If I could rate this a zero, I would. I booked my international flight on Expedia and two weeks later, I was notified of a schedule change. I was a bit confused as to how it was explained on the email and if it was even a valid change or just junk mail, so I called Expedia customer service.
The person I spoke with said that I had to change my first flight to an earlier one, so I was fine with that. I had originally booked all of the flights on comfort plus Delta. When they rebooked me, somehow, the comfort plus for the first flight "never existed" although I had paid for it!!!
I am not sure how to get this refunded or to be placed in the correct seat.
