Your return service for defective merchandise is outdated and hard to use. Why on earth do you now require a picture of defective merchandise to return it? If Amazon has a simple to use return system, why doesn't eBay? I will stop using eBay entirely until you update your return service and make it easier to use, since around half of the merchandise I receive from your sellers is junk and has to be returned.

I bought a new H/P computer, from the H/P store on eBay. The computer arrived and would not work, so I sent it back to H/P for a refund of close to 800 dollars. We are retired and saved for months to buy this H/P computer for our Christmas present.

Ebay recently removed two of my listings due to a complaint from a "trusted source" (ts). I have listed these items for 4 1/2 years and have gotten many positive reviews. EBay will not tell me any details of the reason the items were removed or who the "ts" is.
They did state that if I try to relist the items (unsearched bank rolls of half dollars) they could bar me from listing anything on Ebay. Basically they Are banning my listing without telling me why when many other sellers are listing the same item with no problem.

Ebay are removing feedback without even informing you, even though it doesn't break any guidelines. You are no longer able to share your experiences unless its positive. North East auction sent me an empty box, & he has done this before I have several witnesses that the box was empty, I have pictures of opening of the package. He ghosted me, didn't answer for days, when I said I would cancle he rushed to send it at midnight & blocked me.
As a seller I wasn't aware an item has sold until it was put under hold. I had contact with buyer and told him I would send it out as soon as possible. The day I created the shipping label he called and escalated his complaint to eBay receiving his money back the next day after the item had been shipped.
He also later on complained about defects and it looked like he had trampled the envelope that it came in. I'm pretty sure he had a backup to not pay. eBay does it require him to send it back. They told me to contact him directly.
