I am having problems with a seller in China who has ripped me off selling me a fake keyboard which has nothing inside it and doesnt work . I have been trying to go threw the seller to get a refund and sort this out only to be messed around and they pretend not to understand English and im only getting the same reply when im trying to explain the issue .

I have been trying to sell a sports card using Ebays auction format for weeks now. This is my 5TH TIME POSTING THE SAME LISTING and the buyers never pay. I have reached out to Ebay multiple times and they do nothing. Extremely bad service!

We have been suspended from EBay related to my account “hacked” from somewhere in California, which required changing our account password multiple times as directed by EBay security. We are just a very small antique business just trying to get our items out visible to the public.

We took all security precautions as recommended but yet EBay states our account is suspended due to the community at risk. This is all concerning since my confidential information was entered to secure an account. In reality we were the ones violated.

Why would anyone in California find it necessary to hack a small business starting out such as ours? We haven’t made no sales!!!

I sold on eBay for 18 years and was dumped unceremoniously for a simple mistake. I received a message saying I had to send them copies of my driver’s license and my bank statement. I thought it was a scam.

A month later I saw that my payouts weren’t being sent to my bank account and realized it was not a scam. I then sent them both sides of my license and the first three pages of my bank account.

I didn’t send pages 4and5 because one had a little statement from the bank and page 5 was a page to balance my checkbook so I figured they didn’t need them. Next day I found that my account was restricted.

I contacted help and asked about 10 times to speak with someone, they would not call me. I then talked to 3 different people by typing my concerns and none would tell me what I done wrong and…

I was a seller for 18 years on eBay, sold quite a few items and received only 5 or 6 negatives in all that time, all the rest of my feedback is excellent and people bought from me over and over. In November I received a message from ebay that I had to send them copies of the front and back of my license and a copy of my bank account statement.

I have been an ebay seller since July 1999. 6% fee for international sales, ON OUR DOMESTIC SALES, not international, we are a USA based firm, selling domestically, We have called ebay customer service 7 times since September, often spending an hour or more each time on the phone, in two cases, including today 11/24 12-1 PM EST, we were transferred to a supervisor who assured us the problem would be fixed, and

after an hour, asked that we hold while he transferred us to some other department, after 15 minutes on hold we were disconnected.... This problem being "transferred" to another department, then disconnected happens, each time we are "transferred"...... This issue still not solves, and we are being wrongly charged hundred of dollars each week.

Tried to resolve a simple issue today with Ebay, Two hours and 2 agents and 2 supervisors and no resolution could be found, The issue could be resolved if EBay and PayPal would just communicate. Instead the buyer is stuck in the middle without a resolution.

Pay Pal has been very helpful but Ebay just claims they can do nothing. I have been with Ebay for over 18 years and this is the horrible customer service I received. Will not purchase with Ebay in the future

This companies security policies do not protect the buyer they only protect the seller. The sellers use the broken policy to their advantage. This is how it works. The seller will place a few items for sale they don't stock.

When a buyer purchases the item the seller will produce a tracking number and remove the funds through their merchant but never give the package to the carrier. Now if the shipping date is about a week and a half they have your money in their account.

They can now pay their operating costs for a week when they do this across the board. Floating on other peoples stolen or so called borrowed money. By the time the Ebay policy kicks in the seller has already taken your money for two weeks.

Why are you hiding? To contact you by phone is impossible. I ordered a floating globe online today. I paid @29. 08 with my credit card. The information I got online is that I would receive the item by Dec. 2. Is that a joke? Today is October 23rd.

Purchased a $200 auto part with a 1year warranty via eBay. Seller is a Chinese junk peddler living in Kentucky. He pretends to be concerned and gives you tracking numbers to other customers and pretends it's a mistake and then gives you another false tracking number, then once you are past the 30 days eBay will do nothing.

I fore see eBay going the way of Craigslist as just being filled with rip off artists! Now you can't even call eBay as we could in the past.

I called Ebay customer service to find out how I can find watcher information on 2 items I am seller,. The representative I spoke with advised me that I could not get that information on my laptop, but only with an android phone or iphone.

I told him that made no sense but he argued.

Finally I ended the call and did some more searching for information. It turns out that he was wrong and I found the information on my laptop. These representatives should be more knowledgeable and less argumentative.

My user password is continually reset by Ebay every time I clear data from internet browser on my computer. There is absolutely no way to talk to real person to discuss or get a viable solution on this issue. All correspondence requires login that I cannot complete due to Ebay resetting my password.

This issue has happened over multiple times this year alone . Between 10 to 15 times Calling all numbers listed for customer service is automated with no options for tech support. Every time Ebay automated system hang up on me waiting to hear options.

I am very patient person who has been pushed last limits I feel very disrespected and disappointed with E-bay and lack of customer service that is non-existent. I am done with using Ebay No more purchases from me

Hello, I would like to speak to a manager at ebay or someone who supersedes that authority, my account has been restricted and there is no reason for it. This all happened when I tried to sell my watch online, this watch happens to be a high end Mens Patek Philippe Calatrava 3512 for $5600.

I finally found a buyer which purchased the watch, under Ebays Authentication Guaranteed the buyer suppose to have a valid address not POBox to be eligible for this program since they ship directly to him after inspection. Upon speaking to a representative from that department explaining the circumstances he advised me not to send the watch directly to the buyer.

Without notice or explanation my account (suelowry-0(243*) was restricted. I telephoned customer services and was told the account information given when the account was opened did not match current information. (I had moved home) I scanned all the information asked for and sent it via the link, this was on the 21 August 2021.

I was told on the phone this was in order but it would take 3 days for it to be reviewed. I heard nothing. On the 25 August I contacted E Bay by Chat, so I had a record of the conversation.

Received several gift cards from my employer and after using one of them to purchase a few items Ebay for no reason and without notification locked all of my gift cards, with balances still on all of them. Ebay sucks.

Have been waiting for a week now to get my gift cards unlocked and spoke to several people and it has been a nightmare trying to just use my gift cards for purchases. Ebay is a joke.

I am still in a shock with EBay team unexpected decision in suspending my account. They basically blocked my account without my knowledge or any valid and reasonable explanations. Customer service team is so rude and unprofessional. They do not speak a proper English language, they do not have a respect for their customers and they just hang up on you after being on the phone for 50 minutes.

I have been a EBay loyal customer for 15 years since 2007 with an outstanding over 1,250 positive feedback history and brought so much business to them. They treated me like a bag of trash. So disrespectful! I am so disappointed with EBay!

I was doing a deal which when originally asked was told after I sent the 1800.00 that was all. Today I receive an email asking for Insurance funds of 1000.00 - this should have been disclosed when I was talking with Ebay on multiple emails - it unacceptable. We paid 1000 for a truck and then told another 1000 for insurance and then another 1000 for bored which FL dose not have,all was paid (3000) . We were told that the 2000 would be refunded by cash, check,or money order at time of delivery. Then we were asked for another 1000 for another fee.

Tried to order sneakers several times and did not receive any of them. Contacted eBay and initially they refunded me. Ultimately, they cancelled my account because I reported too many unreceived packages. I notified UPS with all the tracking numbers and they verified that all packages were shipped to other addresses.

When I notified eBay about this, they basically said that’s nice but we are not activating your account. Bottom line is that I am penalized for their shipping errors. I have had god dealings with them in the past but now it seems they do not care about their customers.

EBay caters to scammers, they allow bid manipulation. I can prove beyond a reasonable doubt.. They also cater to buyers who have figured out how to manipulate they practices.. and lied directly to me over the phone when I “had to have them call me”(because they have not number for you to call) and issued a refund for an item that was never returned...

and that they buyer had for three weeks before staring that it did not match the description and wanted a refund, after I asked them to step in, because the buyer wouldn’t respond... and they told me specifically that they released the payment to me, but they did not, and they also stated that the buyer returned the item and tracking showed that I received it, but I did not and they have provided not proof...

Hi. I have been with you science 1998 and with your new website set up you have brought a bunch of issues that I have reported and never once got a reply or call back on them. My latest issue is my customers say they have not received there fed back after I ask if they give feed back.

It is normal for me to leave feed back before I marked it as shipped. It indicates it on my side but customer never gets it so I say that is the reason for my loss of feed back. Now I have found that you have relisted some of my items that were not ready to be done and also relisted some items that I had sold the last card and a customer bought it and I had to find where to refund them.

I have been selling on ebay less than one week and had my account suspended. I listed a purse as "non authentic" and was emailed that I submitted a listing on a counterfit item, (which is not the case). The item was a true designer bag but because I did not have a COA I stated it was not authenticated.

As a new seller, I do not know all ebay policies and this is totally ridiculous that my account was suspended as a result with no appeal rights!
