My account has been hacked twice, so I cancelled the account 2 years ago, I'm now told my account is back on Facebook, can the account please be deleted immediately

To sign into my account it requires two factor authorization. I had a problem, sent my state-Id, they would not accept it

Got my account hacked. Got an impatient female on the call who was sharp, didn't listen and kept over talking me and kept saying my name sternly even just after a short few words. I got frustrated with her, asked to speak to her supervisor of which she refused.

She carried on being rude and unhelpful. I raised my voice through frustration and she used that as a means to terminate the call. Shocking, really unhelpful and the support system is just flawed.

This user experience is ridiculous.

First, someone hacked my account, and Facebook doesn't help people in this situation. They don't offer customer service. Everything is done by algorithm, bot, etc. and these things make decisions that are wildly wrong. I followed all of the instructions carefully, but I wasn't able to get back into my account or create a new one.

Then finally I found an old Facebook account that I haven't used in many years, but it was still open. I got into it and started building it up -- replaced the profile picture, updated it to my current name, sent out a few friend requests.

Then today I got a message from Facebook saying my account has been disabled because I violated community standards. Sigh. Someone out there just doesn't want me on Facebook... which is…

HORRID Platform and even the worst at customer service - they sit and allow hackers to hack accounts and do nothing when accounts are reported. I have never had such shitty Cs in my entire life yet now i have marketplace buyers upset and threating me and my family bc the company does shit and allows this to just keep happening.

I was hacked on the 4th of July and all my accounts have gone, i reported it 4 hours later and i requested for my accounts to be blocked while they investigate the issue and they told me it will take 24 hours, and that 24 hours turned to days and weeks, i talked to more than 10 support agents and each one of them say the same thing, to be patient and

that their investigating team is working on it.

meanwhile my hacker was running ads with my accounts that costs me more than $500. I managed to get my accounts after more than 15 days, but one of my main accounts was disabled and missing money too, I filled some financial form and I waited for weeks and

I am complaint Facebook's unfairness by blocked my marketplace account without given reason. After my several request of case review, it still blocked.

I guess this is due to a complaint from a prospected tenant. I denied the application to protect the community safety. I requested facebook to review the conversation log during the investigation, but kept got denied without reason.

The way facebook handling complaints are very rude. I believe they are punishing the good citizens and allow the bad one to take advantage from it.

I have been trying for months to memorialize my deceased wife's account. Each time is traumatic. I have followed all their instructions but nothing works. Even worse, they don't even care enough to reply to my messages.

My account is apparently targeted... I have had numerous 15 hour, 1 hour and 24 hour restrictions in the past few days. It seems to happen when I pass around a Christian meme... tested the theory just a few minutes ago and was slapped with a 24 hour restriction.

My facebook account was hacked in early February and they won't help me get my account back. I reported it as hacked twice, and all they said is it isn't violating their community standards. What about my rights to protect myself against this hacker?

Hello I'm sending this email to you today because 3 times now Facebook has restricted my account for no reason. I am highly frustrated that FB is unable to verify my identity. It has not accepted any of the forms of identification that it claims is acceptable. My account was hacked and clearly logged into from another location never used. I even responded to the email that whoever logged in was not me. Yet, it has denied my ID several times and my marriage license.
