Years ago, eBay virtually forced me to use PayPal to buy and sell through their website. Now they (eBay) have decided to do their own receipts and reimbursements and are arbitrarily requiring me to link a bank account to pay and receive funds, Given their poor record of service, frequent errors, and

general over-all lack of good service and security practices, I think that I would be foolish to link a bank account with them; and they (eBay) are refusing to remit to me funds that they already have collected for items that I have sold through them. I want my money through the PayPal account that they (eBay) forced me to set up, or a I want my funds sent directly to me. Thank you.

I have visibility issues for 11 moths now . My sales dropped with 70 % my sales cost doubled due to this issue and ebay can't get it right . 80% of my items not visible at all the rest on and off.

You can't find my items searching for it and you 3can't even find me or my store. It's been 11 months I been lied to that they are working in it . They don't otherwise I wouldn't be writing here about it .

It this time my sales dropped from 19K 90 days average to 6k on 90 days average . My sales cost from 20% up to 40%. So from 6000 I only get 3600 after everyone taking the cut . I been working just like I worked 11 months ago and I get no reward put of it .

I posting new listings but Noone can see them so nothing is selling . This is not only created financial struggle for me and my family…

I placed a coin up for auction on eBay and received an email that I had done a replica or counterfeit of a coin which is completely a false accusation. They locked my account for 3 days and the rest of my items will be hidden from the market which will lead to potential loss of the sale including indiscretion upon my character as a seller. Improper and possibly corrupt removal of feedback I left for a dishonest, horribly behaved seller whose behavior (which seemed bi-polar) veered between abusive accusatory language alternating with saying things like "no one died", telling me to calm down, etc. I have been an eBay member since 2002, am both a buyer and a seller, and have only left negative feedback three times in my life for any seller, including this one--I do not do it lightly.

This is not a complaint. I got request from Ebay to change Return policies on 57 items. No explanation was given to what do I change the Return setting? Is it pertaining to duration or to whom pays return cost or both? Again, if I change Return setting to 30 days, the buyer can actually use the item to their satisfaction, say, learn the tune, read the book , make selfies with the item, present it to the guests as part of their collection, etc and then return it since they had 30 or 60 days to use the item. In those cases the buyer has to pay a rental fee for the item. I think 14 days was good length of time to decide if one accepts the item. If I soled someone a house, they will live in it rent free for 60 days and then return it? Sounds a bit funny. That's it.

My Name is Joseph J. Lundy and I have been a very good customer of eBay throughout the years.

However, for the first time I am running into a problem that is distressing to me. 8" Intel Atom Quad Core SSD Windows 10 , ORDER NUMBER 372891842973-1191451603024 sold by bigdeals. The tablet worked fine during the first three months, but after that time period, the tablet started freezing and became problematic.

After following reset instructions, the tablet refused to boot up unless I entered a BIO-PASSWORD. I have been in constant communication with bigdeals and I can not get anywhere. They are correct in saying my 30-60 day return period has expired, but for $160 (tax included) I have a right to expect a computer to last more than 3 months.

Ebay Ranks #1 in making it hard for customers to resolve issues ! After wasting hours to try and resolve a return payment issue. E-bay lied and said I recewived a refund ? I haven't received a penny . I havre spent hours trying to contact a real person , but all i get is endless menu Phone csally where they hang up on you , and still not able to reach a customer service rep.

I've called ebay and spoken with 14 different representatives, two supervisors, and they hang up on me every time I try to file a complaint. The complaint line hangs up as soon as you dial it. Ebay refuses to uphold it's own policies and return my money.

Ebay refuses to accept complaints. Ebay refuses to stand by it's own policies. I've sent 14 requests to speak with a supervisor and been ignored. eBay's complaint line is set up to take a reference number that ebay will not give me, and if I don't provide it the line just hangs up.

This is fraud on eBay's part. Obvious fraud.

I had the worst buying experience I ever had on eBay and I'm 55 years old. My negative feedback's were removed from the seller who refused to honor his combined shipping policy and send an invoice or even communicate after several days and many messages asking then when I asked to return an item because pictures did not show everything bon the sharks tooth fossil.

I am ebay seller with 100% over 4000 Positive feedback and 0 Negative. I am top Gold rated seller adapting best practices. My complaint eBay Over charge me with 25% Monthly fees including 4% penalty for selling matrix cannot be appealed or verified.

With additional charges I pay over 45% of my gross sales. The penalty fees is crippling my growth. If others have same complaint, I am interested to see if together we can find solution.

I have been with ebay since the very beginning in 1998. I have a perfect record with ebay with not one complaint and all reviews at 5 star. I recently sold an item and was subject to fraud by the buyer.

After he purchased and I shipped the item the buyer said that he had purchased wrong item and I should cancel shipment. I explained it was already shipped to which he replied he won't accept the shipment. He apparently was not able to reject the shipment.

He then emailed me the item doesn't work. I asked him what is the problem. No answer. I asked him how he tested it (this is networking equipment which is very involved to test). No answer. He then filed a request for return. The request was accepted.

Who may it concern Sir/Madam, Recently I bought Milwaukee impact gun from ebay. My item expected delivery on Jan 22,2020. I got the notification threw my email on Jan 07,2020 my package been delivered. I checked /tracked it's indicate the package been delivered but I never received the package.

eBay's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Each rep depending on what fraction of the oversees customer department you reach. I have been told that policies have been changed but not available to us because it is internally. Any changes that are made by eBay that affects protocols that involve listings, buyers and or sellers should be made available to us.

All a eBay buyer has to do is claim that the item is fake and they automatically are allowed to return the item. If the item is returned not in the same condition and is forced to it the lost. eBay should be asking the buyer to prove the item is fake, just how sellers are ask to prove the item is real by showing proof of purchase.

So I sold a tablet to a troll in December 2019. I sold this tablet as is no refund, yet the troll desided to open a return claim over 2 weeks after recieving it. After a lot of back and forth the buyer on December 15th says they are sending it back. I responded.

I asked for tracking info. But never got a response. On January 4th 2020 I get a message from the troll asking if I got the tablet. I didn't even know it was sent since said troll never provided information or asked for my return address.

The troll then shows tracking information for a delivery on December 16th 2019, however the troll didn't send it to my primary address. So she sent it to my old address and now I don't have the tablet. Ebay refunded it money without a proper investigation and their non English speaking outsourced…

Had a $25 dollar discount coupon. Tried to use at time of purchase. Order went through without processing the coupon. Immediately contacted eBay and was told no problem they will fix it. Then after calling multiple times to follow-up and being accused of making up the entire story, I was told it was too late.

Any changes have to be made within one hour of purchasing. Then I explained again I called minutes after purchasing and was told no problem. Still being told I'm out of luck and eBay will not remedy this issue.

Ebay’s provides a fixed list of reasons for returning a product. The option that first appears is “Item Doesn’t Fit”.

However, this option, which CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE SUBMITTED, requires the buyer to be responsible for return shipping to China. By this option, Ebay really means “ordered wrong size”. If the item doesn’t fit because it is incorrectly manufactured then you should have selected “Doesn’t Work or Defective”.

But you don’t initially see that option In the list in the Ebay mobile App. Ebay will not correct this wording nor will they allow you to correct the return option!

Ebay's policy states that the seller is responsible for return shipping when an item is not as described. I made a purchase from a seller that information was left off of the description but was shown to have in the picture.

I started the return policy and was informed by Ebay that the seller was not able to purchase the return label through them and that I was to contact the seller to arrange payment of the return shipping. The seller was very rude and threatened to defame my name as a buyer in the trade publications.

I returned the item at my expense and Ebay will not help me to recover the costs. The representatives were rude and would not connect me to a supervisor. The number here only tells me to enter a 5 digit extension or use the contact information on the Ebay site then hangs…

ebay has charged me a final value fee due to another member contacting me about an item in the background of the picture of an item I was selling. He did not contact me about the item for sale. ebay has the emails yet refuses to listen to common sense.

They say since I took down the item that coincided with the other member contacting ME, must have sold it to him. PURE CONJECTURE on their part! I still have the item, I have told ebay I would send them a dated, time stamped picture of the item and if they wanted I would relist it, sell it and show a picture of me (time/dated) delivering to the purchaser!

I've been unable to list anything on Ebay since 9/4/19. I've called repeatedly, only to be told, "it's a know bug and our engineers are working on it" or "it's a known glitch and our technicians are working on it" or "you've been added to the list of numbers that are affected".

I have tried 3 times to pay for an item thru PayPal. No luck. Ebay has delisted the seller. Seller claims that he is working on problem with eBay. I am on vacation in Europe with no access to a secure WiFi.

I called Ebay before I left on. Vacation , the ebay person checked the seller web site and told me that Ebay had delisted the seller. Item in question is army 29th division patch. A couple of times ebay has told me that my payment is past due.

Product listing show payment to be made thru PayPal. I told ebay person that I told seller that I would pay thru PayPal after my trip. You can see from my history with eBay that I have a good record.

3 separate orders I made 1 on July 5th 2 on July 18th. I'm a new customer. So when it said 10% off. I thought I'd get 10% off. Period. Then 10 minutes after my 3rd order I see I have to type in a code " fun tan" I called customer service ( which I had been trying to figure out for a week on another issue, I finally gave up on) so

I called them and they would not do a thing. It's eBay's promotion not the sellers but they wanted me to cancel my orders with the sellers permission, wait for my refund, and reorder. What a joke. A $9 total discount could just have been credited to my account or the 2 orders I had just made could have still been adjusted.

And a credit for the 1st. Instead they lost a customer. And to think I was going to open a sellers account for my beautiful handmade quilts.

I have made multiple contacts, including phone calls, Facebook postings, and private messages in the effort to get someone to fix an issue with my eBay account. This has been going on for a month now, and nothing is being done.

It began a month ago when an item I had paid for, and which had been delivered, could not be removed from my summary page because it was still listed as "payment pending." I contacted the seller and asked that he change the payment status so I could hide the item. He replied that he had no option to mark the item paid.
