Two weeks ago I sent my computer in to replace a cracked bezel and dented frame. THREE weeks later I get it back. Big surprise, they didn't fix it. On top of that they replaced the motherboard and reinstalled windows for no reason and without permission.
A whole year of school work and programming projects gone. I was upset, but the assistant manager offered to take it back on him and I was truly grateful but still utterly disappointed. But the problems only just started. A few days later I tried installing the MSI Center and MSI app and driver center. Neither worked.
