There is a flaw in your system and it has cost me about 2 hours of my time and is still not resolved. Please refer to Claim#1158707. I called on 10/24/22 at 4:45pm and it became a 32 min and 39 sec phone call.

It did not end in a satisfactory solution for me and was EXTREMELY frustrating. I had to return item #311784535212 on order#26-09213-06021 becuase it did not "fit" in the car correctly. The part is confirmed to fit my vehicle and appeared to be the right part.

When I made the replacement the purchased item(s) did not "fit" correctly. The were slightly too large and when you toggle the lock or window switch they would stick in the bezel they install in and not go back to "neutral".

So "doesn't fit" it a perfectly acceptable reason to return a car part that should NOT be considered…

I have been a seller on Ebay for the last 6 months, evevry transaction I have been made to wait 2 wks for payout. buyer paid for product on oct 15th funds are on hold until oct24th, I try 6 times to payout to my bank that ive always used. payout failed each time, Ebay then suspended my account for shipping info, which all shipping and tracking I purchased from Ebay..i spent several hours with customer service with no solution or explanation why this was happening, as of now Oct26 issue still remains..

I called to get specific help about reprinting labels in bulk, something that I used to be able to do in eBay a month ago that I can no longer do. I contacted customer service to ask for help and explain my problem.

I made a purchase in August 2022 with eBay and the order was sent through fedex (huge mistake). I never received the order and filed a complaint with fedex. fedex states the order was sent back to eBay. 00 for) with NO response.

I am severely disappointed as this is an order I need and have already paid for!!!

I have tried to reach someone a ebay regarding fraud and identity theft. Just keep getting referred to their web page with is useless. I have tried "we will call you back". I receive an email saying they tried to call me, however, I have NO MISSED CALLS and not unknown callers.

they shut down buyer accounts without warning, logic, fairness or recourse. i received $13 knockoff item and reported it and they shut me down for this? no way to reach adequate rep to resolve. they have poor quality reps (inadequately trained, non native English speaking) to save money and intentionally make the customer give up.

If you complain they will try to shut you down by calling you racist when it has nothing to do with equity and everything to do with greed.

Please check my last call on Oct. 21, 2022 at 2:00 pm CST. Representative from the sellers performance department, was so so rude and hung up on my call after 40 minutes going to a few different departments, and I was put on hold twice and when she coulnt fine an answer for me, she hung up.

Is this how you treat a seller like me? Look at my performance. This was insulting, humiliating and a waste of my time. I want to report this representative. She didnt even give me her name.

I have been selling on EBay for 10 years. In recent years it has become so difficult to sell because of horrible customer service, I choose just not to do it. I posted a couple ads the other day and they where instantly pulled down.

I figured I would try to reach out to find out what happened. I reached customer service and was surprised it was an English speaking American. He instantly told me what the issue was and was happy to help. He told me to change 1 word in the ad and I could repost them.

I've recently ran into a financial bind and my rent needed to be paid ebay seemed to be the safest fkr my family to sell things quicklyl on eBay. I had to shorten the auction time which means less money because less people view and ends on a Wednesday rather than a weekend.

So I was taking a loss there as well but I needed the money by the 10/5/22 or i receive a $50 late fee for everydag there after until paid or evicted. I sold and shipped a guitar 2 months ago and the buyer received it and gave me a great review. Ebay decided they wanted to hold my funds for a month then 2 days before releasing my funds they restricted my account and banned my account thinking they aren't going to have to pay me for the guitar I shipped. I am closing my eBay account. I was in the middle of ordering an item from Perfect Circuit, who I would never recommend anyone do business with. Even though the transaction did not go through (I have screen shots), the scumbags at Perfect Circuit immediately shipped it and indicated that I would have to pay shipping.

The item was very expensive, I was still charged $12 to ship it back, and eBay provided no help and provided a truly awful, talentless, and insolent representative. Any reputable company would let one immediately close an account but the dishonest crooks at eBay make you go through a waiting period.

Nice work, guys, you lost a 15 year customer with a large number of purchases. You and the liars and cheats at Perfect Circuit deserve each other.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Apparently, just because I have sold items in the past, they are now requiring my social security number on file. I do not have anything for sale now or will I any time in the future.

I've had my identity stolen in the past, and I refuse to put my social security number online somewhere that I have no control over. But, apparently, in order to even buy something on eBay, they will require me to put all of my identifying info in, and if I don't, my account will be suspended.

They told me there is no way around it. My recommendation is DO NOT use this company EVER!

Ebays customer service is horrible. I should say beyond horrible. The reps and supervisers do not know what they are doing and give you incorrect information. As a seller, I have had this happen over and over again. Ebay does not train their reps nor know or understand their own policies.

The reps are rude and yes you to death and you get 10 different answers from 10 different reps. I had my account for 3 years and found things getting worse, not better. There were issues with billing and shipping also.

From what I understand, ebay is losing sellers and buyers rapidly. It's perfectly understandable when you never address complaints and make changes.

I bought a hat accidentally on ebay I was trying to back out but hit the wrong button. I contacted seller immediately to cancel. She refused. I asked ebay for a refund. They refused. When I got the hat 10 days layer I immediately saw that it was a fraud.

I ordered an item on ebay which despite FedEx saying it was delivered it wasn't. I went on line and ebay said contact seller. I emailed the seller twice but never received a response. I contacted FedEx and filed a case.

Recently I purchase a 1913 S 5c type 2 Buffalo nickel; a upon receiving the item I checked it and does not have the mint mark clearly, thus making the expensive purchase questionable. I followed the guidelines of eBay and wrote the seller and he very uncouthly wrote back that I do what I must do.

I followed the second step and asked for a return in the eBay website, which was refused by the seller. Immediately eBay closed the case even though the stated that i of would be covered in the seller wouldn’t accept it back.

It is very hard to contact eBay and it seems that’s the way they wanted. I have ignored other items, but cannot ignored an item costing several hundred dollars.

Purchased a 200 dollar gift card, when I attempted to use the card, it would not allow me to use for purchase of item. Called customer service, was told it was frozen due to fraudulent activity. Since I couldn't provide the receipt, I was basically told it was my loss.

Later on I spoke to a "so called" supervisor who admitted that EBay has been blanketing areas and freezing gift cards without cause, making it so the purchaser has to call in and try to unfreeze the cards. When I told her that was illegal , she basically told me too bad.

When I told her I was recording the call, she terminated the call. Not sure why she believed that was illegal considering it's called two party consent in the State of Ohio. I'm fairly certain the authorization of freezing debt cards is questionable on…

I sold two pairs of jordan 4 retro off white sail shoes i shipped them and they went to ebay authenticity guarantee program, i was then told they did not pass authenticity there for they would be returning the shoes back to me and refunding the buyers.

Finally after a few days i recieved the my shoes, i then pursue to open the packages, immediatley i notice that the shoes i had just recieved from ebay were not the shoes i had shipped in the first place. I file a claim and after a couple of days, ebay tells me theres no way to prove the shoes they returned to me were the incorrect shoes and that there was nothing that they could do and

just left me with two pairs of shoes that dont even belong to me and out of $2800. What do i do now i feel so dissappointed, vulnerable and helpless.

I made a purchase on May 25th 2022. The money was deducted from my account two days later. Never received my purchase. when I went to sign in with ebay to inquire. It would not let me sign in I reset password tried creating new account.
