I ordered 3 orders at3 hours in advance to be picked up by 3 pm for my kids, I’m working all day and I had to take 30 minutes for that, when I went to the store located at Îles st in Springfield Il , none of my orders were ready the girl working at this location didn’t even apologize, she said only that she can cancel the order, her name is Liliana, I’m very disappointed we always order from the same location and

this is the first time that I’m having issue, I will also leave a review about this location on Google, because she also canceled the order when I ask to speak to a manager, please reply.

My complaint is that when my pizza was delivered, I stated dont I need to sign something ( I paid over the phone with my card) the female delivery driver said no, I then asked about the tip, she said it was all taking care of in the app. 00, my bill was less than $17 dollars.

Here is my issue HOW dare someone decide how much I’m going to tip them. Now, I’m a server myself I would of left her $5, but the principal of the matter here is under NO circumstances does someone have the right to decide how much money to be tipped without my consent!!!!

It’s actually theft when you tip yourself without the customers knowledge nor consent. I absolutely did not like that at all… As, a server I can’t just walk up to my table when I hand out the check and say I decided on the tip amount and changed…

I have been buying mushroom large pizza from Penitas Texas location for years and the pizzas had been good. Gradually they started putting less and less mushrooms on top till this last time. The mushroom pizza had very few mushrooms, not enough tomato sauce, not enough cheese, I don't know if I should risk buying again only to be disappointed and throw it away.

I will have to find another place that still cares about making good pizzas.

I placed an online order for a large spinach and feta pizza with pepperoni and cheddar and bacon tater tots. My order was paid with my credit card for $32.60. It was curbside delivery. I picked up my pizza and tots (or so I thought), had some errands to run before I got home and never looked at my order. When I arrived home, my family was very disappointed. They were expecting this delicious pizza and tots and I was given someone else's order as it clearly states on the receipt. the store number is #4359, Domino's Pizza Franklin, VA.

Solution:

I want a refund of the $32.60 and I still want my original order.

Former Dominos Pizza customer here: A year ago I walked into my local Dominos store and got the worst pizza ever. Less than ten dollars with three toppings. Six months later, hungry, I tried again. Counter man said it was longer ten dollars, but fourteen. Hungry.

When I got home I looked at the reciept. Seventeen dollars for pizza so bad I spat out my only bite and tossed the rest. Ordered pineapple and two orders mushroom. Pineapple was present. But there was not even two slices mushroom. Tried again. Last time.

Your web page said cannot connect. Tried that three times. Gave up. Walked into the shop on Monday. Was told orders can only be taken by phone or computer. Tried to buy a pizza as a walk in customer. but not in store???

Dominoes prices have become insanely high. Even though it is my favorite pizza I refuse to pay the prices that they are currently charging. Evidently they do not care about losing market share, because this family will not return again.

I called and made an order for delivery the first time I called they left on hold for over 5 minutes the second time I called I told the guy I was paying cash. He told me they only accept low bills I told him I didn't have change and he said well what do you want to do pick up the pizza or canceled?.

This is unacceptable I've never had any issues with pizza hut little Caesars or any other food places that deliver. I am very disappointed and I will write a bad review on this matter.

I made an order over the phone for a pizza. The male person advised me it would be ready in 25 minutes. My wife left immediately to pick it up. When she got home with the pizza it was COLD and looked as if it had been cooked two days ago. After deliberating about whether to call or not, I called and talked to a male person explaining the issue. The male person was extremely rude and blamed the cold pizza on us. How this is my fault is beyond me. The pizza was picked up before the 25 minutes and my wife came straight home.

I made the male person aware that I did not want a refund or credit, but I assumed he would need to know the quality of the food that is leaving his facility. I definitely assumed wrong.

This will cease our doing business with this location and will make sure my friends…

On March 25, 2023, I ordered a pizza from the Hanceville Al location. I was told I could pick it up in 25 minutes. My wife left almost immediately to pick it up and bring it home to eat. When we opened the box the pizza was extremely cold and looked as if it had been cooked two days ahead. I called, after deliberating, to register my dissatisfaction with the pizza. The staff person was EXTREMELY rude and preceded to tell me it was my fault. How this could be true is beyond me.

I assured this rude male person that I did not want a refund or a replacement just to alert them to the quality of their food. He still insisted that it was not Domino"s fault.

This will be the last time we order from your company and be assured I will let others know before they go and waste their money on food…

I ordered a pizza from domino's last night and shows contact list delivery I wrote in the instructions to the driver loud put the cash underneath the door met so when the driver came he looked under the mat and she took money and never lift my food. Then when I called to speak to domino's that this happened from the manager was very rooting very defensive It was an absolutely terrible experience

On Friday March 24th 2023 after multiple years of ordering with Domino's we placed in order for delivery a cheese pizza a two topping pizza with bacon and mushroom a loaded tots parmesan bites and garlic perm wings. We received our order through delivery and our food was extremely burnt it was a black color.

I called the restaurant to voice my anger and I was given a manager who did not introduce themselves who accused me of lying simply because I asked this particular location to double fry the wings because if I don't they come out Raw and then Place me on a hold with no warning and then hung up on me.

So I spent over $40 for food that no one could eat and then no one at the store after wheel years of service even tried to help. Now I fully understand that no longer having my business…

The supervisor Brianna at the west Norriton location was very rude the man who was checking me out had no clue on how to work the cash register he rang me up 4 different times with 4 different prices so I went an got cash to pay I gave the man my cash he put it in the register an walked away another employee ask if I was trying to make an order I said no I’m just waiting for my change the supervisor then

I ordered a pizza tonight, half extravaganzza and half double pepperoni. The lady on the phone said it would be ready for me to pick up between 30-45 minutes. I got there and it wasn’t ready and they finally ask what I had ordered and they finally found it and when she brought it to me, it was wrong.

It seem like they got aggravated when I told them it was wrong. I had to wait for them to fix another and when it was ready they never apologized nor did they give me a discount. Once i got home they didn’t even give me the double pepperoni on the one side. I was very disappointed.

Every time I order pizza from your McDonough, Ga location I specified Use carport door. Every time the use a door that has no lights, no steps, and no sidewalk and is closed off. I am in a wheelchair and can only use a ramp to get in and out of my house.

I have to call my neighbors kid to go get it and bring it to me. I tipped over 4 dollars, paid 5 dollars in delivery fees and now that brat charged me 5 bucks and half of my pizza to bring it around to the side.

I was so mad I called the store and some answered dominoes what do you want, I asked to speak to a manager and he said anyone who answers the phone is the manager. I told him what happened and he said okay and hung up.

” Was out of order. I hate papa johns but at least I don’t have to pay 15 dollars in fees and half of my pizza.…

00 order on 03/12/2023 @ 7:12pm online. paid in full. By 9:34pm had not received my order. I tried to call many time. No answer any time. 00. 00 order. By 10:30 pm still neither order. I called and let the phone ring for above 30 minutes.

Finally, a female Dawn answered said she was a manager. I asked about my orders. Told her I was elderly and diabetic , had no car and was alone and needed my food. Her reply was, I have no way to know that you are diabetic.

I said DUH, it doesn't ask that when you order. She said there was an issue and that she was calling everyone that had ordered to let them know. She never called me. Said that my first order was deleted.

LIE, said she was going to refix my first order and get my second too and get them right out to me and was going to comp me both…

My wife and I ordered a large meat lovers over the phone the pizza was awful hardy any sauce, cheese and only pepperoni. The next day my wife mentioned we otta complain in person. 00 credit. 00 leaving me enough money for another small pizza today March 17.

I drove over to dominoes and asked to order a pizza useing the credit I thought I had. The manager said I had no credit due to if I didn't use the whole credit the first time the whole credit is used uo at that time.

I explained we were not told that and if I knew this policy I would of ordered a large and froze half to eat the next Friday. Cause my wife was out of town. They still said it's company policy I explained again the acting manager tonight thati was not told that again.

I placed an order at 7:33pm for 2 Italian sandwiches. At 9:30 I received a call from the restaurant telling me that the driver didn’t want to make anymore deliveries so I would have to come after it or cancel it.

I canceled it and probably won’t order anything again. I’ll let everyone I know of the service I got from this store. 2 hours for two sandwiches is kind of ridiculous.

I order a pizza yesterday for my kids. I waited about an hour I my kids were hungry and they have to go to sleep they had school the next day so I decide to call. They told me the order was canceled never knew why I waited gir the manager on the phone never answered.

I ordered the (New) loaded tots are they were horrible not sure if this location made them wrong and didn’t take pride in the overall presentation and flavor. They were under cooked and stale! I got the bacon ranch and the ranch was applied before going into the oven which caused them to burn from the bottom but were raw on inside and the was extremely hard from the ranch!

I ask for some kind of future discount or refund I will not be purchasing the tots ever again! Please reach out and let me know what can be done! I was extremely unsatisfied and I have been a huge fan of dominos for years this definitely change my mind about your establishment!

I have no pic of the item I threw them away they weren’t eatable!

65 on 3/7/2023 at 9:06 pm store #2284 and none of the food was editable. It was as if they rushed it thru and none of the doughs was done. And the steak sandwich the meat was not hot and done.

Cheese bread was raw, pizza dough was not done the only thing ok was the chicken pieces.

Also I ordered garlic sauce and I got ranch instead.

We ordered $65.50 of pizzas, sides and dessert. I receive a txt message that Syed had left at 711 pm. He arrived at 7:50 pm and 3 pizzas and sides were ice cold. I told the delivery guy I didn't want cold food. He insisted the food was warm. I called the manager Mohamed and he said " the pizza were in the cardboard box and should be hot. But after 45 min in the car it was cold. Mohamed told me there was nothing he could do. " that's the way pizza is its suppose to be cold!!! This is rhe second time now our food arrived cold. My order # was 703 server 7359 from the Domino's store # 3973 in Englistown NJ. I would appreciate a response about this issues.

Complaint was 8-10 months ago, trying to let it go but every time I see a commercial I get passed off again. That's pretty often. Called for pizza @ 8:30-9ish pm. After about a hour called. Manager said it was going out next.

Said they only take 3 orders our at a time,sometimes have to wait. After another hour (@11pm now) went by and she said they only had one driver, so she lied to me hour before. Pizza arrived @12:30 but husband already went to bed.

We were at the hospital all afternoon because he had a infection in his foot we just wanted to go to bed I called next day to complain and that manager said she'd give a free pizza. Not much but she listened.

My husband was hospitalized about a week later. Coming home l ate I remembered the free pizza and went order it. It wasn't there.…

I would like to get a complaint resolved. I just got pizza that took an hour to get here, then the tater tots were half uncooked and the pizza was soggy. Called the store three times before I could get someone to answer and was put on hold for 20 minutes.

I used a coupon code that was personally sent to me from dominos. I was sent multiple emails reminding me to use the code with the same number. Upon attempted to use the code ( no big deal glitches happen ) I reached out to support to get a new working code.

There was no actual person available. Only a bot chat ( that works TERRIBLY ) or an email option is available. Several days passed, ao I sent another email. It has now been over a week. I continue to receive tons of promotions about their stupid tots, but no one can just generate a new code for me.

I have a pizza profile and have ordered quite a bit of dominos through the last 10 years. Definitely do not feel like a valued customer after being totally ignored.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have given dominos so many chances to finally make my order right but after 5 horrible orders in a row I'm done. Tonight was the last straw. My pizza was ice cold and only had 2 of the 5 toppings I ordered. It was totally inedible.

Dominos has become the absolute worst pizza delivery company. The pizza was not even fit for a dog. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!

Ordered pickup from your store at 1211 N Grand Ave in Gainesville TX, as I have done a thousand times before. When I arrived there were three men waiting inside, one already at the counter. The girl taking money was rude to begin with, and had an attitude because they were busy. ”.

He told her his name, and she completed his order. When she finally acknowledged me, I asked what the point is of using your online system to order and check in, etc… she huffed and said “it happens”. ”. She was so unbelievably rude, I almost couldn’t believe it.

I have been a loyal customer of this company for many years, and I have never been treated so poorly. I am contacting the store manager tomorrow, and I expect something to be done about this incident.

Hy I would like to tell you my worst experience with dominos services for Pizza. I ordered 1 pacific pizza from the store address 789 Markham road Scarborough Ontario Canada ...

Firstly girl told me over the phone it will be there in 30 to 40min but the pizza came after 1 hour and 10min.. so they gave me $5 credit for that which I don't care because my guests were waiting already and get late for pizza to eat so our full evening got spoiled so

we received finally but when we open pizza I got so pissed off as pizza was not good at all it was very soft and not properly baked crust and pizza was cold though The crust of the pizza was totally tasteless with fewer toppings and cold cheese ...

I FELT SO EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF MY GUESTS I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS KIND OF SERVICES FROM REPUTATION…

I order from this same location on beach Blvd in jacksonville fl all the time. Tonight March 8 was the worst order and service I've ever received. My Ceasars salad had lots of bad lettuce and the worst was the brownie that was not hardly cooked .

I have been on hold almost 20 minutes with 2 employees answering then putting me back on hold. For some reason the manager will not get on the phone .
