I would like to complain about the service provided by your staff today in Malacca. Our hotel is just behind, we don't use foodpanda or grabfood because it's raining heavily and we know it's difficult for the delivery staff. we walked in and arrived around 8:30 pm, Saturday, October 22, 2022 today. It stated there that it would be open until 11pm and the staff there told us that they were already closed and not taking any more orders. Maybe they receive too many orders. However, what disappointed us was that, after we left, they were still taking other people's orders. They don't put a "closed" sign in front of the store if it's true that the store…

I ordered my food online around 8 pm i called dominoes an hour later asking about my order he said driver in route station now I said ok then I I got a text message saying juan was on his way around 10:25 pm so here comes the time still no food I decide to call dominoes and the driver never took my order I was lost so y tell me it was in route if it wasn’t I don’t want no cold food I paid 46 dollars to be having to wait so

I ordered a pizza at 8:40 PM it was taken out of the oven at 9 PM it was not picked up until 9:28 PM now I’m waiting for it to be delivered. I know it will be cold when it arrives.

I have placed a delivery order with Domino's pizza on Washington St. 83301 for a two topping med. pizza and garden salad. But I had asks to have light sauce put on the pizza because I can't have to much tomato sauce.

The pizza had Globs of tomato paste on pizza doe to when I took a bit that's all you could taste was tomato paste and it would ooze out of the pizza. This is last time I place an order from Domino's have not had a good pizza from them my last 5 orders.

I placed an order this evening. It took over two hours to arrive and was cold. The manager just blew it off. The pizza is actually hard because it's cold. I paid over $100 for a bunch of late, cold crap. I just got robbed!

I ordered food for our company. I placed the order around 1:30 I was told it will be here between 2 and 2:15. I called around 3 to see if my food was ready and they said its on it way.

The Philly was super thin. Literally flat. I’ve had Dominoes for years and always enjoyed the pizza. The last several times from the Johnstown Ohio location the pizzas have been terrible. Like someone has no idea how to make pizza dough.

Nothing like the pan pizzas or specialty pizzas in the past. Absolutely terrible. Who ever is making our pizzas needs fired or educated on how to make it.

Hi I would like to make a complaint on not getting told by the person that made my order that didn't tell me that they only had 1 driver I'm like wow it's gonna take probably until night time if they would of told me that I would have never made my order I can't stay up all night I made my order at 4:40 something close to 5pm.
