62. I rescheduled the reservation for December 24- 29 2022 through Expedia. The Clermont Hotel London, Charing Cross is requesting an email regarding the amendment . I have emailed Expedia and made dozens of phone calls including screenshots of the conversation documenting the request to reschedule.

I am requesting a refund due to Expedia's failure to reschedule and lack of communication. My receipt itinerary # is 72270932291459. I have included the screenshots requesting the change.

i have contacted expedia twice now to report suspicious emsil activity after making a booking in paris. they have not replied on their so called customer service tool. unfortunately ive made a lot of bookings through them and it will cost me money to cancel.

Good morning,

Wish you a very happy new year.

I had booked for a stay at Marriott, Nassau as per the details shown below.

However due to extreme weather conditions my flights were cancelled and I could not go to Nassau.

As the reason behind me not able to go is considered “As an act of God” I request you to sympathetically consider my case and give me the refund.

To give you further background on the issue, Expedia came back to me multiple times saying that they were not able to contact Marriott. I had to arrange a 3 way call to get Mariott and Expedia talking.

I was having issues with the system being down on Expedia end and it wouldn't process my car rental reservation. I call customer service and was told that my to transaction was canceled cause they couldn't find my reservation and was told by customer service to make another reservation.

59 now I have to wait to get refunded and I'm the one that have to contact my back to dispute something that customer service should've took care of when I called. I was booking a trip to Vegas through Expedia not sure if I should now!!!!!

I've been online, in chats, and on the phone for hours trying to use a $1500 credit for JetBlue, that was issued through Expedia. They have made it virtually impossible to use the credit - it doesn't work online, chat can't process it correctly, and over the phone, they've tried to gauge me on the price of the ticket, almost doubling the price that JetBlue's website shows. At this point, I'm considering this theft and will be taking legal action to recoup my money.

Trying to change a booking. I need to cancel one of the two nights booked but can not contact Expedia. The virtual agent online requires an itinerary number which was never received. The contact number belongs to the company I booked the Air BNB with but Expedia accepted the money so the place I actually booked can't help.

I will be giving 2 weeks notice so more than adequate for a refund of the night of 13/1 however I have now wasted 2 days trying to contact Expedia without success. Had I realised I wasn't going to the company direct I would never had made the booking, and after this experience will never book with Expedia again.

I booked a reservation for my daughter for Jan2-Jan5. I also purchased insurance in case I needed to cancel (mainly because it's winter). On Jan 2 she awoke to find her car had been stolen. I had to cancel because she had no transportation and had to spend the day filling a police report.

I was told the insurance didn't cover that so I asked if I could reschedule and was told I would still be charged the full amount and have to pay for the reschedule dates also. After hours of trying to straighten things out I finally got to speak on the phone to an actual person (who was helpful in explaining things that people should know before purchasing insurance) who helped me know that stolen vehicle (which should fall un interruptions in travel) wasn't covered and

Airline cancelled my flight. I’ve been trying to get a replacement flight for 2 weeks. Every staff tells me to wait for 48hours but nothing happens after that. I have contacted Expedia over 5 times and spent half a day each time to sort out but I’m not getting anywhere.

I can’t call them directly and they don’t call/email me back. I’m done explaining myself over and over again. They don’t even transfer the call to a supervisor, I’m just not getting anywhere, pathetic customer service in my opinion, no one is taking ownership and keep dragging.

Is there anyone who can assist me?

I attempted to book a flight for my daughter over the holidays.

Long story short we arrived to the airport, printed the ticket, and the booking had me as the passenger instead of my daughter.

I entered all her info in as the passenger not me at all, I’m only the account holder for the Expedia account.

Expedia customer service told me I couldn’t get a refund because I had an opportunity to verify before I made the purchase. If that was the case I wouldn’t have made the purchase because it has my daughters info as the passenger the entire freaking time I was making the booking.

Customer service refuses to allow me to speak to a manager about the situation and just treats it like I decided to do some shady crap when they’re stealing my money.

Absolutely insane will never use Expedia…

After 2 phone calls each lasting an average of 45min the agent provided me with an air fair almost $150 more than what the actual airline site offered. Then they restricted my travels to only US territory even though my original reservation was for a non US Caribbean island.

I requested to speak to a supervisor and was promised a phone call. After a 2 hour wait and never receiving the call i decidió call again to which lead to a new agent and start the whole process from the beginning leading to 2 advirtió al call of 59 minutes and 47 minutes.

Our Expedia/Air Canada February 23rd flight was changed to a later time not giving enough time to make our connection out of Vancouver. I contacted Expedia the following day to complain that I had not accepted the changes nor confirmed as stated.

com for pickup on 25th Dec 2022 and drop off on 27th Dec. I was flying from CT (BDL) to Las Vegas and then picking the car from Vegas airport. Because of storm on 22nd Dec my fight got cancelled with no certainty of next available flight from Hartford to Las Vegas.

I bought my ticket on the Expedia website, and they included a price for first checked baggage, but then now that I am going to take my flight, it doesn't include it as American Airlines stipulates on their website that that's not how they work things -- you always have to pay for your baggage when you arrive at the airport, even if a third party makes you pay for baggage. I would like my hundred dollars sent back.

I booked a flight through Expedia. ” Due to this, I proceeded to spend hours attempting to contact an agent to assist me in cancelling my flight. I was not able to get in contact with an agent until the following day after my flight had departed.

The agent stated that since my flight had departed, I could no longer get a refund. I would like a refund for the flight since it is not my fault that I was unable to cancel through “errors” and not being able to talk to any agents.

I’m unsure what was happening with the staff, but nobody would answer my pleas for assistance. That’s poor customer service and out of my hands. For the pain and suffering this has caused me, the least I am asking for is a refund or some compensation.

Problem with my hotel reservation at Grand Sagcanlar Hotel Istanbul ref. 72381192403052 I made a reservation for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 young children (ages 6 and 2). The reservation I just noticed is showing 2 adults with 1 Kingsize bed and 1 double bed.

I was refused check in yesterday night until I pay an additional $175 which I paid as it was late and I had young children. The hotel don’t have a double standard room with a Kingsize bed and a double bed.

This is the misrepresentation of information which has left me stranded and out of pocket. Can someone please resolve this ASAP. I am still in Istanbul until 30/12/22. I am extremely disappointed at this outcome and messed up the family holiday plans.

I was given a West Jet airline credit for a canceled flight from Toronto to Edinburgh, Scotland this past June due to the passing of my father in law. The credit was for $630 and was told to use on a flight only for myself wherever the credit was eligible.

I booked a flight with Expedia from Toronto to Fort Lauderdale which my credit covered the flight as per their booking site. two days later the flight was canceled be Expedia and said the credit was not applied. I have email documentation showing otherwise.

I booked a room, itinerary # 72447532927045, on 12/13/22 through 12/20/22 for a single room, 2 beds. The accommodation took a place in a shared room which was not agreed on. At arrival the manager said he will accommodate the following day and give me a room to myself instead he gave me a sick roommate, coughing all night long, who made me sick as well until today.

I made a reservation for THE WESTIN HOUSTON MEDICAL CENTER in Houtson, for Feb 3 -5 First off I didnt know it was expedia I thought I was booking it through the hotel. So The church having a conference at the hotel.

The head of the conference Patrice Jacques said we are to get a conference rate. So I called the hotel they then told me I booked thru expedia which I had no idea til the Westin Hotel told me. So I called you all back to ask them to move my reservation over to the conference, I was told no.

My travel booked via Expedia was cancelled by British airways airline, airline could not offer alternative solution. Expedias agent in the chat was not accommodating, chat was reinitiated, it took an hour to figure out that agent is not capable to contact airline and that this is required to initiate refund.

I could not see the status of my booking/refund online. Another attempt to check status with agent 6hours later and I got back that refund time line is 10 to 15 days, and I was almost threatened that if check stays again it will only delay the processing because it will rearrange queues.

Thi is not the way customer service expected to be!

We have been conned by an agent called himself James from a telephone no. 02032870741 to say that he can save us money to Larnaca. We did not doubt anything until he stated asking for the money Before asking for the passangers names.

I bought a British Airways (BA) Ticket through Expedia (booking ref: 2PAG8X) to travel with my family from Israel to New York in July 2021 and onward to the UK on Iberia (booking ref: JCD4B) a couple of months later. The BA Ticket involved a change at London Heathrow and transfer to JFK New York. Thus there were three legs in the complete booking.

BA canceled the first leg, replacing it with an alternative that would arrive in LHR after departure of the “connecting” flight. After much calling, I was advised I could either cancel the whole ticket or make a change so they connected again.

With BA flights reduced, this would mean an overnight at LHR, clearing UK immigration, at a time when US had banned UK citizens traveling to the US from UK ports due to pandemic.

Good afternoon, I just had a HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE i was on chat with an expedia Rep for 3 HOURS! All i wanted was a refund for my flight. My flight was cancelled and changed by Jetblue. Because the time i was given did not work for me i requested a refund.

Jetblue confirmed my flight on November 24 without my knowledge. I contacted Jetblue and asked for a refund they informed me that because i made the reservation with Expedia i needed to contact them and tell them that i qualified for a full refund because my flight had been changed for more than 2 hours of the original time.

I booked Hotel Le Reve Pasadena and checked in Nov 18-19,2022. They said the booking charge inclusive of free breakfast. But suddenly and last miniute texted me no breakfast provided. Booked flight and hotel. Expedia called the next day and said hotel was over booked and we needed to book another hotel. Had over 10 different calls to attempt to book a new hotel. Expedia representative could not find a new reservation and had multiple disconnected calls. Told that I could stay at same hotel with larger bed. Then next day sent another notice stating we where booked at the another hotel.

What a mess. I complained to TICO and plan to sue them in small claims court if they don’t give me the hotel for free. I spend at least 10 hrs on the phone to fix something they screwed up. Expedia should loose their license to operating in Canada or at least in Ontario.

Las year in December I got COVID 19 and had to cancel my flight i booked through Expedia. Expedia credited $260 and gave me 1 year to use it. At the end of November of this year I decided to use it for the flight.

i went on my account and when tried to use this credit it wouldn't through. For three days I was struggling and lost all the good price airfare. I called Expedia customer service, and they told me that could only get flight until December second to be completed.

After numerous expedia emails changing our flights, We were sent a confirmation email with the details of out flight home from Vegas, however when we got to the airport, they did not have us on our flight. We had to phone expedia and after waiting almost an hour, we were told the agent who helped us got the flight but neglected to get our tickets.

they rerouted us but we ended up on a flight with an extra connection that got us home 5 hours later than we should have. It was a horrible experience to find yourself stranded without a flight. I expect to hear from expedia with some type of restitution.

Do not believe in Expedia’s coupon! You will lose your money!!! Because local government’s restriction on foreign travelers during Covid, I couldn’t travel to my destination, I received two coupons for the hotel booking in the total amount of $481 from Expedia.

I was told that I need to make the booking through Expedia website before Dec 31, 2022, so I talked to an online agent and Expedia issue a 3rd coupon, combing the two coupons, in the amount of $400! ($81 short!

WHEN WE ARRIVED THE HOTEL STAFF STARTED TO ABUSE US VERBALLY EVERYDAY AND DEMANDING MONEY ABOVE WHAT HE HAD RESERVATION FOR AND ALREADY PAID. EVENTUALLY THE HOTEL SHOWED US AN EMAIL FROM EXPEDIA TO THE HOTEL SAYING: GO AHEAD AND CHARGE THESE PEOPLE ABOVE AND BEYOND RESERVATION AS YOU PLEASE.

THE ABUSE OF THE HOTEL TRYING TO EVICT US CONTINUED TO THE LAST DAY. WE COULD NOT ENJOY OUR VACATION AT ALL. I HAVE WRITTEN TO EXPEDIA FROM DAY A IN TURKEY WITH NO RESPONSE. 00 ON THE TOP OF ALL THE ABUSE AND INSULT WE RECEIVED.
