The worst experience ever with The Emirates useless and careless staff at Dubai airport desk connection flight. After long trip from Madrid to Dubai back to Bahrain. so there was enough time me to reach the gate and make it.

But it seemed that they had overbooked and wanted to refill their aircraft on other people cost.

My flight from Birmingham Intl airport to Dubai was delayed by 7 hours,,,I missed my connecting flight to Sydney as well, I was given no food while waiting,,and eventually bussed by coach to Manchester airport,and finally left from there...... I'm claiming compensation which I'm entitled to of 600euros,plus another 400euros on other expenses incurred by me to reach my destination because of the failure of EMIRATES AIRLINES,,,

I was returning home from my recent holiday in Phuket Thailand to Birmingham England with a 4 hour stopover in Dubai on Sunday 07 07 2016 on flight EK379. While in Dubai I was made to wait 2 hours for my own wheelchair to be brought to me.

When my wheelchair did arrive I noticed that it wasn't in the plastic covering that is supposed to be used for such items and that the backrest upholstery on my wheelchair was scuffed and torn. I feel that if the plastic wrapping had been used for protection then there would not have been a problem.

I am a frequent flyer with emirates, traveling to Thailand 2 to 3 times per year, but this is the first time I have experienced any damage to my wheelchair. Peter Wagstaff

I traveled business class with my family from Bahrain to Melbourne, we were 5 passengers 2 Adults & 3 kids, I paid good money to travel my boys business class but I was shocked that the flight attendants treated my boys with disrespect !

For example they don't attend to there needs ! They don't even come with they ring them !! They should treat everyone equally dispit if there age! He has a seat in business class you should treat him like any other passenger in this class! Bad airline

I left Australia and was told max baggage allowance was 30 kgs but in actual fact the economy allowance is 45 kgs due to this i had to throw out 8 killos of stuff to suit this 30 kgs i have never had a problem with this airline as i always fly with emirates but this has made me very upset with this service.

Dear SirsWe noted with concern that Emirate has changed our flights from Istanbul (SAW yo Istanbul Ataturk. With this change we cannot use any more our connecting flight by Pegasus from Trabzon to Istanbul (SAW) and back. Therefore we have to by new tickets for me and my Girl friend, which means additional cost of 201 US$ due to we have to book now Turkish Airways. 16.

This means we have to stay in Dubai for 24 hrs. which is very unpleasant and for us not acceptable. 05 hrs. and not 24 hrs. Please note that we also have to change our connecting flights from Jakarta to Denpasar.

Dear Emirates team, On the first flight of our trip (flight number EK141, 30th June, from Dubai to Madrid) our main bag did not arrive with the same flight as us. We filed a complaint (PIR number: MADEK14045) via the lost luggage office of Madrid’s airport (please find the supporting documents attached).

The critical issue was that we travelled to Madrid for a wedding that took place the day after, on Friday 1st July in Aranjuez, a town close to Madrid, and all our clothes and accessorize for the wedding (dress, suit, shoes, etc.) were in the missing luggage. With humble respect this is to inform you that I was traveling in your flight on 29/6/16 but I couldn't complete my journey because suddenly I suffered with stomach pain so after taking suggestions by Doctor my journey had got cancelled. In between these I forgot my luggage in your plane so after 5 hrs when I got some relief I remembered that I forgot my luggage.

So I went back at NAS baggage service at Kuwait airport to recover my luggage. Then I raised Property irregularity report. But I did not find luggage yet.. Scanned copy of Property irregularity report and air ticket And baggage claim card no.

Dear Sir/Madam

Being a gold member of Emirates for over 10 years I have as a preferred option low fat meal in my status. When I was flying from Lagos to Dubai (economy) on Friday 19th June I was offered fish for lunch which I kindly refused requesting for chicken. An hour later when I asked what happened the head steward told me that there is no other meal and they cannot offer me anything else. Therefore, I was left without a meal almost the whole flight as later on was offered a snack. Emirates has been my preferred airline for the last 10 years due to high standard of service and unfortunately this incident made me change my mind. My emirates card number is 199866310 and was planning to book flights before 30 June as am close to be a platinum customer but no interest anymore.

On the 19th March I was booked on EK 434 in Seat 46H Zone F Brisbane to Auckland. The flight attendant went through the cabin handing out arrival cards to be completed by passengers. I unfortunately made an error on my card and after sitting for about half an hour and no staff coming past my seat I got up and went and approached a Female Staff Member standing in Zone F (Slim build long straight blonde hair) and

explained that unfortunately I had made a mistake on my arrival card and was wondering if I could have another card to complete. To my shock the staff member gave me a very cold answer with no eye contact saying sorry we only have enough cards on board each flight for the number of people flying.

On May 30th 2016 as I was about to board the flight EK640 DXB to KBL, I encountered a problem while trying to get inside the business lounge with my family, I am an emirates gold member and I was flying in business class, and as a gold member I should be able to get myself and guest into the business lounge, but I was unable to do that because I was stopped before the entrance Into the business lounge at 7 AM by an Emirates Airlines employee, telling me I cannot get into the business lounge because they believed I was not a gold member, even though I had "gold" written on my boarding pass.

And aside from that, I have been waiting for my emirates gold member card since November 2015, and for that reason I was met with long forms which I had to fill just to get myself, my wife and 2 little…

I am writing behalf of my parent Mr and Mrs Jalil's journey experience with emirates flight no EK007 DUBAI TO LONDON which took place o the 6th of May 2016. My parents both are British citizenship and just returning to UK from Bangladesh to Dubai and then to London via emirates.

They both were booked for wheelchair service throughout their whole journey. when they depart London then they had wheelchair service in Dubai and Bangladesh. Unfortunately when they were returning on the 6th of may they only receive wheelchair service at Bangladesh airport only and they didn't get any wheelchair service in Dubai nor in London on their landing.

As my father is a heart patient and have had long surgeries, he cannot walk for long and due to this we have always book wheelchair service in both ways.…

Je me permets de vous contacter car j'avais pris 2 billets aller sur le vol EK 4/05/2016 n° Maurice-Dubaï. Un billet au nom de ma femme : SONIA DO RIO FOLHA et un à mon nom: MICHAEL OUZZAHI. Ce vol a été opéré par Emirates mais ji pourtant acheter mon billet avec air Mauritius.

Le vol qui aurait dû décoller à 21h45 a en fait décoller à 3h 15, ce qui fait donc 6 heures de retard sur un vol de plus de 5000km. Mon compagnon et moi n'avons pas été averti, et nous avons dû passer ses 6h d'attente à l'aéroport.

De plus, nous avions réserver un hotel à Dubaï qui incluait la du 4 Mai au soir, du coup nous avons payé nuit d'hôtel pour rien. Nous avions également un rendez-vous d'affaire le 05 Mai à 8h du matin que nous n'avons pas pu honorer à cause de ce retard.

I have booked with Emirates for the first time with the true belief that Emirates will provide me a hotel accommodation at dubai for my 12 hours plus halt or lay over at dubai airport for my next flight to Cochin. Today,After speaking to a customer service associate, I was been informed that my ticket is not meeting some criteria set for providing a hotel accommodation. As far as I know, Any other airline would and have provided me with hotel accommodation for layovers over 8 hours and since, my stay is from 1:00pm of 24th may 2016 till 3 am of 25th may 2016 covering a whole night. I believe that I am truly eligible.

I would appreciate if an associate can contact me with this regard if you consider yourself to be customer oriented and do really care.

I flew out to Colombo Via Dubai from the UK on the 21st of April 2016. I had ordered a wheel chair as i have 2 neuromas in my foot and have difficult walking. On the way out of Heathrow I was taken by wheel chair to outside the plane, picked up again outside aircraft in Dubai and same in Colombo.

On my return journey however, From Colombo to London, on the 28th of April, when I arrived in Dubai they ask me to walk to the end of the air bridge to the main terminal building where a buggy picked me and other passengers. Then whilst checking into the Colombo flight they dropped me again by check in and then I had to get in a lift and walk down and on to the aircraft.

I did say i was a wheel chair passenger but your staff kept saying that it wasn't far. Which it isn't if you are okay to walk.…

Got salmonella poisoning from your flight service food from DXB to MCO. Probably from the breakfast omelete which was warm instead of hot - croissants were cold - no hot towel - service level was way down compared to outbound flight MCO to DXB - been flying Emirates for tears.

Crew was uh understaffed also. 777 is too crowded for long haul flights - not enough lavatories. I'm seeing a dr for treatment. Expecting some consideration and/or compensation. I will not fly the Orlando Dubai route any longer

Flight Ek 927507 from Dubai to Rome on the 05/05/16, Reference case no. OHDFCOEK23052, Sky rewards no. EK 419 594 103. Due to unprofessional staff in Dubai online checked in counter, I arrived in Rome with one of my luggage missing.

I reported it to Emirates lounge agent, and I was told that I should have my bag as soon as possible. It took 4 days to delivered my bag that is with numerous phone calls, paper works ( custom clearance, passport copy) that needs to be filled in and send back.

I was also told that I need to be present in collecting my luggage which I did. I have waisted time, lost a day accommodation in Venice, spent money on essential ladies toiletries and new jacket because of unprofessional staff.

I want Emirates to compensate me all of the above mentioned expenses…

Whilst dropping luggage at Dubai checked in counter, careless staff overlooked one of my luggage. Arrived in Rome with one of my luggage missing. I reported it to Enirates lounge agent, and he promised that I should have it as soon as possible.

It took 4 days for my bag to arrived. I have waisted time and accommodation because I was told that I need to be at the same hotel where I stayed to pick my bag. Because of unprofessional staff, I had to suffer the consequences.

I have been flying with Emirates for quite a while, I might have to think it twice. I want Emirates to reimburse the money that I spent on toiletries as well as lost accommodation.

Having a bad experience with one of the biggest airlines is unacceptable.

I had a flight from Cairo to Dubai with booking reference: on 10th of May, at 13:05hrs, the flight time was changed to 12:05hrs, one hour advance to the original time.

Emirates airlines failed to inform me with this matter, no calls, emails or messages, not even through the travel agency which is still insisting that my flight was at 13:05, for that Reason I have missed the flight back to Dubai.

I was at the Mumbai airport at 4:10 pm. EK 803 9 May 1905 departure When my turn came to check in, I was told that the flight is overbooked you may not be able to travel on this flight. I departed initially on 3rd May on flight EK 038 from Birmingham. Unfortunately this flight was delayed and by the time i arrived in Dubai my flt EK 398 was no longer taking passengers.

Given this i was changed to EK404 to Singapore. Upon arrival in Singapore at 2020 on 4th May ,i was to learn that my onward flight with Jetstar to Bali had been cancelled. Given my age of 67 and having completed an overnight flight. I asked your supervisor Ms Alison Duct in Singapore to make available a hotel room in order that i could sleep.

30hrs. 40hrs we did not get there until after 1400hrs. Apart from the significant delay and the inconvenience caused through waiting and tiredness we also missed out on a morning's sight seeing around Singapore which we had planned. We feel we should be compensated for this delay which was beyond our control and impacted on the start and enjoyment of our holiday.

We are planning to fly with Emirates to Australia in February 2017 but this experience has left us considering alternative flight arrangements. Hopefully you can reassure us with a favourable response that will change our minds.

Yesterday, I flied via Emirates on flight no. EK 865 from Muscat to Dubai on 28 April, Seat no. 18K Zone F. The seat back rest was defective. They called maintenance staff to rectify it, but he couldn't and there was no other vacant seat available as informed by your air steward. I therefore encountered a very inconvenient and painful experience, particularly I suffer chronic back pain. UNFORTUNATELY, it was not the first time I suffered seat defectiveness. We suffered inconvenience back to back on Emirates Flights (2 cases of delayed baggage/baggage not received during our stay) we faced on the below terms:

I traveled from Dubai to Oslo on 26 April 7:15 flight no EK159 from gate A2. I bought hair cream, shaving blades ,tofees and face cream, which I forgot in front of boarding region of gate A2. If you help me to find my lost things. I will be thankful.

My husband and I traveled in EK235 from Dubai to Chicago on April 23 2016. It was 15hrs flight. We were served only 2 meals. No snacks. The last meal was served 6hrs before flight arrived to Chicago. Even though, it was mentioned in the menu card that a snack (pizza) will be served during flight but it was not.

I am diabetic and got sick because of not having enough food,

Refer Booking Number FUG2YN from Lagos - Delhi - Lagos, i booked for 23rd April mean time i got a mail to upgrade Lagos - Dubai sector by paying N 120,000/- which i wanted to surprise my wife who was traveling alone, i paid through Master Card which was later on rejected that the amount should be paid in USD. No where in mail is mentioned the amount to be paid in USD. It is a clear case of cheat and frauding a customer.

I want a refund of N 73,0004.94 Kobo plus N 5,000/- i spent to rebook the ticket. No where in mail is mentioned amount is payable is USD.

The harassment i suffered is beyond imagination Hope you will look into the matter.

I WILL NEVER FLY EMIRATES IN MY LIFE AGAIN

I was travelling with my parents both who are 78 years old from Birmingham to Dubai on 20th March 2016 on flight EK042. When we reached Dubai we were not given wheel chair for my father ( Mr Kanaiyalal Sheth)at the airport.

I booked two wheelchairs but only got one for my mother ( Mrs Prafula Sheth). The attendants at the airport were very rude they kept telling me only one wheelchair has been booked. 30pm the staff level was low. We were left waiting for good 40 mins near the drop off at the airport no staff around left scared and vulnerable.

Finally a man and cart drove and picked us up and took us to our gate. Returning back from from Dehli - India our connecting flight was again from Dubai on 7th April 2016 EK041. Again we encountered a problem at Dubai, we waited near the drop off…

I flew on the 20-04-2016 from dxb to Lhr, EK31 one crew named Emma was very rude to my dad surving him just a glass of juice! Please make these crew members learn some attiquette!

i contacted you on our return from a dubia msc cruise ,about our on line check in seats on the 13/4/16 the seats we booked where not the seats we got as your seat plan was not for the aircraft we flew on, which caused us soom problems, as indicated in my first email to you, i have accidently deleted my email and your reply, but you did say you would contact me within 30 days, so far i have heard nothing from you.

after flying with you a number of times i find it disconserting that you have not bothered to act on this matter . com
