I called in this after noon about 430 on the automated help I asked to speak with the dominios at 525 chestnut commons Elyria ohio 44035I know we live kinda outta the way so I figured like most places they would not deliver here. I ordered a pizza online at the store in Lorton Va...went in to pick it up..man yelled at me I couldnt come in because I didnt have a mask..I said I didn't have one..i drive 20 mins to pick this up and wasnt going home to get one..he gave me my order..was very rude..said the CDC requires a mask..no..they suggest one..i am fully vacinated..he was just very rude

I want to begin by saying my Tillman St. store is greatly appreciated. Food & service has been excellent until tonight. My order was placed around 6:30 pm, but due to a lack of employees, I was told my order wouldn't be delivered for 2 hours.

That time was projected from 7:45. I cancelled my order and was told my money would appear back on my card in 3-5 days. Too long to wait on an order.

Why are the dominoes in Baltimore county have such horrible service?Every time I try to call the Essex store on Eastern avenue they never pick up! I tried the Domino's on Harford road, ordered a pizza online. It was a timed orders. Came an hour and a half late. it was for a party, hence the timed orders. I canceled the order upon delivery a $35 + order. Talked to the manager, they said it was going to be refunded. THAT never happened. Domino's has totally lost my business! for all of Baltimore county Domino's can't believe how far their service have lowered!! I doubt that this will even GET A Reply.

This is not the first time it has happened to me multiple times. They when they will bring a new order.

I ordered a medium pizza with everything. This was the worst pizza I have gotten hardly no topping.. crust not done. Crust soggy. I found a stick in one slice of pizza. I have a picture. It was not hot. 00 for this pizza.

I only order in from dominos never had I gotten a pizza this bad. Could not eat it. At all and I have company. Thanks slot. I would like to get my money back.

99 for two on January 2, 2022. The service was ridiculous. I asked for delivery. 2 hours later I still didn’t have my food!!! I tried calling and couldn’t get through on the phone.

My son cqlled Dominos on Strykers Road ordered 3 pizzas cqll was plqces between 300, they call back to tell us there is no delivery driver but the pizza is ready the call was recieved at 450 pizza had been ready since 315. Whybwas the call not sooner especially if we put in for delivery and they seen that why was the call bqck placed so late? Very unprofesional very disapointing.

I ordered special 2 medium pizzas but I put 5 toppings today. I received only one pizzas. Talk to manager Andria on phone. Manager said it is ordered on line and had no control over it. My previous order was by calling I paid the same amount but got 2 pizzas.

I work at Viking Pump in Cedar falls, Iowa. They ordered pizza for all three shifts and the store in Waterloo, Iowa was absolutely the worst service we ever had!!

First they were almost 20 minutes late with the pizzas and so not everyone had time to even eat any. And now we go to second shift, that is the shift I work and they screwed up again! The pizzas were 15 minutes late and after finally getting them, come to find out none of them were sliced!!

So by the time we found something to slice them we only had 5 minutes to eat the worst pizza in my entire life!!

Got to the window to make my order at 9:30 pm and left at 10;50pm. Order was wrong order a large hamburger. Onion and green peppers. There was no green peppers and the pizza was wet. The cook had a badge on her finger with no gloves on.

She had to pick putting the badge back on. In food safte class you are not to make food with a badge on with out gloves. This was very poor service i got tonight.

I placed our lunch order at 7:39am this morning. 02 before the 20% tip. I ordered one Italian sandwich, two Classic Garden salads, one ExtravaganZZa pizza and two Chicken Parm ssandwiches. I don't know what has happened to the food being made there, but this will be our last order from Domino' Pizza on Cook and Lima roads.

There was barely any chicken, sauce or cheese on the Chicken Parm sandwiches. The Italian sandwich was dry. The ExtravaganZZa wasn't up to par. The salads were good, because they looked they were made elsewhere. Now our order was supposed to have been delivered at 11:45, but we received it at 12:20.

I attempted to order domino's online because I had 3 free pizzas to use and I also ordered cheesy bread. When I went to check out and I hit the pay with cash option it said I had to pay with a card because my store is only accepting credit card payments online.

Williston, VT store. Had not eaten all day and got to destination in Williston, VT. Got the number for Dominoes from the front desk of the Fairfield inn because I wanted to order out. I have a complaint about the Dominoes located at Address: 1426 S 324th St Ste 108A, Federal Way, WA 98003. While I was driving through the plaza parking lot, I stopped in front of the Dominoes business to talk to a homeless kid.

I offered to assist the kid with getting a WA ID. Another homeless person who was also passing through the parking lot approached me and asked for help with items. After a couple minutes, we all went our separate ways.

Not only do they have way to many issues with the site to order online. I call and this is when they first open at 10:30 and sit on the phone for 10 min and no one answered. I have had issues 3 times w the website and same number with waiting on the line to order and finally went else where.

domino's never has either any drivers working or none at all. Placed order at 245 pm came out of oven 309 pm Then food never left store until 326 pm, didn't arrive until 340 pm The store lies on times, I watch the clock. Not good for almost hour on delivery and food is cold.
