I need to use a flight credit to book a new flight and Expedia makes it extremely difficult. It took an hour to get a call back to speak with someone. Once I finally got the call back the person (Alex) was difficult to understand due to a very thick accent and after over an hour on the phone I still couldn't get the new flight because I was repeatedly put on a long hold.
I had my credit itinerary information and all the information regarding the new flight in front of me when I called. After over 45 minutes he finally quoted me double the price that I was seeing on screen and when I questioned that the cost he quoted was exactly what I was seeing for 2 people not for 1 as he had said, he put me on several more long holds.
I told him I needed him to hurry to get this fixed and finalize…
