I own a 2013 Chevy Cruze. I am having problems with the car that the dealership can't seem to fix. Sports Chevy Silver Springs, MD.. i have paid over 2000 dollars and car is still not fixed. They are not honoring the recalls on the call.

I also paid 1500 for a service warranty thru GM that doesn't cover anything. If I don't get any help I will put it on the news. I am a long time customer and very disappointed. My phone is 240-676- 1353. com.

When I signed my lease I was told that the dealer would set up and get me an account number and send it to my bank so I could set up auto pay. It has been over two weeks so I called to see what was going on.

I was told to contact my bank. When I did they had no information on an account number. When I called back I was told they had never said they would take care of the number. I argued with some one there and he hung up on me.

My son is a friend of a salesman there and he got someone to call me back and what I got from him was the number to call to get my number and mailing address so I could set up auto pay and I did. The lady on the phone there was very helpful. Ila V France

6 Duramax truck in 2018 brand new and I have had problems with it since day one less than 15:00 on the truck. It was in the shop for two weeks got it back day and a half later it went back in for another week And it’s been in and out of the shop since then

and as of right now it’s been in the shop where I bought it for over two weeks at the dealership. I’ve had nothing but issues wiring problems, fuel problems, transmission problems. It’s been a piece of junk from day one I’ll probably never buy a new one again , I’ll have to switch to a different manufacture

I have been a General Motors loyal Customer for all of my life. I have purchased 5 different vehicles from HERITAGE GMC over the last several years. I have never been too particular on what I was charged for service until I was charged for a software flash to fix a failed power steering pump or motor on my 2018 GMC Yukon XL Denali which I bought new at this dealership.

I was charged for a software flash since my vehicle was out of warranty. I since have traded off all of my GM vehicles and will not be back since you do not take care of loyal customers. My Yukon has been replaced with a 2022 Ford F-150 and My Acadia has been replaced with a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe.

When you don't take care of me I won't be loyal to you! Sorry to have to change but this particular dealer will never see me…

Palm Desert, CA: It all started when my engine light came on when I was near the airport, traveling east on Interstate 10. My wife looked up the location on her phone of a “Buick Service near me” and found Chazez Buick. Since it was 2:53 p.m. on Friday, I thought I would pull in and see if they could tell me what was wrong, obviously I did not want to ruin the motor by keep driving it. I also received an email at the same time, that unfortunately I did not see until later, that told me to schedule my car in for service in the next 7 days for an “emissions system problem”.

When I pulled into Chavez, there were 2 customer service people there, as I waited 3 more customer service people came to the area and left about 5 minutes later. Not 1 of the 5 asked if they could help. I finally went…

I think gm corporation is a joke. My 2019 chevrolet 1500 with only 23, 000 miles has been sitting a gm repair shop waiting for a fuel pump #1271660, for weeks. Talked to several gm parts managers and they told me the fuel pumps have been back ordered for months.

So i have a gm vehicle that is not warranted and no parts to repair it, basically a $40,000 OVER SIZED PAPERWEIGHT! TIME TO TAKE FUTURE BUSINESS TO TOYOTA OR FORD. (have always been a loyal chevrolet owner of many vehicles over the past years, but no more)

I orders a 2022 Chevy Blazer in April of 2022. I picked it up in August of 2022 and it was missing the Rear Park Assist. I was told it would be in by the end of 2022 and was given a credit of $50 for the inconvenience.

It is now February of 2023 and I can find no information on the replacement date. This is unacceptable. The Rear Park Assist is more than $50 - if you are not going to have something in stock you should not offer it.

I would probably of not bought the vehicle if I was not going to have this Safety Feature I'd like to know when my parts will be in and installed.

Jan 30 2023 had appt for a part I paid for to be put on my 2020chevy truck said it would be 2hrs I was there six hrs today is02/06/2023 and I still don’t have my truck I had to purchase a rental through my car ins cause they won’t give me a courtesy car . I want GM to reimburse me for the rental since Cecil Clark said it’s a problem on their side with computers and they don’t know when I will have my truck .

My complaint is about the service dept at Massey Cadillac in Orlando, Fl. We decided to try their service dept since they did our lease to loan conversion last June. 99. I called made an appointment and told them over the phone that I wanted to use this coupon.

The appointment was for Wed 1/25/23 at 10am. My husband arrived, checked in and asked that they made sure to double check tire pressure after tire rotation because the sensor had shown low pressure in driver side passenger tire and he had just taken it to be filled a week before.

They said no problem, that they always check tire pressure with the service anyway. Well, first thing after he got the car back I noticed the oil change reminder was not reset. I got on YouTube and reset it, no problem.

The problems started back in 2014. Bought a chevy Equinox from Coughlin dealer group in Chillicothe Ohio. Car had an electrical problem (battery would die if the car set longer than 3 days). The dealership never figured out what was wrong and I ended up trading this vehicle after years of problems for a 2017 Acadia Denali.

Last year this car started having electrical problems, car would not turn off because it couldn't tell if it was in park, radio faded, adaptive cruise wouldn't work etc.. had it in the Coughlin shop several times to diagnose and they couldn't figure it out.

Talked to a guy at my work who suggested it was a bad battery and even though Coughlin said the battery was good I had them replace it anyway and holy cow no further problems. Now my 2019 Silverado has the brake…

Thank you for allowing me to submit this. I am a loyal Chevrolet customer. I have a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse. The problem DOES NOT concern the car, rather my SIRIUS RADIO satallite transmission. For the last moth, possibly longer, the signal is not connecting.

This is now to the point where I have no music radio. I called SIRIUS radio and they did cut my bill, but the problem is also time and travel. I am a frequent customer at Community Chevrolet in Burbank, California.

I was told, and without an apology, that I would have to leave my car for several days in order for them to correct the problem. They were very firm about it and did not seem to care about my personal situation as i do need a car.

I purchased a new 2019 Chevy Silverado LTZ Truck in 2019, my bumper to bumper warranty has expired now and I only have 35,000 miles currently on my truck. I was notified by OnStar that I needed to take my truck to the dealer within 7 days due to a issue with the engine and transmission, even though I noticed no issues while driving the vehicle.

00 for a diagnostic test and update/reprogram to the ECM. No issue was found with anything other than the ECM. I was not told when I purchased the vehicle that there would be future charges for ECM updates. My personal computers and phones are updated all the time and I am not charged!

Needless to say I’m livid over this issue.

My car, a Chevy Bolt, has been out of service since 11/16 after an accident damaged the left front wheel. The reason is that 2 parts with a retail cost of just 130$ cannot be found anywhere. I was told that GM may no longer manufacture them.

The car is sitting at the dealership and the insurance company is considering totaling the vehicle. GM SPAC case is C00979088 Parts are a tie rod 42353792 and a control arm 42733200 This is unacceptable.

Took my Silverado to Buyers Chevrolet grove city Ohio. Told them what I wanted fixed. They called me and told me it needed other things fixed instead of what I thought it was. Then told me I needed an alignment even though I recently had one.

Held my truck for 7 days after telling me it would be 3-4. Told me it was done but then called me and said there’s another problem. Which was the problem i originally went for. Then once they told me the truck was finished and charged me $1,100.

I picked it up and the alignment they said they “fixed” was WAY off and the service stabilatrack light came on. It also said steering assist is off be careful. I called back to see what went wrong and they give me the run around and won’t return my calls after taking to a representative 3 times.

I had a service appointment on Sat Jan 14th. I got there and was told, after standing in the service area for 30 mins to get greeted that there was only 1 person working. And he suggested I come back on Monday.

I came in on Monday morning. Myself and another customer was trying to find someone to wait on us for over 15 mins. I finally just went in someone office. She told me to hold up she needed to make a call.

I stood in her office for 25 mins while she talked to car shield. Trying to get authorization for a part on another customer vehicle. She got the authorization. Then proceeded to walk the client to the clerk for payment and waited with him while he paid and walked him out of the service area. She came back. Scanned my truck. It took 3 mins.

Strictly a GMC issue - I have a long history of GM Financial and Chevy/GMC/Cadillac leases (currently in one too) and I have reached out to Beaverton Oregon GMC 5 times (2 calls, two 'chat' sessions and actually a physical visit) to order a 2023 GMC Canyon. I went there first, because I got my 2015 Canyon from them in a fair deal.

A month into this, I still have no response - I have contacted the next nearest GMC dealer (Auto Town GMC at 19495 SE McLoughlin Blvd, Gladstone, OR 97027) who asked me if my credit score was 800 or above (It's 760, I'm sorry to report) - So, I guess they sell credit there, not trucks? I thought they sold GMC's - Salesperson and 'Sales Manager' were total scum.

This is the worst experience I've ever encountered, purchasing a vehicle from a company that can't supply parts for vehicles they sell. ) since January 2nd, waiting on a evap purge pump, and apparently you cannot provide the part or don't know when you can.

At this point I believe I've been sold a Lemon. How can you not get this part and get it delivered ASAP. It seems you should be making parts for cars that have already been sold to your customers rather than continuing to make new vehicles.

This is ridiculous and very unacceptable. Sign: ONE VERY UPSET CUSTOMER.

My title was mistakingly branded. After being corrected by the Indiana BMV in April of 2022 GM refuses to acknowledge this and wont honor my warranty. Talking to customer service is like talking to a brick wall. I have a copy of corrected title and after filing a report with Carfax even have the Carfax report stating the title was branded by error.

I am not the one to normally write and complain but today was just a day that I am in complete shock of the horrible service I received from Braman Cadillac Service. I was advised at 7am that my service advisor Alex would give me a call back. At 1pm on my lunch break as I didn’t hear anything from Alex I attempted to call again and once again I was advised an email was sent to him to give me call back. Parts not available and with no ETA on a recall item. Last year we had the EGR valve replaced under a recall. It took almost 2 months to get the part. The fix apparently didn't work and now we are in the same boat again.

I was a puchasing agent for years and do not understand not having parts available especially when you know that a problem exists. It is difficult to go for months without a vehicle. I realize there are supply chain issues but last time I could have ordered this part and had it within days but the service center was apparently unable to get them in the same timeline. Very unsatisfied customer.

I have a 2013 Chevy Equiniox that has a service warranty from GM out on it for a slipage on the timing chain, however this is not covered as a recall . My equinox is a V6 and I have been told that this is a rare and unusual situation for this car.

I would like to know why this is not covered when you have sent out a service warranty and report to dealers but will not cover this repair. My car has 96,000 on it and the repair is close to $4,000.

What can I do to get some help for this situation

I own a 2018 Silverado. When I bought the truck I took out the extended warranty. I haven't had any problems until today when the check engine light went on and the engine started making a noise. I took it to my nearby dealership and just was informed that a lifter has gone bad.

I have 112,000 miles on my truck and they said it is out of extended warranty. 00. I am in disbelief that I can take care of the truck, have all regular maintenance done and then this happens shortly after it goes out of warranty.

I use my truck for work and travel 2500 miles per month. I have owned many GM vehicles and never had a major failure like this. Is there anything that can be done to try to make this financial hit less of a burden to me?

I ordered a 2022 Express Cargo Van and last summer and GM cancelled the order. I told dealer to reorder a 2023 model and now they say they can't get one of them either. This is over two years and I can't get a van.

Please quit selling a product you can't give them. I have been a GM owner all my life so I guess in my GOLDEN YEARS I will move on to Ford because you buy one off the lot. Shame on you.

I took my car for service to Burlington Chevrolet in New Jersey well I will never go there again. I bought my car used from then and I understand that it needed work. Initially after being told it was the torque converter I was asked who had done work on my car. No one.

I was asked this 3 times. The part was on national backorder which I understand. So after 2 1/2 weeks I called to tell them I received a notice via email that my front tire was low I spoke with Nicole who them must have spoken to the service attendant and said ok.

Nicole the tells me that the back ordered part would cone in the next day and that the cat would be done then or at the beginning of the week Great! Well the next day Michelle calls me and tells m3 5he car is done but now the starter needs to be replaced!

Capless gas filler tube, flapper allowed water to enter between the first and second flapper and water froze. This caused the first flapper to separate and no way for owner to fix without replacing entire fuel system.this also makes it difficult to fuel the vehicle.replce this faulty system with a fuel cap as it was before your modification.

00. 41 including GST. The truck is only five years old and has 130000 KM. Haveing the Harness burn out this early should not happen. I feel that this should be covered under your recall policy as it could of caused a fire and my truck could of burnt up.

I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado,it was used 1984 miles on it. Drove it 700 miles and check engine light comes on. Could not get into dealer which I purchased from for about one month. So they contacted gm and they got me into another dealer earlier.

They checked code and it was a bad injector on #8 cylinder. They ordered the part and come to find out the part was not available and was being manufactured and coming from the factory. So my complaint is I don’t have the new vehicle I purchased and have made one payment already,but vehicle has been in shop for 2 weeks and will be another 3to4 weeks more until part gets here,I have owned gm product for most of my life. Iam 72 now.

Very un happy customer at this time.

Lifetime supporter of GM. Currently own 2015 Silverado 1500, 2014 Cruze RS, 2007 Cobalt. Many other GM in my past. 3 lost compression on cylinder 4. GM has known about this issue for a long time and unwilling to offer a recall.

After I save money to repair this fuel management problem I will be trading everything to Dodge or Ford. Not a very good way to treat Lifelong customers

My Acadia went in to Jeff Perry Peru,Il for an new exhaust. They put it on wrong and had to order another. In the meantime someone opened their door and scratched my car. I told them and they said they’d fix it.

I finally get my car back, paid full price, plus 105 more than quoted. I think this is terrible customer service. I was without my car , it came back damaged, and full price plus. When I got my car back I was appalled that it had not been fixed.

( the damage) I stopped payment on my check. I called and asked to talk to Jeff Perry. Instead I was called back by 3 different people. I have been a GM customer for years, along with my husband and sons.

Tried to order spacer for CV 1 5/8 wide For 2007GMC 2500 new body style Rough country lift kit ( spacer) The girl told me I don’t need one There is one on the passenger side The one on drivers side missing New extra length CV is too short to bolt up.. Own a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali truck. At 12,000 miles (had oil changed at dealership at 10,000 miles) oil began leaking from oil filter. At same time started hearing high squeal noise (metal on metal) when truck was moving at slow speeds.

Took truck into dealership and advised there was a bulletin released advising that oil filter needed to be tightened down more to stop engine from loosening filter gasket. Further investigation of “sequel” was advised front stabilizer bar bushings were worn out.

Truck is two years old with12,000 miles. Cannot believe stabilizer bushings would were out when truck is only driven on highway. This truck has left me stranded three times with a blown engine and two electrical issues, now being advised it has suspension issues.

Rust on my 2013 GMC frame. My frame has become unsafe to use as a truck. My spare tire has rusted so be it just about gone and my left shock has rusted completely of and can't mount a shock any longer.

I tow a boat and it feel totally unsafe. The is unacceptable. Toyota replaced frames on their truck. I've always bought GM trucks but this will be my last one if nothing will be done . GM is putting unsafe trycks on the road and the people who bought are sadled with and expensive repair that is no fault of our own by trusting GM to build a good quality truck

AutoNation Chevrolet Peoria, AZ I hate to write negative review, but what wife and I experienced on 12/21/22 was beyond disappointing. I will not name the people we we encounter the bad experience with because we do not wish to slander them online.

We will NEVER step our foot into this place. They lied, mislead us and when confronted about it, would not even know how to say sorry. We will be contacting Chevrolet to file our complaint and hope the people we were dealing with receive proper training.

I hope nobody else to experience what we did. Luckily, we have text messages and plenty of other evidence to justify our terrible experience.

I took my truck into a service shop in charlotte NC for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my truck back I noticed dents in the back of the cab and the front of the bed. When I asked about what happened I was then told my truck was dropped off the lift.

After being serviced again, my truck is still not right. I’ve tried to contact people and get the run around everytime. This is poor customer service.

I have a 3 year lease on a Chevy Blazer 3 LT , the car is suppose to have heated seats.

I was told in March that the computer chip controlling this feature would be at my dealership in the fall. (Commonwealth Motors, Lawrence Massachusetts)

The dealership is excellent. The GMC company is not. GMC will not give me an answer on when I can expect the chips for the 2022 Sierra I purchased in February. I am waiting on automatic stop as well as heated seats and steering wheel.

There is not even an ETA. I was told when I purchased the vehicle to expect the chips 3rd quarter of 2022. That came and went. When I asked when I can expect them, GMC customer service said they had no idea.

I asked to receive a free oil change or other service until my chips arrived, I was told no one could help me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there wasn't one. This is not a dealership problem.

We are pausing purchasing GM vehicles for multiple ranches since GM is pausing advertising on the now free speech platform of Twitter. This indicates to us that GM is woke and focused on a liberal agenda.
