This is the 3rd month in a row that I have tried to get my mailing address corrected for the WINDOW portion of the bill envelope.
First phone call on 7/6/21 to Antonio.
Second phone call on 8/6/21 to Nora. Both said that they fixed it, but it is still incorrect in the WINDOW portion of the bill envelope. Please see the attached photo of the bill that I just received today, 8/14/21.
My name is listed twice, and "Unit D" is missing from the mailing address. So, the mailman has to look inside every 906 Gretchen Ln mailbox until he finds the one with my name written in the box. My online Profile with Duke will not allow me to correct it.
Please pass this message up the chain of command to someone in a Supervisory position who can get the job done for me. Many Thanks! Charles
