Hi There, I'm writing you for the third time that I was charged $600 in the airport that was very unfair. The original statement is attached. Since November I've been waiting for your response but I haven't heard anything yet. As I mentioned in the statement, all I want is the amount of $600 to be credited to my next trip to Iran. We have to make round trip (my daughter, sister and myself) to Tehran. If I don't receive your response before mount of May 2016, unfortunately, I have to do business with other airlines. I travelled from New York to Seychelles on 3rd April 2014 (EK 204). The plane got delayed flying out of New York. I had checked in my 2 Pieces of luggage and had a backpack as hand-luggage. Due to the delay I miss my connecting flight to Seychelles (EK707).

We have just returned from our 'Holiday of a lifetime' to New Zealand and Australia. Our outgoing flight was from Birmingham to Auckland via Dubai on flight reference EK038 Birmingham to Dubai on 10th February 2016 and EK406 from Dubai to Auckland on 11th February 2016.
Given the profile of our holiday we decided to travel Business Class on what was our first experience of Emirates. The flight from Birmingham to Dubai was fine as were both lounges. We then flew from Dubai to Auckland and had to land in Melbourne to, we presume, to refuel.
We were told that this would be for about 1 hour. We went to the lounge and heard nothing for two hours. At that stage an announcement was made that there was a delay and a further announcement would follow.

Waiting at the shoot (bridge) to enter the aircraft in Algeria (EK758) on the 25Mar 2016 for 20 min before i was allowed to enter the aircraft, without any notification
2 second cases of my wife and myself damaged irreparably locks taken and the rings that house the locks cut. No letter from security or customs and the locks were international locks that could have been opened by security. Sat in 53G as I flew home to Mcr from Dubai on Tue 22/3/16. The very short legged woman in front out her seat back which meant 'the largest screen' was so in my face as I was unable to focus on the screen.
She wasn't happy and very reluctantly put the seat up a little but only a little. Not as pleasant viewing for me as the journey could've been, made worse but various children occupying the bulkhead seats. The ICE wasn't an altogether pleasant viewing experience for me.
Not looking forward to flying to Dubai again if I have this to look forward to.

3 weeks ago my mother-in-law booked return flights from Manchester to Dubai via telephone with Emirates. I'd checked the prices online beforehand but I was charged more for my trip and I am still trying to find out why? Its been suggested to me that it costs more to make a reservation via telephone.
If this is the case then why has my travelling companion paid the same as the online price plus a £10 admin fee which I also paid but with additional charges different to the online price? I did not personally speak to anyone at Emirates in order to confirm and agree the price before the amount was taken from my credit card.

Our tickets included hotel for the night. But unfortunately no visa granted by the authority and Emirates did not provide hotel accommodation within airport. I was astonished and felt very worried with my 2 small kids. Hotel was not subject to visaa but Emirates for unknown reason did not pay anything for us.

When we arrived at DXB we sought out the check in area and were directed to th e appropriate desks but was amazed to see that those that used the Emirates staff to get to the same desks were pushed to the front regardless of ither customers and not a word was said by the check in staff to say that they should wait their turn as other passengers were waiting.
5 hours for the food to be issued only for them to be told that they had run out of one of the choices. The attitude of the staff was deplorable and for the stewardess to ask the passenger next to me to help break the ice because I was not happy is very poor customer service.

We traveled to Delhi on 2.02.16. Four suitcases were given in to load on the plane. There was on stop at Dubai where we were also requested by the person checking the boarding pass at the airport that we should also put are two hand luggage in the plane cargo as there was less room in the cabin. We agreed to this and handed the two hand luggage to them. When we arrived in Delhi and looked for our luggage we found that one suitcase and one hand luggage were missing. All our clothes and medicines were in the missing baggage we spoke to your ground staff in Delhi but they were very unhelpful and told us they could not do anything an we would have to wait and come back again to the Delhi Airport.

Travelling with Emirates over a year ago our buggy was damaged on board. I reported this to the Emirates desk on my arrival. Back in the UK I went to follow-up with my insurers and suddenly Emirates had no record of my ever having reported the damage.
Next they claimed that the buggy had indeed been ''assessed'' and the damage was concluded to be wear and tear (buggy worked normally when we dropped it at the aeroplane door and didn't when we got it back). That 'assessment' rendered my insurance invalid although the airport also continued to claim the buggy was never presented at my final destination!?

I travelled from London Heathrow to Dubai on 9th March 2016 in EK0004 and from Dubai to Sri Lanka in EK0654, on 10th March 2016. During my journey I lost one of my two bags and was in great stress as I had an important document to be delivered in Sri Lanka. I've reached at the airport exactly 1 hour before my flight. However, the Emirates staff didn't allow me to travel in the schedule flight and asked me to rebook my flight which cost addition £200.00.
I've explained them in a very polite way about the reason why I was not able to reach at the airport more than 1 hour before. As you probably heard, it was raining torrentially in Abudhabi and Dubai that caused huge traffic.

Purchased Emirates Business Class ticket in December 2015 for travel in March 2016 on the DFW-MAA route. Purchased through their website. Paid a premium for the Business Class travel on their Airbus A380 service from DFW. Shocked to know that we were put on a Boeing 777 aircraft.
There is a HUGE Disparity between the A380 & the Boeing 777 Business Class seat. At the time of booking we were sold the Business Class ticket on the Airbus A380. We even preselected the seat that we wanted to be in.

While on flight seated in SEAT 38B as a single female the gentleman requested a large amount of vodka at least 14. ( After that I lost count)He was clearly drunk and the fortunate part went into a drunken sleep .I did make the stewardess aware and they said that they too were aware of the gentleman!! Despite giving him triple vodkas!! While he was not verbally offensive sitting with a blanket over his head belching and often clutching his stomach and groaning I found myself on edge very nervous and unable to relax at all. Hi, on my flight from Birmimgham to Dubai on 17th Feb I had no meal. I was told the chicken 'ran out' and would I like lamb. I don't eat lamb so asked if there was any alternatives. In the end I was bought a salad which I wouldn't describe as a meal at all. I have anxiety and this set me off and I get worried about being dizzy and fainting. Please let me know your thoughts on this as for the price of the plane ticket I really would expect a meal.

My wife and I were due to fly back to Gatwick UK. Our Flights and Seats were booked. At Bangalore we were told if we took a later flight Emirates would offer us a free return flight to India during 2016.
We said we were not interested as we had our plans fixed. But when we arrived at Duboi for our flight to Gatwick, we were told we would have to take the later flight because our flight was over booked.
So we had to wait at the airport for 7 hours. We now have to be compensated, for all the inconvenience caused.
We booked from London to Sydney and back from Bangalore India. At Bangalore we were told if we were prepared to take a later flight we would be offered a free flight back to India in 2016. We said we needed to be in London on the 30-02-2016. So we took our flight to Dubai, but when we got to Dubai we found our flight to London was over booked so we had to stay at Dubai Airport for 7 hours and were offered another flight to London. We did not get the seats we had paid for. We want to be compensated for the delay and loss of seats we paid for.

My bag was delayed at MCO airport. Upon complained the staff told me that he knew about the misconception bag much earlier but instead looking for us we had to look for him. The bag was delayed but he filled up a damage bag form. He promised that the bag will arrive the next day but it was empty promises. I tried to call on 13, 14 and 15th Dec to Emirates number he gave me but sadly no answer and whatever time.
The bag was finally delivered but with no call to say the bag would arrive. They just left the bag at the reception and left. 2 days later someone call asking how would I rate their service which I find it ironic.
