I went to your family dollar store I did my shopping went to check out and all of sudden the manager on duty told all of us to leave. I'm sorry if she was having a bad day . I've worked retail, hair salons and fast food that was very unprofessional.

Iris Manager at the Family Dollar on 80 Marshall, Texas, refused to honor the 100 percent satisfaction guarantee on toilet paper from your store, with receipt of purchase. Her reason was it was open and couldn't sell it to anyone else.

It said on package, unused product with receipt if not satisfied, not unopened product. I explained that meant she was to return the product with customer explanation to manufacturer. She still refused and said she made the ultimate decision on that.

As a customer, I have noticed up to some employees available but most of the time the person on the register is obligated to stock then run back to register. Sometimes other staff are hiding in the back screwing each other maybe.

But staff needs to focus on team work or be retrained in the teamwork. Ethics. I know many of your branches have cameras to notice these frustrating situations. It affects sales if devoted and hardworking staff are continuously put under these conditions.

I came into the family dollar on 85 Myrtle St, New Britain, CT store on Easter Sunday to buy some household items. 75. 25 each (plus tax). I explained to Asylin there was a tag on the shelves that stated the items were on sale.

Asylin stated I needed to download the app and load the coupon. I followed her instructions but there was no coupon on the app for that product. She then told her manager and her manager and I went to the aisle where the tag was.

I wanted to like this coffee. The store is close. I tried everything I could to use the coffee. It is terrible.. on April 6th I returned the coffee to the same store I bought it with my receipt. I only bought the coffee because of the FAMILY DOLLAR guarantee.

I stopped into the Camden SC store on Saturday 4/8/23. I requested to use the restroom and was told the Mgr does not allow customers to use the restroom as it is not a public restroom. Perhaps I am mistaken but if a customer asks to use a restroom the retailer had to allow the useage even if the retailer does not provide a public facility.

This could be a violation of the American Disability Act.

I found something I liked and went to purchase it, to find a much higher price. But the price I saw was less. They still made me pay for that price where the item was in the wrong place. Home Depot, Lowe's and Walmart would have given me that price for where it was found in the wrong place.

Why are the prices posted different than the register ring up prices. This is false advertising because as a customer I expect to pay the price posted.

I've experienced this at several locations and in all facts, the posted price should be honored. Managers are not doing the schematic changes required to make sure the customers are satisfied.

I understand that there may be a shortage in staff, over worked, under paid, or whatever the case may be, customer service should be first and foremost.

This is an ongoing issue that need to be addressed promptly.

Our Cortez location south of town is the most dirtiest Family Dollar I have been in. The outside parking lot and sidewalks are just cluttered with trash and garbage. Inside of the store It is so disorganized it is hard to find things and you have to step over items.

There is no pride taken in this family dollar the Dolores and the mancos locations deserve a five star compared to the one in Cortez. They are clean and organized and their staff is friendly cannot say the same for Cortez with having limited places to shop in town, it is a shame that is the best they can do.
