Bought a used 22 trail blazer and at tge time tge owner only had one key with her. The dealership said they would acquire the 2nd and contact us when they had it. Since that time they have informed us they can't get the 2nd key and want to charge us over $200 to order and program a 2nd key.

They said they didn't make enough off the deal to cover that cost. 00 into the deal for anything that needed to be done to it

My Colorado has been at the dealership since Mar 10 awaiting a backordered part. Neither the dealership, Tom Gibbs Chevrolet, nor Gm has offered any help or solutions that would put me back on the road. There is still no estimate as to when or even if the part will be produced.

This lack of part support for a relatively newer model vehicle is unbelievable. I will certainly never own another GM vehicle or any product from this dealer, and highly recommend others to avoid any and all GM products.

I bought a 2020 Chevrolet 1500 from Viva Chevrolet in El Paso Texas. I had a bezel piece break where my drivers side seat belt comes out of the B pillar on the driver's side. I asked them to look at it on one of my service appointments in early 2021.

I repeated asked about at every service since then. It's ordered, it's ordered. Always that. Now in 2023 I am still waiting for that part to come in. Unacceptable service.

My car has been in dealer 4 separate times for same noise. It has not been fixed every time I get it back or it stops for a day or so and then starts back up. I started a claim with GM/Chevrolet, I got a response and my case was denied because it doesn’t not fall under but back according to them.

I asked so I bought a $50,000 car and I have to deal with the noise? And I was told that I can submit a claim with a third part BBB or I can take to another dealer and have them try to fix the problem.

So I said so basically I have to live with the noise of it doesn’t get fixed. I was told again I can do both of the suggestions given to me. I have had the Traverse since Feb it has been in 4x for the same issue and not fixed.

So sad to see how a multi billion dollar company really treats…

Good morning. I have a complaint and a question, question first.

I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LD Ext cab. On 4/27/2022. I see there is a brake recall yet my truck is not part of the recall. The one I have is basically a leftover 2018 LT, it has the same brake system as the 2018 vehicles, uses DOT 3 fluid. My VIN # is 2GCVKPEC6K1167594. I’ll await your reply on this question.

Now the complaint. As stated I purchased the vehicle on 4/27/2022, it is a certified vehicle. It came with two free services. I have attached copies of both reports. The issue I have is the truck is less than a year old (purchase wise) with 20,542 miles on it, it now has approximately 25,500 miles. No recommendations issued at the first six month check related to a brake fluid flush, at the second one…

Pete Moore Chevrolet of Pensacola FL ripped me off for $1,134. They did not fully honor General Motors General Safety Field Investigations DCS5472. N122271110 - Special Coverage Pulley Damage for 2014-2015 Chevrolet Spark owners. Their direct phone number to the service person who did not follow GM instructions is 850-454-2857.

Her name is Marilyn Pursell. , Pensacola, FL 32506. This authority plainly explains how a faulty transmission on these specific model/make cars is to be serviced. The transmission is to be replaced at no cost to the customer. In my case the local dealership removed the old faulty transmission, ordered the new transmission and installed the new transmission.

I would like to know why GMC continues to line there pockets with money of the new Models coming out, but they can’t manufacture the chips that my truck has been missing since I bought it. I also got in a small fender bender through no fault of mine, but when I took it to get repaired they told me they could not get some parts because they were on back order from the GMC Corporation. I will tell you that this was the first GMC product I have bought and it will be my last.

Laura chevrolet in Sullivan Mo the worst dealer where i tried to buy a car in 30 years. I am in Florida and they quoted me up to the shipping that they promote on their website. After calling me, sending me several emails, texts for several days, they ran my credit putting a hard inquiry on me and they took $500 from me, they did not communicate anymore and

3 days later I asked them if there was any news and they told me that they did not make sales to other states . This of course I will report to General Motors

I had to have my 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation towed Easter morning due to the driver side upper ball joint came apart never showing any warning signs. This happened going about 50mph. Very lucky to keep it on the road but not without causing extensive damage to the suspension, tires, rim, and front bumper.

Now for the crazy part. This truck has ONLY 50,000 miles on it. Never been off road or abused in any way. What's even crazier is that about two months ago around 48,000 miles (Again with no warning signs) the passenger side ball joint came apart.

Luckily this time I was only going about 5mph after crossing a set of R&R tracks so there wasn't any significant damage. Due to the long wait time at the dealership I decided to go ahead and replace the upper control arm myself.

I have. 0 engine. I have a coolant control valve that is faulty and it will not be repaired for 2 to 3 months. My truck is my profession. Without my truck my abailty to complete projects is grealty restricted.

I have been a customer with walker chev for 30 years in Franklin TN.I only get my oil changed there and tire rotation.I use to never ck my oil myself but a friend of mine told me they only toped her oil off and didn't change.I checked mine and it was still dirty my son in-law said they didn't change and I checked my tires and I had a different tire on my car that wasn't even mine.

I ordered my truck on 1/5/23 and it’s status was 4300. I was told it should arrive in about a week or two. Well I just took delivery on Tuesday 4/11/23. I don’t understand why a truck would sit on a lot for four months when there is a order for it.

I sold my 09 Silverado about a week after I put down a thousand dollars on 1/5/23. I had been without a truck for that whole time and missed out on cash insensitives. I feel like I am entitled to some kind of compensation.

Had the worst experience in my life when I brought my truck in for service to Tasca GMC. Since then I have called numerous times to every department within GMC. 1 person has called me back stating they would give me 3 months of XM radio for the damages.

Honestly thought the nightmare would have ended when I left that dealers service area but it continued and quite frankly became worse when I introduced myself to GMC’s customer service department. Worst customer relations by far. Never felt like a second class citizen until I bought this Yukon.

Never again will I buy from this company. Worst company by far out here right now.

Unsafe to drive . As it engines loss in middle of heavy traffic and at posted lawful speeds. Malfuctions and had drove from car dealership to work and now to high risk to get behind wheel to drive putting all other drivers and myself at life threatening risks.

I own 2007 che y silverado. I have had this problem for a few years. No one can figure out how to fix it. plete stop the truck won't shift. The rpm go up but the speedometer doesn't move. I am afraid I am going to get hurt or someone else.

I have to stop the truck completely put it in park put it back in drive then it will engage. There are no recalls. No one calls me back and it is a mystery to everyone. They say it has to do it for them to find the trouble. It is intermitten.

i have taken good care of the truck and I like it but I am concerned about this problem alot. ost gottn hit a few times. I hope someone at g m can help.

Our first bad experience came when we purchased our leased vehicle in 2019 We had called into the customer service center for a payoff and didnt receieve a call back. Having called the dealer we got the payoff and paid the balance but not before GM Financial marked us 30 days late. Having never leased a car before and making sure we informed GM Financial and the dealer we would be paying it off we were up devistated by thier actions.

Uneasy about how GM financial handled our transaction we decided to give it another try this time leasing a more expensive GM product gradually working our way up the product line. This time we took no chances and paid our leasse a bit ahead of time in Aprill in 2022.12 months later to the day in Aprill of 2023 we recieve a collection notice for excise tax.…

I am customer of Chevo for almost 30 years last 10 years I bought 4 or 5 Chevo cars but last one was in 2019 today I dine I bought the car I noticed some jerks in the transmission I reported the issue to the dealer I got promised the warranty will cover the issue, I kept using the car until reached mileage 60,000 km and I issue got serious I brought the car to the company unfortunately I was informed the the warranty is covering 60000km and the mileage is 60200km I so sorry to inform you that I was let down you can approach Qatar to listen from there systems all the schedule services carried out in the company garage.

I may not recommend Chevo for any of my family friends Nibougher and no more loyalty to Chevo.

Purchased 2023 Cadillac XT4 in August, 2022 with missing 3 chips. Known chip shortage so i'll wait. Its been 6 months and only one chip has been sent. Cadillac is sending XT4's with these chips installed. HOW ABOUT SERVICING THEIR EXISTING CUSTOMERS FIRST?

To Whom it may concern; I have been a General Motors customer for 10+ years. I have a 2010 Savana Van. I have recently had the van serviced at Battle GMC. They rotated my tires and changed the oil. The problem is that after the service was performed my tire pressure icon came on and all the tires were blank?

They said it needed to programmed? I returned 40 miles later and they told me I needed 2 tire sensors. I have replaced the tire sensors several times? I check my tire pressure regularly and it is always between 32psi-35psi.

I did not replace them because I trust my manual gauge. It seems odd to me that this all happened after the tires were rotated. Sincerely Mike Greer

I own a 2018 Chevy Silverado. I have had issues for years with it making so much noise when the window is down that I can’t put my window down while driving. I was told when I took it into the service center that was normal.

My husband owns two Silverado‘s and neither one does this. It’s frustrating that I can’t drive with my window down without a loud thumping noise filling my vehicle . I have had new tires put on the vehicle. thinking that might have been the problem.

I am very unhappy with my truck and stuck with it because no one will even look to see what’s causing the problem. They keep telling me this is normal. This is not normal

When we purchased the vehicle, there was a chip shortage resulting in the following features to be disabled: 1. Front Sensors 2. Back sensors 3. Heated steering wheel

Since the sensors were disabled and no alerts were provided to driver, this led to unforeseen events.

On August 2022, as we were backing out of a parking lot, the back sensor did not pick up that a column was there and column was located in blind spot so the body was damaged where the sensor should have picked it up.

On March 2023, as we were heading down a parking ramp, there was a cement barrier that was not picked up by the front sensor and no alert was provided to the driver.

We have over 10 years of driving history and have never had any incidents until we got the Yukon with no blind spot sensor alert. If there are…

I have a 2017 silverado 1500 LT 4X4 AND the paint on rear passenger door is peeling off i took it down to my local dealer and asked what they would do with it. they came back to me and said gm would cover only 5% of the repair cost.

I owned a 2012 Cadillac SRX and I just found out that my left headlight has a problem with the high beam. I would have not known about the defect of the lights if I did not go get my 100,000 miles checkup.

I contacted GM who forward me to Cadillac Headquarters regarding this issue. I had several customer services represented stated they will try to help. 00 for my various dealership to look at my headlight. Each of the dealership stated the same problem regarding my headlight.

The last customer service representative stated she will call me, and I had to call her regarding my light. She stated since my car was considered old, and it had 100,000 miles that Cadillac refuses to pay for a defaulted light.

My 2017 Cadillac cts has been in the shop at Central Cadillac here in Cleveland ohio 5 times for a steering issue they fix it and it only last one day and it is back in there I saw that it has a recall for steering problems it is back in the shop again for the same problem the repair lasted 2days this time

NO Complaint, i cant find a site for GM to write a good review as RAY CHEVY in FOX LAKE, IL has been absolutely amazing. This review all is because of the amazing Service Manager (LIZ FROHLING) & service advisor ( LUIS RIVERA) these 2 employees need to be recognized by GM not just by the owner but GM it self.

Not only have i been treated like family even with all the issues i have had its because of these 2 i still buy GM and have patients. Even when i am waiting i hear how they talk to other customers that are stressed out over issue and how they talk to them and insure them that it will be ok, Hopefully someone at GM will see this and actually take the effort to recognize these 2.

I received a recall (#9015592) for my 2016 Cadillac SRX. Vin number:3GYFNEE34 GS531226. Took in to Montrose Buick in Ashtabula, Ohio to have it fixed on August 5,2022. Recently I had a very bad experience driving to work. I could barely keep the car on the road as it was shimmering all over the road.

I was very scared and could not drive over 3o miles an hour. Assuming it was not the recall problem, we took it to are mechanic who we use all the time and is very good. Turns out, the part the Montrose dealership put in was not the correct part and because of that, my tires were ruined.

I'm very upset that the part was not right and I could have had an accident plus I needed new tires that we were going to replace but not at this time. Montrose installed left and right rear suspension…

I have two leases expiring 4/14/23. I called the dealer to extend the leases on 3/5 and was advised as of 3/1 only 30 days would be permitted by default. Then an order number is required for five more months.

If I had called 2/28 I could have extended. I then called GM twice to seek this extension. I need written confirmation that I can extend

Working with a lady, Diana, on leasing two chevy equinox's. She tells me one thing but does not follow up with phone calls or texts. Leaves me hanging as to what is going on. Could no answer my question and told me I would have wait 3 days until the sales manager comes back.

I made an appointment to have my 2017 Colorado repaired. It took six days for someone to tell me they could not fix it right away. Made an other appointment to have it repaired. It has been over three weeks and still is not done.

This is the worst service I have ever had. I have been a life long GM owner but if this is how your dealers treat customers I will be switching brands.

approximately three months ago i brought my 2008 chevy avalanche into Watsonville Chevrolet for service. The repairs/service i needed were an electrical drain or possible battery replacement and to get my truck smog certified. I was aware there was a check engine light on and they would have to trouble shoot to resolve.

Each week as no updates were given to me, I would call to request updates. each time I called i was told my service rep (Freddy) was unavailable, so i would leave a voicemail with very clear information for a return call.

I had my 2012 buick enclave serviced at HENNESSY MADZA BUICK GMC in Morrow Ga for oil leak they resealed oilpan and the front engine cover and did a multipoint inspection. 72. So I'm wondering why they didn't check my oil filter on February 6th,2023 to see if it was not tight so maybe if they had checked oil filter then I probably would not have to do the other services that they did.

My point is I don' think I should have paid for another oil change since they failed to check oil filter in the first place

I bought a GMC almost two years ago from Stillwater OK, not 24hrs after I drove my truck off the lot, I was back. I’ve had one issue after another with this truck. Last year the speedometer quit but it looked like it was still working, except instead of going 70 I was actually going 130mph.

I was pulling a trailer and had my son in the truck with me. Come to find out there were wires that weren’t plugged in good and it caused a short and buried out a lot more stuff. It’s been in the shop since December because it over heated when it was 4 degrees outside.

Now the dealership has tried their best but at this point I feel that it’s a GMC problem. There has been a lot more things but I would be typing for over 30 minutes. Now here’s the other thing this is not the first truck I’ve drove off…

I bought a 2022 GMC 1500 Denali from Gateway GMC in good faith that the missing chips for the front and rear bumpers would be in by June or July. I bought my truck in April. It has been 11 months and still no chips.

All Gateway says is call GMC. GMC says contact Gateway and see if they can or will make it right in some way. Will they do not want to talk about it at all. I’m stuck in a catch 22 area where no one wants to stand up and make this right for a loyal GMC owner.

Beware of buying a GMC or any other GM product that doesn’t have all its chips installed.

My buick encore 2017 ,I was on the highway and the speed just drop from 65mph to 5mph took it to the shop ,they said it needed a catalytic converter and turbocharger, 3weeks later I had the same problem, The Manger told me after they look at it again , That I should consider getting a new car. I purchased a 2022 suburban in March, was told my suburban came in but their was a problem they sent me the 2023 version so they made me pay 10,000 more than what I ordered. When I took the vehicle home I noticed this suburban had non of my features that I ordered, no heated steering wheel no birds eye view no lane assist and the seats were not electric.

I called right away and I was told they never know what they get or is sent and he told me to keep it and he will order my suburban with the luxury package and everything will stay the same we will just swap it out and everything that I paid into the vehicle will transfer over.

My complaint is for Capital Chevrolet in Wake Forest Serving Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, NC. I bought a Chevy Equinox 2022 from this location. ” Yet I was told AFTER the fact that my SUV had no heated seats.

I bought this car in May 2021 and I STILL HAVE NO CHIPS FOR MY 2022 Equinox. Had I known this SUV had no chips for the heated seats.. I would have not traded in my Chevy Trax. I would have gone back to Honda.

Since I had to relocate to Champaign, IL for my Husband’s career, the KBB value for this car is worth less and I owe more.. I will never ever buy a Chevrolet again. You can’t talk someone into buying a car and then AFTER the financing papers are signed, say “oh BTW chips for the heated seat are on back order”.

I have purchased Gm vehicles since 1978 some used some . But I have about changed my mind on Gm I had a 2014 Suburban and had to put a Transmission in it at 110000 and I sold it and bought a 2018 gmc Yukon Xl and

at 117000 I am going to replace the transmission in it you used to build a better vehicle I had a 1990 silverado and put 411765 miles on it when the transmission started slipping. My wife said no more suburban or yukons she will go to a Ford next time.

Third generation Chevy owner and still have my first purchase (1971 Chevelle). Had my 2002 Silverado for 18 years and it is still going strong. My 2018 Silverado has not lived up to standard. I took it in 9 months ago for transmission issues and have been getting the run around ever since.

It triggered lemon law because it took so long to diagnose. Transmission replacement took 5 months. Truck was damaged in the shop. GM's financial offer towards replacement represented a $25,000 loss and I then they expected me to put that money towards a new vehicle, costing another $20,000.

, my 2017 Chevy Cruz (96 K miles) started to sputter. Auto-zone diagnostic machine state O-2 sensors. I took my vehicle to Sands Chevrolet, showed them the diagnosis and they took my car in. They DID NOT PUT IN THE PAPERWORK my request for O2 sensor.

They told me it was the Turbo (my car never performed better on the trip). I told them just do the O-2 sensors but finally gave in to the Turbo. 1 day later, the car sputtered again, and again it was O-2 sensors.

I took to Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula CA. and they replaced. The next day my Catalytic converter went out and I had to wait over 6 weeks to replace (on 2-20-23). My family and I have pursed GM our entire lives (currently 8 in our families).

We do not feel valued and will not buy GM anymore unless the company wants our business…

I bought a 2017 Chevy Camaro convertible back in 2018. It my favorite car ever but I’ve noticed for about the past 2 years the back window has been starting from the fabric of the top. I have seen that other folks have had the same complaint and there was some kind of bulletin put out about it.

Is there anything I can do? I can’t afford a new top at $2600 with installation casts too. I can’t believe such a serious issue. I went to get a car wash and my grandbaby got wet because of the separations.

Is there anything that can be done or any ideas to fix this issue? I appreciate your assistance. I buy Chevrolet all the time and love the company. I just know there has to be some some a fix for such a problem.

I bought a new 2022chevy Silverado 2500hd crewcab 4x4. I've had it almost a year now and I was wondering when are they going to have those parking sensor chips in stock for my truck.
