My wife ordered online on 03/01/23 and waited an hour after delivery was promised. She called and was told computers went down and short delivery drivers. They had cancelled her order and never bothered calling to notify her. I reordered online for pickup.

I went to pick up and they claimed my order was not in system, so I placed order in store. The ticket price was $34 for my online order and they told me it would be $41 . I said it was $34 online and was told they could not give the coupon deal in store unless I showed them a copy of my online order.

So I had my son send me the copy to my cellphone. I showed the manager the order and he said I would have to place order online. I told him we already placed order online twice, but you keep losing it.

He said he would not honor my online…

I ordered pizza and wings from store 3564, 1764 Hudson Bridge Rd, Stockbridge, GA, at 6:41pm on Sat. Feb. 25, 2023. After waiting a couple hours, I began calling to see if there was a problem. After several tries and no answer, I moved on and contacted customer support.

At midnight my doorbell rang and I saw someone leave a pizza on my porch. I was going to bed, but got the cold pizza from my porch. I was not going to eat the pizza not knowing when it was made and being so late.

I returned the pizza and asked for a refund. The person there did something on the register and claimed to ring up a refund and I should receive it in 2days. On March 2 I spoke to a Mr Romas, at (770)203-6389.

We placed an order for Domino’s and after about 45 minutes we get a phone call stating that they don’t deliver to our address and I asked them if they could remake our pizza and we would come and pick it up because obviously after 45 minutes it’s cold, and they refuse to do so.

They said that I would have to cancel my order and get a refund and then pay for it again in order for them to remake it, and then it would take 3 to 5 business days for my money to come back on my card and we placed a large order and I don’t trust places refunding money.

The gentleman was rude and refused to put the manager on the phone . It should not have taken them 45 minutes to call us and tell us that they could not deliver to our address and we don’t even live in a bad neighborhood.

I am livid over my entire experience with this company since last night. 77, for my order that Domino’s in Pompano Beach, FL canceled, as I did not receive the food I paid for. MY CARD WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY AND STILL NOT REFUNDED.

Los Banos dominos pizza refused to remake my order because their site was messed up. I tried called 7 times waited I. Hold fork over 10 minutes with no answer just to make sure they had my order right but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone.

When it was delivered it was wrong they refused to remake my pizzas. The attached file is just 3 of the 7 calls I made to try to get through to them because I couldn’t get a confirmation of my order online so I didn’t know if they had the correct toppings or anything.

They are rude and refuse to remake the pizzas for me! I think I deserve two free pizzas replacement because of this error! I’d they would have answered the phone this would have never happened. In my experience they NEVER answer their phones here!!

The whole concept of eating out is h Having the luxury of not having to do your own dishes make every single add on is and up charge with a 30 pizza couldn't even get a single marina sauce. Had to ask for napkins all I'm saying is McDonald's maybe mooving up a bracket least they offer dipping sauce.

February 27, 2023 I did a order for pizza’s today on line at your Mobile Highway store locations Montgomery Alabama. After placing the order about 15 minutes later I get a email saying my pizza was canceled. So I called the store and a man answered the phone I ask why did he cancel my order.

He replied because I don't have a driver. He could have said the he was sorry for the inconvenience. Last week I got a pizza and it wasn't hot. I had to reheat it and it took a while to get here.

I ordered 2 pizzas on Saturday, February 25, 2023. The driver called and left a voicemail. When I attempted to call the number back it was being forwarded to the store. I could never reach the driver and never received my pizzas.

I would like my credit card charge reversed. I’d rate it zero but that option isn’t available. I was ordering from the First Avenue, Evansville store. I gave them my credit card info over the phone.

I ordered online arrived at the store talk to manager he told me the order had 20 min. So i waited for 35min checked on it . He hadn't event started but somehow how the app said the order was complete.

never got my order he decided to just refund the money not give me the oder at all shows a lack of magement skills. This is by far the worst i've ever been treated by any food chain or restaurant.

I called one of your store locations, 700 E Chester Pike, Ridley Park, PA 19078, to cancel my order because my family and I were waiting for over an hour for our food to be delivered. But we did not get a notification that our food was not able to be delivered or that the store was short staffed and did not have a delivery driver.

When I made the initial phone call, no one answered the phone, so I was waiting for about 15 minutes on hold. I hung up and called again.

Finally, someone answered, but the woman claiming to be the manager said she did not want to answer the phone because everyone who has been calling has only been asking for refunds. And without asking for a name, phone number, or order number she said my order was cancelled and then hung up.

My husband placed order, I just picked up. Got home, did not know what exactly what he all ordered. Pizza was supposed to be half onion/pepperoni - the other black olives/sausage. We called, person who said he was the manager but acted like a 12 year old kid said "well your wife picked up the order and walked out with it so there is nothing we can do".

Is that good customer service, no not at all. All we are wanting is a pizza that is correct, a voucher should be issued for a replacement pizza when the receipt shows exactly what I typed above.

Hello Dominos! I am a huge fan! I just saw a commercial that said delivery is your thing. Imagine how annoyed I am in Brookfield CT I cannot get Dominos delivered to me, not even through third party delivery services.

Even more annoying is that to me there is no reason for this since I have a Dominos in each town next to me. So you would say if they are so close why not drive? Unfortunately I am disabled and unable to drive. PLEASE fix this!

I ordered from store 7645. when I asked him his name he said with more attitude I didn't need it he wasn't making the food . My vo worker and I ordered 2 sandwiches and a brownie I called back because food was not at all what we wanted other than the brownies and those were not cooked all the way and made us sick .

So when I did call back he said he was the manage with more attitude and call corporate The Buffalo sandwiche had no sauce and only 1 cheese and the other sandwiche was dry . Placed and online order at 6:15 arrived at 6:32 when the app said it was ready went to the drive thru window to be told its not ready pull in the parking lot it would be brought out to me 7:00 back to the drive thru window order still not ready was told pull back into the parking lot it would be another ten mins not to mention they had already thrown my receipt in the trash took it out then

I mistakenly ordered a pizza online without knowing the i Greco of the pizza. I do not eat pork and it has pepperoni on it. They delivered the pizza. When my fiancé opened the box and she informed me about the meat on the pizza.

I called the store in Bakersfield, Ca and I asked them to send me a veggie pizza because it was a wrong pizza. I refused to do that. He told me that I would have to pay for the pizza.

the order was late . My sister called to find out how much longer the general managers got on the phone rude and disrespectful and hung up . My sister was only asking about the policy if the pizza was late and what the policy would be if pizza is cold .

Finally recieving the order my order was completely wrong only 4 pizza was correct and 2 boxes of wings were never delivered and 1 cheese pizza was never delivered. We call store back and manager became extremely rude . His name is Jordan and he was very comfortable giving his information after being so rude.

Hello, tonight I experienced the worst customer service ever in my life.

First of all 7768 McGinnis Ferry Rd, Suwanee, GA 30024 is the location I go to and tonight I ordered 15 pies of pizzas online. Before I placed the online order I called this location to make sure they could handle my order since the last time I tried to order at this location my order got canceled due to the lack of workers.

When I called in they told me it would be possible. So I placed my order online and went to pick it up at the store when I received a text that it was ready.

However, when I got to the store the lady working there said my pizzas were never made. I asked why I had not been notified of the cancelation with a call or email like before but she was straight up very rude saying it was not her fault…

Good evening My name is Joyce Palma, and I am taking the time to write this complaint because I had a horrible experience a little while ago. I ordered 2 pizzas a few minutes ago and went to the store to pick up my order.

When I opened the boxes to check if the order was right, I found that the ham pizza was ok, but the onion and mushroom pizza did not look ok. It was very empty with barely any onions or mushrooms.

Hi I made an on line order at store # 3941. I wanted an 11/2 hrs. I heard nothing from the store . I called the manager she was so rude and sarcastic. She said there were no employees working just her and a driver.

Why would they keep taking orders if they could no fulfill them. She canceled my order with out asking me. She would not tell me when I would be refunded. Give me a number to file a complaint or give me a contact number for the franchise owner.

I order on the phone to Omaha domino told a time pizza would be at my house show up 25 minutes later not hot and try to call on the phone where it was at waited 15 minutes no one answered called back ask for manager never did he or she come to the phone this has happened before with cold food. Ordered large veggie pizza and paid extra for jalapeños. It's always the main ingredient for me. I had her read it back and repeat the extra items and my receipt says jalapeños. I got home and it didn't have any!

I called them immediately and was on hold 50 min 24 secs. I called back. No one ever answered. Only the app.

Hi yesterday I went into the dominoes located on Bandera rd 78228 Sam antonio tx I ordered 3 large pepponi pizza carryout and the order was completely wrong I was given a sausage pizza with some white sauce .a jalapeño pizza and a pep with pineapple and jalapeños.

Pizza arrived at 75 minutes after ordering when it was quoted at 20-30 minutes. Manager was very rude when I inquired as to why the discrepancy. Then the pizza arrived and it was the wrong toppings!! I was trying to order pizza for dinner on today which is 2/15/2023 I been calling the store for an hour now they keep putting me on hold evetytime they answer the phone they never come back to the phone I called I hang up called back and they did the same thing I feel like they was being funny cause you can definitely see who is calling so apparently my number and name had to come up.

I order Domino's Pizza daily. These aren't a small order either. The Domino's in Brownsville TN has got to where they say aren't delivering when they are. I've found this to be on more than one occasion as well as 7:00 pm at times when Domino's employees answer the phone they say they're not taking any more orders.

I worked for dominos as a teenager and I assure you the Domino's I worked for did not operate.

Rang Dominos in Wellington, ph number 04,8033647 to try and get a meal to a driver on lnterislander wharf that hasn’t eaten since early this morning. Ferry stopped and he cant leave truck. Explained all this to bloke at the above phone number and he was the most ignorant unhelpfull person he could possibly be, never, never will l, or my drivers buy your product ever again.

I ordered a pizza Saturday evening/ February 11th 2023 and it was delivered in a timely manner however my pizza looks absolutely disgusting! I ordered a pizza deep dish crust with half cheese and half bacon and pepperoni with light sauce.

What was delivered looks completely inedible and absolutely unacceptable to have to pay for something like this. I understand that this is a busy day for your company, however I've never had any pizza delivered to me looking like this before.

And I ordered from you periodically about once every two weeks or so. All I'm asking for is a new pizza. I have now been on hold for over an hour with a store that I ordered from and no one has come online.

I tried reordering a pizza and paying for it out of my own pocket and now I guess the delivery is unavailable…
