take orders up to 12:00 I was on the phone on hold for 30 minutes when they told me the answer the phone and said they're no longer taking orders and I told the girl I've been on hold for 30 minutes she said oh I'm sorry but we're not going to take an orders I said well that's bull you know you had me sitting here on hold for 30 minutes she claimed she didn't see the phone was ringing how do you not see a phone ringing when you can hear it but

I am Kim Parker. Two times in a row, our small town dominos has gotten our order wrong. First was 2 weeks ago, sauces on pizza were not correct as well as they did not make the five cheese dip and bread sticks. The woman who took our order over the phone, we picked up, apologized but advised in order to correct it we had to pay for two more pizzas. That's insane! We left.

Tonight, ordered carry out. As per menu, we ordered cinnamon sticks and the five cheese dip with bread sticks-per menu. Same female took our order, it arrived 45 minutes later with no bread sticks for cheese dip. When I called her back, she advised I specifically had to order bread to come with the dips. I tried to explain the menu says CHEESY FIVE DIP AND BREAD STICKS, as always it comes together, but she kept talking…

On 12/30/2022, I placed an online order for my 8 year old autistic daughter. I instructions were, please do not knock or ring doorbell, due it being loud for my daughter, and it also upsets our dogs which will make them bark.

About 6 minutes of placing order, Tim my delivery driver called asking about no knocking or doorbell ringing, I explained the reason not to do it. THEN, he questioned me about his tip, why was there not a tip? I had planned on leaving cash on porch, but this set me off.

After Tim hung up on me, I called branch, told mgr, about it, she didn’t seem concerned about it, so I immediately just cancelled my order. Ordered delivery. The tracker stated delivered. I did not receive. Called store and was informed driver closed out by accident and will deliver. I still not received. Basically saying I was lying while laughing. Pathetic employee offered to redo order in which I declined.

I called the store that I ordered from to place a complaint that the pizza I ordered was supposed to have BBQ sauce on it but that it did not have any BBQ sauce. I was transferred to the manager and she advised me that she personally made our pizza and that there was BBQ sauce on it.

I tried to explain that I could send her a picture or bring the pizza back to get a corrected pizza. The manager stated that she would only make another pizza if I paid for another one. I told her no, I was not going to pay for another pizza when the one delivered was not correct.

The manager cussed at me and hung up the phone. I tried to call back and get the manager name, nothing but her name, to also report the very unprofessional and rude behavior but was handed to 3 different people, not the manager.…

Numerous times have I gotten a delivery driver who I believe his name is Davin who wasnt quite friendly and always seemed like he didn't want to be working like it was a bother to him when he delivers. If he doesn't like his job or people then he's in wrong profession.

Which I can say he's not. I'm half tempted to go elswhere if he keeps up with the unfriendly delivery

Two harbors store has the worst service ever...pizza was late and cold the driver ashley stillwell was rude and made some comments as she left...not the first time I've had this happen...this store has become a joke....the even have made tik tok in the store...sparing food all over....I'm sick of crappy service and nothing is done.i saved the receipt.

Worst delivery experience ever from the Dominos Pizza on Livingston Road in Fort Washington, MD 20744

I ordered two pizzas online at 7:57pm and followed the Domino's Tracker and it showed that my pizza was in quality control (QC) at 8:09pm. It stayed in QC until 8:50pm? Why such a long QC? I added a note in my order to ring the doorbell and of course the delivery person did not ring the bell when it arrived, even though the person got a tip from me in advance as that was the only time that I could add a tip. The delivery person left two pizza boxes on the wet ground as it had been raining and they were left without a bag so any rodents or insects could crawl in the boxes. I ordered a pizza at the LaVergne Tn when I opened up the box up it was all slid to 1 side and looked like mush. I contacted the site and they hung up on me when I asked to speak to the manager. I called back.

It took several rings to answer but when the lady did she sounded like she could careless what my problem was. I told her the situation and she said she would get another made and right out to me. 00 bucks on pizza and can't eat I'm mad now I want my money back.

I was told my order would be 15 mins, so when I went back through the drive through they told me it would be another 20 mins. When I asked about adjusting my price due to waiting so long, the manager would not do it nor would the managers come to the window to talk to me. I’m very disappointed and I’m done with this bad service at Dominoes in Northport AL.

Domino’s has great prices and always get my order correct, I’m filing a complaint on a employee named Rachelle who works at the Glendale location, she was very rude to me because I wanted to pay with a few ones and there happened to be 3 pairs of $5 bills in there and she makes a sarcastic remark to the person she is training “even though she’s getting 3 5’s back” giving me a judge mental side eye, whereas I had to explain why I was paying with that which I shouldn’t have to.

That was disrespectful and it shouldn’t be her business how I pay for my food. I also had to act nice because my 6 year old was with me, very disrespectful. I do not deserve that nor anyone else, to be judged because I ain’t paying in big bills.

One of your driver's ran across our lawn on 2 occasions, 12/26/22, Your Millerville Store was informed; when contacted by phone, the manager, Shekela, hung up on my wife. Another phone call was made to your store, informing them that we will report them to the corporate office; Ms.

Shekela half-hearted replied that she was sorry. Her reply was not sincere at all. No professionalism exhibited; her actions and responses revealed that she will require more training, customer service experience and maturity. Please correct this situation. I eat at Dominos once a week usually. I ordered online and they said would be 45 minutes. Arrived and they said they didn’t have order while it was on my phone in my hand. Then they said would be 30 more minutes because they didn’t even have it.

I said would there be some kind of compensation. They said manager doesn’t do this. 00 dollars off my credit card account. I told them I was going to call corporate office. He said it didn’t matter because it was a franchise.

On 10/18/22, I ordered a pizza and a bottle of Coke. I got the pizza but no Coke. I was given a credit for the Coke. I've ordered more pizza since then but was given the runaround regarding the Coke I'm owed.

This let's me know that your company is dishonest and has no integrity. I've read the multitude of complaints and dissatisfactions and this will lead to your end. Too many unhappy customers will cause your doors to close one day.

My complaint is over a bottle of Coke but too many complaints and your day will come to an end. Your rating is zero minus.

I went to the Domino's by my home the other day I go all the time my kids love the pizza but this particular day I ordered six large pieces for my family cuz I didn't have time to cook usually my orders are correct the people are usually respect for this day they were kind of busy my food came back cold and the order was wrong I ordered two large pepperoni extra olives mushrooms and pineapples extra sauce and cheese I ordered two large Pepperoni's and Olive extra sauce extra cheese my pizza came back wrong one piece didn't have the pepperoni or pineapples the other one didn't have the olives or extra sauce or extra cheese I went into complain the people act like they were too busy to deal with me I had to get back to work I was trying to see if I can get my order replaced or refund

The manage (Katy) at the Corsicana was so rude and inconsiderate. This is not the first time I've encountered or witnessed team members including managers being rude to customers at this location. I understand that they may deal with disgruntal customers at times, but everyone should not be treated as such.

I placed an order today and I was at the store when it was placed only to have my order canceled. And your manager was rude and didn't give a care that I drove to the restaurant and they canceled it while I was at the store.

You need to hire better people and if this how you treat your customers I know I won't be purchasing from dominos and I promise to tell everyone. And your employee told me his district Manager was Chuck Norris. So not only did he disrespect me as customer but then blatantly lied to my face.

If I could give a 0 for communication I would waited mor than 20 min for a pizza that was still in prep when I called they said it would be at least another hour. I received no call about it.

I had no power and everywhere else were not doing deliveries I wound up not eating anything last night due to their lake of communication via phone text or online notification. They also refuse to account for third failed to reach out to customers about a unreasonable delay if it’s that bad stop all deliveries

Main st and 45st Called to cancel order after waiting for 30 minutes. Was said I’d need to pick up order or cancel order. It’s the middle of the night and I have a small baby that is sleep which is obviously the reason I ordered for delivery and waited for 30 minutes. When asked for the name of the person and a manager because I was going to complain to corporate person hung up on me.

I just got home from picking up my order and one pizza had a few pieces of pineapples on it and my grandson and I are allergic to. After the tracking announced the driver was on his way, it immediately changed to complete. After another 35 minutes, my pizzas arrived, cold and soggy from the grease. None of the 4 pizzas were edible. I tried calling the store, but no answer after 20 minutes. I’m not happy.

I ordered a pizza online and didn’t received it. I called them several times and could not reach anyone. Once I got through to someone, the employee said that he didn’t know what was going on and tried to make excuses.

It had been 1 1/2 hours by then and still no pizza. While talking to the employee, he hung up on me. I am very displeased with your service and will not be patronizing Dominos anymore.

I used to order Domino's Pizza at least once a week. 00 off your next order. You make it sound like we're lazy people. If you must know, I tip very well. Plus I don't drive. But since you think I'm too lazy to pick up my own pizza, I'll just take my business elsewhere.

I never got my pizza, but the tracker suggested it was done. I ordered at 11:45 and received a text at 12:08 saying it was on the way. It's been 1 hour and when I called the restaurant, I couldn't get in touch with anyone.

Ordered a 12” pepperoni, 24” deluxe and add black olives 16pc park bites garlic and marinara sauces. When I got home the 16” deluxe only had cheese and black olives. I called the store, didn’t want to drive back for a remake (I used the app), they said I would have a credit when my phone #showed up.

We are in the zip code 27889 and have had more problems with the local Domino's than can count. Our entire subdivision has been taken off the list for delivery even though we are within a mile for some bogus security risk. They have delivered to our house at least a 100 times and refuse to do so now.

I just placed an order at 560 Indian Boundary Rd, Chesterton IN 46304.

They could not fulfill my order because they had absolutely no products. I ordered a salad and pasta.

I walked into the store to see the manager I’m assuming working extremely hard and he had two other employees in there that did not seem as though they were helping him. He was making the few pizzas he could and answering the phones and calling people back to let them know he could not fulfill their orders. He stated he was off work for a few days for a family emergency and his order was not placed for his supplies.

7 miles in front of SCC. I ordered a medium plain cheese pizza at 5:10PM and the guy came at 6:40PM. I called multiple times to speak to the manager and the lady told me he's not there. I called again pissed and she finally handed him the phone.

No use because he was just as nasty and rude when I asked if they would comp the meal since I waited an hour and a half when I live 5 min away. He said no and to take the pizza either hot or cold or else he'll tell his driver not to come.

Now I'm starving and without food since I don't have a car.
