Iris Manager at the Family Dollar on 80 Marshall, Texas, refused to honor the 100 percent satisfaction guarantee on toilet paper from your store, with receipt of purchase. Her reason was it was open and couldn't sell it to anyone else.
It said on package, unused product with receipt if not satisfied, not unopened product. I explained that meant she was to return the product with customer explanation to manufacturer. She still refused and said she made the ultimate decision on that.
She was refusing at Manager discretion and there was nothing I could do about it. Told me to take it to another store she was done dealing with me. Iris then told me to leave HER store, or she would call the police as I was causing a disturbance in her store.
Customers couldn't believe her nasty arrogant…
