I went to store # 5031 Ford Parkway Unit 114 Bessemer, AL. The receipt says# 5845. I asked for any specials they may have. He said that there wasn't any specials at all. I asked for two medium three topping pizzas and a loaded tots.

He charges me for two large pizzas and the tots and charged me full price for the order, didnt ask me about crust either, OK cool but he was rude lazy slamming things around. This fella was a large fella with black hair.

Then we get our pizzas the blond lady that cut them had to dig something out of ione of them with a spatula. They wore no gloves they were slow as everything, then the pizza that I ordered with pepperoni and sausage with bell pepper tastes seriously like sink dishes it was super gross.

Terrible service lazy people and they were concerned…

I had called Domino's pizza in Haverstraw, N,Y. For the very first time. I was giving totally disrespect by the manager running the store. She was rude and nasty never letting me complete my order on the phone and just hung up on me.

When I got to the store to p/u i inform her of her phone etiquette, she was very rude argumentative toward me. My first and last time ever in your store. I will inform my family about this situation and it shall be posted. Money is one color!!

Last night around 630 pm, I ordered off the app for delivery from store #3929 in Cumberland, RI. I had requested the pizza to be well done but it wasn't. The order took an hour and a half to be delivered and the food was cold. 39.

I attempted to call the stores number but it went to a voicemail. After that, I don't think I want to order from dominos anymore or at least from that location.

Ordered from 2901 vine st at 4 pm on 6/5/23. Ashley quality checked it at 4:18 pm, order didn't go out for delivery till 5. Wasn't delivered till 5:45 even though the tracker on the website said order was completed and delivered at 5:32.

Several calls to the store. A guy impersonating as the manager hung up on me several times. Wouldnt give his name. A lady named Cheyenne said she was the manager as well. SKYLER (the delivery man) said he is training to become a general manager.

Skyler said Cheyenne the manager tried to cancel my order. Never received the hoagie I ordered or my 2 litter cherry coke. People at this store are rude don't know how to do their job except for SKYLER. Great guy very polite and apologetic for something that wasn't his fault.

I just don't understand why employees aren't wearing gloves while preparing food. Washing hands isn't enough. It looks like a safety risk to me. Does the health department approve that decision?

I decided to place an order. Called the Lockbourne , Ohio location . They said they delivered Placed delivery on line. There was a problem. Called to place order to Lockbourne, Ohio facility. They said they do not deliver. Transfered me to other facility.

Facility stated they just started delivering in my area. they don't come down this far . Merriam Village only. When I said I wasn't that far from Merriam Village. They hung up the phone. Today is my birthday. Just trying to order food. Not an entanglement.

I order pizza from Dominos store7424 Indian trail nc. I order a Supreme large and a Barbecue Chicken Large. When I got home there were 2 Supreme Pizzas. I called the Dominoes 704 684 0200. I talked to Ms. Smith.

Half way through the conversation she hung up the phone on me. This is unacceptable. I was on my way with the 2 unwanted pizzas. I got in the car and called the store again and I told her about the situation and that I did not appreciate her hanging up on me.

She said that they had already refunded the money for the pizzas. I will be checking the card I used. I will never order from that Dominoes again. That is not how management is suppose to act. I expect a response within a couple of days.

TATER TOTS now on the menu Domino's in Naranja, FL (Miami Dade County).

The employees at that location sold me melted cheese over raw tater tots. I may be wrong in the assumption that the "potato tots"should be crispy cooked before the cheese is melted over them."

I bought three orders and they all were raw soggy potatoes with cheese melted on them. They tasted awful. It's clear that the employees are not following all the steps to prepare this "deliciously favored menu item."

Dominos is mine and my friends favorite pizza. Help!!

My pizza crust was tough and so so much corn meal on bottom of pizza taking away the taste of dough had it been prepared correctly. This is my second complaint on same order.store#6769 On May 16th 2023 $20.00. Also the quality of the meats was really bad.

I placed an online order at 11:30. It is 1:00 and I have not received my food. The individual at the east Ave location has hung up on me several times when I have asked when I will be getting my food.

So my money has been deducted, the guy at the store could careless about managing the situation and i don't have food. What kind of establishment is this? You take people's money and can't be considerate enough to tell me why.

As I'm typing this complaint, I got a text saying my order was canceled. This is the absolute worst possible service I've ever received. I certainly hope someone listens to the calls to see how well the quality and training is.

I ordered a 32 -piece Parm Bites plus 4 Nacho Cheese Dip cups , when the delivery guy handed me my order and I paid him at total of twenty dollars, with a tip of 3 dollars. When I sat down to eat I realized that my 4- Nacho Cheese Dip cups were missing, so I called the stores phone number and was put on hold for 20 minutes.

When I got done eating I called the complaint department to NO avail, The store # 2506 in South Bend, IN 46613. My address is 1815 Leer Street, South Bend, IN 46613. Todays date is 5/20/2023, the time I placed this order at 8:10 pm and was delivered at 9:05 pm.

96 in cash ASAP or I will file a complaint with the Attorney General Office in Indianapolis, Indiana by tomorrow {5/21/2023, regarding my cheese dips and not being able to contact the store to get my Nacho…

On May 19,2023 around 9:30 pm i ordered 2 large pizzas and cheese bread from the Asheville Highway location i was using the pizza tracker and from 9:30 pm until 10:45 it says it was being prepped and then finally around 11 pm it said it was being cooked then it arrived at my house at 11:20 pm i tried calling 3 times and no one answered the phone i was calling to cancel my order i call the store on May 20,2023 And

spoke with the directer and she was very unfriendly about the whole situation i have ordered from here several times i'm really unsatisfied with my experience i was not pleased with the pizza

The pizza we picked up from your Minden, Nevada store about 5:15 was not acceptable. The creamy Caesar sauce was watery and had hardly any sausage on it. The pepperoni /sausage was dry. I feel it was the worst pizza I had ever tasted.

We stopped buying Pzza from Dominos some time ago because of the lack of quality. Here we are again disappointed with pizza.

Today I came into the Seattle WA northgate mall location and there was one kid at the ovens just having a terrible time as the presumed manager, I got his name Luis or something the kid I didn't get his name but he was yelling at the kid telling him to hurry and keep up and basically fired right on the spot for dropping an order...

The poor kid went out crying..... This is how they treat their workers? Bullshit !!!!

I love domino's pizza but today I had a terrible pizza and brownies. My pizza didn't have any sauce and hardly any cheese and my brownies were not fully cooked. I don't complain about a lot of things but when I spend $24 I think it should be done right.

Staff was very unprofessional. The young lady stood on her for 5 minutes before asking can she help, also on the screen it said my order was ready I still had to wait another 20 minutes I asked why it said my order was ready and it wasn’t she was very disrespectful saying she didn’t know but I heard her telling the other employee she forgot about the order

Bel air road management sucks! They rarely answer the phone. And I went there today to drop off an energy drink for my child and Dave Lockett, a supposedly manager was cussing up a storm. This isnt the 1st time I walked in and he was cussing his employees out.

It has been several times he has acted unprofessional in front of customers and employees. How is he supposed to be raising up new managers when he can't even control his angry and drinking problems?? Someone needs to look into this.

Because I won't stop until someone does!

Always order extra toppings and extra other things have clearly been charged for the extra and receive no extra what so ever. When I contact the store I get no help or reason why I got charged for nothing. No refund, no discount, and no apology.

Very Very disappointed in the customer service and quality of the food.

I ordered a 1 pizza from Domino's Pizza 2306 Brundage Ln, Bakersfield, CA 93304 at 8:11pm. 5/6/2023 I arrived there at 8:55 my order wasn't ready. when I arrived it took 20 minutes for someone to help me. , after 1 hour and 15 minutes I complained and finally it was ready, he handed me the pizza to go, and I had to tell him I have to pay for it still.

when I got home, the pizza was so crispy and crunchy. It was left in oven a little too long. The absolute worst experience from Dominos I ever had. Domino's is my favorite pizza, always been and always will be.

It's a mess there, or I came on the wrong night. It was in my son's dads name Eugene Russell

I ordered late night at the wrong location and needed to transfer the order or needed a refund. And the manager got snappy and said that he can not give me a refund and its not his fault. So I’m out of $50 right now.

But I will be calling corporate and my bank. When I ordered from the Wilson location I didn’t get my wings that was ordered nor did they give me the right sandwich. So when I called them and let them know they said Its not their fault. Which it really was.

And the cant replace or give me my wings. 2 locations really aggravated last night. Hopefully something can be done

I have been a long time customer of Dominos Pizza and have always received satisfactory services on you product. Today, I made an online order and requested delivery to my home. When the 14" Extravaganza pizza arrived after a 30 minute wait on what usually takes less than 20 minutes, I found the product cold and in total disarray in the delivery box.

It looked like it had been turned upside down, I returned the pizza to the local Dominoes that I ordered it from. I asked them if they normally send out a product that appeared as the one they delivered to me.

They said they did not. I questioned their quality assurance on those type deliveries. They apologized and refunded me the cost and delivery charge for my order. I share this with you as it demands a critical review of the quality…

so I order tonight and paid online the girl Ashley Neverending knocked on my door she left my food on the ground in the breeze way where dogs,nets,flies, people spit out there so I called the manager getting mad and said well you paid for it so we left it.

You no I no everything is done on an app now. But really to tell someone to go to another store because she already has a few customers in front of us on app orders. I am not in the habit of ordering on line.

I like to make sure my order is correct. I am 70 years old. Can barely use a cell phone, let alone trying to get into a app. The lady hung up one before give me a phone number for a store on Nolan Rd Indep mo.

I am not happy about your store in independence mo on 24 hiway. I will not call them or go back there. We were happy to no that they were coming back strong to our area but not anymore. Will let people no about this store how I was treated.

White female, Store manager Renee Brown at the 7091 Indianhead Highway, Bryan’s Road, MD 20616 location felt it was perfectly fine to slap my Aftican American 20yr old son in the face on Saturday, April 29th 2023, because he declined to work an additional hour or more past his completed 10pm work time. She told him that his response pissed her off and slapped him!!!!!

She left the store before the police arrived. I am trying to context corporate to have her immediately terminated from this and all locations. My son has not been placed in a work schedule, wages are being affected because of HER behavior.

I had received a gift card for Dominos, and decided to order some food. I ordered garlic bread sticks, cinnamon sticks, two loaded tots, two sandwiches, and a 1 topping pan pizza. When paying for my food, I had to use additional money to pay for it. 00!

When I picked up my food, there were no bread sticks, and they said the order was never put in! They said I would have to wait another 10-15 mins if I still wanted them. 00! There were no prices listed on the menu, so I had no idea how much I was paying for each item!

The loaded tots that were so hyped, were absolutely awful. The sandwich’s were ok, as was the pizza, but after this experience, I doubt that I would be a returning customer! I have been ordering from Dominos for years, and was always happy with the food.

I have made complaints to not only the Domino's that I ordered from in Lakewood WA GM Sean but also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They neglected to respond to the complaint. They basically just ignored my valid complaints as if it just doesn't matter what kind of service/product I received.

They clearly don't care how their customers feel. Even the GM, Sean, ignored me and purposely delivered a pizza made by him which was filled with grease. He is not a good employee and needs to be fired immediately. I am very disgusted about this.

Hello, I wanted to share the worst experience I had today at Domino's pizza off of limonite . I ordered a pizza from the app thursday to be delivered to my daughter's daycare today for their party . Delivery driver went to the destination but said payment wasn't received even though I have an email receipt of payment processed.

I called store to process payment ,if there were any issues, and not only was I put on hold for 20 minutes but the manager had an attitude and yelled at me that she's busy . I told her my order should be prioritized since I ordered day earlier and the matter was time sensitive since it was for the daycare's party.

She raised her voice again and told me that she was too busy and when I asked for her name , she hanged up . I understand that she may have been busy…

I ordered a pizza and chicken alfredo for pickup. I picked it up and brought it home and realized I had gotten something other than my chicken alfredo. I called the store and asked if they could deliver the correct one and they said no that I had to bring the product back and go back to the store to fix their problem.

I went back to the store which I didn't have gas to do being angry I asked the manager if I could at least have a free pizza for my travels and my time and he told me no. He said that he had already given me a free alfredo and I replied that I had paid for that alfredo.

I explained to the manager that I also worked customer service and that he should make it right that he did not. I am very dissatisfied with the service given and on top of that they were going to charge me…

Ordered online, 8 items. Chicken wings were thrown in the box, and cheese stuck all over the cardboard. Asiago pizza didn't have any chicken on it. Thin crust pizza was over cooked. Store#8511 Riverside Ca. Receipt#172 Almost an $80 order and I gave a $5 tip.

I'll will never tip at Domino's again and I will never go to this store again. Extremely Unhappy Customer

5:30 PM pizza was ordered delivery estimation was in within 35 minutes after an hour we called to see what was going on got hung up on three times waited 10 minutes to get somebody on the phone and was told oh yeah whatever we're running behind but the whole point was the family is waiting on food so we could depart from here and now everybody had to eat crackers and

Terrible service. Watch out for Cesar the “manager” at the Key Biscayne location. Incredibly rude, runs his mouth. Loose Yells at customers!

They make mistakes at this store with the chicken. It is dried out. Instead of fixing it, the guy yells at you. Says he is not giving you “free food”

Even if you don’t ask for it.

When the store gives food that is bad or overcooked, they need to refund it or replace it politely.

No manners. Doesn’t understand English either.

Having placed orders regularly with them for over a year, and not complained when they have made mistakes.

Never received a $32 order, no contact for a refund after calling the store, still haven't been contacted by customer support. 0/10. I would have preferred the order to just have been denied. Absolute failure.
