Coby Beach Resort _Expedia itinerary: 72219360675610 I made a reservation for December 24 for a one night stay at Coby Beach Resort. When I reach the hotel, the gates were closed and no one to answer the phone. I called Expedia to request my refund and up until now I have not received my refund. Please help.

The Expedia agent made several attempts to contact the hotel via phone and email and was unsuccessful. Its been 10 days now. What is the hold up.

I bought this plane ticket from expedia. I arrived to the airport 3 hours early so I don’t face any problems. While I was checking in, they said there was an extra letter in my name which will deny my boarding, so they said I should call expedia for name correction.

I called expedia and I was put on hold for about an hour and half and no one answered and my flight left me. I was still at the airport trying to call them and 5 hours later someone answered.

I told them all what happened hoping I will catch the next flight, and I was shocked to death when they said there’s nothing they could do and I won’t get a refund. Words can’t even describe what they made me feel that day, and I hope I get my money back.

We bought a package from expedia to go to Dominican Republic and first i told them there are 4 of us and they gave us one bed when i secifically asked for double bed. They told me there is a shuttle to the hotel and the night before we left i found out we dont have one and we need to pay 150$ for going to the resort and returning.

Also on the day of our flght back at the airport Copa airlines made us do a new antigen test since we did on Monday night instead of tuesday morning. My husband tested positive eventhough he has no symptoms and stayed behind in santo Domingo where he doesnt anyoe and doesn't speak the language.

once i made it to the us i spent 9 hours trying to contact expedia and when they finally returned my call they said that they cant help me and gave me the wrong number…

I was denied a full refund after my flight was changed by more than 3 hours. They accused me of falsifying the travel time and then said I made the changes. I have emails proving this is not true. They flat out refused to refund me when it is their policy and the DOTs to do so

I made a reservation for the Hilton Richardson and applied my points and $25 coupon. Within a couple of days, I decided to stay at the Renaissance Richardson instead. So, I canceled one reservation and rebooked the reservation. My points were applied to the new one, but not the coupon.

I was told that once you use it, I can not get it back, even if the reservation has been canceled and a new one issued. This policy is absurd, unfair and not a good business practice. Makes me doubt if I want to continue using Expedia.

I am waiting for my refund 2 weeks now and i call and email everyday, and all they tell me that expedia is waiting for Riu which is the hotel i booked through Expedia to answer. No other information just wait!

Its over $3,500 and i am getting very nervous!!! I have requested for a manager to call me and noone gives me the manager exept they tell me that the manager will get back to you and no manager has gotten back!

I have been jumping through hoops in order to redeem available flight credit through Expedia. After showing up for our flight (tickets booked through Expedia in AUGUST 2021) through American Airlines on December 15, 2021, we had issues with the flight and could not board the plane.

I am now attempting to schedule a new flight and redeem the credits that an employee of American Airlines said I could redeem through Expedia (TICKET #0017706192249). I have been placed on hold twice now, THROUGH EXPEDIA, each hold time lasting OVER AN HOUR.

The most recent customer service representative spoken to was Faith (or at least this is what we were told was the employee's name). We are trying to book a new flight after being screwed by American Airlines, and have had no success or progress in booking…

I booked a hotel through Expedia for Cancun Mexico at Sunset Marina Resort & Yacht Club checking in 12/3/2021 -12/5/2021. my flight changed to 12/5 so I called Expedia to modify my check in to 12/5. They called the hotel and was instructed to email reservations. I called 2 days before my check-in the hotel never responded to Expedia. I called the hotel myself and was told I'm not a member of the marina/hotel so they can't help me. On 12/3 I called expedia again for an update, they tell me I'm in the reservation so it can't be modified. The only action can only be a refund approved by the hotel. They called the hotel again. Itinerary number 7501484801788 flight number WH9374 I had a flight cancelled by the airline in the summer and requested a full refund as we could not use the credit due to the ongoing Covid issue. A request for the refund was made back in August 2021.

The ticket was booked thru Expedia. I have yet to receive a refund on my account . I have called multiple times to Expedia and was told the refund should show up on my credit card. This has never happened.

When I called last week I was told the refund is now in the hands of the airline. I contacted Icelandic air and was told only Expedia could issue the refund. Could someone please look into this matter for me as I am getting very frustrated.

We are 7 passengers with tickets flying to Japan in December 2021. The airline cancelled all reservations for foreign bookings. The government is not accepting entry for non-citizens. I had to call Expedia 8 times to get this processed, even though it's on the airline website asking travel agents to call in for a code to cancel and refund. At last, they processed it after so many hours with multiple agents. They put it in for now as flight credits, even though they promised it will go back on the credit card. I asked to have a supervisor call me, which is another nightmare with almost 4 different calls to have someone put in the request. I have never seen a company deny customers to speak to a supervisor.

I booked a resort in Croatia with Expedia. Everything was OK in the first week of our stay but then the resort decided to turn off the AC system because it was the end of the season... As we couldn't sleep there anymore because it was too warm during the night, we asked to cancel the rest of our stay and the manager agreed to refund me the remaining nights at the resort but

it had to go through Expedia as we paid them and not the resort. It has been a hassle to contact Expedia. Their customer support doesn't work. I can't get a reply by email and when I call them they say the only way of doing it is by email.... so useless.

Hotel complaint that we booked through Expedia:

We booked a hotel called "Inn by SFO" confirmation number 72195266814816 in South San Francisco . Upon entering we found black wiring hair on the bed, and on the floor of the bathroom. None of us have black hair. We also had to clean out the bathtub due to hair and dirt being in it, before we could shower.

The color scheme and decorating was unusual. The bathroom walls were peach, a cabinet was black, counters peach and black.etc...BUT the shower curtain was greenish-yellow.. The shower bar was barely hanging there. One end wobbled back and forth. The manager came and looked at it and described it as "sturdy". I missed the flight as the time changed without my knowledge. Expedia told me “the robot accepted the notification on my behalf” Expedia refused to help me in any shape. And refused to reschedule my car rental as well. I had to bay new ticket and I cure heavy expanses.

The email and app page still gives the wrong flight time. Awful customer service. They lye and delay conversation. The complaint form wouldn’t accept my itrentity number as they limit to 11-13 number. Mine is 14. Another deceiving behaviour.

Never again! the booking part is easy, good luck if your flight is canceled of changed.... Found out how bad it can be when we were trying to book a flight out of Italy during the beginning of covid. Booked a flight out through expedia that was canceled by the airline .

It was impossible to contact anybody from expedia so we followed the instructions on their website to cancel our flight. Now we are being told that because we cancelled our flight we can not receive a refund because it was not within 24 hours of booking, even though there was no flight to cancel????

Long story short a flight we booked directly through the airline was also canceled but we received a credit immediately so how can Expedia claim it is the airlines fault?

My FIANCE and I went on a Vacation in June at the Now Amber resort in Puerto Vallarta Mexico to celebrate our engagement with our friends in a side by side hotel swim up experience and all-inclusive package.

Everything seemed ok until I was in the Lobby on night number 2 taking a beautiful picture of the ocean. In the lobby they have these mayan looking boulders large enough for folks to sit on. Through the hotel you will see these boulders where people sit on them regularly and they attached to the floor. No signs, nothing out of the normal, just a normal seat like all the others. When I sat down the seat crumbled and collapsed and I was stabbed 8inches through my taint, just missed my prostate, and pierced my urethra. I almost bled to death in the hotel lobby in front of all the guests…

My husband and I were making reservations for Cooperstown, ND through Expedia on July 21, 2021. We also bought the Hotel Booking Plan. After we submitted our reservations, we IMMEDIATELY discovered that the reservation was made for Cooperstown, NY and not ND; and therefore cancelled our reservation through Expedia and the hotel.

The Comfort Inn in Cooperstown, NY cancelled our reservation and did NOT charge us. If there were hotels in Cooperstown, ND through Expedia, we would have booked through Expedia, but there wasn't. Therefore we couldn't use Expedia and had to call a hotel directly.

80 for a hotel that we didn't use!!!! We will never use Expedia again.

I booked a hotel in Richmond for June. I was charged $261 for the room but when I checked out I received a receipt that my room was $218. I tried to get a refund through Expedia with no luck and also disputed the additional charge through my credit card company. 5 months later I finally find out that they gave Expedia the additional $43. Will never use this company again as they are gouging users.

Book at the hotel sites only and see about discounts. We DO NOT NEED companies such as expedia.

I would give them 0 stars if it was an option

I originally purchased my ticket in September 2020 I ended up canceling the return flight. I was told that a credit would be applied to my account and I could use it by a specific date... WRONG!!! I have spent the last two days for trying to book a flight and use said credit.

I have been hung up on, transferred around, and when I ask for a supervisor I am told that they only have one on the floor and he is busy then the third call I was told that She was busy. I have been told that only a supervisor can apply the credit, but I cant reach a supervisor.

I have been told at this point three times that a Supervisor would be calling me back and that has yet to happen... I have spent hours on the phone at this point trying to purchase a ticket and use MY credit for money that I have already…

On October 11th 2021 I contacted Expedia to change my flight. My original return flight was (FLL TO YUL) AC 901 October 24th at 2:35 I requested the change to return on the 18th same AC 901 return FLL to YUL.

87 I was told to give my phone number and that the agent would call me for my credit card details. Two days later I received an email saying that the cancellation was done and that there was a change to my itinerary.

Here is the best part on the 18th I tried to find my booking ( I was returning with my children I had no problem checking them in ) but I could not find my booking.. or she? could not help me as there was no booking or itinerary number to my name. Fortunately the 3 rd.

agent realized what had happened and told met hat the first agent on the 11thof October never booked…

Agent was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked to have the email confirmation sent to me again. He included language like "I'm sure your not thinking straight" "I'm wasting time", etc.

I was checking my reservation and noticed an error in my name for travelling. I have been on hold for 5 hours waiting for the name check department. No one else had the ability to change the name on my ticket!

I travel in 2 days and this was extremely frustrating. Functioning businesses don't have this issue. I will never use expedia again! It's not worth it!

If I could give Expedia no stars then I would. I have had the worst time of my life trying to change flights with Expedia. My flights have been canceled 3 times because Expedia doe not know what they are doing.

The last cancelation was the day before my flights were to leave. I had to rebook personally with the airline directly and file a complaint with Expedia to get my money back. Have not received my money back at this time but I am hoping that Expedia will do the right thing and refund my flights and the increase in airfare due to last minute bookings since this is due to several mistakes made by Expedia agents.

I have never been this disappointed in a company before. I know what I will never use Expedia again.

There were multiple changes to our itinerary made by the airlines (not by us) earlier this year in May shortly after we made our reservations. Those changes were substantial (including cancelling one leg of the trip and changing the flight times by several hours earlier) and made the trip cancellable with a full refund. However, Expedia failed to inform us that was an option at the time, so we took no action even though we would have cancelled (for a refund) had we known that was an option.

I have been using Expedia for years and I travel 9 out of 12 months as an insurance adjuster and I am done using Expedia and I suggest anyone else to not use them, the travel protection is a joke and don't waste your money they will screw you over as well. We have probably spend $100,000+ with Expedia and they will not get another dime from me. Customer services sucks and you cannot understand half of them so please spend a little extra or go with someone else because I promise you will get screwed over as well.

Itinerary number 72165486460641 The above booking was made online on 19 September and canceled by Expedia on 22 September by Expedia. Booking was canceled without any prior notice and full payment taken. Why take a payment and send an itinerary and than cancel it ?

No alternative flights were offered, no explanation and terrible customer service. When I spoke to your call center they insisted I canceled the booking on line and I explained I did not. Later was told booking was canceled by Kenya Airways ?

From 19 to 22 September I was under impression that all was okay and than to be told I have no booking. What did you expect me to do for 4 tickets that had been paid for ? I now have no booking and am very disappointed with the way you have handled this.

Called 4 times already and was told to keep calling back every time. Was charged extra for a car rental and every time they told me to call back and did not seem to do anything. Talked to a customer service called hani who was very rude and refused to give me their name or id number and refused to call a manager saying that was not allowed.
