There is a flaw in your system and it has cost me about 2 hours of my time and is still not resolved. Please refer to Claim#1158707. I called on 10/24/22 at 4:45pm and it became a 32 min and 39 sec phone call.
It did not end in a satisfactory solution for me and was EXTREMELY frustrating. I had to return item #311784535212 on order#26-09213-06021 becuase it did not "fit" in the car correctly. The part is confirmed to fit my vehicle and appeared to be the right part.
When I made the replacement the purchased item(s) did not "fit" correctly. The were slightly too large and when you toggle the lock or window switch they would stick in the bezel they install in and not go back to "neutral".
So "doesn't fit" it a perfectly acceptable reason to return a car part that should NOT be considered…
